Description: Standing at five foot three inches tall, Aleksandra weighs an even one-hundred and ten pounds of pure muscle. Years of working out and practising combat techniques has toned her body well and caused her already flat stomach to gain a sort of barrier due to the muscles, barely traceable abs are noticeable there. Long naturally straight brown hair falls to her mid back and changes between light and dark, depending on the season (be it winter or summer), and lightly golden toned skin. She has somewhat thin lips, the upper is thin whereas the lower is a bit more full, high cheekbones and slightly rounded cheeks; much more noticeable when she smiles. Straight, even white teeth are hidden behind these light pink lips; perfection behind a flaw. Her eyes are almond shaped with dark brown irises and surrounded by long dark eyelashes.
Personality: Alexandra is an intelligent young woman who has a habit of jumping into things rather recklessly. She tends to get herself into less desirable circumstances but always manages to get herself out, mainly due to her constant refusal to ask for or accept help from others. She's almost too independent, most of her teachers would say so anyway. Like anyone else, she enjoys a good joke every now and then and loves to have fun. Outgoing and passionate, at any party thrown you can expect to find her there, right in the middle of the crowd, throwing back some shots here or dancing over there. Alexandra is a born flirt and flirts with almost any guy, even, as inappropriate as it may be, going as far to jokingly flirt with male teachers she thinks are too uptight. Yeah, that has never ended well for her.
Alexandra is always willing to help a friend out if they need and, despite her party-girl bravado, she is very committed to her Guardian duties and takes this job quite seriously; like most of the others at St. Vladimir's. Quick-witted with just as quick a temper and often sarcastic, don't expect a serious response from her if you decide to anger her. Alexandra has a habit of keeping anything that is saddening to herself so, if you befriend her, it doesn't hurt to ask if she's okay at a stressful point in her life. It really doesn't and it actually helps cheer her up. She doesn't trust many though so friendship is one relationship to require lots of work.
All in all, Alexandra is a stubborn girl who likes to do things her way. In case you haven't got that memo yet.
History: Alexandra was born on the day of October 31st, seventeen years and two months ago. She grew up like most Dhampir's, with only a mother as her father had left before she was born. She had two older siblings; Alexei and Adrian, both boys, who were going to become Guardians while their mother stayed home to raise her first daughter.. Certainly not her last. Following Alexandra came Tatiana, Nina, Viktorya, Anna, Katerina and Larisa. Two more boys, Rolan and Julian, followed in the next six years. To which, at the age of six, Alexandra was sick of listening to the crying of infants and begged to go live with her brothers in London, England. There was much yelling and such that transpired in only a few weeks, including several runaway attempts, but she was eventually allowed to leave Russia.
Alexei, Adrian and Alexandra got along quite well in London for a year before leaving to move to Rome, Italy to stay with the Moroi family they were protecting. The family were the royal Lazar family and welcomed Alexandra to join them as though she were Moroi and not Dhampir, most likely due to her young age. Once she turned ten, the brothers brought her to attend St. Vladimir's Academy in the south of Italy to gain training to become a Guardian as well.
She found out after a few weeks at the academy that Adrian had been fatally injured in an attack, saving the life of his charge but losing his own in the process. Alexandra had been proud but grief-struck and learned to keep this to herself at this time. It was also during her first year that she found out about her mother being beaten to death, leaving the fate of her many younger siblings still unknown to her. Alexei became closer to Alexandra, her confidante and only considered relative due to the rest of their family's supposed deaths.
Alexandra learned to cut off her personal history to excel in her studies, despite her temper and flirtatious personality which often got her into trouble. She threw herself into parties and other social gatherings as she made acquaintances with most of the royal's and dhampir's alike, hardly trusting enough to consider them friends, as she waits for graduation. She already has her eye on who whe would like to have as her charge though knows that this may, or may not, be taken into account.
