Introduction
This is based off the actual Left Behind Series.
In the Beginning God created the Heavens, and the Earth. The First words in the Bible, the origins of the universe. The All Powerful Creator created man-kind, gave them Bible, telling them how to live there lives, and the punishments for doing wrong. Many served him, and did what was right. An even larger number of people rebelled against him in a variety of ways sexual immorality, Lying, Cheating, Stealing, even the Seven Deadly Sins such as Gluttony, and Greed, humanity was forever stained by sin.
Now After thousands of years of sin, and of humanity ignoring there creator, his judgement has begun. Those who believed and served in him, the true believers have all been taken away, "Raptured". Now those who did not believe are left behind to face the Tribulation, the worse seven years in the history of man-kind. Now the darkest days have begun, days where bloodshed shall be an every day occurrence, and mass murder a daily event. Some will seek atonement redemption for there sins against God, some will continue there sins despite the Apocalypse. In the Twinkling of an eye every believer has vanished, and so the seven chaotic years have begun.
Rules
1. No Godmodding
2. No Power Playing
3. Romance is fine, I mean it's the Apocalypse, but hey, relationships are fine in this time period I suppose.
4. Language, you can say whatever you want, however many times you want, as long as it's not against RPG's rules of course. You don't have to go by Christian standards, but your character can become a Christian if they want.
5. Have Fun, I'll add more rules if necessary.

Trey groaned, he was worried for his family, the phone lines were jammed, everyone wanted to know if there family, friends, lovers were still around, or if they had been swept away. "DAMN IT MOVE OUT THE WAY!" He placed his hand on the steering wheel, the horn honking, but so many others cars horns were honking, it was chaos, finally he decided to abandon his vehicle, only bringing his phone, and cell phone, making his way out he began rushing, brushing through. He was nearing the ICTU's head-quarters, he could see the White House, several Soldiers stood armed, he knew the President was still around, the question was did the rest of the General Population, how many Politicians were still around? That was of none of his concern, hopefully Foley could get in contact with his family, if not he'd be making a detour trip to Chicago, with or without his permission, these were his thoughts as he burst into the door of the ICTU head-quarters.

Muttered, Greg looked down at his watch, "I think we are just getting into it" he said before attending to a injured man. Kate went to a woman with a broken leg, "Car wreck," the paramedic told her, "What about the others?" she asked checking the womans pulse, slightly raised but it was strong, "Wreck, wreck, abandoned, no driver, gas station explosion because the driver vanished. They are all the same, missing drivers. Mass chaos." Who all died that she knew? Was any of her family alive, were was Ryan? Kate pushed these thoughts from her mind And focused on treating the injured around her. Deciding that when she got a free Moment she would call back home and check up on everyone, that is if they were still alive.

It took her several minutes to finally roll onto her back and let out a strangled, helpless cough. From a quick evaluation she could tell there wasn't anything broken, but her lip was busted and blood was trickling down her forehead from her scalp. Desprate now, May managed to drag herself from the car and rest on her knees, hands on her head as the world around her swam. Flames from her car burst at her right and she let out a weak yelp before dancing off to the side, wincing as several sparks licked at her exposed skin.
At least she was close to the hospital; May was an intern there for now, and her teacher, Dr. Kate, was expecting her today. Biting back against the tears she struggled across the road, which was now at a complete stop. Once at the front doors of the hospital she picked up her pace, eyes immediatly searching for Kate, wild. She was working double time to examine injured patients, looking over-stressed and just as helpless as the girl standing in the doorway.
"I can help treat the injured," she called, fumbling lamely through her pocket to find her badge, then attaching it to the collar of her shirt and heading to get gloves. May sank a little as she struggled to pull them on, but she grabbed the edge of the desk, refusing to give into the exhaustion and agony of her wounds. Licking her bleeding lip, she began to take aside the more serious patients, hoping she could at least do something.

Trey's eyes lit up, while the members of the main ICTU unit had grown close to each other, and Foley, he always stressed the importance of the job over that of family matters, but this seemed to be an exception, Trey had tears in his eyes. "Thanks Foley, I mean I.."Foley shook his head." I understand, trust me, I've been in situations, I'm not taking this well, but my wife..has been dead for years, I have no family, I can't speak those of you with loved one's to deal with this situation as I do, I'll stick here, try to get in contact with President. Just try and see what's going on, I'm not asking you to play reporter, go on Trey. "Trey nodded. "Alright then I'll be off, I'll report what I see, if phone lines ever get back, can you get our lines connected?" Foley shrugged. "I'll try, go head soon, you know where the hangar is right? " Trey rushed off heading to the Hangar, thoughts of his family fueling him, he sped forward, he'd find them, hopefully they were at the house, or better yet at safety at the church SOG(Soldiers of God.)

"Alright, what the hell is going on?" One male said, who almost looked to be sleepy, or something similar, but was far from it. His voice held authority, pinning him as the leader of the group of people. "What does everyone remember, is the correct question." One of the females piped up, the bustier of the women. She languidly moved a hair from her field of vision, and continued to appraise the situation. The other female nodded in agreement. "Alright, alright." The first male said, attempting not to bare his teeth. Sometimes he hated how his partners could be...
"Let's start with Greed then." The group turned to a rather anxious-looking young man, who grinned sheepishly. "I don't remember much. The guy next to me was talking all of a sudden and then...disappeared. I looked around and noticed that a lot of other people had gone to." The group nodded its agreement. Lust and Envy, the only two females, shared the same story, though from the women's room, which had been public. Gluttony had been in the kitchens, and shared the same story, with the added bonus of having seen someone get burned before everything went down. Sloth, the first male to have talked, hadn't seen anything really, as he had been 'asleep.' Pride, who had been giving a fervent speech about something, and Wrath, Pride's body guard, had noticed all of the crowd that they had been with disappearing.
"So, people are disappearing. Which leaves us where?" Pride asked, frowning. Each person was worried about family and friends, but didn't speak it aloud. "We attempt to get to shore. I know we are by DC somewhere, but beyond that, I don't know. Gluttony, use that waterproof phone you got and call...someone. Not police. The lines will be busy as hell right now." Sloth said, sighing. "Lust, Envy. Try to find something that is still floating, or a boat, so that we can get out of the water." The group of three nodded, and went about their tasks. The two women found a boat that still worked, as small as it was. Gluttony got to work calling someone. He attempted the police, and got no headway with them, the lines being busy. He tried several other numbers, most being family or friends. Nothing. Not one of them. The lines were screwed up because of everyone trying to call everyone. In one final attempt, he tried to call some church he had heard about once or twice. Maybe he would find help...

"You can do this," she muttered to herself, fixing the strap of her tank top. "Just find a populated place."
No where seemed populated. She could see the outline of the hospital, but hesitated. No.
She continued on her way, eyes alert and her head constantly swiveling. This part of the street was silent.
"Sin!" Was all she heard before something large and heavy slammed into her.
"What the-" her voice sliced through the air with a cold edge. "Sin!" was repeated, and she took a step back and raised her knife, trying to see her attacker. Just a wizened old man .. with a .. Garden shovel.. Something of the sort. Gwen wasn't sure what to do at first, but when he raised the shovel above his head, she knew what she was going to do. She was starting to regret going outside.
The man swung down with all his might, but Gwen had barely dodged. She leapt aside as he swung again, and as she darted behind him the knife's edge ran across his arm. A horrible sound came from his throat, and Gwen felt like she was going to throw up. She was supposed to kill this old man? "I'm sorr-" she had turned to apologize when the shovel met her head.
"Die!" the man yelled as Gwen stumbled to the right. Her left hand clenched her head, which was now burning and hurting like nothing else. But as he moved to make another blow, she moved in swiftly and brought the knife into his stomach. It didn't go far, seeing as it was just an ordinary knife, but he keeled over immediately and fell. His breathing was fast and short, and Gwen turned away. She inspected her hand. Bloody.
"I guess.. this means I'll be going to the hospital after all." Her voice sounded strange. "Or I could just die and get it over with." She thought wryly. She liked this idea.. it would have to be just a pleasant dream from now on. She set off slowly to the hospital, up the street, into the gates, through the parking lot, into the glass doors. Sound was imminent. The cool air comforted her.. she didn't bother with the security, they were busy as is. She looked to people in white coats.. her dark hair now gleamed red with blood. "This'll be disgusting to wash off," she muttered to herself.

Everyone was effected, every country, had some colt being forming, was this some sort of molecular disappointing technology straight out of a Science Fiction movie, how were targets selected, was there something common in all of them. Trey hoped his mother, and sister didn't have this common factor, his father had died when he was young, in service, he wanted to have some family left, how could he go on life without purpose, without motivation. Hours later he'd landed at a military hangar in Chicago, he saw Military Person ell spread about, a man approached him. "Soldier!?" The Man quickly engaged in a brief conversation with him, Trey learning the situation of the Militia in Chicago, many service Person ell all around America, and presumably the world had vanished, so this was a problem, missing police, firemen. Great..Moma..Shannon I'm coming for both of you, yall better be alive, or Imma have to kicks some Ass. He said, heading out, taking a Military Jeep, he was nearing his old neighborhood, but already he could see smoke rising, the Ghetto was even more chaotic then usual, bullet fire was going off, people walking through the street, Gangsters robbing people in bland day light, The Police getting gas masks, and the Military aiding them in riot control, Trey opened the glove compartment, and grabbed a taser, secondary protection was necessary, he didn't want to accidentally use lethal force if he came in close contact with his family, clutching the taser, he emerged from his vehicle, and slipped on a a bullet proof vest, it weighed on him heavily, his speed decreased, but it would aid him, he made his way bursting through the crowd, Taser in one hand, and Gun in the other.

It had been a couple of hours since the vanishings happened, Kate had already tired calling Ryan once, he didn't answer. She didn't know if he was alive, she hadnt tried calling her family yet. The news was reporting mass vanishings all over the world, the President had come on tv telling the people to stay calm and they were working on trying to find out what exactly had happened. Kate pointed a man towards the non critical part of the hospital, turning back around she glanced around the room looking for May, she saw the young girl helping a Nurse treat a burn victim. Kate needed some air, so she headed outside, the air was cool, there were a few ambulances parked outside, cars crowded the parking lot, but it was oddly quiet. She slid her hands into her lab coat pockets and looked around, the once peaceful part of town that Chicago Memorial sat is was now crazy. People were all over in the streets, cars burned, off in the distance she could see the smoke rising up into the sky from a large fire. She could hear the cries of people, fire truck sirens and car horns, 'What is going on?' she wondered for the billionth time since all this had started.
