Introduction

In the world of Remnant, there are many magnificent creatures, humans, faunus, animals, and then there are monsters called Grimm. Born of darkness, Grimm are the living embodiment of evil, hate, and wrath. They will destroy anything they come upon, human or other wise. The great wars of old have long been forgotten and the Grimm are gaining in both strength and numbers, the only way the kingdoms know how to handle all this is to send out as many hunters and huntresses to defend the innocent as possible, but not all are ready for what lurks.

Our story begins in Vale, at Beacon Academy, where some of the greatest Warriors are trained.

"My young students," a man in a green suit with silver hair speaks at the center of the dias a solemn look upon his face, "it may not come as a shock to many of you that the Grimm encounters a have reach an all time high, that we as huntsmen and huntresses are needed now more than ever. Dealing with these beasts will not be easy, but if you rely on your teammates and what you learned here you will be able to succeed and survive on your missions. We believe in you and thank you for your hard work and dedication to this cause. You are now full fledged huntsmen and huntresses." The man says as he raises his cane into the air, rallying the new generation of graduates to a massive timber and setting them loose upon the world.

"Are you sure of this, Ozpin?" a man in a white and grey suit and a long grey trench coat asks beside him.

"I have never been more sure of this group being the ones who will turn the tide of this situation, but we must all believe in what they are doing and they must believe in themselves as well, James."

"I hope that you were wrong with how bad things will get." a woman says as she hands them both cups of tea.

"Glynda, we mustn't fear the Grimm, they will use it to their advantage, and that will be detrimental to all the kingdoms." a short plump man says through his massive mustache.

"Ah, Professor Port, Dr. Oobleck, you have both arrived right on time, we have much to speak of." Ozpin smiled as he turns toward the door leading to the mainlining of the auditorium.

Arian sat on a bench near the main hall of Beacon, wishing his teammates weren't off doing their own thing for the day. Ugh, what am I supposed to do until everyone gets back.... Oh, I know I'll take a nap!!! He thought to himself as he stretched then curled up with his tail on the bench. I guess they will find me when they are all done

Indie wondered the grounds of Beacon, wings freely trailing behind her. As much of an entrovert she was Indie still enjoyed these brief moments of silence. I love my team mates, I really do. But sometimes you just need a little girl time.

She sighed and let her wings stretch out in their nine foot glory. A few students gawked at her wingspan but most had grown uncaring about seeing her walk around. It became a norm to see her wings flash here and there when she had free time.

'Well....' Indie put her hands on her hips and took a deep breath. 'Better go see my boys. Who knows how much trouble they can get into without me.' And with her moment of peace gone Indie took to the air.

Unnecessary, yes. But fun.

Besides it was easier to spot her teammates like this. Her point was only proven as she saw Arian curled up on a bench. She smiled at the sight and landed a few feet away.

'Aww...' She whispered, inching towards him. 'Just like a little puppy.' There was a long pause, then... 'Wakey wakey eggs and bacon substitute!'

"1,988. 1,989. 1,990..." Bron counted out as he continued his morning workout. He was now doing pull-ups on a tree branch outside on the grounds of Beacon Academy. While he could do the normal thing, and work out in the gym like a regular person, he prefers the low-tech way, the natural way as he calls it. He prefers to do such things simply. He has been up since dawn's first light. Doing sit-ups, push-ups, and finally pull-ups to end it before he practices his aim. "1,998. 1,999. And 2,000." Bron said and then he jumped off the branch. He grabbed a towel that was sitting on top of his shirt, vest, quiver, and Trick Shot, and wiped off his brow, and heavily scarred torso.

Once he was done wiping the sweat off, he tossed his towel aside, and grabbed his quiver, and Trick Shot. He also picked up a small rock. He planted his feet firmly on the ground, and readied Trick Shot. He took the stone in his hand, and threw the rock into the tree's branches, causing the leaves to fall. Bron's eyes glowed bronze as he activated his semblance. Within a manner of seconds he fired off seven arrows that perfectly hit seven leaves directly in the center. The arrows hit the brick wall of a building behind the trees to form a smiley face on the wall with the arrows. A grin crept cross his face as he looked over his work. "I. Am. Freaking. Awesome."

And with that Bron's morning workout was done. He retrieved his arrows, and grabbed his clothes, and threw them over his shoulder. He walked towards his team's room, all sweaty and shirtless, gaining quite the stares. On his way he spotted his teammates Arian, and Indie. He strolled on over to them, not paying any mind to him being sweaty, and shirtless. "Sup?" He greeted.

"Hey, guys!" Arian said as his teammates arrived. "What is the plan, leader-man?" Unfurling himself from his tail he slowly began to sit up and yawn.
