Appearance:
Claws, as he is commonly called, stands at about 5'6” high, not very tall or short, with a powerful build. His hair is a bright blonde and his eyes, though almost never seen, are a dark blue color. His skin has a healthy tan to it, and he has red and green tattoos, almost like flames, around his forearms, and a black tribal-style tattoo on his chest. Aside from the tattoos there are no physical marks.
All he has ever been seen wearing is a simple red hoodie, dark green pants, and black boots, with his two belts. One is studded and mostly for show, the other has several hooks and clips on it, and each holds a military tag from a soldier he has killed. And of course, he always has his claws and bandages around his wrists.
His apperance does not change when he uses his powers

Blood Manipulation- he has the ability to control blood, any blood, and cause it to move and do whatever he wants. He can harden it into an object, make it flow slowly or quickly, and many other things, but not inside the body, unless the person has a bleeding wound, which is where his claws come in. (think Magneto, but with blood instead of metal)

History

History:
Very little is known about Claws, mostly because he himself can't remember anything that happened before he gained his powers. The last memory he has of his past is him standing over his parents bodies, blood everywhere, and a kitchen knife in his hands. It is believed that his mutation somehow affected his mind, and that is why he snapped and killed his parents, then ran off.
The military has tried for years to catch or kill him, but so far they have only succeeded in sending their men to the slaughter.
