Darkrai's Story

The Cathedrel. A great tower that looms over the land, jutting from the Earth like a jagged, black tooth. From within Dakrai waits surveying over all that he has conquered. From the Tormax Sea in the East stretching all the way to the Volidor Mountain Range in the west. Darkrai smiled as he gazed out from his balcony, "Dusknoir."
A black figure moved from the shadows and stepped into the pale moonlight.
He looked about twenty with dark scruffy hair and a halo around his head. Though Dusknoir was about as far from angelic as you could possibly get.
"Yes my Lord," Dusknoir growled, bowing low.
"I think it's about time we expanded the empire. Take a contingent over the Volidor Mountains. You shouldn't face much resistance. It is little more than a conglomoration of backwater villages. The people will pose no threat."
"As you wish my Lord," said Dusknoir dutifully as he dissolved back into the shadows.
Darkrai licked his lips in anticipation. Soon all of Renovia will be under my control... and then what?
Darkrai silently hoped there would be some fight in the people west of the mountains. The rest of Renovia had crumbled like a house of cards before him and he almost wished that it hadn't been so easy. Not even King Arceus had been a challenge and now he was shut up in the bowels of the cathedral.
"Mismagius. Keep an eye on Dusknoir. Make sure he does a good job," Darkrai whispered.

A beautiful purple haired woman materialised beside Darkrai. She glided over the balcony and hung there in midair, her long purple robes rustling gently in the wind.
"It'll be my pleasure, my Lord," said Mismagius. Darkrai eyed her hungrily as she faded from view and grinned. Although beautiful he knew Mismagius was a snake in the grass. No more so than Dusknoir however. Dusknoir and Mismagius had had a long standing rivalry and Darkrai was interested in seeing how they would 'get along'.
That should provide some entertaninment, I should hope...

Kirlia, Riolu, Plusle and Minun
"Fine I'll fight whatever," Kirlia sighed. A small part of her relished a change to the usual boring routine but only a small part.
"There are still a few pokepeople we can gather to help us like Luxray, Kira, Crystal... Someone should round them up!" Riolu announced to the group assembled. Their group was small at the moment there was no way they could fight off an army in this state.
"I have a question!" said Minun loudly. "What's that." Everyone followed Minun's finger to see what he was pointing at...

Mismagius & Dusknoir
A large group of psychic pokepeople stood in a circle round Mismagius. Dusknoir stood back watching them with mild interest. The psychic pokemon chanted and hummed a great purple light surrounded Mismagius. She began to chant under her breath her aura lighting up like a bonfire. The few dozen psychic pokepeople round her helped to amplify her power. She unleashed a shadow ball that with the help of the psychic pokemon was teleported to Claris Town. It was far bigger than a normal shadow ball however and stretched from one end of town to the other.
Plusle and many others gasped in horror as what looked like a giant meterorite of darkness descended from the heavens. It was headed straight towards Claris Town and did not appear to be changing route in the slightest. A few seconds of horrified silence past before impact. As soon as the giant shadow ball collided with the town it exploded consuming all the houses in a bruise coloured inferno. Tremors shook the group that surrounded Xatu sedning most sprawling and those that remained standing were soon knocked over by seismic waves that issued from the explosion.
Mismagius grinned the explosion could be felt from where they were and they spotted the purple smoke coming over the horizon. All around her the psychic pokemon collapsed, killed instantly by the energy it took to perform the monumental task.
"Was that really necessary?" Dusknoir asked hardly concealing his boredom. Mismagius grinned panting slightly from the spell, "Oh yes! That was a special gift to my dear friend Xatu." Dusknoir stared at Mismagius before walking slowly away, "Crazy bitch."

Darkrai
Up in his tower Darkrai cackled with delight. He saw the whole thing. The psychic pokemon that died at Mismagius's hand just so she could blow up Claris Town. And he saw the horrified expressions of the few survivors.
"This is fun!" he grinned.

(OOC: Obviously the pokepeople who are controlled by you guys aren't dead but all the NPCs in Claris Town are. Bet you didn't see that coming did ya!)
