You were just having fun making houses in a blocky world on your pc, and then some endermen decide to be jerks, typical.

In this RP your character shall enter the world of minecraft, along with a number of other players, you will have to build, fight and run to survive the world, and with the enderman attacking everything that moves, you may find friends, in the worst of enemys, it all depends on how you work with the world, and what about the nether? well, it may end up to be your saviour in the end, but for now, i do believe you should be satisfied with what you need to do, just one last thing

Erika was stunned at Jack's snapped response. Sure he had acted a litttle weird but she hadn't thought bad of him. What was worse is that his snappy response reminded her all too much about how others treated her at school, she didn't like it. Her eyes went from wide to downcast, "oh....I'm sorry I didn't...." her voice trailed off and she drifted away from Jack, happy that the cube like world hid her facial expressions. It wasn't silent for long as Gargore punched Jack for that comment and a small fight ensued. "Please don't fight....." she mumbled out as once again as silence ensured.

The silence was soon interrupted by the sound of someone digging and a body popped into the hole and lit it up with a torch. "Hello There" he said, Erika sort of stared at him a little, she was still down from the earlier incidents. The player quickly introduced himself and asked them to follow him, something that Erika was first in line for, happy to leave the gloom that had descended on their own hole. She didn't anything while they traveled to wherever it was that Vann was taking them. However upon exiting the cave the group dashed to a small overhang and Vann told them all to crouch. A small pyramid could be seen in the distance and that was unnerving but Erika tried not to think about it. She heard the Vann and Gargore discussing a 'Him' and that peaked her interest a little. "who is... 'Him'?" she asked quietly.

Gargore turned as Erika, who he had to admit he had forgot was there, asked who 'He' was he made a face of general shock.
"You don't know who he is?... then again i think you're new... well 'Him' is a nickname we use for him but his implied name is 'Herobrine'... he was put in by Nocth... or maybe not, but anyway he is said to be the sprit of Nocth's dead brother... Notch said he removed him ona recent update but i doubt that's happened... maybe it is his real sprirt... vut we shouldn't worry about that yet... either way we should see if that pryamid has anything we can use... good to get a head start i suppose"

Vann nodded at what Gargore said, "Yes, though I had never actually seen Herobrine and most everyone had said he was fake, though if this pyramid isn't a giant trap, then that just points towards him being real, anyway, we can either head straight back to my 'lair' or head on over to the Pyramid to take a quick look, though with the off chances that enemie mobs can still spawn I'd advise to check it out i the morning after a nice bowl of soup or whatever tickles ya fancy, have fish as well and I might have abit of cake left lying around," Vann had proceeded to talk about some food for no reason, it was something that he had just sorta picked up. "It's your choice" he said to everyone around him, basically asking whether they wanted to go to his hidden base or go to the pyramid.

"Hmm... well your offer seems tempting enough... the others can make their own choices though and whatever the majourity goes to is the way i swing as well... i must ask, what is your name? You've been croched the whole time so i havn't been able to see it... i guess you already know mine is Gargore"

"Oh right, how rude of me, I go by the floating white letters of Vann Regal, so I guess it serves as my name as well," Vann said standing up for a couple of seconds to show off the white floating letters, "But introductions can be done later, we're best of choosing as soon as possible, never know when the Endermen will arrive, you already got one of their presents from what I saw." Vann was meaning the creeper's body parts that had been thrown down a closed hole, basically meaning how powerful the Endermen were.

"You're telling me.. i knew Notch put some new mobs in but i didn't think they were programmed to fo that... did Notch plan for this to happen?" Gargore asked, Vann had been in the world longer than Gargore, so mabe he knew what was going on "If Notch didn't plan this then do you know what happened?"

Jack waved.

"Oh Hai. Yeah, the REST of us are still here! >:O" He reminded the two up ahead, primarily the suspicious newcomer, Vann Regal, who just started talking about going to his house of ultimate safety, and talking about a new enemy as if he knew all about them, despite claiming he didn't know when they'd arrive. Then he started talking about some stupid Pyramid and how they had to try and find it or something.

"Yeah, Sorry. Like I said bro. EAST. The cities are there. You'd be better off getting help that way for the big pyramid. Maybe get an expedition and such together."

Gargore turned to Jack
"Normally i would agree with that sort of suggestion but considering one, it's night, and two, it is a longer trip most likely and those things might not burn in the day... until we get at least stone weapons we shouldn't go that kind of distance... who knows what else is up here now"

"City? There's no city east, at least not a standing one, you think if the Endermen had the power to rip a creeper and trow it down a hole that they would leave a city standing? your crazier than I am," Vann said to Jack, "We'll go back to my base for now, that way should any of us get split up we could always meet back there," and he ran towards the forest over the open landscape, he quickly hid behind the first tree he could then motioned for the others to follow him. Vann led anyone who did follow him to a tree with a branch sticking out, not like those little wood blocks that appeared on trees but a proper branch, he then dug out the bottom two twood blocks of the tree revealing a secret hole. Vann waited for the others to go down so that he could block up the hole, lucky for him the endermen had never found him, after all, when you want to hide a tree, use a forest. The ladder led down to a room with a green carpet, a fireplace, some bookshelves and some 'chairs'.

Jack was annoyed by that even more smug bastard, Vann. He didn't like Gargore mostly for his fashion choices, but the guy turned out okay the more he thought about it.

"Garg…" He whispered. "I don't trust our little 'hero.' he knows too much about the situation. Keep your guard up, bro. He might totes molest us. D:"

Gargore turned to Jack as he warned him of Vann
"I know... i don't know how long he's been here but for all i know he may be quietly insane... and if he does turn against us we still greatly outnumber him... i may not have been apointed but i am this team's guardian for now... i won't let you get hurt" he then turned and followed Vann. He smiled as he saw the secret hole, it was a good hiding pl;ace... for now that was. He climbed down, ending up in a room with a carpet as well as a few other items "nice place" he said

So, Vann found them, how very interesting, he recalled Vann, the insane survivor, he had chosen to avoid the other npc's that originally roamed the archive, it saved his life, he even recalled a chance meeting of sorts, he did not know if he had seen him, him being covered with mist, but he knew the bot had looked his way, right into his white eyes, he watched him from that point, learning about him. He may be insane in more ways than one, but he was a born survivor and could teach the humans quite a bit, and so, for now, he left the humans in his care, hopefully he would not regret it, as they may be integral to his plans.

Vann waited for anyone who had followed him to go down the ladder into the room before going down and covering up the entrance. Once he reached the bottom of the ladder he looked at the others then 'sat' down on a 'chair' near the fire, the fire being the only place where light was coming from. "So" Vann said to them, "How'd you survive for so long? I don't mean to seem rude but you don't seem the most expert of players," Vann looked at a stone button on the wall and wondered if anyone had tried to push it yet or if they were wondering what it did. "Also thank you for your compliment, its not much around here but I guess it could be called home."

Gargore looked at where Vann was, he saw a stone button.
"If i may ask what does that button do?... how did we survive so long? Really i don't know... the main reason we are not dead yet by my reasoning is that these beasts are toying with us, using us as simple play-things until they come to kill our terrified forms... i must you must be an expert to have survived here for... well how long have you been here for?"

"I dunno" Vann replied to Gargore's question, "And that button currently does nothing, if you want it to do something you'd need to push another button," Vann went over to the fire and put it out with a bucket of water then quickly scooped the water back up. The room was now dark but Vann looked towards the back of the fireplace and pushed a button making a hole in the floor appear which produced some light. Vann pulled out some flint & steel and relit the fire, "I dunno how long I've been here, but I've made all this myself, not much to do when your stuck underground for long periods of time." Vann jumped down the hole and landed in some water, he swam to the top and got out, "Ya' hungry at all?" he called out.

"You kidding me!?" Gargore shouted down the hole. The hole coming out of the floor had surprised him, definately. He was still on guard, but for now he knew the group woulod need feeding, espeially Jack because of Gargore's punch, he didn't want to regret something later if Jack happened to die by something that could have been averted if Gargore hadn't gotten mad with him.

Most recent OOC posts in Minecraft: a matter of survival

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

I hate to seem like a bad guy here but I just don't think that this thing can survive on only two people posting while a third watches over and tries some giant plot. It was a good try but we just didn't have the right people.

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

in that case…

I guess the endermen are rapin' everybody up on the server.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=88MGBoNVIGs

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

And I'm pretty sure a city wouldn't still be standing if these Endermen are killing just about everything.

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

i like your post, its damn good!

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

Well my post shouldn't really cause too many problems for those people who just sort of go with the flow because my post is one of the thngs making the flow. Remember ChaosBlade, if you don't like my post, tell me and give me a suggestion on how to change it to fit the RP better, also I don't want anyone to actually look closly at the back of the fireplace, there is not a secret button there.

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

unexpected, though someone really should post, mine wouldnt do much good dor the current situation

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

Left? I'm still here. I was waiting for one of the other players, like Lumana to post.

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

i could see Jay as having left, he seems to do that with rp's not sure bout the others, take a post if you want.

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

Well you see I was kinda waiting for some other people to post rather than is being mainly me and Cazuki carrying the RP and everyone gets left wondering about the pyramid, or should I just move everyone into my base?

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

Sooooo, anyone gonna post or has social life's consumed your ability to type,

Damn social life, YOU SCARY (lol)

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

Not your fault ChaosBlade, I thought that they would have responded to a digging sound which was getting closer.

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

Oops..... I really should post....just...not in a posting mood.... Ah screw it, I'll post but don't expect it to be amazing. Not in the best creative mood at the moment.

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

Shadow, so sorry about making you having to find the others yourselves -_- , fiqured they'd find your first. sorry for leaving ya hangin

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

I was sorta wondering who was sticking around and why I being ignored completly.

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

Vann wishes for you to follow him, he already has a base set up so why not? you could get some food and some equipment but when you reached above ground you'd also see the pyramid so its a win win situation here, anyway, why not trust someone who pokes their head in then tells you to follow them, all the while you still can't see their name because they are crouching.

Re: [OOC] Minecraft: a matter of survival

and theirs a "in the background" post done, lovely heart warming murder, brings a warm feeelin to ma chest, ya know?
