Introduction
Little do the two know however, that there is an epic journey ahead of them, fighting orcs, bears, saber toothed cats, mammoths, giants, and all sorts of other random creatures and creepy crawlies! They'll traverse deep caverns, climb the highest mountains, kill thousands of tainted souls, perhaps find romance where they never expected it, do the oddest jobs for coin, oh, and did I mention saving the entire realm from dragons?
It's a tough job, but some unlucky soul (or two, in this case) had to be forced into doing it! Only extreme danger awaits in ambush for these two adventurers, but will they be able to conquer all? They will have to go through dangerous trials, shaky compromises between the rebellion and the Imperials, and there might just be some quirky and humorous occurrences in which they get stuck in, having to do the strangest things in order to save their own lives.

"Let's enter that cave."
When they did, Elliot strapped on the Shield of Ysgramor and readied the Eduj. He nodded at Final to cast Magelight and watched as Huntress disappeared.
"The worst I've encountered in these caves is Draugr, but we should also be wary of spiders."
He let Final keep ahead of him, with Elliot walking backwards to keep an eye on their rear. If an enemy was up ahead, he was to shout to let him know, so that he could turn and fight. He had some potions and a heal others spell, so if his plan worked and they sustained only minor injuries, he was prepared for that, too. As Skjor and Kodlak always told him, "Preparation was the key to victory". These two had much potential, and he could see them becoming great legends, just like him. But before that, they had to achieve the first victory in their first quest as an adventuring group.
Red eyes looked back at her, before he formed. His figure was striking, but she tried to avert her eyes, feeling cornered and slightly powerless in his presence. "Aughk!" She coughed, nearly losing her balance on the tree if he hadn't caught her at the last second, holding onto her by the shoulder. He put his fingers to his lips, a small smirk on his facials, but that was always there. But now it faltered, and he frowned with almost sympathy. "Dear kitten, have you been crying? It is frustration, no?" He reached forward, rubbing his index finger along the fur under her eyes. "So soft..." He mumbled soothingly. Huntress just remained silent, not daring to meet him in the eyes, her figure tense and unsure. "N-no." She stuttered forcefully, trying to grab his hands and lower them from her face. He merely chuckled quietly, his red semi-spiked hair flickering a bit in the wind. "That's a good enough answer." He settled himself down on the branch, gazing into her eyes, even if she wouldn't meet his own. "You know, for living in the deserts, Khajiit fur is surprisingly soft and smooth, one might go as far to describe it as silky." The hunter just coughed slightly, her ear flicking.
"I saw what happened in the camp. Such a shameful act. But then again, neither one of us knows much about him. Especially the teasing part about not saying anything to you about it. I know you happened to hear that part, it was pretty loud." She looked up at him, glaring. "Who, or what even are you?" She whispered apprehensively. He just shook his head with a mischievous chuckle. "It's not any of your business. Yet."
She just rolled her eyes, crossing her arms over her chest. "Please, I'm not some weak kit who needs to be watched all the time. I don't even like him." She turned her head abruptly to the side, furious. He snickered, watching her with curiosity. "It's just the fact that he feels the need to keep it from me and try to cover it up like nothing happened or I saw it and he felt the need to bloody make sure I was still on his good side." She rolled her eyes. "Hatred is a powerful thing, my kitten. You'll figure out the truth soon enough. But just know that I'll always be there to watch you, whether you like it, or know it, or not." Huntress turned back to him, scratching her ear with disdain. "Whatever, I can take care of myself. I'm not some little kit who needs to be watched every second of the day! How many times do I have to tell people that?" Those irritated tears were coming back, spilling over and running down her cheeks. "It's bloody annoying." She snarled faintly, turning back away and rubbing her face once more. The sun was already coming up, and she hadn't slept at all. She had been out here for a long while before he showed up and they started talking. "Aw, but you should be glad to know you have some trustworthy backup, little kitten." He cooed quietly to her, that smirk flickering back onto his face. She growled at him. "I don't trust you! I hardly know you at all! You tried to kill me before!" The ruby-eyed man just laughed, obviously amused by her uncertainty. "Yeah, well, you have spunk, I like you, so whatever. You should run along to your friends now." Huntress just rose to a crouch beginning to descend. "Yeah, I got it. Would have gotten back sooner if you hadn't shown up and delayed me." The feline snapped up at him, and he just chuckled once more, disappearing.
The Khajiit was even more confused about her predicament, only getting more on her mind than less. She returned to camp, refusing to look at either of them before grabbing her satchel and waiting quietly at the edge of their makeshift lodgings. She obviously stayed further away from Final, taking off as soon as they decided to get a move on finally. She didn't even bother to hear their little plan, figuring she'd just figure out things before hand. Besides, they were going over it anyway, and she could hear them, even if she was a lot farther ahead than either of them. She just growled quietly, her ear twitching in irritation as she darted into the dungeon, her Night Eye adjusting itself, allowing her to see perfectly fine, if not a little more white than she was used to, but hey, she wasn't complaining.
Hopeing she would return on the way up, Final discussed the plan Elliot had pointed out to him last night. There wasn't much to go over, since they didn't know the layout of the Barrows themselves, but pointing out their strong points and weaknesses to eachother helped him familiarize himself with Elliot's way of fighting. They continued to chat until Huntress suddenly appeared out of the woods, giving him another angry glare, keeping as much distance between the two of them, but still possible for her to overhear Final's and Elliot's conversation.
Upon arriving at the Barrows, Final couldn't help but stare at the massive stone structures in away as the three climbed a flight of steps onto the ruins themselves. To the right, behind another large stone pillar, lay the actual entrance. The three approuched cauctiously, unsure of what lay inside. Huntress opened the door quietly, revealing a dark expanse. Almost instantly, she disappeared inside, effectively hidden from enemies- and Final. Final entered next, Elliot following close behind with his sword and shield, watching the rear.
Almost instantly, final ended his Mage Light spell, crawling to a nearby pillar and jestering for Elliot to follow his example, a red, orangish light could be seen coming from farther inside. Keeping silently around the corner, Final managed to spot to armed Nords, obviously bandits from their dress. They seemed to be arguing about something. Thanks to their presence, this confirmed to Final that the bandits that had stolen the shop owner's "Golden Claw" had retreated here.
Turning to Elliot, he spoke in a hushed voice,"There are two bandits farther in, surrounding a campfire. If Huntress shots one, you and me can move in and make quick work of the remaining bandit."

"There's no need for both of us to take the last one," he replied in a hushed tone, "I can take him out with a single shot of my bow."
Elliot took his bow from behind his back and nocked it. He took aim and found Huntress, waiting for her to fire, so that they could drop both of them in one coordinated strike.
Once more she rolled her eyes, but then jumped back as she saw the ancient Nord.Ugh, this is a pain. She thought quietly to herself. I told him to stop following me, plus this guy is here now. She winced, backing up quickly.

Elliot blocked the strike of his first one with his shield and countered with a gut stab that killed it instantly. The second he felled with a slice to the neck. The third was an archer, and notched an arrow to fire. Elliot unhooked his shield and put it in front of him. He then drew his bow and used the top part of the shield for balance and maneuverability. When he had killed the other three with arrows, he reattached the shield and stood ready for more.
"Well, nicely done you two! Wish I had the skills to shoot a bow. Magic isn't exactly the quiet type when it comes to long range," Final compliamented, making his way to the hallway leading deeper into the Barrow,"But let's not stop here! None of these bandits have the ordament the shopkeeper described on their person. It should be deeper."
With that, Final casted Mage Light again, illuminating the hallway's length. Steping carefully, two firebolts ready in both his hands, the Imperial slowly made his way down the steps, glancing back at his two companions and jestering for them to follow.
Why is everything so bloody complicated....
