Scars:
Levi wasn't really raised like other kids, he never really had that chance to get outside and get a couple of bumps and bruises. He was a pampered rich kid for the most part. However the scars that he does have are very faded and you have to being looking for them to see them, those are his track marks on the inside both of his elbows for his time when he was heavily involved in drugs.

| Fears |

|☠|Hurting his wife, Fiona:
He's very convinced that his wife is the love of his life as cheesy as that sounds. He gives her everything and never asks for anything in return. He's practically the perfect husband. However, there are dark parts of his past that she doesn't know about and if any of his old habits were ever to resurface he could seriously hurt her or even kill her if it got to out of hand. So out of fear of his old habits and cravings coming back he's very strict and even a bit OCD about how he goes about things.

|☠|Going back to his old ways:
His past is dark and no one aside his family is really aware of the person he used to be. He used to be dangerous, drug addicted, and very violent. However his meeting Fiona kind of changed him, his father did everything in his power to clear his record and paid people off to forget. However, sometimes there are things that trigger is old habits, he just tries his best to fight his instinct. He's been clean for five years.

|☠|Having Kids:
Levi loves his wife, he loves the idea of having a family one day. However the thought of having kids, when he actually thinks about it, it scares the shit out of him. He's getting older and Fiona is hitting more and more about wanting kids, but every time she brings it up he's quick to change the topic.
“Fear is a very real emotion, but it can also be a trick of the mind.”

| Personality |

If there was one word that could describe Levi it would be passionate. He throws himself heart first into everything he does. He never does things half assed, when he starts something he finishes it. People are naturally drawn to Levi because of the way he believes in everyone and everything, which makes him and incredible doctor. He's got a huge heart for what he does. People are also drawn to him because h's a genuinely good guy over all. He does things, just to do things for people. Even if it's as simple as a nice comment for someone he senses is having a bad day.

Levi is extremely compassionate even to complete strangers which tends to catch people off guard a lot of the time. He's the kind of guy that buys a homeless man dinner or pays off someone's layaway at Christmas time. When it comes to his wife, she's probably the luckiest lady alive, he treats he like a princess literally. He doesn't just buy her things to show how much he cares, he makes sure she knows it with his words and his actions.

Levi can't stand failing, he hates it. I he can't help someone he feels like a failure. It's his to care for people, if he can't do that he feels like complete shit. He pushes himself too hard sometimes and can tend to bring his work home with him, which his wife tends to get irritated with. By no means is he compulsive, he's an insanely smart guy and thinks everything over, he thinks before he speaks, and he thinks before he acts. He's a great listener and has a way about him that makes you feel important, he's incredibly good at picking people up when their down and dusting them off.

By no means though, was Levi always a protocol human being. He used to be cruel, cold, and violently aggressive. He had an untamable temper that got him in trouble on multiple occasions. He was reckless and hard to handle. However, he vowed long time ago never to be that person again. Although the temptation sometimes becomes to much. He keeps his mind busy and away from those thoughts by working out to much and focusing on his wife and career.

| History |
Family Tree
Jonathan Copeland ||Father||Deceased
Laura Copeland ||Mother||Deceased
Garret Copeland||Older Brother||Deceased
Cecily Copeland||Younger Sister||Deceased
Levi was the second born to his prominent parents. His father a very successful heart surgeon and his mother a well known defense attorney. It was safe to say that not only was Levi born into a wealthy family, but a brilliant one at that. Growing up his parents were insanely good at making time for their kids and staying active in their lives despite their busy schedules. It was very noticeable early on that Levi's parents favored him over his older brother, Garrett. Not that their was anything wrong with Garrett he was just a little more rebellious always had been. That didn't change the fact that Levi looked up to his older brother.

When Levi was six his little sister Cecily was born and he adored her, helped his mom in every possible way that he could. The three sibling grew up together with a bit of a separation. Levi looked up to Garrett and he adored his little sister, but Garrett could stand Cecily and would terrorizer. Leaving Levi torn on joining his brother or protecting his sister. When Levi turned thirteen he was well beyond his years of maturity and had been moved up a grade level. His parents favoritism of him and his little sister however had gotten quite out of hand. Garrett had started acting out, getting into trouble and Levi followed suite.

By the time Levi was eighteen he was involved in dangerous gang activity and working along side his brother doing and dealing dangerous drugs. He carried a gun and had killed two people. He'd over dosed on drugs a total of three times and it wasn't until he wound up breaking into his own house, high off his ass with orders from his brother to kidnap his kid sister who he's once protected to sell her into their cruel world. His father hadn't realized who he was and had shot him. His life had spiraled completely out of control. His brother had disappeared and his father had forced him into rehab. Slowly he cleaned himself up.

His father offered to pay for his college tuition if he promised to stay clean. A twenty year old Levi fresh out of rehab started college majoring in medicine and psychology. He met his later wife, Fiona Pepper a interior design student whom he fell head over heels for. The two of them became inseparable and he vowed that he'd never return to his old ways, because he wanted to be the man Fiona deserved. He also became insanely close with his college roommate. At twenty four, Levi graduated at the top of his class. He'd done everything in his power to graduate school as early as possible. Two weeks after his graduation, he proposed to Fiona.

Now at twenty six he's made quite a name for himself and has a huge house, makes an easy half a million a year, and is married to the girl of his dreams. Just recently he got the Job he'd been pushing for at Saint Peters Hospital.

Scars
By Papa Roach
I tear my heart open, I sew myself shut
My weakness is that I care too much
And my scars remind me that the past is real
I tear my heart open just to feel

Drunk and I'm feeling down
And I just wanna be alone
I'm pissed cause you came around
Why don't you just go home
Cause you channel all your pain
And I can't help you fix yourself
You're making me insane
All I can say is

[Chorus:]
I tear my heart open, I sew myself shut
My weakness is that I care too much
And our scars remind us that the past is real
I tear my heart open just to feel

I tried to help you once
Against my own advice
I saw you going down
But you never realized
That you're drowning in the water
So I offered you my hand
Compassions in my nature
Tonight is our last stand

[Chorus]

I'm drunk and I'm feeling down
And I just wanna be alone
You shouldn't ever come around
Why don't you just go home?
Cause you're drowning in the water
And I tried to grab your hand
And I left my heart open
But you didn't understand
But you didn't understand
Go fix yourself

I can't help you fix yourself
But at least I can say I tried
I'm sorry but I gotta move on with my own life
I can't help you fix yourself
But at least I can say I tried
I'm sorry but I gotta move on with my own life

Wicked Game
By James Vincent McMorrow
The world was on fire, and no one could save me but you
It's strange what desire will make foolish people do
I never dreamed that I'd need somebody like you
I never dreamed that I'd know somebody like you

And I wanna fall in love
And I wanna fall in love with you
with you

What a wicked game you play, you make me feel this way
What a wicked thing to do, make me dream of you
What a wicked thing to say, never felt that way
What a wicked thing to do, make me dream of you

And I wanna fall in love
And I wanna fall in love with you
with you

My world was on fire, and no one could save me but you
It's strange what desire will make foolish people do
I never dreamed that I'd need somebody like you
I never dreamed that I'd miss somebody like you

And I wanna fall in love
And I wanna fall in love
And I wanna fall in love with you
with you

Nobody loves no one

Ophelia had officially been a patient at Saint Peters for two years, eight days, and four hours. At one point she'd had it figured out down to the very minuet, because she was that damn bored. Everyday that she spent in Saint Peters it seemed her thoughts got darker and her remorse was nearly no existent. She was positive that she'd never leave the hospital. Sure Saint Peters was meant for people between the ages of twelve to nineteen, but if they still didn't think you could function there was entirely different wing of the hospital meant for older patients who would never leave.

The hospital was officially locked down, everyone was asleep. The night nursing staff was probably all fucking each other in the basement or gambling away their money. All the day time doctors would becoming back in a few hours to start their longs days all over again. However, unlike all the other patients O had jimmied the lock on her door and slipped out leaving her sleeping roommate alone. She knew the hospital by heart, she'd been their for two years and had been sneaking out for the past year exploring the hospital. She knew which nurses were hooking up and which nurses were fucking around with the patients.

O walked down the dim lit hallway, her metal music blaring in her headphones, silencing the world around her. Ricky had snuck her an Ipod that she took nearly every precaution to keep from getting taken away, he'd loaded it with his favorite bands which also happened to be hears and she was more then grateful. She raised a cigarette to her perfectly glossed black lips, despite the No Smoking signs scattered almost every ten feet. Her eyes were lined jet black to match her lips against her pale skin she appeared whiter then usual. The heavy dark circles under her eyes from a lack of sleep and her underweight thin frame made her appear way to much like a character from Tim Burton's imagination.

Her dark eyes stayed forward, the black hood of Ricky's sweater rested on top her head. She was going nowhere in particular. However eventually after a while of aimless wondering she ended up onto the roof of the hospital looking out over the parking lot, debating on honestly jumping. The sky was starting to lighten up, which meant the hospital would be waking up soon. The nurses would start doing their rounds and passing out medication. She glanced to the parking lot as she saw a black Rang Rover pull in and she smirked as she blew out a cloud of smoke.

Doctor Copeland stepped out of the expensive car, his expansive suite perfectly pressed like always. She was reminded very briefly of her appointment with him later that day. She didn't mind him, he was on of the few she actually liked. He wasn't like the others he actually cared and continued to try and help her despite her giving him nothing to go off of and giving him a bitter hateful attitude. She sighed flicking away her cigarette, grabbing for the pack the was tucked safely into her sweater pocket, only there were no more cigarette's left.

“Fuck” she breathed irritated. She was beyond addicted to them and the thought of not having them was enough to spark her temper, she hoped Ricky would come and see her today. She slipped back down the stairs and the hallways unseen, but the voices of the nurses as they got medication sorted and ready could be heard. She slipped quickly back into her room, feeling the painful reality pressing down on her. She pulled back the sheets on her mattress and pulled back a small piece of fabric that had been cut, she stuck her hand in the hole pulling out a pill bottle and popping a few Lithium pills, one too many to be exact. She had nothing to take them with, but that didn't matter. She slipped the pill bottle back into the hole and made her bed again.

Her bed was pressed up against the wall and she sat on her bed side ways her back rested against the wall as she let the pill work quickly to ease her almost sober mind. She closed her eyes, her music still blaring in her ears, attempting to get a few minuets of sleep before the nurses came barging in. Only the seconds she closed her eyes images of her brothers lifeless bodies, blood covering every inch of them flashed behind her eyes as clear as if she'd been watching a movie and her eyes shot back open. She ripped the ear buds from her ears, turning off the Ipod and tucking it under her pillow.

Like always Levi had been up before the sun. Four-thirty am sharp. He'd kissed Fiona's nose and smirked when she crinkled. She was beautiful and he felt so damn lucky every time he looked at her. He'd made his way into the kitchen, pulling ingredients out of the fridge before blending a ridiculously healthy smoothly and putting a few scoops of protein into it. He took a drink not exactly fond of the taste, but giving himself no other choice. He slipped back into his room changing into some sweats and a sleeveless tank top, before heading out his usual morning job.

Levi was tediously picky about the lifestyle he lived now. He was strict with his diet and harder on himself then he needed to be, but it was the only way he knew how to be to keep himself from slipping back into his old ways. The second he lost even a bit of control over his perfect life, it would be an uncontrollable spiral. After his job he'd showered and slipped into one of his expansive navy blue shirts, slicked his hair back and headed out the door.

He'd ran into town to buy a dozen roses, a Starbucks Coffee, and a muffin taking it back to the house and leaving it on the counter with one of his infamously poetic love note for Fiona. It was their two year wedding anniversary and of course they both had to work, but he didn't fail to make her feel special and like he cared. Finally he was able to head off to work. The drive was always filled with pretty scenery, it gave him time to himself time to think. Finally he arrived just as the sun was starting to light the sky. He slipped into the hospital, sliding his employee card to get through certain check point before finally pausing outside his office door.

His music was already playing, but it wasn't a quite hum like it normally was when he was going over files and working. It was loud, obnoxiously loud. Her rolled his eyes, all of a sudden irritated, but he suppressed his growing temper with a deep breath and pushed the door open to see one of the nurses, Kara Kovak. She'd been trying to seduce him for the past two months, but to no avail. She was beautiful there was no doubt about that, but she just wasn't his type and although Fiona would probably never know, he just wasn't that guy.

Her long tan legs, complete with heels were rested casually on top his desk a manila folder in her hand as she flipped through the pages, pretending to be interested. Her long golden hair hung in loose curls around her face and as beautiful as she was, Levi wasn't the least bit interest. “Dad died of a heart attack, mom died of an overdose. Damn no wonder that Hawkins girl is a wreck.” Kara said almost jokingly.

“Those are private files Miss Kovak and this is my private office, that you somehow keeping getting into, despite my locking the door every night.” He said calmly. “Is there anything I can help you with this morning?” he said having to talk over the music, he made his way across the room turning it down so it was simply background noise.

She came up behind him. Grabbing his suite jacket and pulling it off before spinning him around to face her. She pressed her body against his and he just sighed pushing her away. “There is a lot of things I want Levi.” she said using his first name, her voice low and seductive. “That wife of your doesn't have to know.” she said with a wicked smirk.

“Your right.” he said and her face seem to light up. “But, I'll know.” he shrugged. “Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a lot of work to do today.” he said simply slipping past her. “You know where the door is.” he said offering her a kind smile and she let out a frustrated noise but as the sun lit the room she knew she had to get back to work and so she disappeared out into the hallway.

Mckaela Hawkins file was left on his desk, the one Kara had just been reading and his eyes fell on it. She was a difficult case. She wasn't crazy, he'd figured out that much, he just needed to figure out a way to rewire her brain so she could function in society again. He sighed as he grabbed her file opening his filing cabinet and putting it back into it's proper place.

Mickaela normally almost never slept because she had a horrible case of insomnia. She was honestly afraid to sleep, because every time she did, she had horrible nightmares, so she just stayed awake, refusing to sleep for more then a few hours at a time, waiting until her body just couldn't take it anymore before finally passing out. It was unhealthy, she knew that and the doctors knew that as well so they'd prescribed her heavy duty sleeping medications she was supposed to take every night. The only problem with that, was that the medication, somehow, made her nightmares worse because then she couldn't scare herself awake. No matter how fucked up and terrifying the dreams got, she was trapped there by the drugs.

She'd tried telling the doctors this over and over again, but they refused to listen so she'd taken matters into her own hands. She slept with one of the male nurses and, in exchange, he promised to make sure that the pills they gave her at night were sugar pills. He'd swap the real ones for the fake ones and no one would know. All she had to do was fuck him every now and then to keep him on her side. That way, she wasn't forced to sleep until she absolutely had to.

Sleep was horrifying because it was the only time when her mind was honest with itself. During the day, she could function with complete normality. She was sarcastic, crude, confident, and outgoing, making people wonder if she even belonged there sometimes. While she slept was when her emotions became real. Dreaming made her actually feel all the things she'd blocked out since that night whereas, during the day, she could push them away and pretend they didn't exist. It was a horrible coping mechanism, but it was all she had. If she let herself face what she'd done, she was afraid of what would happen to her. She'd crumble completely and that wasn't like her. She wouldn't even recognize herself.

At the moment, however, Micky was out cold. She'd passed out in the middle of a group therapy session earlier that day, due to lack of sleep as well as skipping one too many meals. She woke in a hospital bed, screaming still from a nightmare she'd had, and it took her quite a while to come to the realization that the dream wasn't real. She caused so much trouble, the nurses had given her a shot and she'd passed out cold as they took her to her room. That was hours ago and she still hadn't woken up. She'd been trapped in a dramatized, horror-movie, version of her life almost all day and it was downright torturous.

A lot of the people at the hospital who'd never worked with her directly or hadn't read her file had no idea what she was doing there. She certainly didn't look like a patient in a mental hospital, much less a level one and Micky knew that. She looked like a model straight off the runway, she'd been told that her whole life and she almost wished she didn't. She wished she was as ugly on the outside as she felt on the inside because then they'd know. She was there for a reason as real as anyone else's, not because she was pretty and over dramatic with a rich family that didn't know where else to stick her.

She was there because, after years of death, rape, and abuse being daily activities, she'd committed murder and it broke something in her. It had twisted her so badly inside, that she lived every single day of her life around it, either dwelling on it so badly she fell apart, or trying to erase it from her mind like it had never happened. What she'd done had broken her emotions. It was like putting a kink in a hose. She'd shut off the flow of her emotions so they couldn't get to her, holding them fiercely back. But, every now and then, her grip would slip and all those piled up emotions would rush in on her at the same time, crippling her.

It was during these sudden rushes of feeling that people realized exactly why she was there. She'd lose it completely, going through wave after wave of powerful emotions like a total psychopath. It always left her feeling exhausted and broken. Nine times out of ten, the medical staff would have to sedate her to keep her from wanting to kill herself or hurting someone. She was completely deceiving. Pretty on the outside, but a total train wreck on the inside. Hell, she'd only been there a few months, and already, she was on the list of their most difficult cases.

When the medicine finally wore off and she was able to wake, it just so happened to be at the same exact moment that one of the nurses came into the room with a tray that had various medications in little cups. As soon as the door opened, Micky sat bolt upright and started screaming her head off, scaring the nurse half to death, causing her to drop the tray and spill the pills everywhere. Her heart was racing and she was covered in sweat, and, even though she was awake, she couldn't quite calm herself down, she kept seeing her dream.

Suddenly, there was also a doctor in the room, pulling a needle from his pocket and rushing towards her. The sight of more drugs only made her panic more, knowing if he managed to get her, she'd get stuck in her dreams again for another few hours. "Oh god, no, please!" She begged. She'd stopped screaming, but she still looked as terrified as she felt as she pushed the doctor's hands away a little too roughly to give herself a second to calm down. She'd never convince him she didn't need it if she was all freaked out.

They didn't seem to happy, but they eventually left her alone, the nurse taking her tray so she could refill it and heading to find someone to clean up the pills all over the floor. Micky sat back on her bed, which was pushed against the wall opposite Ophelia's and leaned back against the wall with a deep sigh. She closed her eyes and forced herself to relax before opening them and glancing across the room towards Ophelia. "Sorry." She breathed, honestly embarrassed, she hated when people saw her as anything but confident and collected. "Bad dream I guess." She shrugged like it didn't matter before reaching under her mattress for a pack of cigarettes and lighting one, figuring she had some time before the nurse came back with a new tray of meds or anyone came to clean the pills up.

Declan Harding was one of the few people who worked at Saint Peter's hospital who could honestly say he loved his job. Most of the workers there were completely exasperated by the place because it was a seemingly insurmountable feat. The kinds of patients there weren't the kind that would be okay with a weekly, one hour therapy session. They had patients that had to be physically restrained or sedated just to get them to even vaguely cooperate. On a good day, it was hell on earth.

But Declan loved it. Most of the other workers seemed to assume that his passion for his job was just so strong because he was new to the place and had only been working there a few weeks, but that wasn't the case. Unlike most of the staff, Declan didn't see the patients as hopeless and frustrating. It wasn't just his job, it was his life because, if he hadn't met Alice and turned his life around, he would honestly probably be one of them. He felt like he had to help them, if by no other way then to honestly care.

It wasn't an easy job, that was for damn sure. He'd only been there a few weeks and already he was back to drinking every night after he came home, but it was well worth it and he was careful to keep his drinking to a minimum. Alice helped a lot. She'd been working there longer then he had, as a nurse so she knew the frustrations and she knew how to help him keep from bringing his work home with him. Every single day, he considered himself lucky to have her. She kept him in check. She was the reason he'd become such a great man and he wasn't sure he'd ever be able to function without her.

When their alarm finally went off at the crack of dawn, he stayed in bed while she got up. The two of them were like a well oiled machine, perfectly synchronized, their lives in impeccable order. He wasn't a morning person so she showered first while he got extra sleep. When she got out, his second alarm would go off and he'd shower while she'd cook breakfast and make coffee. She'd be done cooking by the time he was out and they'd eat together briefly, chatting about things while watching the news on the small tv on their kitchen counter. After breakfast, she'd feed the dogs and get their work shit together while he gave them a quick walk.

By the time he got back with the dogs, she'd be sitting out in the passenger seat of the running car, a coffee in each of their cup holders, their paperwork in the back seat, reading her latest romance novel. He'd let the dogs in, then Declan would simply get in the car, kiss her on the cheek, and pull out. The ride from their little apartment to the hospital was long, but they kept busy. She read her book and he listened to the radio or, if she didn't have a book, they'd chat and laugh casually because they both believed, that to survive at their job, they had to get their day off to a good, happy start.

Without Alice in his life, none of it would ever be possible. He wouldn't be so organized and orderly. The truth of it was, he'd either be dead or in a hospital like Saint Peter's, only as a patient and not a doctor. He loved her with everything he had, even if he wasn't always the best fiancé and fucked up sometimes, she didn't mind. It was like she loved him even more because he was a little messed up and he loved that about her. No matter how screwed up a person was, she never made judgements or hated, just tried to help.

Finally, they arrived at the hospital and he parked the car. The two of them kissed and reminded each other that they loved each other before heading inside and splitting up. She headed for the nurses station and he made his way towards his newly appointed office. Inside, he found a small stack of files on his desk and smirked as he walked over to them. It was a stack of patient files. For the first few weeks working there, he hadn't been doing a whole lot. He'd taken care of group therapy sessions and followed the other doctors around, observing how the place worked, but he had yet to have individual patients assigned to him. Finally, he had some.

He sat behind his desk and flipped through the files. Most of them were level one patients. Alice had warned him that would happen. Since he was new, they'd mostly give him patients that their current doctors no longer wanted to deal with, which meant the majority of them were level ones, though he did have a few twos and threes. Under the stack, was a schedule for the week as well as a note from the nurse who'd left the stack. Good luck, watch out for number four(; Was all it said.

Declan raised his eyebrows and took a few drinks from his coffee as he flipped through the stack to reach the fourth file. Ophelia Black. Declan sighed. He'd yet to meet her personally, but he'd seen her around and both Levi and Alice had spoken about her a little. She seemed particularly difficult to say the least, but he hoped he could do her some good. With a sigh, Declan sat back in his chair, kicking his feet up on his desk with her file flipped open in his lap, deciding to read hers first.

Ophelia glanced up to the door as the nurse came in and a second later her roommate shot up screaming at the top of her lungs, but Ophelia didn't even flinch. She was emotionless as a doctor came running in, needle filled and ready to sedate her. She simply watched almost bored. Eventually the nurse left along side the doctor the two of them visibly unhappy. O removed her hood from her head, reveling that once again her nose piercing was in along with her tongue ring thanks to Ricky. She clicked her tongue pricing against her teeth as her friend spoke.

"Sorry." She breathed and Ophelia immediately caught the embarrassment in her voice. "Bad dream I guess." she continued. The two girls were completely different at first Ophelia had honestly hated her, because she was insanely beautiful and there was no reason for her to be there. She didn't have massacred arms from years of cutting, she hadn't been talked into murdering her entire family by her boyfriend, and she certainty wasn't the type of girl who's been locked in a basement for years because she was the product of rape.

Ophelia had been jealous of her too, because she was absolutely perfect. Ophelia on the other hand looked too thin, her dark hair made her appear paler, and her dark circles weren't exactly attractive. However, Ophelia had caught on very quickly to just how fucked up Mckay was and the two of them had a lot in common. The two of them had gotten closer then O had intended but she didn't mind having someone just as crazy as her around.

“Sorry for what?” O breathed with a reassuring smile that still somehow appeared wicked on her black painted lips. “I didn't see anything.” she said simply like she was promising her friend she wouldn't tell and she'd forget it ever happened. “I'll trade you some Lith for a cigarette.” she offered but before Mckaela had a chance to answer the nurse from earlier accompanied by two larger male nurses came back into the room. She unhappily passed out their pills, staying there until both her and Mckaela had taken them before leaving the room again.

Only Ophelia hadn't taken everything, she was insanely good at faking it. She'd learned exactly what pills made her her forget and what pills just turned her into a fucking zombie. She traded the ones she didn't take for other stuff. She was known among the patients as the resident drug dealer. O was about to open her mouth to speak again only the door opened again and it was her usual male nurse that lead her to her appointments for the day. She rolled her eyes, the appearance of him meant the day was officially starting. Most level one patient's had to be held and lead however Ophelia had been there so long now that the male nurse just walked beside her to make sure she got there.

“See you later Mckay Kay.” she said with a smirk as she slipped out of their bedroom. The walk was mostly silent as he led her into the elevator and absentmindedly O ran her fingers across the uneven scared skin on her arm.

“Piercings.” the nurse, Tommy said simply and Ophelia turned her eyes on him. “Now, Black.” He ordered her and she narrowed her eyes. They were on the elevator alone. Murder crossed her mind, it was always an option in her book if she didn't like someone.

“Fuck you.” she breathed simply just as the elevator doors opened and she stepped out. Tommy grabbed her roughly, pushing her up against the wall. No one would stop him if they saw, because they knew Ophelia's history.

“I said take your fucking piercings out.” he spat harshly and she tried pushing him away but she was far too weak. She had nothing on her like she usually did to hurt him, there was pure hatred in her eyes. But, eventually she gave in ripping her nose ring out and tossing it away followed by her tongue ring and he back down. “That a girl.” he said with a wicked smirk and she had the most brutal images of herself murdering him as she followed silently behind him. Eventually they paused outside a door that read Doctor Harding and she smirked he was the new doctor. There was no doubt in her mind she'd have him wanting to pack up and leave after their session.

Levi's morning had been fairly easy for the most part, he'd spent it filling out prescriptions and reviewing his notes for certain patients. Most of his patients he had only once a week, other's twice a week. There were few that he had five times a week and those were mostly level one patients like Mckaela Hawkins the beautiful girl who'd become so broken she'd snapped, Ophelia Black the sociopathic goth girl who's murdered her entire family, and Ronnie Harr the fifteen year old who'd killed over fifteen of his neighborhoods animals and was planning to kill his little sister in her sleep. They were among the worst if not the worst and Levi was their doctor.

He was so intrigued by their twisted minds. Much like his best friend Declan he was one of the few doctors who wasn't in it for the money. He genuinely wanted to help his patients. He called down to the thrid floor where level one patients were kept, letting the nurses desk know he was ready for is first patient. His first patient of the day was Mckaela, he'd had her once before, but it was very brief. The doctor who'd had her before him couldn't handle her anymore and he'd been moved down to level three patients, the patients that would probably only be at Saint Peters for a few months at the most.

Levi organized his desk, pulling out her file once again and opening it up, looking over her notes from previous doctors as well as the police reports. He pulled out his notebook flipping it to a blank page. His job wasn't to get them to break down and fall apart and share there entire life story, his job wasn't to get them to admit why they'd done it, or use hypnosis to dig deeper. That was all Declan's job. His job was to examine their mental heath, ask them questions, see if they'd made any improvements, find out if their current medication was working.

Hi phone vibrated in his pocket and he smiled when he read the name on his Iphones screen. He answered it without hesitation. “Morning beautiful.” he said charmingly into the phone and he heard her giggle. “Will go to dinner when I get off tonight, I got us reservations at your favorite resteranunt.” he smirk into the phone as she squealed.

“La Belle?” she breathed as if she was holding her breathed. The place was expensive as hell, a high class French resteranunt that she adored, he didn't care for it much but it made her happy. “Babe, your the best!” she purred before he'd answered. There was a knock at his door and he sighed.

“Listen Fi, I gotta let you got. I'll see you tonight. I love you.” he said and she returned the I love you right before he hung up and slipped the phone back into his pocket. “Come in.” he breathed.

Mickaela liked Ophelia quite a bit. It was a little surprising, their friendship. Just based on looks, the two of them were at opposite ends of the spectrum. Not that Ophelia was ugly, she was actually incredibly beautiful, but it was a different kind of beauty. Ophelia was beautiful in a dark, intriguing kind of way. It she was the kind of beautiful that Mickaela had always envied because Ophelia made people think when they saw her. She was mysterious and it drew you in, stole your attention. Mickaela was beautiful, but the first thing people thought of when they saw her was modeling so instantly, she became associated with money, stupidity, and vanity.

Still, despite their completely opposite exteriors, the girls were actually fairly similar. She had gotten to know Ophelia over the months she'd been there and found out that they had more in common than she would have ever guessed. Besides, she was one of the few people in the hospital Micky could actually stand to be around. It was strange, because she'd never really had any friends before, but it felt nice to have someone she could trust in a place that scared her so much.

“Sorry for what?” Ophelia breathed with a smile that made Micky smirk. “I didn't see anything.” She said simply and just like that, the incident was forgotten and that was another thing she liked about her. Ophelia didn't ask questions. She didn't pry or push, she treated her like anyone else. “I'll trade you some Lith for a cigarette.” She offered and Micky shrugged, about to hand the cigarette over for free anyway, seeing as she'd s easily agreed to forget what had just happened, but before she could, the door flew open and the nurse was back with meds.

She didn't seem to realize that Micky had a lit cigarette and didn't comment when she blew smoke in her face, just gave them their pills, making sure they'd taken them all, and then left. As usual, Kayla only took a few, stashing the rest of them quickly like most of the patients in the hospital did. It was a fucked up place. Most of the doctors and nurses were cruel and corrupt, fucking patients and doling out medication that completely zombified them, then calling them cured and claiming prestigious awards for their medical genius.

Before either of them could say anything, Ophelia was taken from the room and Micky sighed and smoked her cigarette. She stood and went to Ophelia's bed, slipping a cigarette under her pillow, knowing the nurses would be coming for her any second and wanting her to have it in case she got back before Kay did. After that, the door opened and she slipped the rest of the pack away, allowing the nurse to walk her down the halls.

He yelled at her for her cigarette, insisting she put it out, so she did. On his arm. Fortunately, the elevator doors opened before he had the chance to do anything and she slipped past him, heading towards her usual doctor's office. The nurse grabbed her arm and stopped her though, gesturing to a door, making her raise her eyebrows. It was a new doctor, Dr. Copeland. "What? Dr. Ashford couldn't take the heat?" She asked with a wicked smirk and her nurse just shrugged.

From inside, the doctor called to let her in and she sighed and slipped through the door, closing it behind her. The man behind the desk was younger then she would have guessed and she let her eyes run over him shamelessly because he was probably the most attractive man she'd seen since she'd arrived at the hospital. She walked over and sat in a chair on the opposite side of his desk, noticing how organized and neat he was and instantly hating him. He looked like the "play it safe" kind of guy with the perfect job, perfect house, perfect car, and perfect life.

"So, did Dr. Ashford get fired, or did they make up some bullshit story, cover his ass, and move him to easier patients?" She asked, raising an eyebrow, wondering if he knew why her previous doctor had dropped her. Not because he couldn't handle her, but because she'd fucked him and they'd gotten caught. Mickaela lit herself a cigarette casually, disregarding the fact that he was probably going to take it from her, waiting for him to start the session so she could answer his stupid questions, he could prescribe her something new, and she could be out of there as soon as possible.

Declan spent quite some time reading over the files closely, taking in every detail. He was new to Saint Peter's, but not new to mental hospitals. The last hospital he'd worked at wasn't nearly as big, but it had still been fairly hectic and he'd been there for several months. Not long, sure, but it didn't take someone long in a mental hospital to become accustomed to difficult work. He knew what he was in for and he was prepared. His job was definitely one of the hardest because he had to connect with the patient and break them open so he could see what was underneath. If he didn't break through eventually, he wasn't doing his job.

After a little while, Alice came in and visited with him, bringing another coffee and elaborating a little on each of the patients, giving him information the files couldn't really tell him before being called away to deal with a patient that needed her. Alice was liked by a lot of the patients because she was gentle and considerate with their feelings, so she was called in to deal with troublesome patients quite a bit. Sometimes, a patient in the middle of a panic attack would ask for her specifically because she'd connected with so many of them and she was good at calming people down. They sent her to do the medicine at night because the patients trusted her and they were more likely to actually take their medication if the person giving it to them was familiar.

After she left, Declan straightened up his office, putting things away and placing a framed photograph of him and Alice on his desk before finally calling in a nurse and sending him to get his first patient. Ophelia Black, the one everyone seemed to be afraid of. The number of doctors she'd had in her two years in the hospital alone was intimidating, but he refused to let it change his mind about his job. He'd get through to her, he knew he would because he had something none of her past doctors had. Experience. Maybe not job experience, but life experience, definitely. He knew hardship and pain in a way most doctors who lived cushioned lives and paid for expensive schooling, never could. He hadn't just studied emotional turmoil, he'd lived it.

Eventually, the door opened and he glanced up to see she'd come in. She had long, dark hair, porcelain skin, and black lipstick. She looked like the epitome of anger, but it surprisingly wasn't off-putting. It made her interesting to him, because somehow, even with the gothic exterior, she was beautiful in a morbid sort of way. He wasn't sure he'd ever seen someone he was both afraid of and interested in, but he definitely had now because, not only was she intimidating, but he wanted to get to know her.

Declan smiled at her, knowing, just by the look of her, that she'd hate him instantly, but not caring. Most of his patients hated him on sight. They generally weren't fond of doctors or therapists. It was something he was used to. "Sit down Ophelia." He offered as he lit himself a cigarette. Smoking was a habit of his that Alice hated, but he just couldn't give it up. She wanted him to quit, so he just did what he could to smoke when she wasn't around.

For Ophelia to be scared of anything or anyone was rare, however the thought of yet another therapist that she was more then likely smarter then was a bit unnerving. She hated being shuffled between doctors and therapists. Not one of them had ever gotten her to say a single word. She just stayed silent, like she was a mute. She didn't see a reason for talking to them, there was no helping someone who didn't want to change, that's what she'd come to terms with.

She stepped into the room, closing the door behind her and imminently her eyes gathered information from around the room. Great, he was Alice's fiancé. she thought to herself irritated. She couldn't stand Alice and Alice couldn't stand her they had a mutual hatred for each other and that was mostly her fault because she'd nearly stabbed Alice not once but twice before.

She took in the cleanliness of the room, the his polished doctorly smile as he glanced up at her. The pale pink lip stick stain on his neck that he probably didn't even realize was their. It was Alice's. She almost immediately knew his life was safe, controlled. She rolled her eyes already irritated with him. Anyone who was in love with Alice, the way she'd over heard the stupid blonde talk about him, had to be just as fucking dumb as her.

"Sit down Ophelia." something about the way he'd said her name so causally like he knew her pissed her off. She could almost guess he was like every other therapist who'd ever seen her they'd read over her file and instantly they knew her, but she'd read her file before, nowhere in it did it have her fucking side of the story. Everything in her file made it look like she'd just snapped and killed her family for no reason.

“No.” she breathed, the bitter, venomous tone of her voice was so thick in that two letter word it filled the room with a heavy tension. Her eyes glanced back to the picture of him and Alice again, before back to him a wicked smirk on her lips. “Anyone ever tell you how un-fucking-professional it is to fuck your fiancé at work?” she spat harshly. “I'll tell you what Doctor, why don't you just take down some bull shit notes an send me on my way.” she said harshly, feeling her temper getting the best of her.

O could be cut throat cruel when she wanted to be. When Ophelia spoke the way she was it was hard to believe she was only seventeen. He was clearly a lot younger then most her therapist had been but he was still an adult and she was talking to him like she was the same age as him, like she was a bitter ex-wife.

When his office door finally opened up he was taken back a bit by the girl who'd came in, Mckaela Hawkins. He was taken back y how incredibly beautiful she was. The first time he'd seen her he hadn't been paying much attention and he hadn't exactly seen her close up. He'd been shadowing her doctor. However, just beyond her beauty he saw what most people he knew couldn't, he saw how broken she actually was. He didn't know how to explain it but it was the same broken down, weakness he'd seen in his older brother years ago, the same pain he'd seen in himself years ago and immediately he was intrigued by not just her beauty but what made her tick. He hadn't missed the way her eyes ran over him.

"So, did Dr. Ashford get fired, or did they make up some bullshit story, cover his ass, and move him to easier patients?" she asked boldly, but he stayed passive, he was good at staying calm and passive when it came to his patients, it was something he'd learned to do.

She lit herself a cigarette and he knew the rules, but he figure that asking her to put it out or taking it forceful like he'd seen the nurses do to other patients would only make her hate him and he was trying to do the exact opposite. He didn't bother to even acknowledge the fact that she was smoking. Instead he stood up and walked around the front of his desk leaning against it. He carried himself in a perfectly professional manor, just by the way he carried himself you wouldn't guess he was only twenty-six.

“They made up a bullshit story to cover his ass.” he said simply a smile on his face. He knew most doctors probably would have told her it wasn't her business or it wasn't an appropriate question, but he knew that wasn't going to help his case, so he gave her the answer he knew she wanted to her. “Now that we've got the disappearance of your other doctor cleared up, I'd love if you had a seat so we can get to know each other. I know we've meet briefly a few times in the past.” he said making it very clear that if he was going to sit there and pry into her life it was only fair she got to do the same.

His approach to caring for his patients was very different then most doctors, he wanted to connect with them, he wanted them to know that they could come to him whenever and he wasn't just there for the money. If they needed someone to vent to or they needed someone to yell at he'd be there for them. He wasn't just there to prescribe her all kinds of drugs.

“I'm sure you've heard enough legally binding lectures, but before we get started you do know that anything you say I'm legally bound to secrecy.” he said with a smirk. “However, if you plan on offing yourself, I am inclined to stop you.” he said the words very lightly almost as a joke like he was talking to an old friend and not a teenage nut case, because to him she wasn't fucked up because she choose to be that way, someone or something had made her that way.

Mickaela's eyes filled Dr. Copeland as he walked around to the front of his desk and leaned on it casually. Clearly, he was choosing to ignore her smoking making Micky smirk as she took a long drag. Everything about him was doctorly, put-together, perfect, and polished, which, of course irritated her. She hated people who were perfectly normal and content with their lives simply because she was a train wreck and she would never have that. Besides, it pissed her off a little that people with normally functioning lives seemed to be the ones who were always thinking they knew what was best for her.

“They made up a bullshit story to cover his ass.” He said simply with a smile that annoyed her. She just scoffed and rolled her eyes. The man had used her, telling her he'd write her prescriptions to all her favorite drugs if she'd fuck him, so she had, and in the end, he was being protected by the hospital. She hoped like hell they at least had the common sense to keep her away from female patients for a while. "Now that we've got the disappearance of your other doctor cleared up, I'd love if you had a seat so we can get to know each other. I know we've meet briefly a few times in the past.” He said and she just shrugged and sat. She remembered seeing him before and thinking he was cute.

“I'm sure you've heard enough legally binding lectures, but before we get started you do know that anything you say I'm legally bound to secrecy. However, if you plan on offing yourself, I am inclined to stop you.” He said so casually it almost sounded like a joke.

Mickaela let her eyes run up and down eyes as she let it fall silent. She took him in, noticing his wedding ring and feeling a but disappointed before bringing her cigarette to her lips for a long, slow drag, holding his eyes. "Has anyone ever told you how taking to you is annoying as fuck?" She asked, raising an eyebrow. "It's like trying to talk to a god damned Ken doll." She shrugged and blew out a breath of smoke."I mean seriously, is it just a doctor thing to plaster a smile onto the end of every sentence?"She spat sarcastically with a roll of her eyes.

"Like you honestly sound like you have a strategy behind every carefully chosen word. It's exhausting. I don't know how your wife stands it and I've known you for five seconds." She said rudely. "Just so you know, your legal promises don't mean shit to me. It's also illegal for a doctor to fuck his patients. I've only been here a few months and already four of my past doctors have fucked me." She smirking darkly and raising the cigarette to her lips. [/center]

“No.” Ophelia breathed so bitterly he raised an eyebrow at her. “Anyone ever tell you how un-fucking-professional it is to fuck your fiancé at work?” She spat, surprising him at first, wondering how she knew, before he remembered the picture of them on his desk. “I'll tell you what Doctor, why don't you just take down some bull shit notes an send me on my way.” She said harshly, but despite her bitter words, he remained calm.

"I can't do that Ophelia." He shrugged simply, holding her eyes. "You see, unlike your other doctors, I actually give a shit." He said and gestured for her to sit. "We're not leaving until you tell me something do talk." He said like she has no choice and he kept his eyes on her. "Anything." He shrugged, leaning in. "You can talk about that or how it made you feel, but you don't have to. Hell, you could ask me questions if you would like so you can get to know me."

Declan hoped he'd get her to talk to him. Maybe not too drastically at first, but along the way he really wanted her to open up to him. "You can trust me Ophelia." He shrugged. "I legally can't share anything you say to me unless you plan to hurt yourself or others." Declan sighed and held her eyes, awaiting her answer. He could see in her eyes just how broken she really was, no matter how badly she suppressed it and he honestly wanted to help.

He wanted to get to know her and gain her trust, but he couldn't do any of that if she didn't talk. The only way he could help her would be to really get inside her head, but he needed her story. He had her files, but he wanted to hear her version because that was the one that mattered. He didn't care if she'd murders eighty people for no reason whatsoever, all he needed to know to do his job was how it effected her and made her feel.

"I can't do that Ophelia." he shruggd simply and she held his eyes right back letting him know she wasn't the least bit scared of him. "You see, unlike your other doctors, I actually give a shit. We're not leaving until you tell me something do talk." he said like she had no other choice gesturing for her to sit but she didn't move. "Anything. You can talk about that or how it made you feel, but you don't have to. Hell, you could ask me questions if you would like so you can get to know me."

She hated him already and she hadn't even been in the room with him five minuets. There were two types of doctors the ones who didn't care and the ones who were entirely to invested in changing someone like O, who couldn't change because she just wasn't willing to. She wasn't in the right mind, she didn't belong in a normal high school, she'd never go to prom, hell she was dating a fucking criminal at seventeen. She knew she was insane the second she'd walked up behind her brother and drove that butcher knife into his back and had absolutely no conscience.

"You can trust me Ophelia." she scoffed at those words, she didn't even trust her fucking boyfriend. "I legally can't share anything you say to me unless you plan to hurt yourself or others." she hated the way he was looking at her like he could see right through her. Clearly he didn't know that she was at the top of the list for being the most dangerous and criminally insane in the hospital only rivaled by her roommate Kay.

It was silent for a moment, before she walked across the room over to stand in front of his desk. She rested the palm of her hands face down on his desk leaning in dangerously close. Her eyes burning into his and there was a terrifying amount of hatred in them, like she wanted to kill him. Her scares clearly visible and usually she tried to kept them hidden wearing sweaters, but for some reason she couldn't care less if he saw the devastation on her arms, she could remember very clearly what each one stood for and why she'd done it.

"You want me to tell you something." she finally breathed her voice low almost threatening. "Anything." she said the word slowly, mocking him, but she made it sound like she was actually going to tell him something. She kept her dark brown, almost black looking eyes trained on his bright blue ones. "Your promises, your trust. It's all bullshit." she hissed. "Just like your bullshit, perfect life." every single one of her words was stained with venom, but there was also pain that she always tried to hide, but somehow it always slipped out.

She reached forward then plucking the forgotten cigarette between his fingers and pressing it to her lips. She closed her eyes taking a long drag before leaning in as close as the desk would allow her before blowing the smoke back in his face, completely disrespecting him a hauntingly dark look in her eyes as she held his.

"You want to help me so badly?" she whispered. "Put me out of my fucking misery, kill me." she said honestly, before standing back up straight and using her tongue to put out his cigarette, before flicking it away and turning away from him then and heading towards the door like she'd decided they were done.

He watched her as her eyes ran up and down him yet again as silence fell between them. He let it stay silent. He could already tell she was going to be a hard case, she wasn't one of the most talked about level one patients for no good reason. Her file said plenty of things, but her file was also written from police officers, doctor, therapists, and nurses perspectives and not her own. He could guess there were a million and one reasons she was the way she was, that no one had bothered to try and figure out, she was broken in a way medication couldn't fix. He knew that just by looking at her.

"Has anyone ever told you how taking to you is annoying as fuck? It's like trying to talk to a god damned Ken doll." she asked raising an eyebrow as she blew out a breath of smoke and as much as her words frustrated him, he stayed passive. "I mean seriously, is it just a doctor thing to plaster a smile onto the end of every sentence?" her words were sarcastic but he just listened. He had a good feeling, no one ever just listened to her.

He wasn't just listening and not paying attention like most people did. He paid attention to every detail from the way her voice fluctuated when she said certain things, the her emphasis on certain letters in words. It was a psychology of the mind, something he was very good at, was decoding a person's speech and digging deeper, it was what made him and incredibly talented doctor. She covered her real pain very well, almost too well and her confidence was what covered it like a thick blanket. He got that much from her already, the way she criticized him to hide her own insecurities.

"Like you honestly sound like you have a strategy behind every carefully chosen word. It's exhausting. I don't know how your wife stands it and I've known you for five seconds." She said bluntly. "Just so you know, your legal promises don't mean shit to me. It's also illegal for a doctor to fuck his patients. I've only been here a few months and already four of my past doctors have fucked me." She smirked raising the cigarette to her lips yet again and it was quite.

He held her eyes, debating on his words and what he'd say to her. He knew he wasn't going to creak her open in one simple appointment, however he could get a good amount from her. He wasn't entirely sure how to go about handling her just yet. There was a part of him that wanted to take the route of pissing her off to get her to creak, but he knew that's exactly what she was used to, he could almost guarantee that being pissed off was what drove her to her breaking point and wound her here in the first place.

"Actually your not the first person to have complained about my annoying doctor voice." he shrugged. "Just for the record my words are strategically chosen, I mean you'd eat me alive otherwise, clearly you’re a very smart girl." he said honestly. "Well, if it makes you feel any better I'm not here to sleep with you Mckaela." he breathed. "I'm here to help you." he said with intent in his voice and sincerity. "You do realize that I'm not your other doctors. I have no intent on throwing drugs at you to keep you satisfied." He said honestly with a matter-of-fact look on his face.

He knew that’s what ninety-nine percent of the doctors did. They gave them medication to numb them and so they didn't have to deal with them. He also knew that most of the teens and even the younger kids were heavily addicted to the medication, because it was easier to take pills that fogged reality and made coping with the issues easier. He knew what he was going to say next would grab her attention and hopefully get her to cooperate.

"This is the reality of your situation Kayla." he said instantly nicknaming her to grab her attention. "I'm not here to fuck around like all your other ass hole doctors." he said simply dropping his professional doctor lingo, trying to get her to level with him. "You want to stay sedated, you want to be numb. Your going to have to prove to me there is something wrong." he said practically blackmailing her into cooperating, it was an ingenuous method, but a dangerous one because he was unsure of how she'd react. "You cooperate, you tell me what I need to her. You'll be fine. I'll give you what you need to stay relaxed and functional. You act like a fucking bitch...your ass is sober. No drugs. No Ophelia. No Cigarette's. Nothing." he said each thing emphasized to make himself clear. "You ever been in solitary confinement sweetheart?" he asked suddenly taking completely control of the situation doubting any other doctor had ever done that.

"What's it gonna be. Cooperation or Confinement?" he said holding her eyes letting her no he was dead serious as he crossed his arms over his chest continuing to lean against his desk causually. However at no point had his words been cruel or even the slightest bit mean. They'd simply been stern like a father talking to his child.

It was quiet for a moment as they looked at each other and Micky could practically see the wheels turning in his head. She rolled her eyes and looked away. He was trying to decide how to go about handling her and it irritated her. To no end. She hated being talked to like a patient. She wanted to be talked to like a person. Nobody say in front of their friends and carefully planned every word they were speaking. Their talking was just talking, without some underlying motive to analyze her being. If nothing else, it would make her feel normal to be talked to like an average person and normal was all she wanted to be.

"Actually you're not the first person to have complained about my annoying doctor voice." He finally said and she just shrugged and took another drag from her cigarette. "Just for the record my words are strategically chosen, I mean you'd eat me alive otherwise, clearly you’re a very smart girl." He said, making her sigh. She wanted him to just stop trying because it was easier that way. Sure, it might be nice for someone to genuinely care, but she couldn't connect with him. He was too perfect and different from her. She just wanted him to write her a prescription and then send her away. Maybe even hit on her, he was definitely the hottest doctor she'd ever had, she wouldn't mind fucking him for meds.

"Well, if it makes you feel any better I'm not here to sleep with you Mckaela." he breathed. "I'm here to help you." He said and she just rolled her eyes, knowing, at some point, it would probably happen. "You do realize that I'm not your other doctors. I have no intent on throwing drugs at you to keep you satisfied." He said and she just glanced at him, holding his eyes. "This is the reality of your situation Kayla." He said and she raised her eyebrows at the nickname and the way his voice had suddenly shifted.

"I'm not here to fuck around like all your other ass hole doctors. You want to stay sedated, you want to be numb. You're going to have to prove to me there is something wrong." Dr. Copeland said, surprising her. She was used to doctors blackmailing her for meds, but for sex, not cooperation. "You cooperate, you tell me what I need to hear. You'll be fine. I'll give you what you need to stay relaxed and functional. You act like a fucking bitch...your ass is sober. No drugs. No Ophelia. No Cigarette's. Nothing." He said, speaking clearly. [b]"You ever been in solitary confinement sweetheart?" He asked, making her jaw clench. "What's it gonna be. Cooperation or Confinement?" He offered finally.

Mickaela simply held his eyes bitterly, hating him for getting the best of her before finally taking one last drag of her cigarette and flicking it away. "You want proof that I'm fucked up? Fine." She spat bitterly, standing and stepping close to him. She yanked her sleeve up, revealing a long, jagged scar running up the inside of her arm from wrist to elbow. "You see that?" She hissed, leaning in closer and holding it out more forcefully so he had to look at it. "My brother did this to me because the man he sold me to wasn't fully satisfied with my performance in bed." She spat.

Micky gestured to the needle marks on her arm too. "Those aren't hospital IVs, those are marks from my brother drugging me so him and his friends could pass me around and take turns fucking me." With that, she pulled her shirt off and turned, so he could see the one running across her shoulder as well. "That time, my brother threw a whiskey bottle at me because I was fourteen and trying to get away from him as he terrorized and tortured me. He'd aimed for my head." She breathed bitterly. Normally, talking about these things freaked her out, but she let frustration fuel her. She just wanted out of there.

Finally, she pulled her shirt back on and turned to face him. "Bet my file doesn't say shit about years of rape, torture, and pain does it? The only time I'll bet my brothers are even mentioned is when I shot one of them dead." She shrugged like it was no big deal. "Are you properly convinced Dr. Copaland?" She asked bitterly, holding his eyes. "Because I'm sick of this so just write me my fucking prescription and let me go." She demanded sharply. "And while you're at it, I'd appreciate if you'd cancel my sleeping meds that way I can stop fucking the nurse so he'll switch them for me." She shrugged like it wasn't an issue that she was constantly using sex to get her way.

It was quiet for a moment and Declan watched her as she walked over and leaned forwards on his desk so that she was very close. Her eyes were full of hatred, but he remained calm, refusing to let her scare him. He could see the scars on her arms, reminders of her pain and that was part of the reason he wasn't afraid. No matter how soulless she made herself out to be, she still felt pain, sadness, and anger like any normal person.

"You want me to tell you something." She finally breathed and he shrugged like she was just telling him a bit of gossip "Anything." she said mockingly and he just rolled his eyes and waited. "Your promises, your trust. It's all bullshit. Just like your bullshit, perfect life." She spat so venomously it almost hid her pain. Any normal person might not have caught it, but he was a doctor. He'd been trained to read people so he could see it. She took his cigarette then and he let her, staying still, not even blinking as she blew her smoke in his face, trying to stay focused and reading her every movement. "You want to help me so badly? Put me out of my fucking misery, kill me." She said.

Ophelia stood then, putting the cigarette out on her tongue and Declan watched as she made her way towards the door, not sure what to say to catch her attention. "Ophelia." He sighed, running his fingers through his hair. "I've got all these papers in this file on you, painting you as a psychopathic murderer." He said with a shrug. "But not a single word in this file tells me anything about your side of the story." He continued with a sigh.

"I don't think you're a murderer or a psychopath, I think you're a girl who's lived a hard life and it's broken her." He said, standing and walking across the room, standing between her and the door, holding her eyes. "I want to believe you're more then your file suggests, but I need you to convince me." He shrugged. "Otherwise you'll never be anything more then a psychotic killer and you'll be here for the rest of your life." He breathed, holding her eyes. "Just tell me what happened that night okay? After that, you can go and I'll make sure you're not bothered the rest of the week." He offered, hoping she'd take it.

She figured he'd do exactly what she'd said. He'd write a few things down on paper and up her medication, medication she wouldn't take. That's what all her other doctors did. Then they'd asked to be moved to a different floor or get a different list of patients. None of the doctors lasted very long with the level three patients, least of all with Ophelia.

"Ophelia." He sighed and there was something in his voice that made her stop, but she refused to turn and face him. "I've got all these papers in this file on you, painting you as a psychopathic murderer." He continued and she wanted him to shut up. There was something about him that made her so anxious, she was terrified that he might be able to see past her nasty extrior and see how broken she actually was. "But not a single word in this file tells me anything about your side of the story."

Your side of the story his words repeated in her head and absentmindedly her fingers came up to her arm and traced the graveyard of healed scars. She could remember every single thing her parents and brothers had ever said to her, every cruel thing they'd done to her as clear as I it had just happened. It was burned into her memory and she'd never told anyone. She'd let the cops believe she'd snapped, because it was easier to keep everything trapped on the inside and let all her pain become her guard.

"I don't think you're a murderer or a psychopath, I think you're a girl who's lived a hard life and it's broken her." he breathed pulling her from her thoughts and she dropped her hands back to her side and found herself holding his eyes, hatred still clear in them. "I want to believe you're more then your file suggests, but I need you to convince me. Otherwise you'll never be anything more then a psychotic killer and you'll be here for the rest of your life."He breathed with a shrug, continuing to hold her eyes and she refused to drop his gaze, because that would show a moment of weakness. "Just tell me what happened that night okay? After that, you can go and I'll make sure you're not bothered the rest of the week." He offered and she thought about it, letting silence fall between them for a long moment.

He was so damn persistent, he'd get her to break eventually and that scared the shit out of her, not even her own boyfriend Ricky could get through to her anymore. He fact that she'd only been in the room with Dr. Harding a few minuets and he was already breaking through the wall she'd carefully built so high was unnerving. She finally look away from him, not exactly sure if she should tell him or if she should just lie and tell him what he wanted to hear.

"I'm both those things." she breathed, honestly, but her voice was more vulnerable this time and she hated the way it sounded. "But, not because I ever wanted to be." she spat bitterly, trying to hide the fact that his persistence was getting to her. Every other therapist would have given up on her by now, yet he wasn't letting her leave without something. "Maybe I deserve to be here for the rest of my life." she breathed. "You wanna know my story? she asked an unconvinced smirk on her face, she scoffed under her breath shaking her head, like she didn't believe him.

"My mom threatened to leave dad, he beat the shit out of her and raped her." she said holding his eyes, emotionless, despite how bad it hurt to relieve what she was going to tell him. "No one wanted me from the start, I was the rape baby." she shrugged. "They kept me locked in a fucking basement, like some kind of animal. They fed me a hearty diet of table scraps and whatever the dog didn't eat." she ran her fingers through her hair. "When my piece of shit dad would get drunk, he'd have a little fun with me and when I fought back he'd beat the shit out of me." she shrugged. "Is that what you want to hear?" she said with a dark smirk. "What else do you want to know doc? How about the fact that I never attended school a day in my life or the fact that my mother couldn't even look at me." she said raising her voice, continuing to hold his eyes. "Congratulations, Harding, for being the first ass hole therapist to get me to talk." she spat harshly.

"You want proof that I'm fucked up? Fine." She spat her voice as bitter as her eyes and he sighed as she yanked up her sleeve revealing a long jagged scar that ran from her wrist to elbow and his eyes fell on it before glancing back to her as he spoke. "You see that? [b]My brother did this to me because the man he sold me to wasn't fully satisfied with my performance in bed." He kept his face calm, despite how shitty he felt for having pushed her, but it was his job. She continued and he listed as she gestured to the needle marks on her arm. He knew what those marks were before she spoke because he had ones that matched and his jaw clenched. "Those aren't hospital IVs, those are marks from my brother drugging me so him and his friends could pass me around and take turns fucking me."

She pulled off her shirt then, but he didn't even flinch nor did he let his eyes wonder, he was extremely professional. His eyes ran over the scar between her shoulder blades, he almost wanted to reach out and touch it, like touching it would actually give him a good idea of the pain she was going through, however he kept his arms crossed in front of his chest.

"That time, my brother threw a whiskey bottle at me because I was fourteen and trying to get away from him as he terrorized and tortured me. He'd aimed for my head." she breathed bitterly and he sighed running his fingers through his hair. She pulled her shirt back over her head and turned back to face him. "Bet my file doesn't say shit about years of rape, torture, and pain does it? The only time I'll bet my brothers are even mentioned is when I shot one of them dead." she shrugged and pretended it was nothing but he knew better. "Are you properly convinced Dr. Copaland? Because I'm sick of this so just write me my fucking prescription and let me go. And while you're at it, I'd appreciate if you'd cancel my sleeping meds that way I can stop fucking the nurse so he'll switch them for me." She demanded her tone still ugly and bitter towards him.

He let silence fall between them for a long moment as he lit himself a cigarette before offering one to her even though he could get in a lot of trouble for it. She wasn't crazy, everyone she'd ever trusted in her life had let her down and she'd finally snapped when she couldn't take it anymore, he was honestly just glad she hadn't taken her own life. Too many times people in her situation took their own lives and she had so much to live for. She was beautiful and smart, she could do anything and that was what triggered him in that moment to want to help her more then he'd ever wanted to help anyone, he wanted to be that one person in her life that she could trust, who wouldn't hurt her.

"No." he said simply blowing out a breath of smoke as he held her eyes. "You haven't convinced me your psychotic." he shrugged. "All you’ve proven is that you’re a human being who snapped when she was pushed to far." he said completely unafraid of her, which he knew was rare. A part of him wonder when was the last time someone had talked to her like she was a human being or the last time someone had done something as simple as given her a hug.

He took a final drag off his cigarette, before putting it out in the ash tray. He took a step forward and rested a hand on either one of her shoulders, holding her eyes for a moment like he was trying to let her know that his words were honest and she was safe there. He pulled her into a hug, it was gentle and if she wanted to pull away she could. However, he didn't want to make her uncomfortable and so he pulled away a moment later, meeting her gaze again.

"Listen Kayla. I don't give a shit what everyone in this place tells you. You are not crazy." he said holding her eyes. "You can come up here any time you want, even if it's just to get away for an hour." he said with a shrug. "I'll tell them to stop those sleeping pills." he reassured her. "Were going to try a few different things." he said simply walking over to his desk and sitting down as he started to jot a few things down on his prescription pad. He wanted her off of anything the made her drowsy or Zombie like.

After he was finished he stood back up, he walked back over to her and stood in front of her. She'd opened up to him and so in return he figured he'd get a better reaction if he proved that his life hadn't always been as perfect as she believed it was. He rolled up the sleeves of his white dress shirt to reveal his own not so perfect past. Faded track marks from years of shooting up covered the inside of his elbow. Marks, that he rarely showed anyone. He wore long sleeve shirts for a reason, because they were terribly noticeable.

"I wasn't always a Ken doll." he said with a teasing smirk. "I know what it's like to live a shitty life, to have a brother who fucks with your head." he said simply rolling the sleeve of his shirt back down. "You can go if you want." he said holding her eyes. "Unless your ready to talk some more." he said quietly, leaving the choice to her. His ways of tending to his patients were different from most doctors, he handled each one differently, molded to what fit them instead of treating them all the same and he hoped she'd understand that he was really trying to help her.

It was silent for a while and Micky watched as he lit himself a cigarette before offering her one and she took it with a sigh, knowing he wasn't supposed to be giving them to her, but not about to pass it up. "No. You haven't convinced me your psychotic." He finally breathed and she just rolled her eyes and took a drag off her cigarette. She certainly felt psychotic. "All you’ve proven is that you’re a human being who snapped when she was pushed too far." He said and she took a long, slow drag off her cigarette before looking away, hating that she'd shown him so much. She should have just kept her mouth shut.

Out of the corner of her eye she watched him move towards her and bit her lip as he placed his hands on her shoulders. She wanted to hold his eyes, but she couldn't and her whole body tensed when he pulled her on for a hug. At first, her fucked up brain waited for him to make move because several doctors did that in the past. They'd pretend to care, pull her into a hug, and then one hand would drift down and touch her somewhere inappropriate. She kept waiting for him to kiss her or touch her, because she'd never been touched by someone who wasn't either going to hurt her or fuck her.

However, eventually, Dr. Copeland just pulled away, surprising her because she realized that he'd been hugging her, and that was it. No ulterior motives behind it. "Listen Kayla. I don't give a shit what everyone in this place tells you. You are not crazy. You can come up here any time you want, even if it's just to get away for an hour." He said and she was still a little too shocked from the hug to really pay attention. She wanted more, because she liked the way it felt in his arms and that irritated her. She had to be crazy. She hated all her doctors for being assholes and fucking her, and now she had one who wouldn't lay a hand on her and for some reason, she wanted him. What the fuck was wrong with her?

"I'll tell them to stop those sleeping pills. We're going to try a few different things." Dr. Copeland continued, pulling her from her thoughts as she watched him walk over to his desk and start writing out prescriptions. When he finished, he walked back over and she held his eyes as he rolled up his sleeves. She glanced down, instantly recognizing the marks all over his arms and glancing back up at his eyes, surprised that "Dr. Perfect" had a not-so-perfect past. "I wasn't always a Ken doll." He said with smirk that made her wonder if there was still a bit of recklessness left in him or if he'd given up his wild past for good. "I know what it's like to live a shitty life, to have a brother who fucks with your head." He said as he rolled his sleeves back down.

"You can go if you want. Unless you're ready to talk some more." He offered and Micky was pulled from her thoughts about him, wondering what kind of person he used to be and, more importantly, what his touch felt like. She glanced at his wedding ring, wondering if he was one of those men who actually loved his wife and if he had children. She wanted to stay just because, for some reason, him showing her his scars had made him intriguing to her, but she couldn't. If she stayed, she'd either end up seducing him into cheating on his wife, which he didn't deserve, he was probably a great husband. Either that, or he'd get her to spill her guts about everything since birth and she didn't want to do that.

Eventually, after what was probably way too long of a pause, Micky shook her head and put her cigarette out. "I should go." She breathed with s sigh. "I've said too much already." She shrugged and slipped towards the door, not wanting to give herself the chance to change her mind, despite how badly she really wanted to stay, knowing the rest of her day would be long and boring.

"I'm both those things." Ophelia breathed after a long silence and he just stayed quiet, knowing there was more, sensing the sudden vulnerability in her voice. [b]"But, not because I ever wanted to be. Maybe I deserve to be here for the rest of my life." She breathed and he hated that her doctors had made her think that way. Doctors were supposed to be inspiring patients that they could get better and get out some day. They aren't supposed to make them feel imprisoned and hopeless. He could see that she wasn't a lost cause, but everyone she'd known for a while had been making her think that's exactly what she was.

"You wanna know my story?" She asked, still sarcastic, as though she didn't believe him and he didn't blame her. He doubted anyone had ever asked her for her story before. He listened as she told him about her life and he was right. No one had ever asked her, or at least she'd never told anyone. Nothing she told him was in her files and he suddenly felt responsible for her because everything she'd been through was horribly tragic and no one had ever tried to help her heal. Not even the people who were supposed to. He didn't care how difficult of a patient she was, he decided then and there that he wouldn't give up on her. Too many already had.

"Congratulations, Harding, for being the first ass hole therapist to get me to talk." Ophelia spat harshly when she was finished and Declan sighed, running his fingers through his hair. She really was incredible. What she'd been through was enough to break even the strongest of people. Most people would have killed themselves to get out of that kind of pain, but she hadn't and that showed an enormous amount of strength. He didn't see her as a murderer or even as a patient. She might be broken, but she was human. She wasn't born a murderer, she'd been turned into one by her horrible life.

"Alright Ophelia, thank you." He sighed softly and placed a hand on her shoulder. "I want to help you, but I can't do anything for you if you don't talk to me." He said honestly, holding her eyes. "You're brave for talking to me and I'm proud of you." He shrugged simply because he knew it was hard for people with lives like hers to talk about them. "You can go now if you'd like, we can take it slow, you don't have to tell me everything at once." He shrugged, continuing to hold her eyes steady. "I'm here if you ever need me." He breathed, hoping she could see in his eyes that she could trust him. B

"Alright Ophelia, thank you." He sighed softly as he placed a hand on her shoulder and she winced. She hated when people touched her, it made her skin crawl. However she was grateful he'd touched her, because it reminded her that he was a therapist and within a matter o seconds her wall was back up. "I want to help you, but I can't do anything for you if you don't talk to me. You're brave for talking to me and I'm proud of you." she shrugged simply causing her to roll her eyes, she refused to let herself believe him. "You can go now if you'd like, we can take it slow, you don't have to tell me everything at once. I'm here if you ever need me." he breathed and she held his eyes, irritation suddenly covering up any emotion she might had had in them while they'd been talking.

She swept his hand from her shoulder and stepped around him reaching for the door. "Thanks Babe." she said with a wicked smirked on her jet black, glossed lips. Ignoring the fire on her skin from where he'd touch almost numb to it. "Touch me again though and I'll make sure Barbie hears about it." she spat threatening him. "I mean what would she think if the entire hospital found out you fucked me." She winked. "They'd believe me too, they take that stuff pretty seriously." she said cruelly.

She started moaning loudly, like she was proving she could get him fired and ruin his marriage. Her breathy, desperate moans were spot on. She was manipulative and impossibly cruel. She ran her hand over the front of her body sexually as if he was the one touching her. She lend her head back against the door closing her eyes as he moans got softer, she slid her hand into the front of her shorts. She paused glancing to him holding his eyes.

"Barbie, your job...gone just like that." she breathed sarcastically. She let her eyes run over him, like she was undressing him. "I'm not some innocent little girl babe, I can fuck your world up. In more ways then one." she smirked bring her eyes back to his, her words threatening. "See you next time, Harding." she laughed as she slipped out the door. Fucking with peoples head was what she did best and she'd just given Declan a small taste of how manipulative and cruel she really was.

There was only one way down stairs and that was the elevator, waiting for her was her guard. Surprisingly she wasn't taken back to her room she was taken to a visiting room were Ricky was waiting for her and she rolled her eyes already irritated. They fought, to throw the guards off. It was they'd been doing for a year now and no one had caught on. She'd left in a hurry, slipping away from the guards, while Ricky slipped quickly past security while they went after her.

She turned a corner just as someone grabbed her roughly pulling her into a janitor closet that was rarely used. He slammed her roughly against the wall causing her to groan both in pleasure and pain. He wasted no time slipping off her shorts and she heard the zipper on his pants making her smirk as he pinned her arms above her head and his lips came down on hers hard. Ricky was a fucking prick, he was the entire reason she was here, she was convinced she'd have never snapped if she hadn't met him and been so twistedly in love with him that she was willing to kill with him. Then she'd taken the blame for the entire murder while he ran.

However as much of a coward as he was he knew how to fuck her like no one else. He was rough and knew how to drive her crazy. He made her forget everything. When he was finally finished fucking her he pulled the metal beaded hanging string causing the closet to have a dim light to it. Ophelia pulled up her shorts and lend against the wall as he continued to kiss her neck making her skin burn. "I got a new therapist. He made me talk." she breathed and Ricky froze he stood up straight towering over her.

A smirk lit her face as anger sparked in his eyes and his hand wrapped around her throat, cutting off her air immediately but she didn't even flinch. "O, I swear to fucking God, I'll slit your throat if you rat me out." She rolled her eyes and shoved him away with what strength she had.

"Oh please Ricky, you’re a pussy." She spat. "You love me to much to lay a finger on me." she taunted as she watched his jaw and fist clench. She took a step forward, wrapping her arms around his neck. "Baby, if I wanted you on the inside with me, don't you think I would have already sold you out." she breathed against his lips, he smirked and she matched his smirk with her own. "Now stop being a baby, let's get fucked up so you can fuck me again." she breathed.

He felt so damn close to getting her to stay and open up. She'd thought about it for a long time and she was silent. Her silence made him wonder what was going through her head. He knew he was on the verge of getting through to her, for the simple fact that all the other recorded times with doctors were a mere five to ten minuets, they were going on twenty minuets he thought glancing to his watch quickly before glancing back to her.

"I should go." She breathed and he sighed, wishing she'd stay, but knowing it wouldn't be wise to push her if she felt like she needed to leave he was going to let her leave. "I've said too much already." she shrugged as she headed towards the door and he stayed where he was arms crossed over his chest, his kakis and white dress shirt still perfectly pressed as he watched her leave, wishing he could say something to make her stay. She was interesting to him, she was normal girl with a fucked up past who just needed a bit of help and he needed to help her, he felt a magnetic pull to her that was strange.

"McKaela. Remember, if you need a smoke or someone to bitch to about this awful place...I'm here to five." he offered her hoping she'd take him up on that offer and decide to come back when she realized he was really there to help her.

He hated that everyone in her life had let her down, she was a lot like him though, when he'd been lost. Betrayed by family, hopelessly addicted, and feeling crazy. He still felt like a mix of all those things every once in a while, but that was when Fiona always seemed to know exactly what to say to pick him up when he was feeling like shit. He wasn't sure what he'd do without her and that's all that Kay needed, was someone to trust and someone to show her that the world isn't such a bad place. Nothing would change her past, but she had a future.

His phone started ringing in his pocket and he sighed figuring McKaela would simply slip out the door. He answered his phone making his way to his chair as he listened to Fiona on the other line, clearly out at lunch. She always called him on her lunch, however he was distracted by everything, his head was somewhere else as he jotted down notes about Mikey.

"Yes, Fi I'm listening." he breathed absentmindedly into the phone. "Babe...No...Babe I've got a lot on my..." he tried before she hung up. Fiona was an only child who came from a wealthy family and when all of Levi's attention wasn't on her, she tended to become a massive Bitch. He looked at his screen already know she'd hung up. He sighed shaking his head as he tossed the phone on his desk lighting himself a cigarette. "Way to go ass hole, on your fucking anniversary." he breathed to himself.

"McKaela. Remember, if you need a smoke or someone to bitch to about this awful place...I'm here to five." Dr. Copeland offered and she sighed. She was tempted to turn and stay, but then his phone rang and it was clear, by the way he answered it, that it was his wife. She caught the end of his conversation as she slipped out the door, but pretended she simply hasn't heard and made her way down the hall where a nurse was waiting for her at the elevator to take her back to her room. Level one patients weren't trusted to be alone, unless they were in their rooms. They had to be escorted practically everywhere.

Micky, however, was pretty much an expert at giving the nurses the slip. She'd done it a hundred times and they could never find her because she was also exceptionally good at hiding. Once they'd reached the floor where the level one patients lived, Mickaela quickly lost the nurse and made her way towards the level one men's ward. It wasn't too hard, she'd memorized the route, knowing which hallways to take to avoid nurses, and before she knew it, she was walking through the area of the building where they kept their most dangerous male patients.

Kayla slipped swiftly into one of the rooms, closing the door behind her with a wicked smirk as she glanced at Dean, sitting on his bed. Dean was her ex boyfriend. He was a complete asshole to say the least. He'd been one of her oldest brother's closest friends, and had always been the one doing her brother's dirty work. He killed and tortured people for her brothers on account of dangerous anger problems, and actually enjoyed it.

Dean had been there that night when she'd shot her brother and his friends. She'd shot him too, though, unlike the others, it hadn't been fatal. He'd had a warrant out for his arrest already, and when they came for her, they found him too and he'd ended up in Saint Peter's with her. They'd been broken up a while because, in all honesty, she hated him. Tony and Jackson didn't let her date, but Dean had been an exception because he paid them and he didn't get in the way of them selling her.

She broke up with him the day of the murders. They'd fought badly, she'd dumped him, he'd beat her and raped her, then he'd left. Later that night, he'd come back with Jackson and his other friends, and when they pulled her into the living room, intending to share her was when she'd finally snapped and killed them all, only Dean survived.

She hated him, he was bad for her, and she wanted nothing to do with him, but for some reason, she kept finding herself right there. In his room. She wasn't sure why, but she couldn't say no to him. She'd been trained her entire life to just give in and Dean knew exactly what to say to make her do just that. She walked over and sat next to him with a sigh. "I got a new doctor today." She told him as he sat up and started kissing her neck, fingers reaching down to unbutton her shorts, clearly not listening or caring. Kay shoved him off. "Dean, I don't want to fuck." She said, holding his eyes.

Dean just shrugged and pushed her back on the bed, crawling over her with a wicked smirk she both loved and hated. "Yes you do or you wouldn't be here." He said simply, not giving her anymore chance to argue before slipping off her shorts and panties, undoing his jeans, pushing her legs apart, and fucking her hard.

When they were finally done, Micky felt like shit. She always did. It might feel good while she was doing it, but Micky honestly couldn't remember a time she'd had sex and not felt like shit afterwards. She just felt used and wrong, but it was her own damn fault for being such a slut. She deserved to feel like shit for fucking around so much. Micky wasted no time rolling off Dean and starting to get dressed. She knew him. He wouldn't want to talk afterwards and neither did she. She didn't want to look at him, she just wanted out of there.

Without even a word, Mickaela pulled his shirt on as well as her shorts and slipped out of the room and back down the hall. She wasn't sure where to go, she wandered a while, feeling like complete crap, hating herself, before realizing she'd ended up outside Dr. Copeland's door. She tried to knock but she couldn't bring herself to. She felt weak and shitty after what had happened with Dean. She didn't want to listen to Dr. Perfect and she certainly didn't want to tell him. So instead of knocking or going in, she sighed and leaned against the wall next to his door, sliding down to sit on the ground as she lot her last cigarette and took a deep drag.

Declan could see he'd gotten to her. At least for a second. Then her eyes filled with anger, she swept his hand away, and just like that, she was gone again. She swept his hand from her shoulder and stepped around him reaching for the door. "Thanks Babe." She said with a wicked smirk that told him she was about to say or do something frustrating and cruel. "Touch me again though and I'll make sure Barbie hears about it. I mean what would she think if the entire hospital found out you fucked me. They'd believe me too, they take that stuff pretty seriously." She threatened and his jaw clenched, hating that she was so closed off she felt like she had to lash out at others, but refusing to react, even when she started moaning loudly and touching herself sexually. He couldn't let her threats bother him.

"Barbie, your job...gone just like that." She breathed sarcastically as eyes ran seductively over him and Declan hated himself for thinking, even for a split second, that he was strangely attracted to her. "I'm not some innocent little girl babe, I can fuck your world up. In more ways then one." She smirked and he knew that was true. She'd be more then a handful. "See you next time, Harding." She laughed before slipping right out the door and he rolled his eyes, running his fingers through his hair with a deep sigh. He had his work cut out for him with Ophelia, that was for damn sure.

Not long after Ophelia left, Declan decided to take a break between patients because he badly needed one. He slipped down to the nurses station to find Alice, convincing her to take a break too. The two of them slipped out back of the building and Declan lot a cigarette, not even thinking about it before she started nagging him about it. "I'm sorry babe." He breathed out a breath of smoke and pulled her in, kissing her forehead. "Just one. I need it." He sighed.

Alice just smirked at him, taking the cigarette and taking w drag of her own before handing it back, surprising him. Alice never smoked. She considered it disgusting and made it very clear that's how she felt about it. "I know what you mean." She sighed and shook her head. "had a patient kill herself today." She said, voice full of pain that he hated hearing. "She was a regular of mine. Found her hanging in her room." She breathed, shakily.

Declan pulled her in and kissed her and the two stayed out there for quite some time, smoking and talking before he kissed her again and they went back inside. She went back to the nurses station but he walked down the halls a little longer, not[ quite ready to get back to work yet, just wandering the building. It was a huge place, built like a prison, with winding hallways that were easy to get lost in and that was his goal. To get a little lost and give himself time to think before finally heading back up to work.

After Ricky had shot her up and they'd snorted a couple of lines of coke, she was dangerously high. They fucked again, before he kissed her goodbye. She begged him to stay, but they both knew he couldn't. He was the only thing that made her still feel sane. He'd brought her an entire carton of cigarettes that would last her till his next visit. She was sore and exhausted as she slipped sorely back into her clothes. She pulled a baggie full pink and white pills, opening the capsules pouring the powder into her hand. She licked the her index finger and touched it to the powder, before rubbing the powder on her gums. Making herself even more intoxicated, it was the only God damn way she kept from loosing her mind.

She slipped out of the small janitors closet then and started down the halls. she pulled her hood up over her head and her sleeves down over her scared arms. She started making her rounds knocking on doors and trading her drugs from other stuff; new headphones, real food, and a knife. Howe they managed to get that past security was beyond her, but she wasn't about the argue she'd traded a good deal of drugs, even if it was just a pocket knife it would still feel incredibly good to run it across her skin and watch blood surface. It was a release to her still and it had been a long time since she'd been able to do it. She tucked the knife into a hidden pocket in her hoodie.

She continued down the halls, it was quitter then usual and loneliness had started to hang over her like a dark cloud, now that Ricky was gone and she wouldn't see him for a while. She glanced up just as Dr. Harding was turning down the opposite hallways, she raised a brow with. what the hell was he doing? she thought to herself and took it upon herself to follow him. Her footsteps were light and she was silent, she doubted he even knew she was following him.

There was something curious about his that she felt drawn to. Not that she'd ever admit that, there was something beautiful about him, but completely tragic a the same time and as she walked behind him she found herself creating a story for him, because she wanted to know him. He probably grew up in a lavish house, Alice was probably his high school sweetheart, and he probably wrapped his arms around her and kissed her neck while she cooked for him. The thought left a bad taste in her mouth, because a part of her knew she'd never had what he had and that killed her. She had to stop herself from scoffing and making herself known.

"You know it's pretty dangerous to be walking around here alone." she finally said, despite how high she was she could pretend that she was sober and she hoped that he wouldn't catch on, that was all she needed for him to take away her drugs, her sanity. "If your looking for Barbie, she's probably off painting her nails in the cafeteria." she smirked because that’s what Alice often did, she'd seen her do it a hundred times when she'd snuck out of her room and wandered. "What's that hideous color she's always wearing..." Ophelia trailed off as she thought. "Whore Red. " she taunted. She like messing with his head, she wanted to get inside his head and really fuck him up, he didn't deserve to be insanely attractive and have the perfect girlfriend on top of that it just wasn't fair.

Levi had taken his next patient, he knew he should have taken a break and tried to called Fiona back, but he didn't. Levi had a problem with putting his work before his own life, because it was the only way he could assure he wouldn't slip back into his old ways. Fiona knew what she was getting herself into with Levi, that's why he hadn't called her, she'd get over it eventually. He'd gotten them a reservation at her favorite high end restaurant. There was no way she could stay mad at him.

Ophelia was supposed to be his next patient, however they couldn't find her. Apparently she had a history of disappearing. Not that any of the patient's could escape, the place had higher security then a prison, however hiding wasn't uncommon especially among the level threes that's why people were such a nervous wreck when they worked with them and there were very few people who could stand to work with them for longer then a year.

His next patient had been another level three. He was one of the less dangerous level three, he'd killed his mother on accident or at least that's what he claimed, but no one believed him. Levi however believed him, they'd talked for a while before Levi had gone over a general check up and change of medication. The doctors that had cared for the patients before had them all on sedative drugs when half of the teens didn't need them it was impossibly frustrating. He'd had upwards of three more patients before five o'clock finally rolled around and he packed up his stuff.

Still no phone call from Fiona, he sighed checking his phone. He grabbed his keys before slipping out of his door, closing the door behind him before getting ready to lock it before he saw McKaela sitting on the ground next to his door, halfway through a cigarette and looking miserable. His date with Fiona was almost immediately forgotten and Mickey ha become his main priority. He knelt down beside her, staying quite for a moment as he looked her over, not judgingly, but considered.

"McKaela, why don't we step into my office." he breathed quietly for only her to hear like they were telling secrets. "Everyone's left for the day, no one has to know you’re here." he said honestly, his words were kind and caring, like she was his only priority. He stood up then and opened the door to his office. "I got all night." he said reassuring her. "We could talk over pizza?" he said with a warm smile. He assumed it had been quite sometime since she'd had anything close to real food, the shit they served at the hospital was questionable.

He slipped back into his office then, setting his brief case on his desk, he was leaving the choice up to her. He didn't want to pressure her, he needed to gain her trust if he was ever going to help her and forcing her to do things would only push her away.

After a while of sitting out there smoking and hating herself, Dr. Copeland's door opened and she bit her lip, wishing she'd left earlier so he wouldn't have caught her sitting out there. He bent down in front of her and she looked away as he looked her over, bringing her cigarette to her lips. She knew she looked like exactly what she'd been doing. Her hair was a mess and she was wearing a guy's t-shirt with no bra on underneath. She felt like a slut already, she couldn't look at him while he looked her over. She was an idiot for even going there. She should just get back up and go back to her room.

"McKaela, why don't we step into my office." He breathed quietly and she bit her lip because she knew he'd ask that and she wasn't sure she wanted to go in. She really didn't want to talk because she felt so shitty, she might not be able to hold herself together while she did. "Everyone's left for the day, no one has to know you’re here." He said like he really did care as he stood and opened his office door. "I got all night. We could talk over pizza?" He offered before heading into his office, leaving her alone for a second.

Mickaela stood and hesitated, not sure what to do. For some reason, she wanted to go in, because she liked the way he made her feel, but she also didn't. He was a doctor and she didn't trust him. She couldn't because he'd only end up letting her down in the long run. Everyone always did. Especially doctors.

Finally, she slipped inside and closed the door with a sigh, walking over to his desk and putting her finished cigarette out. "What about your wife?" She asked, raising an eyebrow at him. "I heard you talking to her earlier. Won't she be pissed you missed your anniversary?" She asked with a scoff before hopping up and sitting on his desk, looking him over. For some reason, she wanted him to kiss her. His hug had felt so good earlier, she was dying to know what a kiss felt like, but she knew it was wrong. He was married, way older then her, and a doctor.

That hadn't ever stopped her before, but he seemed like a good guy who loved his wife and his job. Not only did he not deserve it, he was as far from her type as it got. She liked dangerous guys who treated her roughly. She doubted Dr. Copeland would even lay a hand on her, much less fuck the hell out of her. Besides, she'd probably just feel like crap afterwards anyway. "I mean, unless there's trouble in paradise?" She asked with a wicked smirk, looking him over, trying to keep the conversation on him so she wouldn't have to tell him why she was there. Because she'd fucked Dean and felt like a whore.

"You know it's pretty dangerous to be walking around here alone." Declan heard from behind and turned to see that Ophelia was following him, making him smirk and wonder how long she'd been trailing him. "If you're looking for Barbie, she's probably off painting her nails in the cafeteria." She said, referring to Alice and Declan just shrugged because he wasn't looking for her. "What's that hideous color she's always wearing... Whore Red. " Ophelia taunted and he rolled his eyes with a sigh, wondering why Ophelia had such animosity towards Alice, but figuring it was probably best not to know.

"Yeah, I guess it is pretty dangerous.l Declan said, ignoring her statement about Alice and walking over to her, standing in front of her. Right away he could tell she was high. He used to deal drugs, he knew when a person was fucked up, but he didn't say anything. He knew getting her in trouble would only make her hate him. "But I can handle myself." He shrugged simply because it was true.

He'd been in a lot of fights, some of which, had nearly killed him, so he wasn't afraid for his safety. He knew he could take care of himself. "And I'm not looking for Alice, I just left her a while ago." He shrugged simply. "What are you doing walking around alone though?" He asked, raising an eyebrow, looking her over. "It's not against the rules for me to roam, but it is for you." He shrugged, looking her over. "I'm pretty sure it's also against the rules for you to get high as fuck." He smirked, letting her know he knew, but speaking in a way that made it clear he wasn't there to get her in trouble.

"Yeah, I guess it is pretty dangerous." She smirked as she held his eyes. "But I can handle myself." He shrugged and she raised a brow, she almost wanted to make him prove that he could handle himself, however she stayed quite simply watching him. "And I'm not looking for Alice, I just left her a while ago. What are you doing walking around alone though?" she scoffed at the mention of the nurse, before smirking as his eyes ran over her. "It's not against the rules for me to roam, but it is for you." He shrugged and she rolled her eyes knowing exactly where he was going with his little lecture. "I'm pretty sure it's also against the rules for you to get high as fuck." He smirked.

His words weren't threatening and she matched his smirk with one of her own. She decided in that moment there was something dangerous and different about him. Something she wanted a taste of even if she meant she had to cross a few lines to get it. If it meant she had to play head games she would. She knew he was hiding something behind his polished lifestyle and that dangerous smirk, that if she'd had a decent mother, was the kind of smirk her mother would have warned her about.

"How else do you expect me keep from killing myself." she took a step closer a smirk on her black lips and although her words were casual they were completely honest. "Let's be real, I'm sure even you have some guilty pleasure that keeps you sane." she breathed

She stepped forward then, so there was only a sliver of space between them and her towered over her tiny, underweight body. She rested the side of her head against his shoulder and ran her thumb across the scar on his neck, smearing Alice's lipstick that covered it. Boldly touching him, any other doctor would probably have been scared shitless that she'd slit there throat and she wondered if he was scared of her like everyone else. There was a paralyzing stillness that lingered in the hallway and everything seemed to go silent. There was a strong heat between them that felt impossibly good and she almost didn't want to move, but she ignored that heat as she took a step back and held his eyes a wicked smirk on her lips.

"Maybe it's her." she breathed. She brought a cigarette to her lips then, one she'd swiped from him while she'd been distracting him, she lit it tossing his lighter back to him. "It's been such a blast talking to you." she spat sarcastically. "We should do tea some time." she said blowing out a breath of smoke as she slipped past him. She wondered if he'd follow or if he'd let her go.

He'd sent a quick text to Fiona, letting her know he had to stay late for work and he'd make it up to her. She was going to chew him out when he got home, but if he got through to McKaela even a little bit it would be worth it. He wanted so badly to help her and he wasn't entirely sure why, she just intrigued him completely. She had everyone including herself believing she was crazy when all that was really wrong was that she was broken and a lost and needed someone to pick up the pieces and set her back on the right path.

He turned his cellphone off and slipped it into his desk drawer, just as he glanced up to see Mckaela slipping in and closing the door. A more sarcastic side of him wanted to smirk prideful, however he didn't he just lend back in his seat and watched as she walked over to his desk and put her cigarette out on his desk.

"What about your wife?" She asked boldly like they were old friends. "I heard you talking to her earlier. Won't she be pissed you missed your anniversary?" She scoffed as she hopped up onto his desk sitting on it. he watched and she seemed to be contemplating something before she spoke again. "I mean, unless there's trouble in paradise?" She asked with a wicked smirk on her lips as she looked over his and he sighed.

He knew what she was doing, it was like second nature to him to catch onto other things normal people didn't catch onto. He was trained to listen to the way her voice fluctuated or the way she averted conversation. She was keeping the focus off herself and on him and if that's what she wanted, if that was the only way he could get close to her he'd play along like he didn't know what she was doing.

"She'll be fine." he said simply. "Our anniversary actually isn't until tomorrow evening." he lied perfectly. "However her job is as demanding as mine and tonight we were both free a little earlier. That's all." he said like it wasn't a big deal. "She'll go home and binge watch Friends on Netflix and forget all about it." he smirked. "Fighting isn't exactly what we do best." he shrugged, it was true they rarely fought, instead they just tended to stay away long enough to let the other cool off.

"So Drew huh?" he said, however it wasn't really a question he'd read over that detail in her file and was taking an educated guess on who she'd just been with. "I'm assuming you don't want to talk about it...then again I could be wrong." he shrugged.

"She'll be fine." Dr. Copeland said so casually, she knew it was bullshit. His wife would be pissed. "Our anniversary actually isn't until tomorrow evening." He continued and she just leaned back on her hands, listening to him speak and watching him. "However her job is as demanding as mine and tonight we were both free a little earlier. That's all. She'll go home and binge watch Friends on Netflix and forget all about it." He smirked and Micky just raised her eyebrows as she listened. "Fighting isn't exactly what we do best." He shrugged, making her scoff and roll her eyes.

"So Drew huh?" Dr. Copeland said, switching subjects. "I'm assuming you don't want to talk about it...then again I could be wrong." He shrugged and Mickaela rolled her eyes and sighed, running her fingers through her hair. She felt like crap, thinking about Dean. She hadn't really wanted to fuck him, and yet she'd let him push her into it. She was always doing that, especially for Dean. It was just how she'd been raised.

"Dean?" She asked, raising an eyebrow like she was a little surprised he's even brought him up. "What about him?" She shrugged casually like it was no big deal. "We fucked, there's not much to say." She signed, eyes running over him. He's my ex and I kind of hate him, but I don't know, something about him keeps me coming back." She breathed with a shrug, like she didn't hate herself every time she went back to him. "He's exciting I guess." She smirked wickedly, flicking her eyes to Dr. Copeland's, holding them and leaning forward from her seat on his desk so she was close to him. "He's got that kind of danger that thrills you, you know?" She breathed, almost seductively.

Micky looked him over again with a smirk. "Actually you probably don't." She taunted with a shrug as she leaned back again. "I'll bet you and your wife are as safe as can be." She scoffed. "I'll bet the two of you have never taken a risk and done something you shouldn't." She breathed, voice low, holding his eyes.

"How else do you expect me keep from killing myself." Ophelia smirked as she took a step closer to him and he hated to think it, but he could very clearly feel an undesirable heat between them that drew him to her. "Let's be real, I'm sure even you have some guilty pleasure that keeps you sane." She breathed and he kept his composure, despite the fact that she was getting under his skin.

Declan held his breath and stood still as Ophelia stepped even closer. Their bodies were just a breath apart and he wasn't sure what was wrong with him because for some reason, he wanted to reach and touch her. However, he kept his composure, knowing he couldn't. Not just because he'd lose his job, but because he'd lose Alice as well and he couldn't lose her. Ophelia rested the side of her head on his shoulder and he found it harder and harder to keep his cool each second. Her thumb ran along the scar on his neck, sending a surprising electric shock across his skin that made him want more.

He wasn't afraid of her, despite the fact that everyone else was, but he was nervous. Not of her, of himself and his own self-control. He had a horrible urge to kiss her, but he knew he couldn't. He had to refrain from that. "Maybe it's her." Micky breathed and lit a cigarette before tossing him his lighter back, making him smirk. "It's been such a blast talking to you. We should do tea some time." She said and walked quickly away.

Declan rolled his eyes, knowing it was a horrible idea, but he went after her, catching up quickly and walking alongside her. "At least let me walk with you if we're both going to be wandering." He said with a smirk, raising an eyebrow. "That way, if anyone finds us, I'll tell them it's part of your session to get some exercise and no one gets in trouble." He shrugged simply.

She knew that he had a past, she could practically feel it when she'd ran her finger across his scar. He hadn't shuttered, but she imagined he had and she imagined that it was because he was craving her recklessness, her insanity. Ophelia as a master manipulator of emotions and she'd proved it by simply touching him the way she had, she knew how to crawl under your skin, that was where her dark and dangerous side really lied. She hated that when she'd touched his skin he made her feel alive and made her want to do horrible things. She wanted him all over her and that's why she'd left so quickly, she was convinced she felt that way simply because she was higher then a kite off her drugs.

"At least let me walk with you if we're both going to be wandering." she heard the smirk in his voice as he caught up to her walking beside her, but she didn't bother looking at him. "That way, if anyone finds us, I'll tell them it's part of your session to get some exercise and no one gets in trouble." she rolled her eyes at his lame excuse.

Everyone and there fucking mother knew that she did what she wanted in that hospital. She wouldn't be surprised if it said keep your hand at the level of your eyes. somewhere in her file, because hell she might as well be Saint Peter's very own phantom. As much as the hospital liked to pretend they had control of her, aside from a few of the male nurses, who'd fucked Ophelia, most of the employees were terrified to even look at her and so they let her alone when she wandered. She wasn't hurting anyone and she wasn't trying to escape.

"I usually wander alone." she breathed out a breath of smoke as she, matter-of-factly. She turned down one of the abandoned wings of the hospital where no one was allowed anymore. They'd started construction on it a couple months after she'd gotten there. However, after Darla one of the level three patients had jumped and committed suicide, they'd stopped construction. The staff claimed it was haunted, but Ophelia didn't believe it and she went there often to get away from everything.

It was quite for a while between them and she was glad he hadn't tried to talk to her. "You know I really hate that you care." she said honestly, now that they were alone. She hated that he actually made her feel comfortable enough to talk. "You really don't get it do you?" she said pausing and stepping in front of him like she refused to let him walk any further. "This is all I have. I don't give a fuck if I stay here forever. This is my home, I have nothing left out there." she said honestly. "I'd really appreciate it if you fucked off and left well enough alone." she breathed, irritated and wanting him to understand she really didn't want his help, it wasn't a matter of needing it, she was smarter then most of the doctors there. She just didn't want to be helped.

"Dean?" she asked and he sighed and made a mental note to change that in her file. It wasn't the only thing they had wrong. Her birthday didn't match her age and they even had her name spelt wrong. There was no telling what else they had wrong. "What about him? We fucked, there's not much to say." she acted like it was no big deal but the fact that she'd found herself outside his office was proof enough it was a big deal.

[b]"He's my ex and I kind of hate him, but I don't know, something about him keeps me coming back. He's exciting I guess."
she breathed with a wicked smirk as he eyes came back to his and he held her eyes. "He's got that kind of danger that thrills you, you know?" she breathed almost seductively as she leaned towards him and as tempting as she was, in all of her beauty, he didn't so much as blink like he was interested. Her eyes ran over him, shamelessly. "Actually you probably don't. I'll bet you and your wife are as safe as can be." She scoffed, tauntingly as she leaned back again. "I'll bet the two of you have never taken a risk and done something you shouldn't." she breathed voice low.

He was quite for a long moment as he held her eyes. He could honestly see why she'd managed to get every doctor she'd ever had to sleep with her. She was beautiful and she played a good game of seduction. However, he dealt with a million and one girls just like her when he'd spent several years with his brother, he'd practically trained himself not to fall for girls like her. Plus, he had his wife, whom he loved on top of that and he'd worked far to hard to keep her by his side to mess it up over a beautiful red head and his patient for that matter.

"There's nothing wrong with being safe." he finally said, choosing his words carefully. "I've taken plenty of risks, I've done plenty of things I shouldn't" he said with a shrug, like he hadn't caught on to her seductive low tone and her taunting words. "I think your scared." he said calling her out simply his voice calm. "Dean's dangerous sure, but what good is feeling that dangerous rush if you crash and burn and feel like shit after...then Dean isn't danger he's fear." he said with a smirk on his lips, becaue he knew what she was feeling he'd felt it and he knew exactly what he was talking about. There was a difference in being addicted to fear and being addicted to the rush of danger, but girls like her mixed the two of them up and that's how the relationship turned into what she had with Dean. "He's the fear of letting go of your past, because as sick as twisted as it is, your feed off fear." he said with a shrug like he knew her better then anyone else.

It was quite for a moment as he seemed to be analyzing her and she was tempted to lean in just a little closer and kiss him. It was wrong, she knew that, but she'd never really been right. She wanted to she of she could get him, in all his careful, disciplined, perfection, to crack and do something that was wrong. She'd done it to a lot of people. She'd taken the best men in the world and completely ruined them, but she had a feeling she wouldn't exactly be changing him. He had a dangerous side to him already, she'd seen it when he showed her his scars. He was pressing it though, and she'd just be bringing back to the surface.

"There's nothing wrong with being safe." Dr. Copeland finally said, and she just scoffed. There was a lot wrong with being safe. Nothing was ever exciting if you played it safe. "I've taken plenty of risks, I've done plenty of things I shouldn't" He said with a shrug, and she looked him over for the millionth time, wondering what kind of fucked up secrets he had buried under all his perfection. "I think you're scared." He said and she raised her eyebrows and crossed her arms, amused by the fact that he thought he knew her and her relationship with Dean when this was only their second conversation.

"Dean's dangerous sure, but what good is feeling that dangerous rush if you crash and burn and feel like shit after...then Dean isn't danger he's fear." He went on, and her jaw clenched because she hated that he might be right. She was hopelessly addicted to him, but every time she was with Dean, she felt like crap. "He's the fear of letting go of your past, because as sick as twisted as it is, your feed off fear." He finished and her jaw clenched tighter as she looked away, not willing to admit that he was right.

She hesitated for a moment before letting out a sigh and turning back to look at him, holding his eyes. "I don't fear." She said so seriously and steadily, she almost believed it herself. "I've seen and done so many awful things, almost nothing scares me anymore." She shrugged. Micky hopped off his desk and walked over to him, standing so close, she could feel the undeniable heat between them. If she moved even an inch, she'd be kissing him. "What about you, Dr. Perfect, what scares you?" She breathed almost seductively with a smirk, wanting to see if she could get him to give in and kiss her, maybe even fuck her. .

"I usually wander alone." Ophelia breathed out a breath of smoke as they walked, turning down an abandoned area of the hospital he'd never been in but had heard stories about. Most people were afraid of it, but Ophelia didn't seem phased at all and that was one of the things he admired about her. He hadn't known her very long, but from what he could see, she was incredibly strong and practically fearless.

They walked in silence for a while before she spoke up and he glanced at her. "You know I really hate that you care." Ophelia said and he raised his eyebrows. "You really don't get it do you?" She said and stopped in front of him. "This is all I have. I don't give a fuck if I stay here forever. This is my home, I have nothing left out there." She said and he sighed and ran his fingers through his hair, understanding what she meant. "I'd really appreciate it if you fucked off and left well enough alone." She breathed.

Declan let out a deep breath and glanced away, hesitating with his answer, not sure what exactly to say. "I'm just trying to help you Ophelia." He finally sighed with a shrug. "You don't have to feel like you're crazy because you're not." He breathed. "And you don't have to be alone either." He shrugged. "You can stay here if you want, but you don't have to be all alone all the time, I'm here for you." He sighed.

She could tell that he was a little confused by her words. She couldn't think of a single person aside from her that would actually want to stay locked up in a mental hospital. Sure on the outside she had Ricky and he'd take care of her, but she wasn't really in love with him anymore. She cared about him as much as she allowed herself to, but she wasn't sure she'd ever loved him. She'd only ever admired him because he'd given her an escape from her fucked up life.

"I'm just trying to help you Ophelia." He sighed with a shrug and there was something about the way he said her name that she loved. She wanted him to say it again, it sounded good on his lips. "You don't have to feel like you're crazy because you're not." He breathed and she scoffed. He just didn't get that she really was crazy. "And you don't have to be alone either. You can stay here if you want, but you don't have to be all alone all the time, I'm here for you." He sighed.

She rolled her eyes and shook her head, turning away from him then. She'd never met someone so frustrating, she'd never been so emotionally involved with someone so quickly. Hell, Ricky hadn't gotten her name till after the first time they'd fucked. She was well aware that there was something about him that would eventually kill her, literally. Whether it was because he broke her and brought out a side she'd been suppressing or because she found herself addicted to him. It was quite where they were and she continued to walk, figuring he'd follow he wasn't done prying.

"Your right you know." she finally breathed. "Snapping and killing my entire family doesn't make me a psycho." she breathed, grabbing the knife from the inside of her sweater pocket and flipping it out. Sure it was only a pocket knife but it was a fairly big one at that and ridiculously sharp. She pulled the sleeve of her sweater up and paused turning back to face him meeting his eyes, her eyes were dark but wicked."What makes me a psycho is the fact that I enjoyed it." she said honestly.

She flipped open the pocket knife placing the sharpened blade just below the inside of her elbow, never breaking eye contact. "You scared of me yet?" she breathed darkly, there was no smirk on her face. Her eyes burned into his, making it clear that she was trying to scare the shit out of him. "Tell me Harding..."She breathed darkly a smirk finally lighting her lips. "In all your perfect fucking life, you never wanted to know what it was life to have that kind of control over some's life, to decide whether they live or die." she said sliding the blade across her pale skin, the red of her blood popped against her white skin as it ran down her arm and she never flinched.

She walked over to him then unbuttoning his shirt and placing the knife to the skin his chest, like she was going to jam it in. "How about now...you still think I'm super sane?" she mocked in a hushed tone.

"I don't fear." she said so seriously and confidently that if they'd have been anywhere else but his office in a hospital for troubled teens, he'd have believed her. "I've seen and done so many awful things, almost nothing scares me anymore." she said hopping of the desk and walking over to pause in front of him leaning in tauntingly close, her lips only a breath way. "What about you, Dr. Perfect, what scares you?" She breathed her tone seductive.

She was painfully intoxicating, he was finding it hard not to reach out and kiss her. HIs jaw was clenched so tight he was afraid he'd break it, however as heated as it was between them he remained surprisingly calm. He hated himself for even thinking that way about her. She was seventeen fucking years old and he was a grown damn mind, still no matter how hard he tried he couldn't stop himself from wonder just how smooth her skin was to the touch or the way the pulse of her heart felt when it raced, because she felt the kind of danger he was well aware he could show her.

Dean was a child compared to Levi. Not that he'd ever admit it to his patient but he'd killed several people for his brother, he'd fucked girls and made them feel like they were worthless, he'd gotten girls pregnant and forced them to have abortions. He'd nearly kidnapped his little sister, his own flesh and blood. What Mickey didn't know was that he was no better, if not worse then the two brothers she'd gotten away from.

Levi's past was not something he was proud of, however there was something about Mickaela that made him miss the person he used to be. She made him miss that reckless, out of control person he'd sworn he'd ever go back to for the sake of his father, his little sister, and his wife. His wife who he loved and stood at the alter with and made vows with before God. He couldn't help but smirk and arrogant cocky, one that was hauntingly familiar to his old ways.

"What's left to fear, when you've fucked fear it self." he said with so much confidence in his voice he almost didn't recognize himself. He moved even closer to her until his lips grazed hers and he knew it was stupid, but he couldn't help himself, she was bringing out the very worst in him that he'd spent so many years suppressing. He placed his hand on the side of her neck as if he was getting ready to kiss her. His eyes ran over her catching the tattoo on her collar bone, before his eyes flicked back to hers. "I'm not going to kiss you, even as badly as you want it." he whispered, reading her like an open book. "Besides, you've got Dean for that dangerous rush...I'm Dr. Safe and Perfect." he mocked her siting back in his chair and swiveling it the opposite way as he stood up so that their was a good amount of space between them now.

There was a wicked smirk on Dr. Copeland's lips that made her smirk too because, for the first time since she met him, she felt like she was seeing the real him. Someone he'd clearly spent a very long time trying to suppress was shining through that smirk and it sent a chill down her spine because she could tell he was dangerous once. Suddenly, with nothing but that smirk, she wanted to taste that danger, because just like with Dean, she was hopelessly attracted to anything reckless or bad for her.

"What's left to fear, when you've fucked fear it self." He said so confidently, she knew it was true. The scars he'd shown her hadn't just been left over from a past drug addiction, it was something much darker and much more dangerous then him simply being a heroin junkie. He moved closer to her and Micky held her breath because his lips were grazing hers and she was dying to know what they felt like when he kissed her. Suddenly, she had no morals. She didn't care that he was married, older, and her doctor, or that fucking him could ruin his Carr and marriage. She just wanted to know what his skin felt like against hers. She couldn't remember ever being so physically drawn to someone in her life.

One of his hands came up, resting on the side of her neck like he was going to kiss her, burning her skin in the best way, and Mickaela closed her eyes in anticipation, wanting it. He didn't kiss her though and she opened her eyes, about to just jump the gun and do it herself when he spoke. "I'm not going to kiss you, even as badly as you want it." He whispered, and she had to swallow a noise of frustration because of the way he'd built it up and then just let her down. "Besides, you've got Dean for that dangerous rush...I'm Dr. Safe and Perfect." He mocked her before pulling away and putting space between them again.

Mickaela was frustrated and honestly, a little pissed that he'd just left her hanging like that. She wanted to kiss him, and she'd wanted him to be the first one to crack and kiss her, but she didn't care anymore. "You're dangerous, as much as you try to hide it, I can tell." Micky breathed with a smirk. "I want to taste it." She shrugged.

With that, she closed the space between them again, grabbing him by the tie and pulling him towards her, kissing him hard on the lips. It felt so good, she couldn't help it, Micky instantly let out a moan. His kiss did something to her no one else ever had and she couldn't explain it, but she wanted more. She kissed him harder, fingers working quickly, before he could push her away, to loosen his tie and unbutton a few of his shirt buttons.

Her fingertips trailed his exposed skin, loving the way his skin made hers burn. She backed him up against his desk and started to kiss his jaw and neck as she slid a hand down his arm to his hand. "Come on Dr. Copeland," Micky whispered seductively in his ear between kisses. "Show me how dangerous you are." She breathed with a wicked smirk as her hand slipped his wedding ring off his finger and set it on the desk behind him.

After a second, the two of them were walking again, in silence, though he didn't mind. He wasn't technically working and all day, all he did for work was get people to talk and listen to them. A little silence was actually nice for once. "You're right you know. Snapping and killing my entire family doesn't make me a psycho." She finally breathed, pulling out a knife, making his raise his eyebrows, wondering where she'd gotten it. He watched as she pulled the sleeve of her sweater up and stopped looking at him. Declan stopes too and sighed, knowing already, exactly where this was going to lead, but not speaking, just holding her eyes. They were shining with a wickedness he knew all too well. "What makes me a psycho is the fact that I enjoyed it." She said, causing his jaw to clench a little because he too, could remember killing people and actually enjoying it.

He watched, almost transfixed, but not afraid as she flipped the knife open, pressing it against her pale white skin. "You scared of me yet?" She breathed darkly, but, despite the look in her eyes, he wasn't even a little afraid. "Tell me Harding... In all your perfect fucking life, you never wanted to know what it was life to have that kind of control over some's life, to decide whether they live or die." Ophelia said darkly before cutting herself, causing blood to rise on her pale skin and run down her arm. She walked over to him then and he stayed calm, even as she unbuttoned his shirt and put the knife to his chest. "How about now...you still think I'm super sane?" She mocked in a hushed tone and Declan rolled his eyes.

With a speed and strength he knew would shock her, Declan reached out and grabbed her arm, whipping it away from his chest and sliding his grip down her forearm to her hand. He squeezed so tightly, her only options were to drop the knife or let him break her hand. When it fell, he bent and picked it up. "I didn't say you were sane. You're definitely broken." He said simply, finally releasing his grip on her arm "But there's difference between broken and crazy." Declan shrugged.

He tossed the knife back to her then, almost as if he wanted her to know he trusted her. "Don't ever call my life perfect again Ophelia." He sighed, rebuttoning his shirt. "It might be put together now, but there was a time when I was so lost, I'd kill a man over a little bit of drugs or alcohol." He shrugged. Declan knew he shouldn't tell his patients those things, but he felt like, with Ophelia, she'd never take him seriously if she thought he was perfect and had lived a happy, privileged life.

"I know what it feels like to kill someone and enjoy it." He sighed, running his fingers through his hair and holding her eyes. "And I also know what it feels like to be unloved, unwanted, and looked at as a burden He admitted with a sigh. "I know that misery. All I'm trying to do is help save you from it." Declan breathed, holding her eyes in the dark.

He was quick to reach out and grab her arm, forcefully moving it way from his chest and her jaw clenched to keep from wincing. She refused to show any kind of weakness, especially to one of her doctors. He slide his grip down her forearm leaving behind a trail of white fire on her skin and she let out a small desperate breath because even as rough as he was being it felt incredible good. His control over her was intoxicating. Ever since she'd murdered her family everyone save for Ricky was terrified to touch her like he was. She almost wanted to keep hold of the knife to see if he'd really break her hand, but eventually the knife slipped from her grip.

He watched as he bent down and picked it up, her skin burning where his grip was on her. "I didn't say you were sane. You're definitely broken." he said simply releasing her arm. "But there's difference between broken and crazy." he shrugged and she glared at him pulling her sleeve down over her bloody arm. He tossed the knife back to her and she caught it. the idea of killing him crossed her mind.

"Don't ever call my life perfect again Ophelia." He sighed and she rolled her eyes. "It might be put together now, but there was a time when I was so lost, I'd kill a man over a little bit of drugs or alcohol." He shrugged. "I know what it feels like to kill someone and enjoy it. And I also know what it feels like to be unloved, unwanted, and looked at as a burden" He admitted running his fingers through his hair. [b]"I know that misery. All I'm trying to do is help save you from it." he breathed holding her eyes in the dark.

It was silent for a moment, it was darker now and she knew that any minuet now the nurses would be handing out bedtime medication, however she didn't care. She held his eyes refusing to look away, he claimed t know what she was going through so well she almost wanted to believe him, but she couldn't. She needed to fuck with his head more, just to know if he was being honest. If he was being honest, she'd get him to relapse. She'd get him to fuck up his life whether it was with sex or drugs or both.

She moved forward then, grabbing him by his shirt and pushing him roughly against the wall to the side of them a wicked smirk on her lips, her eyes were practically black in the dark. "Is that why your desperate to hang around me?" she whispered almost seductively. "Misery loves company right? Admit it, your miserable with your fucking perfect life. You miss the reckless side of life." she said simply.

She pressed her lips against the scar on his neck, the same place Alice's lipstick had been before she'd smeared it away. She let her lips linger there for a long moment. She moved to unbutton his shirt and her fingertips ran slowly along his chest. Her lips moved along his collarbone then. Ophelia was dangerous because she was forceful and she crossed lines she shouldn't and even as much as hot as he made her feel, she could push those emotions away and appear unscathed but what he made her feel.

Her lips made their way up his neck quick and she used her body to hold him against the wall. Her lips moved until they reached his ear and she pulled away, just enough that her breath was still hot on his skin, and her lips still tickled his skin. "Don't you ever get bored of Alice." she practically hissed her name. "When was the last time she made you feel like a fucking man." she smirked against his skin.

She took a step back then a wickedly dark smirk on her faded black lips as she lit herself a cigarette and took a long drag off it. Her entire body was begging for more, but she looked completely calm on the outside, aside from the taunting look on her face. Her cigarette rested between her fingers as she slipped off her shirt tossing it away leaving her in nothing but her bar and shorts. She turned from him then and started walking down the dark hall again. A part of her wanted him to follow her. She wanted him to give in and prove to her that he had a dark side, however she knew if he did just that she'd only want more. She'd kill Alice if she got involved with him, if that was what it took to make sure he was entirely hers.

He let out a stressed breath trying his hardest to keep his cool. She was his fucking patient, he was married, what the hell was he thinking loosing his shit like that. Those were the only thoughts running through his head. Selfishly he wanted her though, but he couldn't aside from the obvious facts like she was still just a child and he was married. He'd already promised he wasn't going to be like her other doctors he really did want to help her.

"You're dangerous, as much as you try to hide it, I can tell. I want to taste it." She shrugged and her words were almost demanding he knew what was coming next. He could have stopped it, however he'd watched it happen. He watched her close the space, grab his tie and in a matter of seconds he could taste a mix of cigarette smoke and bubble gum on her tongue. She kissed him hard and tired to fight it, but he couldn't she was fucking incredible. She moaned and that seemed to snap him slightly out of the trance she had him under.

She kissed him harder and before he could stop what was happening his shirt was unbuttoned and he was backed up against his desk. He was loosing his sense of right and wrong by the second, he was quickly reverting back to his old self, he could feel himself loosing control. It was exciting and dangerous at the same time. His skin was on fire, his body was burning from the inside out. It was a feeling he could only every remember having when he'd been high as fuck and fucking two or three girls at once.

Her fingertips sparked like electric waves across his exposed skin. Her fingertips trailed over the tattoo on his chest making a chill run down his spine. She'd seen to much of him, the tattoos alone told a dark story of his past that he'd tried to forget. Her lips traced his jaw causing him to let out a quite groan. Her hand slide down the length of his arm to his hand.

"Come on Dr. Copeland," she whispered seductively between kisses. His whole body was tense, he wanted so badly to fuck her, but he knew he had to stop it."Show me how dangerous you are." she breathed with a wicked smirk as she slipped of his wedding ring putting it aside and that was what snapped him out of it, the thought of Fiona sitting alone at home on their anniversary while he fucked his patient.

He sighed as he pushed her away, gently but firmly and quickly slipped his wedding ring back on. He stood up straight again, keeping his eyes on her. "Mickaela, we can't do this." he breathed. "Your beautiful, you really are, but I have a wife and you...your just a kid." he hadn't said the words cruelly, just trying to make her understand. "I already promised it wasn't going to be like the others." he said honestly as he buttoned up his shirt, if she tried again to seduce him he wasn't sure he' be able to fight her off a second time, it had taken every ounce of will power he had to push her away. "I'm trying to help you...not hurt you." he breathed taking a step towards her keeping his eyes on her.

Mickaela knew what she was doing to him. She could feel it as she kissed him, his body was tense, but he'd groaned in pleasure and had yet to stop her. He wanted her, she could tell, but he was fighting with himself. Fucking her would mean doing something totally, unarguably wrong, and for him, that wouldn't just mean breaking the rules for once like it would for any average person. For him, it would bring out entirely different person he was clearly working very hard to suppress. That was exactly what she wanted. He wanted to fix her, but she wanted to fuck him up. She wanted him to crack and give into her because he was making her feel things she'd never felt and she needed to know what they were.

However, removing his wedding ring seemed to end it for him because he pushed her away. Normally, she was numb to emotional pain because she'd seen and done so much shit, it was kind of hard to hurt her, but for some reason, kissing him had rubbed her emotions raw, and when he pushed her off, it actually stung. No one had ever rejected her and it irritated her. She was constantly fucking guys she really didn't even want to fuck, and the one time she'd felt that passion that made her want it so badly it hurt, she'd been pushed away. Of course. Her life was impossibly cruel that way.

Micky watched bitterly as he put his wedding ring back on. "Mickaela, we can't do this." He breathed and she rolled her eyes and scoffed. "You're beautiful, you really are, but I have a wife and you...you're just a kid." He said and those words only pissed her off more. She was irritated that his wife was holding him back when she knew he wanted her. She'd felt it. And not only that, but he thought of her as a kid. It was like a slap to the face. "I already promised it wasn't going to be like the others." He continued, buttoning his shirt. "I'm trying to help you...not hurt you." He breathed and stepped towards her.

Micky held his eyes and let it fall silent. "You're a fucking idiot." She finally spat bitterly, taking a step towards him as well so they were close enough that the heat between them was almost irresistible. "You didn't give a shit about your wife ten seconds ago when I had my lips all over your skin." She smirked, raising an eyebrow. "And I've been through more then most adults could ever even think about, so I'm not a kid." She hissed. "You wanted me, I could feel it, and what makes you different then the others is that I wanted it too." She breathed, taking another step closer but not touching him. She wasn't sure she could take it if he pushed her away a second time. "You made me feel something, and I know you felt it too, but you're clearly too much of a pussy to give into it." She spat and rolled her eyes. "Goodnight Dr. Copeland enjoy your boring, safe anniversary." Micky hissed, pushing past him and heading for the door, despite the fact that every inch of her body was begging her to turn around and kiss him again and she was silently praying he'd stop her.

It was quiet between then for a long time and Declan just held her eyes. He could see clear mischief in them and could almost guess what was about to happen, even before she stepped forward, grabbed his shirt, and pushed him back against the wall roughly. "Is that why you're desperate to hang around me?" Ophelia whispered, seduction hanging from every word. "Misery loves company right? Admit it, your miserable with your fucking perfect life. You miss the reckless side of life." She said simply and his jaw clenched.

Before he could answer her or push her off, her lips were pressed against the scar on his neck and he froze. He knew he should stop her right then and there before it went any farther, but he couldn't. Her lips were like pure fire against his skin. Nothing but drugs had ever made him feel that way, not even Alice, and she'd done it with just a simple touch of her lips to his skin. He let her unbutton his shirt and closed his eyes, enjoying the way her lips felt along his collarbone just as much as a deprived junkie who'd finally gotten his fix.

It was beyond wrong, he knew that, there were so many things fucked up about it, but he couldn't stop her as her lips traced their way up his neck. Her body against his and her lips on his skin reminded him of the best drugs he'd ever taken and the best highs he'd ever been on. He wanted more so badly, it honestly scared him because he knew that meant she had the ability to completely unravel him. He'd worked so hard to gain complete control of himself and he was quickly losing it to a girl he'd only just met that day.

"Don't you ever get bored of Alice." She practically hissed and the sound of Alice's name brought him back a little, though not much. He still couldn't make himself push her off, but it was enough to momentarily suppress the urge to spin her around and start fucking her right then and there. "When was the last time she made you feel like a fucking man." She smirked and his jaw clenched.

Ophelia stepped away then and he watched her, dark smirk on her lips as she lit a cigarette. She looked perfectly calm, unaffected by what had just happened while he was completely torn and shaken up. She pulled her shirt off then and he hated himself for wanting to touch her. He wanted to know what her skin felt like against his, even if it was horribly wrong and he knew it.

After pulling off her shirt, she turned and left, slipping into the darkness and Declan was left there, completely confused. He wanted to follow her, she was intoxicating and alluring, and yet, at the same time, he knew he needed to stay away from her. If her kisses had told him anything, it was that she was perfectly capable of turning him back into the man Alice had spent so many years helping him get rid of. In the end, he followed her, because he just couldn't resist. He caught up to her quickly in the dark and grabbed her arm, spinning her to face him. "I can't do this." He breathed, speaking more to himself then to her, but, despite his words, he reached out, grabbing her face with both hands and pulling her into a hard kiss, desperate to feel his lips against hers.

She had a hunch he'd flow her. If he did, his mind was about to get fucked up in a way he'd never thought was possible. Ophelia played mind games better then anyone and if he followed it didn't matter that she'd literally met him that day, she'd have him wrapped around her finger and hanging on her every word. The thought of fucking up Alice's perfect life, that she bragged about to all the other nurses brought a wicked smirk to Ophelia's lips.

She felt that fire on her skin, burning her to the bone as he grabbed her and spun her to face him and she raised a brow a shamelessly twisted look in her eyes, like she knew what he was about to do was immoral and wrong on every level but she had no conscience she couldn't find it in her dark heart to care.

"I can't do this." He breathed and she felt her heart start to race, because there was something in his voice that sounded almost afraid, that kissing her would be dangerous and she couldn't help but moan the second his lips touched hers. Her cigarette was suddenly forgotten as it slipped from between her fingertips. Her head was spinning, he did something to her that she couldn't explain he made her want to do awful things and be completely perfect all at the same time and it was a massive head fuck. She'd never felt the kind of high he was giving her.

She was loosing herself very quickly and she couldn't stand the feeling of not being in control and so she quickly snapped back shoving him off of her like she didn't want his kiss, when really she desperately wanted him to fuck her. She smirked like she'd won, she'd gotten him to display the cracks in his perfectly polished glass.

"You thought, I wanted to fuck you?" she laughed cruelly as if she was the high school cheer leader humiliating the nerd. "Your pathetic." she said, tone dark as she took a threatening step forward and the heat between them was ten times more intense now. She was thankful it was dark, she knew if it wasn't he'd be able to see hot flushed she was, but in the darkness she could flawlessly fake that it had meant nothing. "I ever tell you I have a boyfriend?" she spat stepping even closer wondering if her taunting words and her head games of throwing herself at him one second and rejecting him the next were pissing him off.

"He'd murder you if he knew you were trying to help me by sticking your tongue down my throat." she taunted almost challenging him to get pissed and lay a hand on her. She was desperately trying to see just how she could push him to get him one step closer to the person he supposedly used to be.

He could literally see the disappointment written all over her as clearly as if someone had taken a sharpie and written it. He sighed running his fingers through his hair. She had to understand, it was a one night fling with her and the risk of him loosing everything and going to jail for sleeping with a minor. He was risking everything simply by having let it goes as far as it had. It was silent as he held her eyes.

"You're a fucking idiot." She spat bitterly closing more space between them and his jaw clenched, her words pissed him off. "You didn't give a shit about your wife ten seconds ago when I had my lips all over your skin." She smirked and his jaw clenched tighter, he hated that she was right. "And I've been through more then most adults could ever even think about, so I'm not a kid. You wanted me, I could feel it, and what makes you different then the others is that I wanted it too."

she breathed and took a step even closer and his whole body was tense and he fought the urge to reach out and kiss her against o shut her up. He wanted to feel that high again, that recklessness. He was a bad person, there was no doubt about that now and he knew that. He was debating fucking a broken seventeen year old, who he was suppose to be helping, while his wife was at home waiting for him. He was weak to an old lifestyle that really he'd have never given up if he hadn't have fucked up so badly by trying to kidnap his sister.

"You made me feel something, and I know you felt it too, but you're clearly too much of a pussy to give into it. Goodnight Dr. Copeland enjoy your boring, safe anniversary." she spat pushing past him and he watched her leave out the door. Letting her go and fighting the urge to go after her.

"Fuck." he spat irritated at himself as he spun his wedding ring on his finger. He wanted her, he wanted a taste of his old life. All he could think of was the way she'd made that darkness inside him ignite like no one ever had. Fiona had never made him feel the way Mickaela did. "What the hell are you doing Levi." he breathed as he slipped off his wedding ring, slipping it into his pocket. "One night." he promised himself, justifying his actions by simply hoping that if they fucked she'd open up to him.

He quickly slipped out the door and his eyes landed on her fiery hair at the end of the hallway as she waited for the elevator. He could literally feel himself slipping into his old self like it was as natural as breathing. He moved quickly shoving her into the wall, before she could react. His hand covered her mouth, while his other hand wrapped around her neck tightly. He used his body to hold her against the wall.

"One fucking night Kayla, that's all you get." he spat so serious, their was no ounce of reasoning in his voice. He moved his hand from her mouth then and kissed her hard, his heart was raising inside his chest. The elevator dinged and he pulled away a wicked smirk on his lips as he shoved her into the elevator. There was no nurse waiting for her, because he was suppose to be home with his wife and she was supposed to be fast asleep in her room.

The doors to the elevator closed and he pressed the emergency stop button, causing the elevator to jolt to a stop. He was a completely different person now, dangerous, fearless, and completely reckless. He closed the space between them quickly, he gripped a hand full of her hair roughly yanking her so she was forced to look him in the eyes. His other hand worked effortlessly at unbuttoning her shorts and slipping them off waiting no time. He lend in close so his lips were only a breath away.

"How's this for safe." he spat mockingly. "Remember you wanted this. You turn this around on me and I'll make you wish you never asked for you it." he threated darkly, his tone had even changed it was like he had a split personality and the nice, safe, punctual doctor was no where to be found. He held her eyes, a cocky arrogance in them that hadn't been there before.

He stuck his index finger and middle finger in his mouth, never breaking eye contact with her. He slipped the same to fingers into her panties and started rubbing her roughly between the legs, making it very clear that he knew what the fuck he was doing and he intended on waiting no time. He was well seasoned in sex and enjoyed it probably a little more then he should, however Fiona was seemed to not be as fond of it as him. in fact he wasn't even sure she enjoyed it that much.

Micky made her way swiftly down the hall, pissed and hurt at the same time. She'd go find Dean again. He wouldn't reject her, and he definitely didn't think of her as a kid. She'd hate herself afterwards, but he'd fuck her hard enough to make forget what had just happened with Dr. Copeland. Finally, she reached the elevator and slammed the button hard before she stood, waiting for it.

Suddenly, without any warning, someone spun her and slammed her into the wall hard. She knew who it was before she even managed to collect herself because of the fire in his touch. She let out a groan of both pain and pleasure when he pushed her against the wall, but it was muffled. He had one of his hands covering her mouth, the other wrapped tightly around her throat. His body held her against the wall, making her crazy, wanting to know what his body felt like on hers without their clothes.

She could see in his eyes that he was an entirety different person now. He'd let himself give in to his dark side and it was both scary and thrilling. She hadn't missed the fact that he was no longer wearing his wedding ring. He was going to fuck her and the thought made her heart race in her chest, surprising her. She couldn't remember ever being so desperate to fuck someone in her life. She just kind of did it because it was what was always expected of her, not because she honestly wanted it.

"One fucking night Kayla, that's all you get." He spat spat seriously and she just nodded eagerly, not wanting to risk ruining what was a to happen by arguing. Finally, he moved his hand from her mouth and kissed her hard against the lips. Micky smirked wickedly against his kiss and kissed back even harder, letting out a soft moan, loving the way his lips set her on fire. She had no idea just kissing someone could be so damn enjoyable. She wanted his lips on hers forever because she felt incredible. Despite how fucked up what they ere doing was, she didn't feel crazy when she was kissing him. For once in her life, she felt whole and she never wanted it to end.

Micky was so wrapped up in kissing him, she hadn't even realized that the elevator had arrived and he pulled away, wicked smirk on his lips that thrilled her before shoving her into the elevator. The doors closed behind them and she almost expected them to ride it down and head to her room to finish, but he hit the stop button instead, making her smirk wickedly, realizing he wanted her right there. He wasn't going to wait.

He walked over to her then and Micky gasped at his roughness when he grabbed her red hair in his fist, but smirked, liking just how reckless he'd become when moments ago, he was so put together. He used his girl on her hair to yank her head, so she had to hold his eyes and that was all she could do, hold his eyes, the anticipation killing her as he undid her shorts and slid them off. Once they were off, he leaned in, lips tantalizingly close, teasing her.

"How's this for safe." He spat mockingly, sending a shiver through her. "Remember you wanted this. You turn this around on me and I'll make you wish you never asked for you it." He threatened so darkly, it sent a chill down her spine, actually scaring her. He held her eyes, a arrogantly and she held them back, loving everything that was happening. He had her completely transfixed. Moments ago, in his office, she'd been in control, pushing him, seducing him, trying to get him to crack. Now that he'd cracked, he had complete control and she loved it.

Micky held his eyes and but her lip hard as he stuck two of his fingers in his mouth, knowing what was coming and wanting it so bad, it hurt. Finally, he pulled his fingers from his mouth and slipped them into her panties, rubbing her roughly between the legs. Micky started to let out desperate, needy moans, his touch setting her entire body on fire, making her lose complete control of herself. It was perfectly clear, by the way he touched her, that he was extremely experienced. He knew exactly what he was doing and it drove her crazy.

"Holy fuck." She moaned breathlessly, pushing her body harder against his touch, wanting more. She kissed him roughly against the lips and her fingers worked frantically at loosening his tie and pulling it off, tossing it to the ground. She was a little clumsy as she worked to undo the buttons of his shirt and her kisses along his jaw were a bit of a mess because his touch had her distracted, but she finally managed to get his shirt undone and started to kiss down his jaw and neck, along his chest. Her lips trailed quick, hot kisses across his skin between desperate moans, every inch of her body burning in the best way. She was so wrapped up in him at that point, she didn't care that what they were doing was extremely fucked up. All that mattered was her lips on his skin and his hand in her panties.

Declan could feel her slipping as he kissed her, the same way he could feel himself slipping. They both wanted it badly, but they were both resisting it for the same reason. They could feel themselves losing control and it scared them. He hadn't really lost control in a long time. He'd eradicated most of his reckless behaviors a long time ago, but every now and then he had a bit too much to drink and slapped Alice around a bit. Still, even during his worst fights with Alice, he'd never completely lost it. She'd always managed to reel him back in. This time he could feel himself losing it and there was no one to control him and that worried him, but he couldn't bring himself to care. Her lips tasted way too fucking good.

Eventually, however, she shoved him off and he looked at her, confused. She appeared calm and collected, but he knew he'd felt desire in her kiss. She'd pushed him off because she'd lost cone of her emotions and now she was going to try and cover that up by fucking with his head. "You thought, I wanted to fuck you?" She laughed cruelly and he rolled his eyes, irritated, he knew she did. He'd gotten a degree just for his ability to read and understand people. It was pretty damn hard to lie to him. "You're pathetic." She said, darkly, taking a threatening step towards him, making his jaw clench as he tried to regain control of himself.

"I ever tell you I have a boyfriend?" She spat stepping even closer and he fought to keep his cool. He clearly didn't give a shit about her boyfriend, he had a fiancé and he'd still followed her and kissed her. "He'd murder you if he knew you were trying to help me by sticking your tongue down my throat." She taunted and Declan had had enough. He reached out and grabbed her throat tightly, yanking her close. Normally, he'd never lay a hand on her, she was his patient, but the kiss has caused him to lose a lot of his self control.

"I'm not afraid if your stupid boyfriend Ophelia." He hissed, holding her eyes in the darkness. "You're pretty damn pathetic yourself, you know that?" He spat, raising an eyebrow. "You wanted me, I could feel it." He smirked wickedly, holding her eyes. "Don't pretend kissing me didn't get you all hot and flushed." He spat releasing her and pushing her away a little too harshly. "I'm not going to play your games. Following you was a mistake." He shrugged and stepped back. "Goodnight Ophelia." With that, Declan turned and left her there, headed to find Alice. It was well past time for the day staff to have left. She was probably looking all over for him.

She could see it in his eyes, even as dark as it was. He wanted her and at the same time she was starting to get under his skin. She could tell now he wasn't lying, he had a dark side that he was scared of letting out. Now, she was curious to see it and to feel it. He reached out wrapping his hand around her throat tightly, she'd bruise even, she always bruised way to easily. He yanked her close with his grip and while other people may be scared of what he was capable of she merely smirked.

"I'm not afraid if your stupid boyfriend Ophelia. You're pretty damn pathetic yourself, you know that?" He spat and her smirk fell her jaw clenched. She hated when people talked down to her it just reminded her of her father."You wanted me, I could feel it." a wicked smirk on his lips and she held his eyes back darkly. "Don't pretend kissing me didn't get you all hot and flushed." he spat shoving her way harshly making her stumble a bit over forgotten derby, but she caught her self before falling.

He was making a huge mistake by pissing her off the way he was. She wasn't used to people fighting her back or talking back to her, after what she did to her family she promised she'd never anyone treat her like that again and as Declan continued it only caused her blood pressure to rise and put her on the verge of snapping all over again like she had that night.

"I'm not going to play your games. Following you was a mistake." he shrugged and took a step back and it took everything she had not to reach out and pull him back to her, but she wouldn't give in that easy. She refused to be the one to break. "Goodnight Ophelia." he turned then and headed back towards the main wing of the hospital. She was torn, she wouldn't be the first to break no matter how bad she wanted him, she needed it to be him. He'd only fueled her fire by calling her pathetic. She raked her brain for his first name, preferring to use it over his last night trying to remember all of Alice's conversations she'd heard.

"Declan." she finally breathed, her voice low and dark but loud enough for him to hear. "You leave me here, I'll make sure you loose everything." she said honestly walking after him and catching up to him fairly quickly. She spun him back to face her. "I bet my neck is already starting to bruise." she sad with a wicked smirk on her lips. "Maybe I'll leave a nice suicide note saying how you made me realize just how pathetic I really am." she shrugged, ultimately blackmailing him to stay there with her.

"Holy fuck." she moaned breathlessly. She pushed her body hard against his touch making him smirk. He hadn't been so out of control since he was her age and it honestly felt way better then it should. He was ready to shoot up and give up everything he'd worked so hard for because of her touch and he knew that was dangerous. He'd barely just met the girl and now he was getting ready to fuck her, there was no telling what would happen if he continued treating her.

She kissed his lips roughly and he smirked kissing her back, rubbing rougher between her legs. She made him feel completely in control of her and he loved that. He loved that she wanted him just as much as he wanted her, it was something he hadn't felt, maybe ever. She was clumsy as she worked to unbutton his shirt and he couldn't help but smirk knowing he was the reason for her faulty concentration. Her lips left his and moved messily along his jawline. She finally managed to get his shirt undone her lips finally moving along his neck and chest making him groan at her touch. She continued to let out desperate moans as she kissed along his skin making him want her that much more.

He was so far from Dr. Copeland at this point that he honestly thought he was nineteen all over again, fucking a girl that was way to good for him in that shitty apartment him and his brother shared. He loved that recklessness and he never wanted it to end. He knew what he was doing with her wouldn't stop at just one night, he was already hopelessly addicted to her and the fact that he no longer felt married was even worse. If there was anything he was completely positive about it was the simple fact that he was going to Hell and he was dragging her down with him.

He grabbed her hair yanking her lips back up to his. He slipped his hand, that had been between her legs up the side of her body slowly, every bit of her skin, starting a fire at his fingertips. he moved his hand to her back moving her body into his as his fingertips slipped up her spine he continued to kiss her slipping his tongue past her lips to deepen the kiss. his fingers unhooked her bra and slipped it off without hesitation and he shoved her back into the elevator wall, his lips moving along her jaw, down her neck and across her bare chest, quickly as he worked to get his own jeans undone.
