"Hi," Kasei said, looking at Ace. "I'm Kasei." She introduced herself, listening quietly as he ordered a drink, her pink lips turning up into a small smile, despite the situation when he made a joke, "Since when do Eco-friendly people drink vodka?" She asked him, amused.
That was when Harlyn was totally and completely losing it. She could've face-palmed herself, but all she could do was stiffen at Harlyn's remark. Oh, well, let her say what she wants, she looked back at Zack, her brown eyes saying: "Let her say what she wants.". She wasn't too sure if Harlyn was just mad and trying to take it out on everybody or what, but Kasei wasn't going to crack over that.
Once she finished her shot, she realized she had been eyeing Zack's Absinth and figured since everything was being paid for, she might as well order one. She caught the guy's attention and ordered herself one quickly as she turned and watched Harlyn make a huge scene. Goddamit, could that girl be civil with people? She blinked as she threw the shot in Rick's face, causing Kasei to jump down from her bar stool, debating going after her, but Zack was already on it, and she figured it'd be best if he worked with Harlyn, as Kasei was likely to lose her temper at this point and that wouldn't be doing any good.
He exchanged a few words with Vivian that made her wince, god...this whole tour was going to be a disaster, she thought to herself, shaking her head. She wasn't sure if she should apologize to Legion or what, but either way nothing good was going to happen between them anymore. She took her seat besides Ace again and sighed, "Jesus Christ. I'm sorry, she just...got out of control." She told the drummer with a shake of her head. She was half tempted to walk out of the bar and just go back to her room, but now she felt like she would just be a coward if she left.

Even though Giles was raised in the States, his artist parents made sure he had an English environment at home, where he ended up spending most of his time at. This gave him a great difficulty when it came to interacting with the outside world. While the average British person is exposed to US culture due to franchising and the film industry, Jean and Simon had made their home with more traditional English attributes to keep Giles's 'roots' British. Now Giles was racking his brain to translate what he wanted to order into more US friendly words to not trouble the nice bartender. "God. What I would give for breakfast at home right now." Giles spoke with the air around him. He then turned to the bartender and said. "Do you serve black pudding? Off course you don't what was I thinking. Please bear with me. Now I would like some 'Bangers and Mash' which is in American... sausages and mashed potatoes. Yes, I would like some pork sausages with a side of mashed potatoes, baked beans and throw in some garlic bread, please. And I apologize for my English."
Giles tapped his pockets looking for a wallet that wasn't there and found a dollars crumpled in one of his pockets. Wondering whether tipping the bartender with a crumpled note of a low value would be mocking the bartender of such a high end bar that he realized that Harlyn and Zack had already left the bar. Glad that the night had ended without any conflict between the two bands he sipped on his dark beer eagerly awaiting for his 'supper.''

Rick was caught off-guard by the tequila that suddenly splashed across his face, filling his eye sockets with high-alcohol Mexican booze strong enough to peel the paper from the bar walls. One instant he was just sitting, minding his own business, sipping his Seven Crown and relaxing, and the next he had a faceful of napalm burning holes in his head. Rick's hand immediately shot down to the waist of his jeans and pulled the hem of his cheap flannel shirt out, dabbing the booze from his eyes very slowly, blinking frequently as the burn caused a few tears to run down his face. Bit by bit his eyesight and concentration began to return to him, and he realized that this wasn't, in fact, anyone's mistake. Harlyn had thrown his peace-offering back into his face, literally. A quick glance at Vivian - Rick didn't really have to look so much as feel the waves of anger crashing off of his friend - revealed that this was no longer a happy-go-lucky night of fun and merriment. If someone didn't do something, shit was going to fall apart fast.
And he didn't mean figuratively. At one point, a fight similar to this one had broken out in Milwaukee, and a bar had been literally dismantled in the ensuing melee; to this day the members of Legion were forbidden for drinking not only at that particular bar, but every bar within an eight block radius.
Groping one hand blindly out, the guitarist grabbed a firm hold on Viv's shoulder. "Don't." Was his only word; despite not making eye contact he seemed to convey his meaning well enough. The ensuing fight would be enough to maim or possibly kill not only Harlyn but half of the opposing band, and bloodshed was the last thing on his mind tonight. Primarily was the fact that a very expensive shot of Patron was now eating his eyeballs out of his skull. But secondarily there was the thought that any further chance at a peaceful end to things was gone from the equation and the least Rick could do was provide some sort of damage control, at least partially rein Vivian in before she went off and ripped the other girl's head off.
Once he had regained some of his composure, Rick squinted through puffy, bloodshot eyes at his co-lead, then stared in disbelief at the other guy whom had just arrived out of nowhere to make threats at the members of Legion. "Aw, that's no threat to make. I've lived shit that'd turn yer pasty ass inta jelly on tha floor. Don't let yer mouth be makin' oaths yer fists cain't keep." He said sagely, then turned very slowly away, facing Viv. "Please don't kill nobody. Just think it through 'afore y'all run off to kill her. Is it really worth it?"

Now, she wanted nothing to do with any one. She wanted to retreat back to her room, raid the mini bar for alcohol, start another chase with the Dragon and let everything be for a while. Unfortunately for Harlyn though, someone had other plans for her. As she took another sharp step across the lobby, she was cut short by a warm and firm hand wrapping around her arm.
"Harlyn!" the intruder said sharply.
At the sound of his voice, Harlyn rolled her eyes, gave an exasperated sigh, and turned to face Zack in one fluid movement. Before she could do much more than give a weak attempt to pull her arm from his grip though, he continued, fire in his eyes and anger evident in his voice.
"I know you're pissed at that woman, and so would I be if I was in the same situation as you," he spat before pausing to stare at the blonde, whose own expression was a mix between anger and sadness. But you went over the line," he continued before dropping hold of her arm and finishing with three words that essentially shoved Harlyn over the edge. "Way fucking over."
"No." Harlyn spat instantly, tears forming at the corners of her eyes as she rose a hand to shove at his shoulder. She hated when he was mad at her. "You don't understand and you didn't even try to help me in there! All you did was bitch at me... What about her, Zack?" she asked, throwing her arm out to gesture toward the bar to insinuate she was talking about Vivian back at the bar. After a moment of staring at him past the tears in her eyes, she sighed and shook her head as she turned in the general direction of the elevator again. She was trailing off the very ends of her high and she was exhausted. "Just... I'm gonna go to my room. Come along or don't. I don't give a shit," she said, her voice soft as the steam from her anger slowly rolled off her shoulders.

"Cool, 'drinking and moping'... we have something in common," his lower lip met his teeth and his eyebrows perked up at her, grinning slyly.
Ascelin had almost broken away from the commotion of what was happening around him. He could see it and hear it, but his body and voice refused to respond to any of the conflict. Whether that was because his limbs were too exhausted from his run over here or because he knew he had a tendency to make matters worse was yet to be known. In the back of his mind, Ace knew he didn't handle problems like this well. He could usually be found in the back of the fight screaming 'Can't we all get along?' while throwing punches. Well, that was if he hadn't started it in the first place.
Through his motionlessness (well, motionless aside from downing nearly the entire bottle of vodka already) he winced when Rick's offer streamed down his face. That was a feeling he himself had gone through in the past as a result of his... 'outlandishness' around average bar-goers, so his sympathy reached longer than one would think. "Milk helps that shit, man" he remarked. "Just... pour it on your eyes..." Out of context that'd seem really fucked up.
His bandmates who all meant a great deal to him were taking the worst of a bad situation but this was nothing new. Hell, this kind of thing happened damn near every time the group went anywhere together. They naturally didn't fit in with the general population -- such could be seen at that moment, as everyone else in the bar hadn't taken their eyes off the group since the lot of them came together. His solution of the current problem was as childish as his normal behavior.
"Anyone want a hug?" he half-hollered, looking to each face of the two bands that remained in the bar. He turned in his seat to face the majority of the group and opened his arms. As he did so, a fraction of his drink met the floor, along with his disregard for it. Chances are none of them would take him up on the offer, and after a few long moments he slowly turned back to face the bar and Kasei. "Do you want a hug?" his drunkenness asked her.

"Drinking and moping? If we go off of that, I think we'll have a lot in common with a lot of people in here." Kasei told him, jokingly as she glanced toward what looked to be a sulking business man, however her mood wasn't much improved, worrying about how Zack and Harlyn were doing,"I don't really consider it moping - just thinking deeply while drinking." She winked at Ace, not sure if it would be a good thing to be having a conversation with the drummer from Legion who appeared to not be interested in stopping this vodka shots anytime soon when - or if, Harlyn returned. She still wished they could've handled the whole situation better, at least it hadn't come to throwing punches, that would've made it much worse. Still, I get the feeling that we won't exactly be buddies on this tour if things get patched up. She thought. At least Ray and Giles don't seem to really want to rip each others throats out.
Kasei was waiting silently for Rick's response after ordering Jose Cuervos and brushing her dark hair out of her face, hearing mostly bar chatter - now about them, or she assumed them, since they were the only 'Tattoo and pierced rockers trying to start a damn fight'. She also noticed a few people had left earlier, probably not wanting to watch shit go down between to rival bands, those that remained looked a bit weary of them, mostly business men.
Looking up when Ace asked if anyone want a hug, she kinda stared at him, watching quietly. Yep, he's drunk. Kasei thought, a little bit amused at his drunken question, she just had to smile and shake her head at him, but when he asked her if she wanted a hug, she waited a moment, considering her words, "I think I'm good, man." She laughed softly. "Do you need a hug?" She teased Ace, feeling a bit better about this situation, however she still hoped that Vivian was cooling down and wouldn't turn on Giles and her, maybe since she was trying to make amends she would be spared from Queen Vivians wrath.

"I don't understand? I don't care?" he said and pointed his finger towards himself and looked still furious. "If you had listened to what I said, you would think twice before that." He crossed his arms over his chest and shook his head. "But you don't, do you? If you see that as bitching, then fight your own fucking battles Harlyn." the lead guitarist of Nerveshock turned and walked back towards the bar, his heels hitting the floor hard. "Sleep fucking tight.."
When he re-entered the bar, Zack's eyes fell on all the members of the two bands in there. His eyes caught Vivian's, but he didn't look angry anymore. Part of him regretted warning her, although she took it as a threat, and the other part of him still stood by his word. If she did go after his lead singer, Zack would stand between them. Hell, if he didn't, he wouldn't have a lead singer when Vivian was done with her. He went to the bar and leaned in over it, putting his head in his hands wearily. Then he turned his head and looked at Rick and Vivian. He didn't say anything to Viv, but breathed deeply. As if to tell her that he was sorry for Harlyn's behavior, but that he was still definately not in the mood for a fight. Then his eyes found Rick, dabbing his bloodshot eyes. "Sorry man," he said and patted his shoulder. "Can I get you anything?"
Ace and Kasei were in conversation already, much to Zack's pleasure. He cared for her and it was good to see her smile again. She didn't deserve to be sad all the time. That only reminded him of Harlyn's insult to her. How could you ever make yourself say something like that? To your own fucking bandmate!
He turned to her and put a hand under her chin and turned her head, letting his hand fall so as not to make it too awkward.
"Are you okay?" he asked and raised an eyebrow, looking actually concerned. Then his eyes found the vodka bottle. By the looks of it, the one Ascelin had been drinking from. He seemed drunk, which was what Zack was going for as well now. "Can I?" he asked politely and pointed at the label of the bottle. Vodka was the thing to calm him down now. And maybe a cigarette, but he didn't have any. His eyes shifted back to Kasei again, and awaited her repluy.
What a fucking night..

She herself had hopped around from band to band, never sticking with one for long or being tossed aside for someone with more experience in her younger years, some just not caring for her quiet, mysterious nature as they wanted someone a little more outgoing who caught attention, especially since she was female some wanted to flaunt her around, which she wasn't really down with (In most of those cases she was the one who left). But once she had found Nerveshock, she vowed she would never leave, as it felt like a perfect fit, regardless as to if she was 'besties' with her band mates. Sure, Giles kind of intimidated her, and Kasei didn't talk to Harlyn very much even though they were the only females in the band and most would expect them to be closer because of that, but they seemed to respect her privacy and all so she considered them friends. Oddly now, she felt closer to Zack than ever, she talked to him more than anyone else (She only occasionally spoke to Giles, she would say hi and maybe share a few conversations, but she kept it limited, since she had to agree with Rick...He did look like a zombie.) she thought. She almost wanted to have a long conversation with Zack now, maybe even tell him about the call she'd recieved earlier after finding out what happened outside. Maybe it's the booze talking. She thought to herself, glancing once more at Ascelin just as Zack put a hand under her chin so that she would look at him before he let his hand drop back down to his side, possibly to avoid looking like Prince Charming, minus the white horse and dorky clothes.
"Are you okay?" He asked, and she noted the concerned look in his eyes. She didn't jump this time, in fact now she just looked back at him and nodded, surprised and grateful that he asked and seemed to genuinely know if she was okay, "Of course." She said, having not thought it much of a big deal. Sure, she was surprised at Harlyn's comment, but she figured Harlyn was just mad and was lashing out at whoever tried to stop her. It didn't really effect her too much.
More than anything right now, she wanted to know how things went with Harlyn, but she didn't really want to discuss it in front of Legion, regardless as to if it seemed everything was cooling down now and she wasn't sure if she had made what she previously said to Ascelin a little too flirty as she hadn't meant for it to come out that way, really. Or had she? Either way, Zack had now seized her attention.
"I would ask how things went with Harlyn, but I don't think this is really the place to do it." Kasei said, after he had asked Ace about the vodka. She could tell that Zack's good mood had clearly gone after his conversation with Harlyn and he was looking for something to soothe his frayed nerves. She would offer him a cigarette, but she had left hers back in her room, unfortunately. Wasn't there also a no smoking sign? Ah, well. Kasei thought.
She looked up when the bassist from Legion who's name she hadn't caught got up and walked over and took a seat next to Giles, deabting asking his name if he didn't introduce himself. She let her eyes wander over him for a minute, noting his appearance and that he too had dreadlocks like Vivian. She wondered briefly if the two were related, but she thought the similarites rather ended there. He looked...well. Lazy. As hell.

After 5 minutes Giles returned with a big smile on his face and his figure looking equally slim all through out. He had seen himself in the mirror and he knew even his own band members would question such a wide grin but he couldn't help it, the relief he had gotten from the last couple of minutes before washing his hands was equivalent to the feeling he was about to experience the next day, a hit on his pipe after a long, long time. For the first time in days he felt relief from the tiny voice in his head urging him to get his fix. He strolled back to his spot in a manner similar to walking on clouds, he greeted Ian and the bartender again. "One more round mate and I would like the food soon, please." said Giles to the bartender in a rather calm voice. He then turned to Ian trying to think of something to converse about. "So..." Giles said in an attempt to start a sentence which ended in awkward silence. His second order was finally here and Giles decided to tip the bartender with his dollar even though it probably wasn't nearly enough for a place like this. He apologized to the bartender about the tip amount and his attention turned back to his pork sausages. "I would offer you some but the quarter Scottish in me wouldn't let me, much apologies." Giles said while from Ian's expression he couldn't really tell whether he was interested in the food or not. "You don't mind non-kosher meat near you, right? Anyways whats been buggin' me all night is are you and the Hulk of a woman there by any chance related?"
Giving a mental pat on the back to himself for thinking of something to say and pulling of a pretended interest in something trivial, he shut the world out and all he could see in the darkness was a gleaming plate of food with sausages dancing around and singing his name, mashed potatoes humming some cartoon theme song from years ago, the beans pleading to be eaten and the garlic bead begging to see his teeth. "An orgasmic piss and food that's happy to see me, somehow something must be wrong but thanks to Lord I can't give a fuck" Giles thought to himself as he used the cutlery to invade his plate.

"Ey... Hey...," he leaned over the surface of the bar and tapped on the tender's shoulder. "More?" he swished around the little amount of vodka that was left in the current bottle. Although at least a third of it had spilled from his glass over the course of the time it'd taken him to down the high percentage alcohol (much to the man behind the counter's discontent, as he'd already gone through two rags), he knew that combined with the leftover buzzed state he was in upon arrival, it was almost time for him to stop drinking. But it was around those last few drinks that Ace always let his alcoholic demon loose. He never really wanted to stop and would drown his soul until he absolutely had to come to a screeching halt.
"Do you need a hug?" the lady-drummer next to him teased. He couldn't help but smile as he turned away from his glass momentarily to look at her. His eyes met hers and there was a deep silence as he scanned her face before speaking. Regardless of the fact that she was gorgeous, there was something about her personality that he was drawn to. "I always need a hug!" he spoke loudly, bringing his lower lip into a pout.
While he wasn't quite 'in the moment', it registered in his mind that the chatter among band members was constant, and furthermore that one voice was closer than most. "Can I?" slipped through his ear and out the other. It took him a long second to react, but the growing smile on his face alerted the bartender in such a manner that he slid a clean shot glass over to the guitarist.
"Here you go my friend," Ace clumsily filled Zack's glass after he'd made his own dent in the new bottle. He could sense tension in the bar as soon as he entered it, but he couldn't hold grudges for the life of him and certainly didn't have the heart to do so. Plus, Zack's familiar demeanor charmed Ace.
There was a tingling feeling arising in the pale drummer's chest, which was all too familiar and quite uncomfortable. After feeling around in his pocket for about a minute -- in that course of time he managed to forget what he was doing more than once -- his gaze turned to the two opposing band members next to him. "You guys smoke weed?" the question escaped from his lips with such smoothness that it was almost odd. He didn't even attempt to speak quietly as his hand clasped tightly around his lighter.
Part of him didn't want to leave the bar, which was a source of alcohol and warm air, but he hadn't smoked in days. "I got 'Sour Diesel'. Good for stress and anxiety." His drunken state had him talking slower than normal and his awkward movements signaled that he'd had more than his fair share of the place.

"Thank you very much," he said to the Legion member before returning his eyes to Kasei. Still, the drummer from Legion seemed as though he knew Zack. As if they'd met before. Not that he could remember where or when. He rubbed his eyes again for a second and then shrugged. "She's just." he frowned and looked at the shot. "Outta control... I don't know." and he really didn't know. Someone had to be there to rein her in or else Harlyn would get her into trouble constantly. Vivian could get on Zack's nerves as well, but he had the muscle to stand against her. Harlyn didn't. If he had Harlyn's size, he would keep his mouth shut. But she didn't know better. "Someone just needs to rein her in, but if she keeps treating us like shit when we try to save her ass, I'm not going to help her." The words tasted foul in his mouth. Zack cared about his bandmates more than anything. And Harlyn too, even when she pulled shit like that. The apathy in him just overwhelmed him and he retreated into himself. A dangerous place. "Just.. Fuck it!" Zack said and lifted the shot of Vodka. He raised it first towards Ascelin and then Kasei before downing it. "I don't wanna bring us all down." he grabbed the bottle and poured another one.
"You seemed a little.." he trailed off for a moment. "Distracted when you came back from that phone call earlier." he noted and tilted his head, turning towards her. He spoke in a low voice just as the inebriant on the bar had his focus elsewhere. Then he turned to them, eyes heavy and slow. His fingers fumbled in his pockets after something unbeknownst to the two from Nerveshock.
"You guys smoke weed?" Zack's head turned to him and looked him straight in the eyes for a moment, his face not revealing anything. Then the corners of his mouth twitched and he gave a shrug. He looked at Kasei to see her reaction as well. Ascelin looked like he could really use it right now. "I think I'll stick to booze and cigarettes tonight." Zack planted to tattoed arms on the bar and smiled slightly. They could smoke all the weed they wanted to, he wouldn't mind. Zack just didn't want to. He didn't care. If Kasei passed out, he'd carry her to her room. Hell, if Ace passed out, he'd carry him to his room as well. His mood didn't allow him to even think of the idea of smoking it himself. Not tonight, not now. He just wanted to smoke and be drunk. Then he looked back at him and then held out his hand towards him. "But you guys can smoke all the shit you want. I don't care." Zack Vayne's fingers played with the glass of vodka, as if they were missing the guitar neck and the strings. An instant urge to play shot up into him, but he didn't let it show and discarded the feeling. "Do you guys know if it's possible to buy a pack of cigarrets nearby though?"

She couldn't help but sigh, "Let's just hope she cools down and comes back to her sense." She muttered, shaking her head at the thought. Could Harlyn really not get herself under control and learn to bite het tongue? She thought Zack said it well when he said 'fuck it' for the night, nodding her head in agreement and thinking they should focus on remaining civil with Legion now. So far she didn't think Ascelin was half-bad and also Giles seemed to be trying to make conversation with the bassist of Legion, she was surprised though when Zack mentioned the call from earlier. Had he really noticed? "You remember that, eh?" Kasei sighed and down the shot she'd had sitting in front of her, "I'll tell you later, just not here." She promised Zack just before Ace mentioned weed. She looked back to her guitarist for his reaction and then shook her head at him, thinking Zack's answer had been the best to go with, "I agree with Zack. I'm afraid not much for that." She admitted to him, having had past experiences with drugs before in her late teens. She'd gotten over it before she'd joined Nerveshock and wasn't interested in starting again, having no desire to go down that path again, even if it was just weed.
Kasei wasn't sure if it was the alcohol or the call from her past, but watching Zack's hands fidget as if wanting to play the guitar, she began wanting to play the piano. But where the hell was one when you needed it? One of the few times she actually missed the damn thing, and she didn't think she could find them. She glanced at Zack and shrugged, "I wasn't looking around much outside, but I have a new pack up in my room if you want it." She told him and then looked at her new shot the bartender put out in front of her, not touching it - yet, "I wanna play the fucking piano." She blurted, but kept her voice down so that the entire bar wouldn't be hearing her random outburst, knowing that none of the men sitting at the bar with her would have any idea what she was talking about as she'd never once mentioned having the ability to play anything besides the drums. She'd even admitted to Zack that she had never even tried to play the guitar, bass, or anything else, convinently leaving out the fact that she had once played the piano when she was younger.

He removed his hand from her shoulder and leaned back against the bar. "An' don't get us kicked outta tha hotel, that's no good." His piece spoken, the guitarist ponderously turned back to the bar and wrapped his big fist around another Seven Crown, drinking from it slowly and deliberately. His face was set in a grim line, already considering the possibilities of the upcoming brawl. What could happen now? Would they be kicked out of the hotel? Would the bar be destroyed? Would they be exiled by court order from the city? Rick had been kicked out of a town more than once for excessive brawling in his younger days, and it wasn't a pleasant thought that he might have to add another notch to the belt.
A welcome distraction from these dark thoughts came in the form of Ace pulling a dime from his pocket in plain sight of all bargoers and rather loudly asking if anyone wanted to light up. Rick swatted the drummer's hand down. "Keep that outta sight, you idjit. Do you want to get arrested for possession before we've even started the concert series?"

"Don't worry about me, I know my way jack.... back" he told his band mates while performing a half-assed wave signaling good bye. "Good night, don't drink too much chaps, we got a show tomorrow."
Although in a dire need for someone to help him go back to his room, he always refused help, preferring to do things on his own. Giles needing something to lean on rested his shoulder on the wall and dragged himself along the wall watching the ground so he wouldn't knock something over. Occasionally rolling on the wall shoulder to shoulder to amuse himself he somehow made it to the hallway where he hoped that one of the rooms would belong to his band mates so he wouldn't be evicted. Giles from the hazy vision of one eye saw that there was someone else in the hallway. Realizing that the person was facing away from him he used this opportunity to urinate on the door to his left. He then walked slowly towards one of the doors. Forgetting to pull his pants up he lost his already unbalanced footing and fell forward. As he fell he tried to grab onto the person in the hallway but he missed the persons belt and his attempt to grab onto something turned into a light tap on that persons butt cheek. Realizing what he had done and the fact that he had fallen he started laughing but his joy was cut abruptly when he looked up and saw that it was the towering Vivian who was staring down at him. Giles didn't even try to put on a poker face hoping she would go easy on him if he had a 'I'm fucked face' on. Rolling around fast to pull his pants up, he prayed to God for a way out. "I'm sorry," Giles said while trying to think of a way turn the tides around. "but I must say you do have a nice bottom." Giles let out a faint shriek after the second part of his sentence slipped out of his mouth. Sure he was being honest and wasn't being rude but he had picked the wrong time to pay that compliment. He didn't know whether he started laughing again because of his mess up or just to pretend things are fine but Giles was sitting on the floor laughing right at Vivian's feet.

"That's okay," he said to her. Zack looked back at Ascelin when Kasei too declined, and then motioned to the bartender. "A Heineken, please." he said and it was promptly served, put right in front of him. He wrapped his fingers around the cold bottle and had only raised it halfway to his mouth when Rick cut him off. He was speaking to Ace, pointing out the 'danger' in talking about drugs in such a place. If he did indeed get caught, the show would be over tomorrow. And maybe the next one as well. If Ascelin got hauled off, then maybe Legion could have borrowed Kasei for the night; but there was small chance of that now, small being and understatement. Zack avoided further commenting as he saw no need, and didn't want to engage in conversation with the co-guitarist of the opposing band. Even though he'd made only one comment towards him, Zack felt that he wasn't really his biggest fan. Rick could be in the same mind as Vivian, and wanted to kick his ass, but was just smart enough not to start anything. Whatever the case, Zack Vayne shrugged it off and drank from his beer.
"You play the piano as well?" he asked, finally turning towards his drummer again his mouth twitching. He wanted those cigarettes badly now. He widened his eyes to shake any weariness that could present itself, just to be one step ahead of sleep. Just to avoid it for the time being. He wasn't really tired but the thought of retreating to his room and sitting as a sullen child in the dimmed light of the tv, with a guitar in his hands seemed almost unbearable. "You hold more secrets than I'd thought, Miss Lestat." Zack smiled and winked. Another sip of beer. He knew his bandmates, of course. Some more than others. Harlyn he knew most about, then Kasei and then Giles.
Out of the corner of his eyes he saw Vivan get up and leave, after the previous -however short- conversation with Rick. He sighed deeply and contemplated going after her in an attempt to stop her, but remained in his seat. Harlyn would've made it to her room by now. Right? If not, Zack was certain to figure out if the two got in a fight. If, clung to his brain like duct tape, the notion only increased by the hope of avoiding that fight.
The next one to leave the bar was Giles. Shit faced. He staggered out of there and only waved back at his bandmates. Zack uncertainly waved back at him and raised an eyebrow, worried about how he was ever going to make it back to his room. He turned his face and spoke to Kasei. "He is completely off his tits," he said and then turned his face to see his bassist walk out of sight. Only two nights ago, Zack had to carry him to his room because he was drunk. Again.
"I fucking hope he doesn't run into Vivian." Zack just turned around and closed his eyes for a moment, drinking his beer. "Uh," his eyes hovered over the array of liquids in the bar display. "Southern comfort and Rose's Lime." the bartender placed -upon Zack's request- both bottles on the counter. He'd learned to mix this drink in a trip to Europe once. Somewhere... North. He couldn't remember anyway. He mixed the drink and tried a small taste. Satisfied, he screwed the cap on the both bottles and looked at Ace. "Have you had enough, or?" he smiled and pointed at the almost empty Vodka bottle. He shook his head at the look on the drummer's face, and chuckled. Zack's thumb pointed over his shoulder, in the direction Vivian and Giles had gone. And Harlyn before them. "Provided that none of them get in a fight, or Giles throws up all over the hall, can I please have that pack of ciggies? If you don't wanna share it that is." he said to Kasei and raised his brows.

Still fidgeting with her glass, Kasei turned and smiled softly at her guitarist, "I did once, and I do have some secrets, indeed." She told him, mysteriously, having kept most of her history a secret from her band mates and returning her gaze to the bar and thinking that Zack needed to take it easy, sure that his conversation with Harlyn had gone quite badly and after what had almost happened with Legion, she couldn't really blame the guy if he wanted to just be alone. She wondered if he was at all curious now. All she had told Legion about her was that she was originally from Alaska, not saying particularly where, but if anyone asked she'd just say 'Fairbanks' and no more on the subject, though she often teased others about the cold weather not being that cold wherever they were. She just liked to keep to herself for the most part.
Kasei caught a glimpse of Vivian leaving and stiffened slightly, hoping she wasn't going to go looking for Harlyn, as it may take her, Zack and whoever else they could get to help them stop Vivian. Maybe Rick would be of help, she thought but wondered if he would be with them or against them in that situation. Shortly after, Giles left as well, looking...totally shit-faced. She shook her head and smiled at Zack, "You're certainly right about that one." She told him, hoping Giles wouldn't get himself into any trouble out there because they weren't there to try and save his ass...really, it wasn't that long ago Zack had to try to carry Giles to bed. She couldn't be the only one to find it embarrassing to have to be carried anywhere.
Kasei vaguely recalled a few months ago when she passed out drunk at a party and had somehow magically reappeared in her hotel room...She wondered who it was whom had helped her. Was it Harlyn or Zack? She doubted Giles was there and would've tried to help her. She had never asked as she had been too ashamed to ask her band mates. Is it such a curse to rely on others a little? She wondered to herself.
"Let's hope he stays smart." Kasei replied, sighing and shaking her head at that and pushing her glass away. She needed to be done for the night, she thought as she listened to Zack ask Ascelin about the vodka. "I'll share with you." She smiled at Zack, thinking she could go for a smoke as well. "In fact, I think I could use one right now." She told him.
