People continued to drift by, the excitement and wonder had yet to disperse from the folk in Schon. The children were especially vibrant, hopping down the streets and looking to all Pokemon with starry eyed expectations. It was marvelous to see such spirit, with the influx of travelers interested in the League booming life into the already lively Schon. Appreciating this all from the window of cafe was very peaceful way to spend the morning.
Nina slid the empty cup away to the middle of the table, raising from her seat and grabbing the umbrella and suitcase that lay against the wall. The clicking of her footwear echoed in the cafe, a small wave given to the vendor as she exited the establishment into the hot city streets. It would be selfish to stay inside on a day when the sunlight was as harsh as this, however releasing her Pokemon in an area this populated would be selfish as well.
Trotting her way through the city streets, she smiled and nodded at many folks that recognized her, be it from fame or family. Eventually making her way to a less well traveled street, with a small park and bench to boot. She set the suitcase on the bench, moving her hands to the front and causing a soft satisfying click as she opened it. Reaching inside Nina pulled out three Pokeballs, placing them on the bench beside the case, then resealing the suitcase.
Sitting on the bench adjacent to her belongings, Nina reached over and pressed the seal on each Pokeball one by one. Out came her Serperior, Lilligant, and Ninetails to enjoy the sweet sun. Unlike her Pokemon, with this elegant and extravagant style of dress the heat from direct sunlight was getting to her. Taking her umbrella and causing it to bloom, she held it above her head to provide shade.
The lilligant spun itself around in a what seemed to be a nonsensical dance, taking in the sunlight with great jubilance. Her Ninetails lay itself to rest on the ground near its trainer’s feet, and her close friend slithered around the bench looking at the umbrella with great annoyance. Nina merely smiled at Knight, he must understand that unlike him she was not part plant.
"Lil, since we have time shall we practice your dancing?" Recognizing its name the Pokemon stopped spinning and looked towards Nina, the woman raised her spare hand and Lil hopped in excitement understanding what came next. Nina began to hum a tune they often used in their routines, rather poorly but even off key the tune managed to be conveyed. Moving her finger as a conductor would use a baton, she roughly guided Lil in an elegant petal dance.
