Personality: Everett is a mysterious sort of kid, not one to talk too many people in school, other than his close knit of friends he already has. He can come off a little distant though, when mingling with others he doesn't know, and usually breaks off conversation if he finds it boring. Yet, if you can get his attention long enough, your certain to gain some sort of trust with him.

He isn't must for Authority figures, teachers, parents, the likes of anyone in charge really. If he isn't home after school, chances are you'll find him in detention, along with the other unruly kids that get into trouble.

There isn't much bonding in a relationship way and usually one to hit it and quite it. Everett doesn't want anything long term, he finds romantic relationships to be overrated and too much of a hassle. Who wants someone checking in on them whenever they don't contact them? Or harassing them when they don't text back right away? That's right, no one does, because it's annoying.

Extra: Everett has the dream of becoming a well known tattoo artist when he graduates from high school. More than likely getting himself an apprenticeship as soon as he can afterwards. He doesn't like the idea of going to school right after school, that and he believes his art would be worth something more than some art school can give.

It was a bit chilly that morning as he walked up towards the school, cigarette in his mouth as he was finishing up what he had in the car. Sure, not smoking on school grounds right? He didn't care, he wasn't going to leave a cigarette unfinished to sit around in his care, just waiting for him to return to it. Nope, that wasn't going to happen at all. Everett did finished the thing just as he got up towards the front door, flicking it into the grass before promptly stepping on it to put it out. No need in allowing the grass to catch on fire, though it wouldn't be all the bad to not have to come back to this horrible place.

As he entered through the door his eyes glanced around at the happy students. All ready to learn and mingle with their friends between classes. It was stupid, or at least he thought, surely a waste of precious time he could be spending during the day. A faint smell of breakfast caught his nose while he passed the cafeteria. School food had to be the worst in his opinion, just slopped together by a bunch of old hags who didn't even know how to cook. How he would rather eat a pile of shit off the ground than think about eating the food there, but he had to eat something, no matter how nasty it was.

Everett continued his way down the hall, passing locker after locker and the many students around them. He swiveled and swerved around them, his shoulders hitting someone every so often. The kid didn't even apologize for it, let them be angry he didn't care. Eventually, though, he made it to his own locker, the place his books and other things sat in waiting. Just one more year of this, that is if he didn't screw up and get kicked out first. Sure, didn't need a diploma to do what he wanted, but it surely would prove he wasn't stupid. Though graduating high school wasn't the great of a feat, considering anyone could do it if they did their work, or didn't fail every stupid test.

"Fuck me," he spoke softly to himself, his head gently hitting against the locker in front of him. High school, the worst years of his life.

((Also barrettjordan, if your going to say something out of character, you should do it in the OOC not here :I))

Rikki stepped through the school doors with a pair of purple headphones dangling from her ears, swaying her hips to the upbeat melody of "Best Day of My Life". Though there was always a lot going on in the halls, she simply passed by, dodging the other students with ease. Gazing around she gave a sneer to a group of cheerleaders who were staring and pointing at her tattoos.
She chose to wear a bright yellow sundress, torn black stockings, and red pumps that showed off all her ink. She loves the all of them, from the ornate words on her chest to the heart on her foot, they embody the unique spirit she is. Some of the other students avoided her, intimidated by her confidence and eclectic fashion sense.
As she walked to her locker and began turning the link knob she caught the sight of a cute boy leaning his head against a locker just a few lockers down from hers. Gripping her AP French book and dropping it into her leather bag she slammed the door shut leaning next to him and pulling her earbuds with one hand as she said ,"This place really blows doesn't it...?"

Just about that time that Everett was about to turn himself around, he heard a female voice speak up beside him. It caused him to shift his eyes towards it's source, pleased that what he saw was a girl standing there. Anywhere his eyes seemed to look, there was a tattoo placed upon her body, some small, some larger. To say the least, it was quite the lovely sight to behold really. So, he adjusted his body to face her, it was the gentlemanly thing to do or at least he'd assume as much. Eye contact was certainly a staple in any contact with people, showed respect and shit. Not that he was the one that really cared for showing that, but a lady always deserved some kind eye contact indeed.

"This place always blows," he spoke in return, "the halls blow, these lockers blow, the faculty blow, and last, but certainly not least, the entire student body blows." With that said, he turned to lean upon his back, arms crossing over his chest as he stood there. He really did hate this place, but dropping out was only for those stupid enough to do so.

"But," Everett paused momentarily, "but I'm sure you already know that, right?" The man awaited for her answer, eyes fixed upon her face.

Dinah Fox reached her locker, opening it with a well pleased kick with her heel, and stopping when t because clear that most of her books had fallen in the pursuit of adventure. Her bag was full of water and silt and most of the text books were ruined. She started dropping the destroyed ones onto the floor with wet slapping noises as she contemplateed what her schedule was, though in that time she heard a remark closeby that was just far too funny to pass up on 'the entire student body blows.'

She glanced up from her examination of the casualties of her trip through the river to catch a figure she knew of by reputation at any rate, although didn't have a lot to do with, as much as Dinah had to do with anyone at all. Miss Teen Wolf of a lone wolf most of the time, although her confidence had never really seemed to suffer for it.

"That's a bit of an exaggeration Everett, some of us at least demand to be bought dinner first."she remarked with an impish laugh.
"Or are you being facetious? I can't tell whether it's cool to legit hate everything right now or pretend to hate everything ironically."

She scooped up a couple of books that appeared to have mostly survived the trip, and a bit of change. She had destroyed most of her lunch money. Again. She'd imagine Kain wouldn't be overjoyed about that, but it was not like she was actually going to /tell/ him that. Di was not a very good liar. However she was very good at not letting people know about stuff. She could gloss over problems like nobody else.

Everett leaned away from the locker for a moment, one hand held against the side as he looked in the direction of which he had heard his name. From what he'd seen, it was the girl known as Dinah? Yes, that had to be it, from what he'd always heard he could only assume she was the one people talked about. The way people gossiped and talked about others always made it easier to know people, without actually knowing them of course. It was the only way she could have even been able to utter his name. He knew of his reputation around this place and the way people talked is one reason this placed sucked.

"I don't think I'd want to spend money on diner just to have a dick sucked," he grazed his tongue along his teeth, a soft smirk showing up soon after.

"Maybe I am, or maybe I'm not, I don't really think it matter does it? Besides, what fool likes high school anyway?" Everett questioned the girl, soon allowing himself to now lean upon his shoulder instead.

Though he couldn't help but notice the guy walking pass, his head held high. He wasn't sure whether it was because there was something on the ceiling or just because he thought he was better than everyone else. Just to discontinue the ceiling logic, he looked up for himself and behold there was nothing there. That kid was nothing more than a pretentious asshole. Oh well, didn't matter to him, that guy would probably get his ass handed to him acting that way around some of the students. To say the least, some didn't tolerate that sort of thing.

"but I'm sure you already know that, right?"
Looking around she took in the bustling students pushing past each other and the scattered teachers reprimanding the occasional student though they mostly just pushed through looking as if they would rather we elsewhere as well. The lockers were old and most of them in less than pristine quality...and the paint on the wall was chipping in some places. Aesthetically he was correct, everything could use serious improvement, but she did enjoy some aspects, though they were limited. Her refuge was art and english, where she was accepted as a free spirit, in her other classes she was silently judged. It didn't bother her much, she's brilliant, and people weren't going to like her for one reason or another. Whether it was her ink, or her GPA, she always stood out.
Looking back at him she gave him a small smile, and with a wink replied "Well not everyone here blows..."

Before she turned heel to walk down the hallway she bent down to scoop up a few damp papers for the girl collecting them off the floor, her pink bow tattoos high on the back of her thighs peeking out from beneath the hem of her dress. Extending her arm to let them drip she smiled, "I don't think you will be able to save these..." Handing them over she walked down the hall to her first class, throwing a peace sign up she bid the two goodbye and stepped into the doorway.
Part of her wanted to look back at the mysterious boy, but it was her motto that if someone wanted to get to know her, they would let her know. Sliding into one of the cold chairs she pulled out her book and put her headphones back in. As "In the End" by Black Veil Brides pounded in her ears she scanned over the first chapter.

As billy looks back at the two people he past he notices the guy that had a quick glance at him. He began to laugh but stopped. "Well maybe it wouldn't be so bad to get to know him a little bit more. Maybe he is the one I am supposed to teach that money is power maybe I can teach him to be just like me a stand up individual". He walks back towards the guy but instead of talking to him walks past him again with his head held high. "I have to pick the right moment though he said quietly to himself."

"Alright everyone! Make sure you at least start your project this week, I don't like hastely done work!" Rikki's art teacher, Mr. Grube nearly shouted over the sound of the final bell ringing. Students had already packed their things in their bags and jumped from their seats, relieved that the first day was finally over. They all herded out the door, squeezing past eachother and chatting amunst themselves as they merged into the flow of bodies in the hall.
Rikki, however, hung back, running her fingers over the intricate sketch of an owl that had occupied her attention throughout her last three classes. Mr.Grube peered over as he rested his hand on her shoulder.
"Miss Sinclair, Though that is quite a lovely rendition, I would appreciate it if you would pay attention during lecture next time."
"My apologies, " she replied as she hastily gathered her books in her arms and headed for the door, "Have a nice evening!"

Popping in her headphones she let the intensity of a Sleeping with Sirens' love song drown out banter going on in the halls. Struggling with her bag dangling off her shoulder she cursed herself for not organizing her things before leaving class. With two textbooks and a stack of papers teetering on the edge of spilling out of her hands she barely made it to her locker, resting the mess against the neighboring unit while she fumbled with the lock. Once opened she tossed the books in and shoved the necessary supplies into her bag and pulled on a black leather jacket before slamming it shut.
As she began walking toward the main doors she checked her phone, seeing a text message from her "friend" Samantha Santos, who also happened to be her ride home.

Hey GRL! Totes cut early 2day! Met a hotttttie w/ a boddddiiii and we ditched. Sorry bout the ride thing, ttfn slut!

With a sigh of disdain she shoved her phone back into her pocket and changed over to a song she felt really described some of the girls in her life. As Fit For Rivals blasted in her ears she quickened her pace, picturing Sammy's pretty face under her heels, deliberately stepping down her with each step.
What a fucking BITCH! she screamed in her head, She is only ever reliable when its fucking convenient for her...and she calls me a slut...as if!

Before passing through the school doors she caught a glimpse of the tattooed boy she had met earlier. It was too early to form a real opinion about him, but he seemed like someone she would hang out with in what she liked to refer to as "the real world."
School was simply a cesspool of drama, with some learning hear and there. The laws of decency and politeness apparently went out the window once the student body stepped onto the property. In the real world people were different, but of course the power dynamic was different outside the protection of the brick walls.

She stepped inline with him, matching his pace just a couple feet from him. With her hands in her pocket and her head facing forward she wondered if he remembered her at all. Her purple headphones dangled from her ears, but a small part of her wanted him to talk to her so she turned the volume down just in case. As they walked she wondered what she found appealing about him... Maybe its the tats? I rarely see anyone else with them...I wonder why he covers them up..? Or maybe its the fact that he is fucking hot...that could be it....but really? There are tons of hot guys around...so that can't be why...I seriously can't be craving the approval of others right now? Nope. That can't be it. It must be because he's hot...

Finally the school bell had rung and the hellish nightmare of the first day of school was over. It was a miracle in his mind, not having to sit class after class, listening to teachers ramble on about things he didn't much care about. The worst was listening to other students while they complained about it class after class. That was something he really hated, if they were going to complain they should at least do it out loud. Mumblings were irritating, voicing their opinions would be better. Then again, voicing his opinions always got him in trouble, but today he didn't even bother. It was only the first day, why waste such a thing to get a detention on the first day?

Everett steadily made his way to his locker, shoving whatever it was he didn't need inside. Which was almost anything he had with him that pertained to school. Of course he did keep some things, because no matter what there was always homework to be done. As long as he was able to leave now, all was right in Everett's world.

On his way towards the doors of the school, leading out from the horrible halls of the place, he noticed someone familiar step in line with him. Though it did take a couple of minutes to recognize her, his mind soon remembered the encounter he had this morning. Well, at least with the girl he didn't know the name of. So, he picked up his pace just a little, at least enough to catch up with the girl. "Hi there," he called to her, sticking his hands into his pockets, "how's it going? Was your day pretty shitty or otherwise different?"

Everett quickened his pace to catch up with Rikki and her heart raced momentarily, which sent a shutter of both joy and confusion down her spine.
"What the fuck is going on with you today Rikki... she questioned herself as he greeted her,
"Hi there...how's it going? Was your day pretty shitty or otherwise different?"
Though she had turned down her music in hopes that he would remember her previously, she pulled her headphones out and draped them behind her neck so the buds would rest on her chest, giving him her complete attention.
"Just another day in this wanna-be soap opera," she chuckled melodically, "My teachers assigned ridiculous 'getting to know you' projects, I skipped lunch because there is no way in hell I am eating that foul animal fodder they serve here, and my ride ditched me...so ya pretty shitty," she said turning to give him a smile.

"What about you? Any plans to make this day a little less shitty? she asked, letting her mind trail off...My day is already better...I wonder if he is as charming as he is handsome... Though thinking back to the conversation earlier that day where he referenced receiving a blowjob, he had a lot of room for improvement. However, she understood that guys are guy...but she could wonder if he was any deeper than the dime a dozen horn dogs that roamed around the school.

So, her ride had ditched her there at school, no way to getting home other than walking. Who even knew how far away her home was. It could be in walking distance or something she might need to take a bus for. He couldn't let that happen to her, at least not on the first day of school, right? Naw, of course not, what kind of man would he be if he allowed her to walk home.

"You know," he said with a slight smirk on his face, "if you want I could give you a ride, but you know, it's totally up to you." As the two reached the large doors of the building, he went ahead of her just enough to open them, allowing her out. Though, as soon as he had gotten himself out after her, he let the door close behind him. No matter, it only cut off anyone behind him. Nothing he really cared about at all.

"I was just planning on driving around, maybe go find something to do around the skate park. Either that or just go paint some shit," Everette shrugged his shoulders once he was finished talking. He honestly didn't have anything planned, just being out of school for the rest of the day was less shitty for him. He didn't have to stay behind for detention either, so that was pretty good.

"You know...if you want I could give you a ride, but you know, it's totally up to you." he replied after a moment of thought, Though her home was only a ten minute walk away, she looked down at her heels and was quite thankful for the offer. Her chioces now would have consisted of risking blisters in her heels, or cuts on her bare feet if she carried them, as she walked through a wooded area to her home.
As she contemplated this he moved forward to open the door for her, "What a gentleman...

"I would really appreciate that actually, I don't live far, but the shortest path is through those trees over there...and these heels are bran new," she chuckled.

"I was just planning on driving around, maybe go find something to do around the skate park. Either that or just go paint some shit."

"Well," she started, as her stomach rumbled lightly, "Let me thank you by buying you some lunch, I am absolutely famished right now, and I could really go for a cheeseburger."

He paints...how lovely! I wonder how his work would compare with mine..." she thought as her hand drifted to touch the binding of her portfolio in her bag. She was known for her beautiful artwork in the art clique at school, though she never defined herself as part of that group. I wonder if he would like it...

Everette stopped shortly after they had made their way out of the building, his eyes scanning over the parking lot. He wasn't searching for his car, more of watching to see how many people had left already. If there was one thing he knew, it was that most teenagers were horrible drivers. Even if their was a speed limit in the lot, they always seemed to speed around like idiots. "I can understand not wanting to ruin your shoes," he said with a light chuckle, "I don't think those would do well walking through the woods either."

"Lunch huh?" he raised a brow, "hmm, I suppose that doesn't sound all that bad, I'll take you up on that then." With a light smile, he lead the girl towards his car, making sure they wouldn't end up hit by anyone. When they had made it there, he opened the door for her yet again. It was only the nice thing do to of course and once she was in, he himself got in on the other side.

Everette reached into the center console, dragging out of pack of cigarettes and a lighter. Before he even thought about lighting one, he looked over to the girl. "You don't mind, do you?" he awaited for her answer. There wasn't any way he was going to light one up if she minded at all.

#, as written by Sylence
Christian slept through most of his classes. Thankfully, no one even bothered to wake him up. It was only the first day, anyways. Nothing ever interesting happened during first days. Walking through the main corridor to get to his locker, Showtek's We Like to Party was blasting through his ears in max volume. He didn't mind the loudness of the music, as he was always listening to music in high volume.

He put back most of his textbooks back into his locker and grabbed most of his essentials and put it in his white Jansport backpack. He then pulled out his cellphone to see if he had any texts. There was none. Good. He didn't like to be bothered with texting back anyone when he felt lazy. He then approached the main doors of the school, one hand in his pocket, fingering his car keys, and another on his backpack strap.

Once he got out, he looked around for his car. Looks like his cousin was right. It was there at the parking lot. He walked towards it, smiling to himself out of embarrassment. He hadn't forgotten about the incident this morning when he forgot about his car keys. He got to the car, realizing it was parked right next to Everette Jones' car. He shuddered a little. He usually avoided him when he was nearby, mainly because he was intimidated by his appearance, but it looked like he had no choice.

"Hey there." Christian said out of courtesy as he unlocked his own car. He then realized someone was with him. A girl. This girl's face was unfamiliar to him and so he ignored her. Or maybe she was familiar, only he forgot.

"Lunch huh? Hmm, I suppose that doesn't sound all that bad, I'll take you up on that then," he replied as they exited the building.
she couldn't help but smile quickly, though she covered her mouth with her polished fingers tips to hide it. He walked her out to his car and opened the door for her.
What a gentleman... she thought as she observed how charming he was turning out to be just through this short interaction between them. She slid into his car and rolled down the window. As she did she heard an unfamiliar voice talking to Everette. Looking out she saw another student, the guy parked next to him was the source.
They had never met before, but she gave him a wave with her left hand, the one with the black octopus tatted across her fingers and the top of her hand.

Everette slid into the drivers seat and immediatly lit a cigarette. Though she rarely smoked them herself, there was something about the smell of them on other people that she enjoyed. It was a light smoky scent, not unlike the way her charcoals smelled as she opened a new box.
"No, not at all," she replied , "Do you mind if I have one actually?"

She tried not to make a habit of it, especially since her mother used to smoke and could smell it on her whenever she did. Though she was never scolded for it, she was always given that 'I'm so disappointed in you' look that only mother's could give. If her father were still living with them, she would have been severely reprimanded, but of course then she wouldn't have any tattoos either.
The smoke felt good rolling down her throat, harsh at first, but soon she was enjoying it once more. When he finished talking to the nieghboring driver she gave him a coy smile and asked as she let smoke roll off her lips, "Wherever you want to go is fine with me."

Everette looked out his car window, towards someone he might have seen before, but couldn't quite tell anyway. Probably another one of those who avoided the man, not that he cared anyway. Yet, he gave a friendly gesture towards him, "hey, how's it going?" It was really all he could mutter how to say, before his attention was put back on the girl in the other side of the vehicle.

She had practically asked for one as well, and he certainly didn't mind at all. So he reached into the pack, picking one of the cigarettes out, then handed it over to her with a light grin on his face. Most girl's around the school never bothered with smoking, or they acted as if he was the worst thing in the world for doing it. Everette paid no mind to their trivial antics of the habit, surely they had habits no better than he.

"Wherever I wan huh?" he questioned her, blowing the smoke from out of his lungs, "well, if you're wanting to pay, I could at least let you pick the place."

"Though there is a pretty nice place around the skate park," he shrugged, taking another long drag of the cigarette locked between two of his fingers. He hadn't even gotten to the point of starting his car at this point, he just wanted to sit there for a moment and enjoy the lung blackening goodness in the school parking lot.

"Though there is a pretty nice place around the skate park."

The nicotine was working its way through her system, the relaxed feeling starting on the back of her neck and rolling down her back and limbs. As she was finally feeling good when the siren on her phone went off, letting her know that her father was calling. With a grumble she gave Everette an apologetic look and picked it up, knowing that if he ignored it...she would just hear about it later.

"Hello," she answered dryly, her face relaying what she was thinking, What the hell do you want...
"Hey sweetie, how was your first day?" he asked, desperatly trying to act as the good parent. It would have worked before, back when they were close, but after the affair she lost all respect for him. He wasn't her 'daddy' anymore.
"It was fine," she responded, purposefully giving him nothing substantial. The last thing she wanted was to have a conversation with him right now.
"That's good....I was thinking, maybe if you aren't busy..."
She waved with her cigarette, gesturing for Everette to start the car, smoke swirling in the air. She knew where this was going. An invitation to lunch, coffee...anything to get back into her life. An easy way to get him off the phone was to say she was driving, and he had no idea her car was in the shop. All he needed to hear was the engine in the back round to be convinced.
"Actually, I am going out right now. Don't know when I will be done, Mom has a date tonight" she put emphasis on the word, knowing how it would affect him, "so I plan on staying out for a while, I have an art project to start so...I'll be busy for a while. Maybe another time. I'm pulling out of the parking lot right now so I have to go."
"Alright...I love you..."
"Bye."
Tossing her phone back into her purse she grimaced and peeked over at Everette, "Sorry about that....stupid shit." With another long drag she chose to forget all about the phone call.

"The place by the skate park sounds good, Let's get out of here before the Juniors with their new licenses start leaving. The last place I want to die, is on the school grounds," she chuckled.

Everette had leaned himself back in the seat, his eye set on the girl beside him as she answered he phone; and by the sounds of it, it wasn't anyone she really wanted to be talking to either. Of course he couldn't tell who it was, but surely that wasn't something he was just going to ask about. Perhaps when he got to know her better, if he got to know her better that is. So far she seemed pretty interesting, her tattoos being one of the causes of his curiosity about her. He raised a brow for a slight second before realizing she wanted him to start the car. Ah yes, of course, that's a good way to get out of something really.

So of course, that was what he ended up doing, starting the car for her as she requested of him. With a quick turn of the key the engine began to roar, though the sounds not as loud as one could possibly think. "Hmm?" he pipped up curiously, "oh, eh it's whatever to me. Though you don't have to be sorry about it, shit happens you know." The man leaned forward, one hands clenched around the wheel as the other quickly adjusted his shoe.

"Ah cool, cool," he grinned at her," then around the skate park it is." The car was then taken out of park and into drive, though he was careful to look around before pulling out of the spot he was in. It was a nice and simple drive after that, his eyes glancing at all the other cars around him in that lot. Some fancy and new, other rather ragged and rusted out. It was expected of course, some kids couldn't afford the nice cars, and others parents could. How lovely of a system things could be, but he was lucky pulling away from the stupid school now.

"So, are you new here right?" he asked quizzically, knowing he hadn't seen her face before. Either that, or she didn't have much of a reputation around the school to have heard about her.

Rikki Sinclair

"So, are you new here right?" Everette asked as they rolled out of the parking lot. The question stung a bit, she had been going to Jameswood since her sophomore year. She understood however, and and it seemed her attempts at keeping a low profile were a success.
Rikki spent the last couple of years drowning her life in music. Other students were making friends, joining sports teams and clubs... she chose to walk her own path. Most people didn't know who she was by name, she was simply the tattooed loner that strolled the halls. She never went to games or dances, though some brave guys had asked her. She preferred parties, and the only ones she went to were the college parties her friend Jenna invited her to. College guys were more fun, better kissers.
It had never bothered her before this moment, she had never cared who thought what about her, but for some reason the fact the Everette had no idea who she was stuck. Though...before today she had never really taken the time to find out who anyone else was either. They could have had classes together in the past, and she never would have noticed.

"Actually no, I've been here for a couple of years now. I take mostly Advanced Placement courses though, so I've never been in the same classes as the others in my grade."
Which was true, this year she was taking AP Calculus, AP French II, AP English and Literature, AP Physics, AP European History, AP Art, and every other day she spent her last period practicing on the grand piano in the auditorium. School came easy to her, but her intellect often set her apart from the other students. Most of the people she had considered friends had graduated last year. Unlike some of the other honor students however, she chose not to let it go to her head.
"I try to keep to myself, less drama that way." she said as she took the final puff from her smoke, flicking the butt out the window and watching the cherry hit the ground in the side view mirror. She hoped that the new knowledge of hr academics wouldn't scare him away, she kept the possibility of her being the Valedictorian of their class to herself.
It's a long year...maybe someone will beat me out... she pondered.

"What about you? How long have you been here?" she asked, though she hoped they would soon pass the new small talk and get into something deeper. She wanted to know more about him, but it was too soon to ask any personal questions.
