--Vers Andorae XII--

Vers, somewhat relieved at the lack of deadly assassins, yet disappointed in the lack of "documents," took in the elegant surroundings. A nice place. He definitely wasn't going to blow it up now. Manipulate someone else to blow it up, maybe, but he wasn't getting his hands dirty and get that "this is why we can't have nice things" feeling later. Then, during his quiet contemplation of the surrounding architecture, some person - after all, Vers couldn't determine his/her gender through the immense amount of black clothing - greeted him.

"What's shakin', bacon?" said the stranger.

"I came here 'cause of the note. I assume that either you, or someone else can answer my questions?" asked Vers, his right eye twitching out of sheer hatred for a terrible greeting.

--Durnam Andorae III---

Durnam's heart raced with every step Seraye took. First of all, there were no weapons around him (nor was Durnam a master of doll-based combat). Then, the terrain was just atrocious for combat, since he could only move in a straight path in most parts of the store. Deciding that it was probably in his best interest to not fight, he stood away from the aisle and raised his hands in order to show that he meant no harm.

Plus, the place seemed perfect for establishing the underground workshop. Fighting the owner or whoever was approaching would, without a doubt, diminish his chances of setting up Vers' workshop.
