Gina Walked down the street heading back to her apartment, she kicked the trash on the road. "I really need to move to the country this is disgusting.." she said to herself as she made her way down the block. It was around midnight, Gina was getting out late from work. She's working overtime to get some money to out of the city. She sighed and continued her walk down the block. It was dark considering I was around 11:45. she tripped over a curd and caused her purse to spill all over the ground. "Oh great..." She said to herself as she started to pick it all up.

Michael was walking home from the night shift from a local gas station he was working at for extra cash because his landowner had bumped the price of the apartment up. He says to himself every day "one day i will move far away from here, where the nearest city is hundreds of miles away and the closest neighbor is a mile away..." so he is a block away from his house when he came across a girl on the ground picking up stuff she had dropped. He walks over to her and helps her pick up her stuff. He asks "rough night?"

She was happy not everyone in this city is a big jerk and only cares for themselves.

So he says to her "I hope you like seafood because my buddy just went crabbing and got me a ton of Alaskan blue crab I also have some shrimp, oysters, and clams. If your not a seafood person i made spaghetti last night and i still have a bunch left, and if your not into any of that we can go out to eat where ever you want" so they start walking to his apartment for dinner. About 5 feet into the walk Gina trips and twists her ankle off an uneven curb. He instantly catches her. He asks "are you ok? I don't want you to walk on it if it hurts."

When Gina tripped she wasn't expecting Michael to react as fast as he did. When he caught her she breathed out and got the words out. "Thank you...my ankle really hurts though.." She told him. The moon light hit his face at the right angle, he was handsome. She smiled at him, she rested her head on his chest as they began to walk more down the block. "Sorry for tripping, it's just the darkness. This is why I want to move to the country side." She laughed.

He stopped, looked at her and smiled and said "I've wanted to move to the country side my whole life" He said to her "its really not a good idea to walk on your ankle until we find out if its bad or not" so he takes her arm and puts it over his shoulder grabs her legs and carries her to his apartment and puts her down on the couch and says "give me one second ill get you some ice" so he walks back out with a bag of frozen peas and a pillow case he puts the bag around her ankle and ties the pillow case around it to hold it in place. He asks "better?"

She smiled at him, as he lays her on the couch she looks around his apartment. It's nice, she gives him a warm smile as he walked over with the frozen bag of peas. "Thank you, and yes it feels much better than before. She looked at her care taker deeply. He seemed like a really nice guy. Gina gave him a smile , "You've got a nice place. So about that seafood..." She laughed. "I'm kidding, tell me about yourself.. She couldn't help but smile around him, it was just a feeling she got. Gina looked at him, he was a very handsome young man, she couldn't help but thank he was the one who helped her or some reason.
