Description: He is the typical soldier, not too broad not too skinny just average, his eyes are different though. His mother was on the colony that fell to earth ten years prior and being from the ruling class of the newly created Jupitris Alliance he is always well dressed. His Great Grandfather was Desmond Ris, the man who created the first Elevator and due to his families natural abilities he has always stood out in school. In truth he is more a child of space than of earth. Living in lower gravity the humans who are born on colonies are often given physical stimulants to keep their bodies at higher than earth norms as opposed to the typical bone loss normally seen from extended time in Space (the gravity on the Main Colonies is at .85 earth norm), However, naturally speaking their bodies focus less on physical development and instead more upon brain growth. His face is sharp cut and his eyes are kind but absolute. Many still look at him like a child yet every one of his professors and squadron mates at the academy hae found him to be far and beyond his age in both mind and ability.

History: His mother was killed when Agricultural Colony L3 fell to Earth ten years ago. The colony was a small cylinder in space that orbited at a sharp angle to always be exposed to sunlight, yet still despite its unimportance for some reason the Colony went dark, a few hours after that the entire structure and its 50,000 inhabitants fell to the planet below… It impacted off the northern coast of Australia, leaving a massive crater that can be only partially seen making it look like a sick and twisted grin. This scar is called the Devil’s Smile. This was the worst disaster since the forth Elevator fell across the western coast of the United States killing 50 million people, and was what caused the Jupitris Alliance to break free of the Union as rumors exploded that the colony was actually drop intentionally to try to hit Beijing and smash the NPA’s Government, these rumors were never proven however the speculation remains.

This event shaped Desmond’s life, as his entire purpose from then on was to become strong enough to stop anything like that from ever happening again. To that end he joined the Jupitris Forces and has been studying at the Academy to become a Mobile Suit Pilot. He intends to rise high enough in the ranks to stop that kind of a tragedy from ever reoccurring

Mobile Suit: He Currently Doesn’t pilot his own assigned unit and instead uses a Training Zaku II for combat simulations.
