As she is a massive extrovert that loves to interact with people, as well as her love for gambling, put in a good amount of alcohol into her system, and she will show you a good time, whether it be in her humor, gambling, natural skills in swordplay, or in more private courters. All that aside she has a love for the ocean and the life of a pirate, she earned her title "The Scar" as she received a massive scar down the left side of her face(not shown in picture) from her first encounter with a Kraken, as she had managed to live to tell the tale, but not to say that hasn't left any other permanent scars, physical or not.
Aside from her life of a pirate, she intends to possibly settle down with someone and raise a family. Her first ever love was Violet Flame as she saw her on one of her earlier exploits to Purplexia. While Violet turned down all and any of her advances, Scarlet always kept a small 'crush' on Violet throughout the years, and would love to see her again if fate were to have it.

Her past has remained a mystery for the most part, and she would like to keep it that way. But she has earned the title as Captain justly and honorably, as she didn't need to take a life or overcome an army. She banded her crew together of whoever wanted life on the sea, being the welcoming and open minded one that she is. She maintains honor and the loyalty of her crew as being a fair but stern captain, as she has put her life on the line for her men many a times. But she has out her faith in Queen Rosa Dream, at least for now. As her loyalty always does go to the one she sees fit, as well the highest form of money and riches. One of her most popular stories is of the time she single handedly took on a sea serpent at the fine age of 18, and lived to tell the tale, allbeit without nearly dying. As when the beast was slain after she plunged her rapier that had dyed itself red after it was soaked in the beast's blood, as sea serpents hold magical properties, into the beast's heart, her ship was pulled deep into the bottomless ocean, her body not being seen. For her to only have turned up a few days later with the beast's heart in her hand, and a story of heroic perportions to tell.
