Introduction

In the year 2015, President Gerald Robinson enacted a plan for world peace. He took a step back and realized that the reason this lofty and often unrealistic goal had never been achieved was that strong enough measures were not taken to see it become reality. Brief sojourns into these areas never provided lasting peace. The only way to ensure that world peace could come about was to eliminate all that stood in its way...permanently, even if that meant placing the entire world under the rule of the US government. So, the President called a meeting with The Cabinet and the Joint Chiefs of Staff to find a way to achieve this. It was not a quick or easy process.

Many of the Cabinet members were opposed to such violent and reckless action, and they resigned from their posts. The branches of the military could not agree on a cohesive plan involving all of them. The CIA and other intelligence agencies were unwilling to halt active investigations for the long and arduous task of gathering more information from all over the world. This left them flying blind, and the President was highly frustrated. However, this frustration caused him to come up with an idea that could solve all of their problems. It would be an experiment to create the perfect super soldier, one capable of conquering the world single-handedly.

The plan was called Experiment 1519, a radical idea that put the country's top scientists to work. In the short span of ten years, they had succeeded in creating their super soldier. Experiment 1519 was given the name Christopher Holloway, and from there, the testing began. He showed remarkable skill with all manner of firearms, all manner of melee weapons, and even outclassed Grand Masters and mixed-martial artists in every known martial art. He was also taught military code, military thinking, and run through the boot camps of every American military unit, toughening his body and sharpening his mind even more. By the end of the exhaustive testing, they had a perfect soldier who was ready to go out in the world and conquer in the name of the United States.

When the PUSA Plan was enacted, the United Nations and Nato were permanently shut down. All ties to other countries were severed, and every soldier around the world was called home. It was time for Chris to make his debut, and make a statement to the world. The first target was Canada, and Chris was briefed on what to do. He was ordered to kill everyone who fought against him or carried a weapon in the name of national defense, no matter who they were. After he was geared up. he boarded a helicopter and dropped from it onto Canadian soil. Let the bloodbath begin...

Experiment 1519, AKA Christopher Holloway, strode purposefully toward the military helicopter that was waiting for him. The main rotor had started and was kicking up dust and blowing against him, but he showed no signs of it bothering him as he went to the side of the mounted machine gun and sat down. He leaned back and shut the sliding door before proceeding to give the pilot the thumbs up to take off. As the bird ascended into the air, Chris fingered the trigger of his M16 thoughtfully. This was finally it. The culmination of a plan ten years in the making.

On this day ten years ago, President Gerald Robinson concocted a radical idea to bring about world peace.

This left them flying blind, and the President highly frustrated. However, this frustration caused him to come up with an idea that could solve all of their problems. It would be an experiment to create the perfect super soldier, one capable of conquering the world single-handedly.

This was where Chris came into the picture, though back then he went exclusively by the Experiment 1519 title. He remembered learning how to use firearms and melee weapons in the most efficient way possible, having been taught by the most skilled and knowledgeable members of the US military industrial complex. Chris was taught every known martial art, and put up against highly-skilled Grand Masters and MMA fighters, who used these techniques everyday. One-by-one he defeated them and reached the zenith of his combat effectiveness. He was then taught military skills, codes, and run through the boot camps of every part of the US military. He came out of the exhaustive training and preparation a perfect soldier.

The President and the Joint Chiefs of Staff met with him, and he was granted a real name. He was briefed about the PUSA Plan, and then told to go to Canada to begin his assignment. When a country begins conquest, it always starts with its neighbors. This led him to where he was now, with a chopper bound for the Canadian border. Chris ejected the clip of his M16, checked it, then slapped it back in and cocked the rifle. He was ready for action.

The chopper passed over the Canadian border and hovered about five miles from it. The pilot then turned toward him.
"You'll jump out here. This is the closest we could get to a nearby Canadian base without getting shot down. The base is your first target. Secure it, then radio in and we'll send you anything you need."

He adjusted the pitch of the helicopter.
"After that, proceed to the nearest town and take it. Repeat that process and radio in when you've taken the entire province. The General will give you your orders from there."
Chris nodded and slid the door open before standing at the edge of the helicopter. The pilot put his hand on his shoulder.

"Good luck, son. Your country is depending on you."
Chris nodded and leaped from the helicopter. He held his rifle in one hand as he shot toward his target: a tree. He reached out and grabbed the branch, letting go and doing a back flip before the branch broke. Chris landed and began charging toward the treeline with his rifle in both hands. The base was in sight, and he was going to take it.

At the edge of the treeline, he jumped, taking his knees up to his chest so he would sail over the ground. He had jumped so high that he cleared the base wall. As soon as he saw a Canadian soldier, he he aimed his M16 and fired a single shot, catching him in the right temple. As the man fell, many other troops came running out from the buildings, alerted by the gunshot. Chris landed, rolled, and crouched, aiming his rifle and firing. The shots landed in the chest or the head, dropping the first group.

He charged forward, his rifle shoulder level, firing at the second group with extreme precision. As they fell, the third group started shooting back, but bullets were no match for Chris's speed. He dodged them nimbly and pulled his pistol, picking off a fourth approaching group as he mowed down the third one. When the fourth group had fell, Chris holstered his pistol and advanced forward cautiously. The remaining soldiers would not be so quick to join the slaughter. He took cover behind the barracks and reloaded his spent rifle.

The first step now was to locate the radio room. He had to prevent the Canadians from calling reinforcements and secure it for his own purposes. He crouched and moved forward, using his knife to ambush any who were not quick enough to spot his approach. He sparingly used his rifle, as there were not many left that he could not handle with his knife. He soon located the radio room, with a soldier frantically trying to call for help. He axed that attempt with a rifle shot to the back of the head. After a thorough investigation of the base, he proceeded to the radio and tuned it to the frequency he had been taught to communicate with the American forces.
"Big Dog, this is Lone Wolf, do you copy?"

"We copy, Lone Wolf. What's your twenty?"
"A Canadian army base two clicks from a nearby town. I'm about to proceed to the town."
"Do you need any supplies, Lone Wolf?"
"I could use a couple mortars to disrupt the enemy line. With the hostiles confused, I can pick them off easily."

"Roger, Lone Wolf. We'll get those mortars to your twenty. Big Dog, over and out."
"Roger that."
Chris put the receiver down and stepped outside. He slung his rifle over his shoulder and leaned against the tent. Now, he just had to wait for Uncle Sam to deliver the goods.

Jean stepped put of the airplane, taking a brief look around the runway that the pane had landed on and then he proceeded down the stairs to greet the men at the bottom. Jean was wearing simple jeans, a black shirt and a leather vest along with a pair of dark sunglasses. He wasn’t coming alone, behind him there was another half a dozen people, all wearing a variety of clothes, though they all had one thing in common. They were wearing European clothes.

“I am Jean Baptise-Reno, of la France Secret Service,” Jean said as he introduced himself to the first person and then stepped aside to allow the other agents to introduce themselves. France, England, Germany and Italy had all send their agents to help Canada and serve as a communicator between the events in Canada and Europe.
“Gentlemen,” the first man said, “I am Alexander Smith. Minster of Interior, and I am most glad to see that your nations have agreed to help us in this hour of need, please, enter the limousine and you shall be taken to Canada’s Headquarter of National Defense.”

At the National Defense, Jean, and the other agents, were greeted by several high ranked generals. “Well I am aware that you may already have been greeted by our Minister of Interior, however I would like to put emphasis on the gratefulness that all of Canada have for you to come to us when everyone else refuses to listen to our calls.”
“Her majesty will not see her subjects being under some form of dictatorial reign. This world has seen enough dictators as it is, so, let us stop this invasion and see to it that USA will not walk away from this unpunished,” a British MI6 agent replied with the nods from all the other agents.
“It is good to hear, now, please listen to this,” the general said and then played an audio file. “Help we’re being-” the message didn’t get much further before a shot was heard and the message died.
“This message is but a few hours old, and following this message we were soon overloaded with similar messages, all of them with a similar contest. A few words and then either silence, a shot, or an explosion. Gentlemen, we suspect that either a form of highly organized terrorist organization is on the move, or Canada is being invaded by its neighbor in a modern Blitzkrieg.”

There was a moment of silence. Jean was slightly worried; he had expected something in the sense of guerilla war, or an obvious army actually invading Canada when he had been told the assignment, however now that he was hearing these recorded reports, and what the general was telling him, he doubted that it would be anything as simple as an ordinary war.
“Do wee know how manee there ees?” Jean asked, his heavy French accent making him mispronounce the majority of the words.
“I’m sorry?” the general asked, making Jean having to repeat the question again, and again before the general understood the question.
“No, we don’t know how many there possibly are. As we speak, our own agents are trying to get an estimate for how many we are up against, however, while you are all present, I will like you to take a look at this,” the general said and then turned to the large screen behind him.

“These men are all American biological and genetic researchers. A decade ago, these men were all reported missing, while our own information concerning why they all disappeared is yet to be answered. Now, gentlemen, I place my nation’s security in your hands, tell me what we must do to stop this menace.”

The men looked at one another. Tension was rising in the room as they had now been informed about the full size of their mission, it wasn’t going to be a walk in the park, far from it, it was going to be a big strength, one which the entire world depended on them to succeed.
“Alright lads,” the British MI6 agent said, “We’ll need all the reports and possible videos that you have from all of these attacks, as well as access to your satellites. You, you and you, will go to these battlefield and see what you can find-” The MI6 was indicating at Jean, and two German agents, they all then stood up and left the room while the man gave further instructions to the other members.

Jean gulped down a lump of spit. While he had served the French Secret Service he had mainly dealt with internal problems and setting up petty crime lords for traps, nothing as big this.

Chris fiddled with his M16 until he heard the sound of a US military Chinook helicopter approaching. A large box was tethered to its undercarriage, and it gently placed it on the ground in the middle of the base. Chris waved to the pilot to let him know that the package had been received. The pilot gave him a thumbs up before turning it around and heading back for the homeland. As it was departing, Chris caught sight of Old Glory, and the vision made him fill with national pride. His country would be proud of him today.

Approaching the large box, he dug his fingers into the side of the box and ripped it clean off. He then knocked down the other sides and saw his mortars. Slinging his rifle over his shoulder, Chris gathered up the mortars and headed for the nearest town. When he saw the tallest buildings, he knew those would be his targets. He set a mortar facing each of them, and adjusted the trajectory so that his fire would hit the buildings dead-on. He found that he had ten mortar shells each, and he intended to make full use of them.

He inserted the first shell and fired it. Within seconds, it struck the side of the building, causing fire and smoke to billow from it. He changed the trajectory to strike near the foundation, and after using seven of the shells, it collapsed. Not giving the enemy time to breathe, he rushed over to the second mortar and repeated the process on the second building and watched it tumble to the ground. Civilian emergency services would be confused and scared, leaving city hall vulnerable. From there, all he had to was assassinate the local political leader and the town would fall to the US, just as intended.

Of course, he still had six mortar shells left, and Chris was going to use them effectively. He aimed at the police station and bombarded it with mortars until it crumbled. With one mortar left, he launched it into the city center, blowing the head off the statue of the Canadian Queen, Elizabeth II, a symbol of things to come. With the city softened up, Chris leaped over the wall and charged through the streets. The civilians scattered and ran at the sight of the heavily armed super soldier, and many security cameras got a brief look at him before they were shot out as he passed. Chris could hear approaching sirens.

He turned and opened fire with his M16, killing the two cops inside and shooting the front wheels flat. At the speed they were going, the loss of acceleration combined with momentum caused it to flip over him. Chris leaped and ran on the flipping car for a few seconds before crashing through the window into City Hall. The Mayor was surprised, but not for long, as his torso and head were riddled with rifle rounds. He collapsed face first on his desk in a puddle of his own blood, and the door flew open. The Mayor's security detail were aiming guns at him, but were horrified by the blood-soaked body of the Mayor and for a split-second, lost focus.

That was long enough for Chris. There were police cars pulling up outside, so Chris came up with a plan to hit both damn hard. He pulled his pistol and began firing at the security detail, cutting many down in seconds, including those that arrived as backup. With his other hand, he began spraying the hood of a police car with his M16. Even after his pistol ran out of bullets, his body's natural reflexes allowed him to dodge the returning fire from both sides. The engine of the police car caught fire and exploded, killing many in the blast radius and knocking down several more.

He reloaded his pistol and holstered it, coming at the remaining security with his knife. After he had sliced their throats and come close to disemboweling them, he cleaned his blade and sheathed it. He reloaded his M16 and ripped down the Canadian flag, tearing it to shreds in a conqueror's victory. He then spit on the body of the Mayor before venturing outside. The few police not killed in the explosion had retreated to wait for the army. Chris would not be here when they arrived.

Smashing out the windshield of an upright police car, Chris picked it up and hurled it at the office of the Mayor. The gas tank was ripped and began spilling gas all over the place. One shot from his rifle was all it took to set fire to the gas and cause a huge explosion that rocked City Hall to its very foundation. The scraps of the Canadian flag were devoured by flames, and the bodies of the Mayor and his security detail were also burned up. Chris turned and began walking for the town exit. He was soon in the forest and gone from sight, a rarely seen smile gracing his face.

"What?!" Jean exclaimed when he received the message while he, and the two German agents, were in a helicoptor, on their way towards the first battle scene.
"Reports that a hole town was thrown into anarchy by this unit...And so far only a single soldier has been spotted doing all of this," the MI6 agent reported, "We've managed to get a few of the videos of the incident. Not much, however they will be more than enough to get some information about who the hell we're fighting. Jean, the last report of him was that this...Rambo entered the nearby woods...See to it that he is slowed down!"

With those orders given Jean nodded and then turned to the pilot of the helicopter, "Give me the frequency of the nearest military base...We need the Rangers called in for this."
"Yes sir. Here you go, sir."
"General, I need you to send Rangers to the following coordinates, they are not to engage with any foreign group of soldiers, or lone soldiers, merely stand at a distance and report his whereabouts. Also, assemble your army, they will soon need to fight what would be equal to a small army of Green Berets and Navy Seals," Jean ordered over the headset to the General, who obeyed immediately.

Squats of rangers were dispatched into the woods where the suspected group (or single) of terrorist(s). Jean then ordered that the next few villages and cities were to be evacuated and patrols set out to look for this (or these) terrorist(s). The hunt had begun, and Jean was going to make sure that whoever this Rambo was, he would soon be cornered.
"Pilot, take us over the forest...We'll see if we can catch a glimpse of him. Hans! Reiner! ready your guns...Its hunting season!" Jean joked and the two Germans joined him and readied their weapons.

Chris continued charging through the forest, having caught sight of a base up ahead. As soon as he cleared the wall, he mowed down the soldiers and secured the radio area. He was about to head for the next city when he heard the sound of a helicopter in the distance. A helicopter meant that a Canadian tactical force had been deployed, and he would have to approach them differently than the regular soldier. He tuned the radio to his frequency.
"Big Dog, this is Lone Wolf, do you copy?"

"I copy, Lone Wolf. What's your twenty?"
"A Canadian army base three clicks from the local town."
"Do you need supplies or ammo?"
"I need a SAM launcher to deal with a helicopter approaching my twenty. I also need an infrared aerial sweep of the area. I think the Canadian Special Forces are on the move."

"Copy that, Lone Wolf. We'll drop the SAM one click south of your position. We'll send a Chinook over your area and send the locations of the Canadians to your mobile radio. Do you copy, Lone Wolf?"
"I copy, Big Dog. Over and out."
Chris turned and exited the tent.

About an hour later, Chris ventured from the base and made his way to the drop. He had not seen the Special Forces, but he had caught sight of the helicopter as it made its sweep. He stayed in the trees to avoid being spotted. When he found the box, he quickly got the SAM and aimed it at the helicopter.
"Suck on this, you bastards."
He fired it directly at the helicopter, aiming so that no matter which direction they tried to evade, they would be hit somewhere.

He deposited it on the ground and saw the US Chinook fly over. He then received coordinates on the infrared sensors of the Special Forces.
"We have Canadian Rangers at these locations. Neutralize them."
Chris coked his rifle.
"You don't have to tell me twice."

Chris made his way to the forest, opening fire on every Canadian Ranger he found. Once all of them had been eliminated, he turned and headed for the crash sight of the Canadian helicopter. He stayed in the treeline where none could see him. He then crouched and aimed his rifle, waiting for any survivors to emerge from the wreckage.

Re: [OOC] Planet USA

Very well. At least you gave it a try. That's more than some people gave it. By virtue of the fact that one person was willing to RP in it, that made the roleplay more successful than I expected it to be.

Re: [OOC] Planet USA

I'll be honest. I'm feeling my interest for this RP dying, so I think I'll to pull out.

Re: [OOC] Planet USA

Very well. I'll keep things interesting for you.

As an agent, you wouldn't use military speak that much, so simple will be fine. But, I will be using it, so here's a glossary to let you know what I'm saying:

Twenty: location.
Clicks: miles (it is more popular spelled klicks, and is slang for kilometers)
The rest should be fairly self-explanatory.

Well, I'd expect you to. The roleplay wouldn't be very interesting if you didn't.

Re: [OOC] Planet USA

Right, I'm going to let you get a bit further into Canada before I get your trail and then we'll see what happens.
I'm not all too familiar with military terms, so I'll keep it somewhat simple when it comes to that stuff, though I'm sure that I'll manage to pest you one way or the other.

Re: [OOC] Planet USA

Indeed. I look forward to what you can think of to try and delay my conquest.

Re: [OOC] Planet USA

Hmmm...Ideas...

Re: [OOC] Planet USA

We;;, essentially, a user would take on all the characters wishing to protect a country from Chris. For example, Klause, you would be the President, General, soldiers, and anyone else looking to defend Canada.

Re: [OOC] Planet USA

So what are the characters that we can take up in this RP?

[OOC] Planet USA
