"Well, is this all you could find?"

Professor Hyuga looked around for a second before continuing. "No matter. I honestly was only expecting you to have the original members. One or two people should displace the disappearance of Ash and Amy. And that is partially what this is about.

"As I am sure you are all aware, Ash and Amy disappeared two years ago, only a few weeks after beating Chronos. The public guessed that it was because he grew tired of his new found fame, but as most of you know, they aren't that kind of people. What really happened was that they decided to do one last task. They went to eradicate the final major terrorist group; Humans First. He said that they were planning something big, and he had to stop them. And that's when he disappeared.

"I was content to leave it to him until just recently. I haven't seen any progress, and now I found something disturbing. They had an abandoned facility her an Mygita that I only found just recently. What I found there was... surprising, to say the least. I'm not at liberty to fully discuss everything that was found there, but they were horrific experiments the stole technology from bith the university and the government itself. If they keep going, things might start to get hairy. So, I think you've all figured out what I'm saying here. I want to assemble an elite team to take down Humans First once and for all. Call it the new 'Team Silverose.' What do you say, are you in?"

Laryn smirked and looked up at Hyuga. "I figured it had something to do with them. Although taking on HF by themselves? That was just reckless. But with Silver, he might be able to pull it off. Well, it doesn't matter now. I owe him one. Vacation's over guys." As Laryn was talking he had risen from the stone floor and proceeded to walk toward Hyuga. By the time he was finished he was probably two paces from Hyuga. He did owe Silver one and he was going to pay him back.

teisha was the next to follow Laryn to Hyuga. she nodded firmly. "Alright." She owed a lot to Silver and Amy, everyone did. He saved their lives. And if they could help at all, then it would be worth it.

Kofleur followed the pair up to Hyuga and smiled "You think I'd miss this!? No way! Only one question doc. Time. How much do we have?"

S-9 threw open the door. "I am!" he said. AUGER had been thoughtful enough to relay the speech to him through a communicator. He looked up, hoping he didn't surprise anyone, and moved towards Hyuga.

A also stepped forward. "Of course. Humans First has always been a nuisance- to REAP and the Navis- to the Wayfarers and the Beasts- to any caring person in this galaxy. It is both a pragmatic and idealistic proposition he is making, and I expect everyone to at least hear it out. If you have any desire to pay Ash and Amy back for the sacrifices they made 2 years ago, I suggest you do it now." He was glad to already have the support of the Wayfarers, and moved to join them.

"Should i be worried about this?" Atlis voice echoed through the classroom as he stepped in, he raised his hands in peace indication the lack of weapons he had about him as he moved towards Professor Hyuga "I just need to deliver a message to the Professor, privately of course, and then i'd like to discuss this matter of the Humans First with you." He grinned innocently his face registering more human then Navi, at least, he thought it was. I thought you were just delivering a message?" still keeping the grin on his face, Atlis scowled in his mind, which happened to be linked to Sheeva for back-up and support that was until i heard of this the bounty hunter thought, i might be able to dig up some more information about who i really am.

He swore just then his ship raised an eyebrow. Let's hope you know what you're getting into. Worried? Wasn't programmed to be worried.

Althya was the last one through the teleporter, allowing all others to go before her. Taking her graceful time in stepping through she was met by the sight of a man with bubblegum-pink hair. Quite curious, but she liked his style.

He seemed very capable, shown through his speech and body language; Mr. Hyuga's word's were quite disturbing her. Was that what had happened to the famous Ash and Amy? The HF was never her favorite group (On the bottom of the list) and whatever actions the old Silverose team took was defiantly for the better. Just to make it clear, she did not move nor say anything unlike the blue haired girl but this really conveyed that she would do anything for the team.

Althya really hopped that she could prove herself trustworthy...

Sacura nodded. "Damn right we're gonna do it. I doubt anyone here owes those two as much as me." Which was true. Those two had personally save her from a bunch of brutes, then had helped her learn about herself and fighting. Her weapons were some of the last ones that Ash ever made. He had beaten Chronos and saved them all. Hell if she would let some of his work go unfinished.

Hyuga smirked momentarily before returning to his normal, taciturn face. He said, "Time, Kofluer? At least until tomorrow. For now, there is food in the atrium near the VR chamber. Teisha, Sacura, S-9, A, you all know how to get there. Show the others. As for your message, follow me and we can talk privately." He walked off briskly. It was up to the four he named to lead the way, apparently. Sacura looked around and said, "Well, looks like there was food. I am fairly hungry, and we might get to work out in the VR before we head off or something. At the very least, we can at least find out something from Hyuga before we try and take down HF."

Kofleur nodded to Cura. She was right. Right now they really needed to brush up, or at least get a bite to eat. "So what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Really, Kofleur was nervous. Silver and Amy couldn't handle it? That was unnerving, and she could tell others might be thinking about the same thing. But they really had to go into this head on. Right now they couldn't doubt themselves and they wouldn't fail.

Funny, it was like how she felt when they were going to face Chronos. But this time, to use a cliche, it was personal.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

At Kofleur's insistance Teisha nodded. It was time for them to get moving. "This way." She said as she went to the door to the room, which she opened and began leading them through the hallways of the university. It was nostalgic being here. The first time she had been into the VR had been to train with Cura. That was when they first encountered Chronos. This was the one place on Mygeta she really liked. This was where she and Cura had really started to become friends. But, now she was going to enter the VR again, to train again. This time to help Silver and Amy. She could not brign herself to accept that those two had died. They were too powerful to have and too smart. Maybe she was in denial about it? Right now, it didn't matter. They were there.

She reached the door to the atrium, opened it, and walked inside.

S-9 and AUGER met up and silently greeted each other in the middle of the room. S-9 knew enough about A's activities for the past year to not need to ask, and A respected S-9's privacy. As he said, it was mostly just low-paying bounty work. Afterwards, they beckoned the others in the room to follow and set off after Ko and Tei. But on the way, they both thought about the same thing- what had happened to the Silverose detective agency? Had they made much progress in taking down Humans First? And for that matter, where was Jack? Without those 3, it just seemed empty. But at least the Wayfarers had stuck, if somewhat, together over the last 2 years.

Still, times had changed. It was time to inject new blood into the veins of the team.

Sacura entered the room with the food, noticing that everyone's favorites were all there, at least all of the former Team Silverose favorites. After all, Hyuga did know a lot about them, so it wasn't really that big of a surprise. Sacura jumped straight into the chair that was meant for her, with a fillet minion and a nice glass of cold milk. Sure, that was stereotyping for any and all feline beasts, but she really couldn't help it. She had liked them ever before her beast DNA had awaken and now she liked them even more. Before she dug in, she asked the room idly, "You guys don't think anything bad could have happened to Silver, right?"

Maiko quietly entered the room after everyone else, and when everyone else had seated she remained standing. It was not a matter of whether she as a navi could even eat--a feature the LCA had felt was necessary for what she had been initially designed for--but it felt awkward and rude to sit and start eating when she was not familiar at all with any of the people here. Maiko felt like an outsider in this group, someone who would probably have to be filled in on half of what anyone here was talking about. For the moment, she simply leaned against one of the walls, saying nothing and simply listening, to gather as much of the matter at hand as she could.

All this food. Hyuga had never been a good cook, but that didn't mean he didn't know a great feast when he saw one. In fact, this probably the best feast ever thrown in the university, maybe even the whole planet. Considering feasts on Mygita usually just meant a lot of meat, and occasionally it was raw. While some beasts could devour it, most others (not to mention all those of other races) couldn't eat the stuff without it being cooked. Luckily for him, the chefs here were of the latter type. But, unfortunately, he had no time to enjoy the meal. It was business time.

"Alright, everyone, please draw your attention to the hologram in the center of the table." The hologram sprang to life to show the diagram of a certain water filled planet called Earth. "I'm sure you all recognize this planet. Now, what I'm sure you also know is that Earth is the stronghold of Humans First. While the Emperor-King has done all in his power to eliminate them, they have anchors in the senate that make them almost invulnerable to Abyri's power. So Gibbs decided to try and do it with just himself and Amy, long before either of them were healed from the fight, might I add. The idiots were last seen on Omic, trying to take out a Humans First base that Amy and a mercenary had destroyed before. The other base I know of is on Mars, and it is still under construction. They're trying to copy The Hand of Nam's original base within Olympus Mons that we-" he looked at the two people he didn't know, "that is to say, Gibbs, Jack Tanner, Laryn, and myself destroyed during the war with Chronos. Laryn, I'm sure you remember how hard it was to destroy the fully made base. I think it would benefit us greatly to destroy it before they get entrenched. One last thing. Humans First seems to be after some experimental mech called the CHEsuit. We need to find out why they are after it, stop them any way possible, and see if we can't convince the creator join us here. He would most likely be a great asset.

"Now, unfortunately, while I know all but two of the people here, I can't say I know you all as well as Gibbs does, so I can't tell you how to divide yourself up. I would suggest that at least one of the Wayfarers goes to Mars; after all, that is their home planet. Don't send any beasts to Omic; Human's First has been incredibly effective at spreading their propaganda there and a beast might just ignite the whole planet. Lastly, A, I might advise you to look for the engineer who designed the CHEsuit. After all, the current REAP CEO would have much to discuss with this man." He turned off the hologram, which had been projecting images of each point he had discussed. He turned to the mercenary man and said, "You said you had a message for me?"

Laryn made a dissaproving sound. "Da*n HF. They've played our hand for us. If they're spreading propoganda on Omic they've played our hand, whether they know it or not. That means that only humans can go to Omic. That leaves me, Althya and Cura, if you don't transform. So I guess that's really our only options for the groups. Although A shouldn't really have any problems tracking down a rogue mechanic, so he can go it alone. That leaves Ko, Tei, and S-9 for Olympus Mons. Ko knows her way around the planet and was there while we raided the Mons base. I think you were there too, S-9. So I guess that's how we split."

But first he had business to attend to. Laryn's eyes fell on Maiko and he walked across the room to her. "You have two options. One. You can stay here with professer Hyuga until this is over. You won't be in any fighting and you'll be safe here. After this blows over, I'll get somewhere for you. After all, this has no concern for you. Or you can go with Kofleur, and help us. As I said, you have no debt to Silver or Amy, so I wouldn't blame you much if you stayed here. But it's your call."

Then he walked to Althya. "I already counted you in, but you have no business here either. But you've helped us out before, so I kinda figured you'd want in. So, you in too?"

Then while still standing near the girls he turned back to Hyuga. "So we've got one day to get ready, right doc?"

Maiko took only a moment to consider it. Here was an opportunity for her to use the abilities, given to her by the LCA for destructive and hateful purposes, for a purpose that would actually be helpful to others. Humans First, as she gathered, was a human supremacist organisation that was racist towards all other races. Maiko looked upon that line of thinking as little more than conceited idiocy. The races were all essentially the same to Maiko, with their own advantages and disadvantages. No, she owed nothing to Team Silverose, and Humans First had never directly harmed her in any way, but all the same...

"Yes. I will help you," Maiko murmured quietly with a nod.

S-9 spoke up. "I will go to Olympus Mons, though I am willing to do what it takes to go to Omic if you need more assistance." He cut off and leaned in towards A. "For your mission I would check with the chief of police on Venus. I believe she is related to this 'CHEsuit', since she seemed to be related to a man I encountered along the beach. I believe that man to be the creator." He stepped away and towards Althya, who had just asked about the VR.

"What we have here," he said, tapping on the door, "is our very own Virtual Reality room. In it we can train against whatever and whoever, whenever and wherever we want. As long as we have someone running the controls we can use this room to prepare for the upcoming battles, though the only person I know that can control it is the Professor." AUGER stepped up to join him. "We spent a good amount of time in there getting ready to fight the RX's prior to the battle against Chronos, and we cannot express how indispensable a device it is."

Over a loudspeaker, Hyuga said, "Well, not just me, but I am the only person here right now who can us it. Speaking of which, there is about an hour block that you can use it if you wish. Of course, you don't need to, so I understand if you just wish to go straight to work. However, before we go any farther, there is something you need to give the those two who have just joined the Team. If you look on the table, there should be two Silverose communicators for them to use. These were designed by Gibbs, and they have far more abilities than any old cellphone you might have had. I'll be waiting to know what you want to do."

Sacura looked around at the others. She said quickly, "I agree with Laryn's grouping. I think I should go to Omic. I can... Well, it might be hard to believe, but I can turn back human, so the people there will have no idea who or what they are dealing with." To emphasize her point, she closed her eyes momentarily, and her ears and tail slowly shrunk to the point that they had completely disappeared. "If things go so bad we end up running, I can just turn back to being a beast. After all, if it gets that bad, there would be no reason to worry about being a beast. And even as just a normal human, I'm a pretty good shot with a photon pistol and I can still handle one of my photon swords, even if I can't use both. Two people just wouldn't be enough to handle it."

Laryn pondered what Hyuga was saying for a second. He would love to get into the VR for a while but... One hour? Nobody would get any decent work out of one hour. The best that could come out of it would people would know the others powers. But that could be learned on the fly. While it probably wouldn't give them any significant advantage, they probably should go immediately. They had nothing to gain by staying here.

"So we've got one hour? Doesn't sound like that much time. And besides, the Omic group has to find the base too. So, at least the Omic group should probbly get going. It's up to the rest of you if the Mars group moves out too. We can always come back here later, because I have a feeling this isn't goingto be it. I highly doubt that Silver would have problems with one measly HF base."

S-9 nodded. "Indeed, it would be better if we had more time for the VR. But I guess it's not possible at this point." He stood still for a second, undecided. "If we're going to an already defunct base I think we can handle it with our current level of skill. I'm more worried about the Omic group, because they have less team members. We should head out immediately; the VR will be waiting for us when we get back. Tell me when you guys are ready to go; the sooner the better."

A began to head for the teleporters. Venus, huh? Good memories revolved around Venus- either there or Endro. This would be fun.

"Then let's get moving" Laryn stated when Althya confirmed her readiness. "We'll meet back here." he said to the Mons group, which was met with a nod from both Teisha and Kofleur.

With that Laryn led the trio of himself, Althya and Cura toward to Omic teleporter. Soon, they arrived and teleported through.

So, Omic once again. Right now they had to go about the business of finding the stupid base first. Then they could worry about how to get inside the place. Laryn did have a lot of... associates around that he could probably use to find the place if they needed it, but he didn't want to lean on them at all. Why trust the information of others when you can get the info yourself.

"HF doesn't normally keep a low profile. Especially around an active base. So let's work on finding it first." He said to the other two as he began to walk away from the teleporter.

S-9 gestured to Laryn. "We can get some VR training after you guys eat and after I get repairs. Everyone needs a short rest, that's for certain." He paused briefly. "Oh, and A, can you get some supplies sent in from Endro? We'll have to attempt to re-build what we can, which will be difficult since I don't seem to have any existing blueprints." AUGER nodded to him and headed out the door. He would be gone for only a few minutes, as he always kept some type of repair kits handy in Jack's office. It would be enough time to explain the situation on Mars, at least.

S-9 spoke to everyone as he related the details of the mission. "We arrived at Mons, and everything relatively quiet. However, we were able to track down a 'secret' entrance along the mountainside, hidden behind some type of hologram on the mountainside. After working our way inside, we fought our way to the bottom level of the building. There, I kept the guards busy while the two Wayfarers worked on destroying the base. Of course, it was a trap, but Teisha and Kofleur had it handled. After that, Laryn showed up and helped us get back outside and to the teleporters." He'd noticed that Laryn had neglected to mention the situation with Ko in the base on Mons, but there had to be some reason he didn't. In the meantime, he would begin to work on his repairs. A entered the room with the repair supplies as S-9 finished speaking.

Sentinel stepped into the workshop after leaving the conference room. He had his assignment, but it seemed A would be the one performing all of the actual effort this time. Which was a good thing, he supposed, as his new hand and general desire to stay below the radar in Earth politics would have made it difficult to fulfill what was required to arrange whatever the hell they were going to do with Voltome. As he thought this, he tried to maneuver his hand in intricate patterns, but found himself unable. He tweaked a couple of circuits with a pop-out miniature welder from his good hand, then tried it again. It was better, but he was going to need some practice witht his hand so he could use it to its full capability the next day.

He had entered soon enough to hear some of the final remarks from Nick. "Sometimes the old ways are better," he said, even while considering that sentence as a strange one coming from a Navi. Then again, he wasn't your typical android, as he still had that sense of nostalgia and loved for past tech that characterized Jack. "Just wanted to check up on you guys, see how you settled in. And make sure nothing too drastic was gonna happen to my weapons." He glanced at his pistols, his attachment to them readily apparent.

-----------------

Meanwhile, AUGER had returned to the dining room, digging through files in his head (which he always felt awkward doing, as to everyone else it appeared that he was just sitting completely still). He was going to dig up as much information on Voltome as he could before the mission. If that involved just going through newspaper articles and personal statements or even contacting other Senators to do it, he would.

Several other thought processes ran parallel to the search. One contemplated the humor in that he had been designed as the optimal bodyguard, and yet he himself was to have two of his own tomorrow. He was also planning a training regiment for he and S-9, which brought up memories of certain key events which happened in the VR two years ago. This made him begin to look back at his recorded memories of the previous missions and how the team interacted. He promised to himself that the team would be made whole again. He had his secretary in Endro running a constant search for Jack, and he hoped to contact her when he had the chance. But right now he was busy with the research, so he shut down that train of thought to dedicate more energy to the search.
