"If I had a choice he wouldn't be wearing anything." Vivian rolled her eyes, it was just like her to say something like that but Willow was just that type of girl. She said what was on her mind and didn't care what people thought about it, that's how they became friends. Then out of no where "BAM![/colco] Will yelled and caused Vivian to jump slightly and turned her head to stare at her friend like she was crazy before she finished "Sexy alert! Avert your eyes!! Run for cover!" Vivian relaxed and chuckled at her "You know what I mean!" she said nudging her in the shoulder "Mean costumes like slutty nurse back there" She said motioning after the woman that was just there.

She took another drink of her beer and sat it down just before Will told her about him. She turned to her "are you crazy?! You know what he is and you still want to fantasize about him? She hissed under her breath. She took a deep breath "I can't believe you were flirting with a vampire." Vivian whispered shivering to show her disgust with the situation. She wasn't going to lecture her now about it but she didn't like it and she knew Willow would be waiting for a lecture. However tonight was supposed to be fun and she wasn't going to let a vampire ruin it by flirting with her friend.

"You sure it's not too sexy?" Vivian sighed but smiled, she knew Will liked to tease her about this "No, it's the perfect amount of sexy. She said with a smile "However, that She pointed towards a girl dressed as a 'sexy' bunny is over doing it and should not be considered a real costume." She shook her head as soon as Willow mentioned dancing No, let me finish.." She restrained from getting pulled long enough to put her beer on the counter. With a sigh she let herself be pulled as they made their way to the dance floor. When Will ran into someone she could feel something about her change but it was brief so she didn't think anything of it."Got your dancing shoes on Red?" Vivian sighed "I really hope you don't call me that the whole night, but yes I do. This is a party and I know you'd want to dance so I'm prepared. Besides You didn't think I'd come to a party and not want dance did you?" She said with a smile.

Seraphina rolled her eyes at Nora's compliments, giggling a little. With a 'stop' look she grinned. Nora had always known the right things to say and never failed to cheer her up growing up. Especially since she had grown up with the Avery's and had always been welcomed warmly, more so when her mother died.

"Well luckily, God seemed so fit to grant me with 2 hands."

Seraphina raised an eyebrow at the handsome man and then looked over at Nora with a smile, wasn't he such a gentleman. With a shy smile she turned to him for the formal introductions and was surprised to hear that Nora hadn't asked the man his name yet, although then again perhaps she just got too excited to even ask. Before she knew it Nora had slipped away onto the dance floor leaving her alone with the stranger. Seraphina watched as her friend got into the music and wondered how she had so much confidence, but then again she had an amazing personality so how could Nora not be so confident.

"So Roman huh? Pleased to meet you."

Willow shrugged off the lecture Vivian gave her about the guy being a vampire. Honestly Will didn't care. First of all she had no idea how much longer she would be alive and considering that her time is quickly running out, why not have fun? Plus, just because was a vampire doesn't make him a horrible person. Although, she does enjoy a bad boy. Either way he was a 10 for sure, and if he returns she'll be all over it. Maybe Viv would understand if she knew the truth... She wouldn't tell her but in her mind she figured she'd at least be understanding to an extent if she did know. But either way, they both knew that no one could tame Will so trying to stop her from doing what she wanted was pointless.

When they reached the center of the dance floor, Viv looked at her, "I really hope you don't call me that the whole night, but yes I do. This is a party and I know you'd want to dance so I'm prepared. Besides You didn't think I'd come to a party and not want dance did you?" Will grinned evilly, "Of course I am. And you'd be pretty stupid if you did otherwise, because I'm a dancing machine!" When she said "dancing machine", she spun around probably smacking the surrounding people with her mesh, shaw like wings but she didn't care. They could move.

It was perfect timing, the previous song had just ended, cuing up another song. Considering it was a masquerade ball, unfortunately the music played was generally old orchestral music that made everyone want to waltz like they were on Dancing with the Stars. Not caring what others thought, Will grabbed her friend Viv taking on the male role in the dance by placing her hand on her waist, and using her other hand to hold Vivian's. She began to lead her friend around the dance floor in sync with the other people dancing around, laughing at some of the faces other people were giving them. Again she didn't care, it took a lot to ruffle Will's feathers. As they danced, she realized how close they were to the Doppel she had bumped into moments ago and needing a sneaky way to get a good look at him, she lead Viv into a twirl. While Red Riding Hood spun before her, she glanced over her shoulder at the Phantom of the Opera dressed vampire, when his gaze met hers it sent a chill down her spine.

Roman's brows rose in slight smirk when Nora said, “Well, that is awfully lucky." He couldn't help but chuckle softly, while shrugging his shoulders slightly. That was when someone bumped into him, trailing before him in a silk outfit of flames or something of that nature, he wasn't quite sure. But what he wasn't expecting was the female to glance back at him, and the second their eyes met, if he had a heart beat it would have stopped. He knew her... She was there when he was trapped 200 years. And by her facial expression she knew him instantly as well. He wanted anything to run over to her and tear her throat out right here, right now. But he had 2 young beauties on his hands, one that was the Doppelganger to Victoria and then her friend. And with all the monsters running around, he worried for this Nora. Not so much for her life, but the life attached to hers... Victoria.

Rome quickly snapped back to reality as the witch introduced her friend and herself, “This is Seraphina, and this is... I don’t know your name. I’m Leonora by the way." He once again chuckled when the girl said she did not know his name. He smiled, grabbing a hand of each of the women before speaking, "I am Roman." Then he leaned over, placing a kiss upon each one of their hands, "It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance." Releasing their hands, Nora then said, “Now let’s go dance. Meet you there!" Then in a flash the girl disappeared out onto the dance floor.

Roman shook his head slightly before looking over to the one called Seraphina, "Well she has a personality." He teased with a light hearted smile before the girl said, "So Roman huh? Pleased to meet you." "The pleasure is all mine." He replied before leading the woman in blue out onto the dance floor after Nora. Once they reached Nora, the song had changed to that of a waltz manner. Adjusting his suit, Roman took Seraphina's hand and Nora's, twirling each of them in towards him with a chuckle and a grin. Speaking softly, "Bare with me, I've never danced with 2 partners." Then the moment he concluded his sentence, he shifted a hand to each of their backs guiding them around the dance floor.

Every now and then he'd take turns twirling one of the girls, and dunking the other. He glided them around the floor with ease. When he wasn't spinning them, he had one at each of his sides moving to the flow of the orchestra. When Rome had spun the girls out and away from him, that moment almost felt like it was in slow motion. The 2 brunettes before him mid twirl as his eyes set upon the fiery blonde from before, and when her gaze met his he could sense how uncomfortable he made her. And with that, he grinned menacingly.

“What? It’s so irrational to just think I want to kill the doppelgangers?” Ophelia said doing her best version of innocent. That to Erik's eyes didn't look even a little bit convincing.

"Because, that might accidentally coincide with you doing something good for other people," Erik replied, shrugging casually. In the whole time he had known Ophelia she was never an advocate for doing the right thing, or working for a greater good. Then he grinned in an unfriendly manner in a way that didn't quite reach his eyes. "Which isn't really something people like you and me tend to do." Of course it didn't take Ophelia long to drop her charade and return to her much more natural state of smugness. Erik always felt she had an air of smugness around her, that she just gave off. That's not a criticism though, Erik always found it quite impressive.

Of course then she tactfully changed the subject. It was very obvious, but if she didn't want to talk real, that was fine. “So Willow has worn her age quite well has she not?”She said peering up at Erik from under her long lashes. She was playing coy, and Erik felt like he was being given an implied challenge. Unfortunately for Ophelia though, he wasn't big on playing along. “Or do you not remember?” She asked.

Erik just sighed taking a drag of his cigarette. The he shrugged half heartedly. "I have no talent for names and faces. You know I forget them as soon as they are out of my sight," Erik replied, already bored of this game. His eyes watching the faint lights coming from somewhere near the horizon. It was true, when you had seen so many people and learned so many names, you eventually just give up. Everything has two eyes, a nose and a mouth, past that, Erik finds it a bit hard to distinguish between people. "Should I have any idea what you are talking about?" He asked airily, feeling a little impatient. If Ophelia had something to say, she should just say it.

"Do you remember the place I had last time we were all here?" Erik asked suddenly, interrupting whatever Ophelia had wanted to tell him. His eye were looking over the rows of houses stretching out, and he was wondering if any of them were the one he used to live in. There were a lot of pictures he had left there when they had been forced to leave town. A lot of pieces of his physical memory he wanted back. "I'm trying to find it. I think it had red brick work?"

"Of course I am. And you'd be pretty stupid if you did otherwise, because I'm a dancing machine!" She should have known that would be her answer. Viv expected her friend to lead the dancing between the two with no problem. She was just that type of person. Vivian couldn't help but chuckle at the faces people were making at them. She had to admit it was strange for two girls to dance together but they didn't exactly have dates to this thing so it was better than waiting around for some guy to ask them. Plus, Vivian preferred to dance with Willow.

As Will lead her into a spin she smiled and giggled. Once the spin was done she took a look at her friends face and frowned slightly. She wasn't sure if it was the slight dizziness from the spin or if her friend saw something that upset her."What's up with you? You're acting like you saw a ghost or something." She lead her friend back into the dance and smiled at her. There was something going on and she had an idea that Will wouldn't tell her. maybe she was wrong, maybe Will was just having a bad day or something.

Dimitiri couldn't help but to chuckle a bit at her words. "As much as I do enjoy seeing what others decide to dress up as, be it slutty or just flat out stupid, I wouldn't be myself in their shoes. To each their own," he stated.

Just when he thought he was finished speaking for the moment another few words slipped from his lips, "If you enjoy the slutty nurses so much, why didn't you dress as one yourself?" he added with sarcasm in his tone. He couldn't help it, he had to ask.

Though as he stood there, speaking to her he noticed that she was looking him over, just as he had done to her just seconds before. Dimitri honestly had no idea why she stood around speaking to him when there were far more interesting guys and even girls at this party. He was just a normal guy who didn't want to come to this Halloween party to begin with. He just came because he had nothing better to do. As much as he hates his job, he would much rather be sitting behind the desk in front of the computer screen all night.

October 28 || Nighttime

xxxxxx Eric wasn't having her little chat about Willow. Shame, Ophelia thought to herself, as she was now convinced Willow would somehow help with her doppel-whatever issue. But since he had obviously had the memory equivalent to an old women trying to remember the day she was born she just simply rolled her eyes whilst letting him and his annoying accent blabber.

After he finished he asked the same question, he's quite repetitive if you ask Ophelia. Smugly smiling, knowing she had the knowledge Ophelia just shrugged. She could sense his anger toward her flippant attitude and said "A little impatient I see."

At some point Ophelia knew she should probably tell Erik about her plan before he lost interest but she couldn't help the cat and mouse game that she had so dearly come to enjoy. She sincerely loves to watch people beg for information, it one of her few joys in life, after killing of course.

His comment on the house made her once again roll her eyes. Taking a slow drag from her cigarette she looked around. "You can't even remember witchy let alone the color of an old house," Ophelia reminded him. Then simply because she had remembered the color of his house she said "Brown." She remembered everything about this little town.

Since Erik was being annoying and Ophelia's naturally competitive nature compelled her to annoy him right back she decided to once again change the subject.

"So wanna talk about your new boy toy you drug to the party today?" She said referring to the guy Erik had brought with him. "Still have to turn other vampires just to have friends?" She inquired. That was the reason he's turned Eric, she knew this because he'd told her. Erik and Eric were always very close friends.

She was enjoying dancing, but Willow couldn't hide the fact that she was distracted. It must have shown all over her face because Vivian piped up, "What's up with you? You're acting like you saw a ghost or something." She stopped dancing, trying to manage a weak smile while running her hand back through her hair, "I'm sorry Viv. I'm just going to go get some air... Clear my head." She patted her friends shoulder, parting with her but glanced over her shoulder towards the girl as she added, "I'll be back in a bit."

With that Will weaved her way through the crowd, not noticing while she danced that the number of people at the part increased exponentially. As she passed by a waiter with a tray of Champagne, she grabbed one glass with her right hand, "Thanks Jeeves." Then with her other hand she grabbed another glass before brushing past the man and heading towards the patio doors that lead towards the garden. Before reaching the door she had already downed one drink, disposing of the glass somewhere... a table or something. She didn't really care where.

Stepping out side, she stopped outside the doorway inhaling a deep breath of fresh air while closing her eyes. When she reopened her eyes she noticed that she was in the presence of the sexy Zorro man and the nurse skank from earlier, "Oh, uh... Sorry." She flashed the man a slight smile, not able to fully smile while her mind was plagued with thoughts before disappearing deeper into the garden. Reaching the center of the garden, she let a sigh in relief seeing that no one was there. She allowed herself to plop down on the edge of a fountain before chugging the contents of the other glass. Will set down the crystal ware beside her before bringing her right hand up to rub her temples. She didn't think see a Doppel would bother her so much. After all her whole purpose was to help destroy them, but that wasn't the problem. She hadn't really thought of her now very realistic death or mortality. As much as it had been hard for her over the past 200 years being alone, she'd miss being able to do what she wants when she wants. She enjoyed being young, not worrying about dying, but all that is gone now. When one of those Doppels dies, that will be her end. And she wasn't ready for that.

Nora smiled widely when she was approached by Seraphina and Roman. Then the music changed to more of a waltz vibe. Nora looked up and around to see where the music was being controlled from, but was distracted from her search when Roman took her hand. All night she had been noticing how cold his hands were, it kind of a made shiver go up her spin. Though she smiled again, rolling her eyes playfully as he twirled her and Seraphina towards him.

"Bare with me, I've never danced with 2 partners." He said as he placed a hand on Nora's back and moved her and Seraphina around the floor. Nora had never really danced with anyone who could dance at all, drunken dancing at high school parties included. So she was quite impressed. She even gave Seraphina a look to silently say she was impressed.

"Bare with me too, I've never had to share a partner," Nora replied laughing lightly, as he twirled her away. Nora almost stumbled over her own feet. She'd always been a sloppy dancer. She preferred the feel of dancing that how it looked to other people. She got too caught up in the moment, hands flying, feet going where they like. In the middle of spinning around though she caught a glance of some blonde girl staring at Roman she looked really uncomfortable. Then Nora lost sight of her when she spun around again, but she saw Roman looking positively menacing.

The shock caused Nora to lose her balance slightly, and stumble a little. When she regained her balance though she looked back to Roman to see him looking pretty normal again. She frowned slightly before shaking her head, she must have been seeing things. SHe she drifted back towards him. When she came back to him he grabbed her hand momentarily and she felt how cold his hand was again. She smiled slightly as she moved in close to him, rising on to her toes to whisper in his ear, "You have cold hands." She took in his scent and the feel of being close to Roman before she moved back away from him. Pushing lightly off his chest as she moved backwards "You know what they say, cold hands, warm heart," Smiled lightly at Seraphina. "I wonder if that is true for you?" She asked as the music changed. She suddenly grinned and spun away, though when she finished her spin and came back she gave a friendly smirk and raised her eyebrow her eyebrow. "Well?"

"As much as I do enjoy seeing what others decide to dress up as, be it slutty or just flat out stupid, I wouldn't be myself in their shoes. To each their own." Victoria almost chuckled, amused by the mildly pretentious, albeit sensible attitude of the man before her. 'Each to their own', hm? Well, I suppose it beats Hitler-esque dictatorship. And I know that from experience.
Instead of laughing, however, Victoria didn't even crack a smile, instead shrugging as to accept his point. With a smirk, she pointedly looked him over, commenting with a tone of disappointment and wry humour, "Still, tis a shame. A bit of hair wax and powder... you'd make a wonderful Dracula."

"If you enjoy the slutty nurses so much, why didn't you dress as one yourself?" His tone was laced with a smoothness that undoubtedly came from practice and experience, and Victoria resisted chuckling once more. Instead, she frowned, as though considering the question, before looking back to him, "I am very precious when it comes to originality." Her lips curved into a slight, mischievous smile, "And besides, there's too much competition. I can't risk anyone looking better than me."

She didn't get much of an answer about what was bothering her but Vivian wasn't going to push Willow to tell her. She wasn't the type of friend to force you to talk about something you just didn't want to talk about. With a heavy sigh she watched her friends find an exit and disappear out of it. She scanned the dance floor and noticed that the guy they'd ran into earlier was dressed up a Phantom of the Opera and he also had two dates apparently. "Well, time to get drunk I guess. She muttered to herself leaving the dance floor and back to her abandoned beer on the bar. She gave the bartender a smile and finished off the bee. She waved the empty bottle in the air letting the bartender she wanted another one.

Her mind drifted, hauntingly, to her sisters. She hasn't talked to them since she left home, didn't even know if her father was still alive. She just couldn't work up enough nerve to call or visit after what her sister's did to her. They left her out while they practiced magic like their mother had. They made her feel like she was silly for believing in those spells and stories while they actually believed them and knew how to do the spells. But she did have one thing they didn't, their mother's spell book and journal. According to her mother's journal she hopped that if the girls ever found the spell book that they would begin practicing together and strengthen their bond. Unfortunately it didn't and a small part of Vivian wished it didn't unravel the way it did but there was nothing she could do about it.

She waved the second empty bottle in the air and smiled when the bartender handed her another "Thanks" She said before taking a drink from it. She watched the dancers on the dance floor move to the music, some not so much. She grew bored very quickly and eyed a girl dressed as a slutty bunny flirting with some guy. She had a glass of champagne and he had a beer. With a smile and a wave of her hand the glass shattered in the girls hand causing the liquid to end up all over her. Vivian chuckled as the girl squealed and ran off the the restroom leaving the guy dumbfounded and confused.

"You can't even remember witchy let alone the color of an old house," Ophelia said. Causing Erik to shrug, he was always honest about his bad memory. He'd tell anyone who asked. "Brown." She replied in a dull tone. Causing Erik to raise his eye brows in surprise. He knew Ophelia had a good memory but he hadn't expected brown.

"Brown? Really?" He drifted off in thought, looking out away from the party. "I suppose that changes things." He though he would remember it when he saw it, but he had never imagined it being a brown house. He'd have to change his search tactics.

Of course just as they had been doing this whole time, Ophelia changed the subject again. "So, wanna talk about your new boy toy you dragged to the party today?" She asked, referring of course to Aaron. Ah , Aaron, he'd wondered when she'd ask about him.

Erik shrugged, tossing his cigarette but to the ground and stomping it out under his heel. "His name's, Aaron. He's just some kid I picked up a little while back. He's annoying, but he's all right." Erik paused looking past Ophelia in thought. "That kid's got more life in him than any actual living person I've ever met." It was true. Aaron annoyed him, and he was supposed to have left to go off and have his own vampire adventures ages ago. It was nice having some like that around though.

"Still have to turn other vampires just to have friends?" She inquired. He laughed lightly and smiled at her grimly. Of course she knew all about him turning humans.

"Aren't we friends Oph?" He asked sarcastically, holding his hands to his chest mocking a hurt heart. Though he then straightened up and turn back to serious. "I prefer to think of it as bring a bit of company to my life. Though I suppose you're right." He said in thought. Erik didn't really consider people friends, but he supposed by regular standard he did turn humans and make them his friends. It wasn't what it was really like, but he didn't care people seeing it that way. "You're lucky I do though, or you'd still be a poor, dead, maid."

Erik cut off the rest of his words when he heard the door open behind him. It wasn't like him and Ophelia were talking about something particularly incriminating to the outside listener. However, a lifetime of not shutting up taught him that a conversation between two vampires in public shouldn't be overheard no matter how harmless the subject. He turned around to see, Willow, the phoenix from before, had stepped outside. She was seemingly in her own world, plagued with her thoughts. When she opened her eyes and saw him and Ophelia, she faltered though.

"Oh, uh... Sorry." Willow said awkwardly, as she went off in the other direction and headed deeper into the garden. Erik watched her go and waited until she was far out of sight before turning back to Ophelia.

"So, I think, what I got from this conversation is that, my old house was brown, and that blonde is a witch that me and you have met before?" Erik said arrogantly, jerking a thumb over his shoulder to indicate where Willow had disappeared from. He wasn't an idiot, he was picking up all of Ophelia's hints, they just didn't matter to him until now. The whole Willow being a witch thing didn't bother him, because witches tended to like him. In fact Erik had been close with the previous coven leader in Lakes Grove last time he was here. "Now, witch or not, that girl's hot and I think I have a chance. So I'm going to go play sympathetic guy," Erik said giving Ophelia I half-wave as he wander off down in the direction Willow had disappeared.

Though he stopped and turned around. "Come find me when you decide you want to let me know why you're in town," He yelled out to Ophelia before disappearing. It didn't take him long to find Willow sitting by herself on the edge of a fountain. He didn't say anything, he just walked past her, standing facing the fountain. Erik reached out his hand into the falling water, letting the water running over the palm of his hand. He had always been mesmerised by water, they way it reflected and refracted light. "You realise people are supposed to be happy at parties right?" He asked sarcastically still watching the water flowing over his hand.

Willow didn't hear anyone approaching, so she was startled when she heard someone say, "You realize people are supposed to be happy at parties right?" She was about to get up abruptly and rush off not really wanting to deal with anyone, but she looked up at saw it was the guy from earlier, she couldn't help but smile. Pushing her hands off her knees and standing up. "Well..." She took a step towards him, speaking slightly quieter, "When you run into a ghost from your past that makes your up and coming mortality very... evident. It shakes you up." She smirked towards him. To anyone who didn't know what she was talking about it probably sounded like some stupid Halloween gibberish which is what she intended. But the truth was that she was actually being honest.

Will knew what he was and it didn't frighten her. And she could only assume that what him and Dr.Slut talked about had something to do with the fact that she should be dead and she's not... So he probably had some sort of an idea what or who she was. But again she didn't care. Instead a sly smirk crossed her lips as she spoke, "Let's be honest here... You don't need to play sympathetic with me doll. You already hooked me," She flicked her index finger on his collar as she said hooked,"So you don't have to pretend to care. I don't swoon at the compassion that most girls desire."

Willow took another step closer towards the male so that she was only an inch or 2 away from him, "You will soon find out that I am not most women." She glanced over to see his hand in the fountain, slowly extending her hand out beside his to feel the water, "And you know my name... But I still don't know what to call you Zorro." She then flicked some water at him with a playful chuckle.

October 28 || Nighttime

xxxxxx Erik ending his conversation with Ophelia to try to get in Willow’s pants prompted to tell Ophelia to find him when she was willing to spill. Uninterested in what would happen with him and Willow, Ophelia danced her way back into the party. She was on a doppelganger hunt – er doppelganger not to actually hunt them of course.

Scanning the room she spotted the girl that had come up to Willow during their conversation earlier. Dancing her way over to the red head she grabbed some random boy’s glass of beer along the way. Taking a sip of said drink she stood next to the red head and scanned the crowd before turning and looking at the girl. "So tell me, how did you and Willow meet?" Ophelia purred.

She had a strong feeling from the vibes this redhead was giving off that even without talking to her that she wasn’t fond of Ophelia, no that Ophelia really cared. She was just curious to see if this redhead knew more about Willow’s immortality.

Looking around she spotted two people she very prominently recognized. Victoria and Mikel – or at least there doppelgangers twins, she wasn’t sure. They were the first of the doppelgangers she had seen since she arrived back in Lake Grove and it actually took quite a stunning effect on her.

Quickly hiding it she turned back to the red head and cruelly grinned awaiting her answer.

Not proofread sorry!

While chuckling at the poor girl and her date she glanced over to see nurse slut dancing through the crowd. She rolled her eyes and ordered another beer before looking for another victim. Before she could find one, however, nurse slut invited herself over "So tell me, how did you and Willow meet?" Vivian raised her eyebrow, why did she care? She seemed to know Willow but Willow never mentioned anyone like slutty nurse to her. She took her beer from the bartender and gave him a thanking smile before turning back to the woman.

"I met Willow at a party, like this one...sort of. I had just moved here. We've been friends ever since." She said simply not wanting to get into much detail about it. The whole story involved Viv using magic and Willow seeing her, which is how they became friends. "How do you know her? She doesn't seem to know who you are but you know who she is. Plus she's never mentioned you to me before."

This woman was slightly ruining her night. She'd just seen some girls date flirting with some other girl. It was the perfect time to pop some bottles...literally. With a sigh she took a drink from her own bottle "I'm Vivian by the way.

Dimitri was honestly quite shocked at the amount of confidence she had in herself. Not many women these days had much confidence, he was actually quite happy she did. It made her more colorful of a person and with her high confidence, it made it more difficult for perverted guys to have their way with her. As much as everyone in town would like to say Dimitri was one of those guys, he actually wasn't. Yes, he enjoyed flirting a bit but he would never just sleep around with a woman unless she was the one initiating it and she was actually sure about it. Dimitri never went out looking for sex.

"I am very precious when it comes to originality." Her lips curved into a slight, mischievous smile, "And besides, there's too much competition. I can't risk anyone looking better than me."

Dimitri shook his head with a chuckle before speaking up, "I don't think you'd ever have that problem. You're a damn good looking woman, no one could possibly look better than you," he stated. It was the truth, he had never seen a woman more beautiful than she was. It wasn't just her good looking body that made him feel that way, she had a great personality to go along with it.

"I don't think you'd ever have that problem. You're a damn good looking woman, no one could possibly look better than you."
My, he really is laying it on thick, isn't he? Despite her cynical thoughts, Victoria couldn't help the way her lips curved at his words. Apparently, the vanity that had maimed her personality prior to her imprisonment was still somewhat intact.
"I bet you say that to all the girls."
As she smiled, her teeth were revealed in a flash of white, fangs fortunately slid neatly down to the typical, human size, albeit slightly sharper. She wasn't feeling thirsty.
Yet.
She tilted her head, her silver earrings glittering teasingly in the light spilling from the chandelier above, and her grin settled back into its teasing smile, a brows raised in mock-cautiousness.
"Best not say those things too loud, though. Judging from the attention your getting, a compliment like that could get me staked."
It was true. Victoria, be it a sixth scent or simply her vampire instinct, could often pick up the weight of gazes on her back, no matter the subtlety of the individuals casting them, and since her conversation with the handsome boy had begun, she'd felt a fair few more flutters. It was pesky more than unnerving, and she could blame them. He certainly was handsome enough, and probably quite popular around town. Victoria wouldn't know, what

with her being the opposite of up-to-date, but such a thing tended to lean on the obvious side.
Especially when it came to pretty faces.

Roman smiled towards Leonora as he brought her back close to him. He was trying to hide his slight interaction with Willow. There's no point in showing who he is to everyone just yet. He knows that they're going to want to kill him so lying low, at least for tonight is always a good idea. He raised a slender brow when she began to speak, "You have cold hands. You know what they say, cold hands, warm heart, I wonder if that is true for you? Well?" He couldn't help but smirk at the comment, sneaking a glance to his hand before looking back at her. "I have heard the saying before." He spun her once again, trying to decide on how to answer the question. Sure he could go along with it and say he had a warm heart. But he didn't. He was actually quite the opposite.

"I'm torn." He admitted towards the girl as he pulled her close, placing a hand on her lower back as he swayed with her to the music. He leaned forward to whisper in her ear, "I could either tell you what you'd like to hear... Or the truth." He leaned back to look into her eyes, raising his brows slightly. He didn't know this woman very well, but enough to know she was the human doppelganger of one his kind. So he couldn't kill her if she found something out that she wasn't supposed to. But he thought it could be interesting if she did know the truth. Either way he put the ball in her court. He may be a killer... But he's an honest one.
