Brief History:
Evie was a rescued model, her manufacture stopping mere months after her design's conception. James Cosgrove, a supervisor at EV Technology, saw it fit to simply smuggle her out of the facility and into his home. Android production was stopped, and it would be a many months until Androids themselves were sought out by government officials.
Evie lived for a year without worry, while her owner taught her most of what she needed to know to make it in the world. She was happy. They were best friends, and did everything together. In a way, she helped him too. Unfortunately, the closure and termination of EV Tech, as well as the seizure of all assets held by EV Tech employees brought Mr. Cosgrove to ruin. He spent millions not only trying to hold onto what he had, but also to ensure that Evie was safe.
In time, it became too much. in desperation, James Cosgrove made a deal. He sold Evie for $2 million dollars to an underground Android dealer in the hopes that, in time, he would be able to find her again.
That chance would not come to fruition.
Today, Evie keeps to herself, keeping an ear out for any whispers of her old friend in the hopes that she will find him again.
