The Suit comes with light ablative weave and heavily padded material to resist a wide range of impacts. Its resistant to fire, and chemical burns, while also possessing enough self contained air for short operations in a vacuum. For operating in low gravity, both boots & gloves possess magnetic plates that serve to secure the operator to hard surfaces. The suit has mounts to facilitate suit mods to allow it increased mobility, as well as deeper air reserves while operating in exposed space.
Karuba PDW - The D13 Heavy Pistol is the choice weapon for the Air Con specialist forces. A 20 round high stopping power pistol that trades rate of fire, for intense stopping power & ammo capacity. The weapon carries several choices for aftermarket modifications, thanks to its long history of military service.
Flight Helmet - The Mk III flight helmet was one of the last service helmets made for both extensive combat actions, and operations in deep space thanks to its hermetically sealed system. The downside being that the helmet is bulkier then its successor, but firmware upgrades have kept its HuD system fully up to date. As well as several aftermarket modifications that protect the wearer from intense sensory input.
Primaris HtS - The Primaris was a special took built for the Omar initiatives ship boarding crews in the later years of their military's operations window. The blade has a data spike running through the center that is inserted into control panels, that allows the operative hack the doors internal wiring. This use has fallen from the times however, as station systems soon outpaced the firmware of the blade.

History

Thane like his father before him, served in the armed forces for most of his life from the moon of Titan.
Despite growing up in one of the opulent cradles, that sat above the lower levels of their habitat. His family long having risen to the wealth necessary to sustain such a life style, served out of tradition then out of necessity. A fact that put him at odds with the normal rank of servicemen in the armed forces. His upbringing along with his high value of schooling had allowed him officers status from nearly the start, and he quickly grew into the pilots ranks with distinction.

By the time he reached the age of twenty eight, Thane had logged more flight time & combat honors then a majority of his fellow pilots. A point of pride that he would easily agree to, despite how much it only served to alienate himself from the others in his command.
He spent six years in space among the colonial enterprises detached as a political armed force. The corporate powers had been waging shadow wars against one another on small scales, and his duty was to the highest bidder. Raiding research labs, and hidden bunkers for the promise of tech and money alike. However when Thane managed to lose over half his men to a munitions explosion, that occurred while raiding a naval bunker on mars. The curtain was set to pull back on his teams mercenary operations. His only hope to tell the council everything that had been done by his unit, and deal with the ramifications himself. A decision that he would live to regret for the rest of his life, as the block containing his family was struck by an stray piece of debris. An accident by all accounts but one he knew that was spun into action by his own words.

After his court-martial Thane was unable to return home, and not being able to safely contact the remaining members of his family. Which in turn required him to ply his skills around in attempts to stay alive long enough to right his own wrongs. A bid that found him serving with the corporation OMAR as a pilot, once again donning a flight suit. Though his history with the military was still in question, his skill in the cockpit managed to keep questions away. The corporation had him with running military medical extractions for rather high prices, though the money was well spent in the end.

It was when his past caught up with him, and his transport was shot down right into the side of his destination. A Neuvo Corp building that was stationed on a distant Proxima space port. When the rescue forces arrived to retrieve the passengers, they found that Thane had turned the ship to save his passengers. However in doing so, he managed to get himself crushed between several sections of the cockpits cabin.

So begins...
