A sister and brother ran from home, bare essentials in backpacks covering their backs and each other. The boy was shy, but overprotective of his younger sister. She was a rebellious, daring beautiful young lady with a big heart and a love for her brother. They left because of one thing: Mann. Mr. Octavius Mann. He wanted the one child who inherited a special something from their parents: Magick. The son had a special locket, which gave him the control he has with his powers. His sister is human, but she is the gaurdian of her brother. Mann wanted the son's ability. He would do it, but he knew he had to suck the life out of that beautiful pair of hazel eyes. These two siblings knew that, and set off to find somewhere where he could not find them. On the way, they met a group led by a man no older than seventeen. They also had magickal abilities, and were also hunted down by man.

On the way to the Gate, the gateway to their homeland Arcadia, they are met with a daring pair of human twins, many minions of Mann, and almost lost one of their own on the way. Will they make it through, or will Mann get his wish?
