Star Wars is copyright of LucasArts. I do not claim any involvement in the production, creation, design, etc. of the series.
The Jedi Academy houses the beginning of the Jedi. Here, students will undergo the training required to become one with the Force. To join the ranks of the Order, that is their wish. But, it's easier said then done. Numerous trials, dangerous obstacles, and the pressure from others constantly sway potential Jedi from their training. Here on Coruscant, you must learn to deal with the anxiety of the Academy, or fail entirely and be forever outcasted...
The city world of Coruscant houses the well known Jedi Academy within it's endless sea of buildings. A transport vessel flies through the densely populated areas, navigating it's way through traffic jams and speeding vehicles. Aboard this vessel are four students, all ranged from 12-16. They are special, each bestowed with a special gift. Each has been chosen by a Jedi to start training among the others in the Jedi Academy. Yes, there is an age limit, however, the Council has lifted this law temporarily. These children are different. They must undergo the training of the Order, before the pull of the dark side becomes to great for them to handle. Some have already welcomed it's presence, while others try desperately to reject it. Each naturally gifted, each a possible ally or enemy to the Jedi Order..
One is incredibly force-sensitive. The powers that flow through this child match none their age. They are able to control massive objects, control the mind much easier then most Knights of the Order. Yet, they are arrogant, and boastful. The sheer power the Force has left the child with a cocky attitude, and unstable control of their powers. They are difficult around authority, and lack the proper respect towards their teachers. However, this does not stop them from wanting to learn. This child strives for knowledge, wanting nothing but the wisdom to control every aspect of the Force. (Taken by Kenzi)
Another gifted prodigy can brandish some of the best fighting ever witnessed. What this child can do with a vibroblade is remarkable. Their hands are a blur when put up to a battle, and this child is quick to cut down their opponent. They take no time for breaks, and work diligently to become the best fighter in the known universe. Hard work and training runs this being's life. Despite this amazing feat, they are shy and quiet. Nervous around others, because they see themselves differently. But this child is well behaved, and a quick learner. What they lack in power, they make up for in lighting fast strength. Combine that with an above average level of Force energy, and child number two became an instant interest in the Order. (Taken by Head_Over_Heels)
The third child, cunning and clever, holds a massive knowledge of the Force. Their power itself is lacking, but the abilities this child is able to manifest outshines the Masters themselves. They are extremely force-sensitive, able to tap into unknown reserves and appear to have an immense amount of energy. But because of their already gifted brain, the basics are a thing of the past, and this child focuses on producing more advanced styles of fighting. Heavily relying on the force, this student tires easily, and can be rather lazy. They would much rather sleep then learn, but have a keen ear, able to pick up things farther away. Still, this doesn't help them in controlling their desire to conjure more advanced methods of the Force, which leads to experimenting and disaster. (Taken by HiddenNymph)
Child number four is gifted all around. They have a quick hand and strong mind. A mostly calm and reserved child, this student doesn't hesitate and waits for no one. They're relatively stubborn, and would rather improve their abilities then listen to a lecture. Melee and the force go hand in hand, allowing them to use a combination of the two simultaneously. This child can become much more capable, if they had only focused on one form, instead of going for it all. But, despite being well rounded, they are behind the other students. Wanting to keep a balanced style slows this child's progression through their training. But, with time and great patience, they can easily become a surpassing Jedi Master. (Taken by CageValcore)

As the students disembarked, he studied each carefully. It was hard to picture them as capable as Koji had heard. But, he had learned to never be fooled by appearance alone. "Welcome younglings. I am Alex Koji. A Master here at the Temple. I would like each of you to calmly state your name and age."

Without a word, the young women stood as the ship came to a stop, paying no mind to the others as she began to move down the walkway, her long, wavy dark hair shifting with each movement as her eyes landed on the figure of a man below them. He was tall, muscular, and obviously had a lot of training in....whatever it was they were here for. As she came to a stop, Talin felt the presence of the other three children beside her, not turning to look at them, but knowing that they were there nonetheless. "My name is Talin Serran, and I am sixteen years old." She said softly, responding to the man's question before the others had, not meeting anyone's gaze as she stood with her arms crossed in front of her.

When she made it to the receiving area, she bowed to master Koji, "I am sorry for my tardiness master Koji", she apologized, she looked at the group of young students and smiled, "Young ones forgive me I am Inala Hinai, it is a pleasure to meet you all, and I am a newly appointed master here".

Closing his eyes he let his head lie back against the metal of the ship trying to relax and have a nap for the course of the journey to a place he had been told was for 'Jedi training'.
When the ship came to a halt he remained seated until everyone else had stumbled off, standing himself he walked out in a lazy manner dragging his feet slightly his eyes darting around his new surroundings taking in what he could. The man who stood before them seemed pretty muscular, probably confident within himself more than anything. The woman who was late seemed like someone easy to trick in his eyes considering how late she was as the tone of voice suggesting she may trusting, not to mention that she claimed to be a new master.
Yawing under the pretence he was bored Aziel scratched the back of his head his plain beige sleeves baggy on his arms as he muttered out βAziel Nuroy. Sixteenβ

βComplete waste of my time.β Daiyu muttered, shifting her weight to extract her light saber. Her parents had bought it when she was young, having known that the force was strong with her, but she had never been presented it by them... for they had been murdered before she had come of age.
The craft landed not long after, dragging the young woman from her thoughts. She slipped the light saber back into her belt and stood. Usually she would have shoved these lesser individuals to the side and gone down first, but she wanted to observe them some more. None of them seemed too interested in her, which suited her just fine.
As the students disembarked, he studied each carefully. It was hard to picture them as capable as Koji had heard. But, he had learned to never be fooled by appearance alone. "Welcome younglings. I am Alex Koji. A Master here at the Temple. I would like each of you to calmly state your name and age."
Daiyu was the last off the ship, and stood a few feet to the side as though she didnβt want to be lumped in with those lackies. While Aziel struck a lazy uninterested pose, Talin avoiding gazes, and Lucrestsia waving, Daiyu placed one hand strongly on her hip and met the gaze of Koji without any hint of nervousness.
"My name is Talin Serran, and I am sixteen years old." She said softly, responding to the man's question before the others had, not meeting anyone's gaze as she stood with her arms crossed in front of her.
Daiyu inwardly scoffed at the girlβs soft greeting. Whether she was talented or not, she was not going to get any where with that sort of attitude. Before she could think about it any more, however, another jedi master approached. It was a rather pretty woman, though any good thoughts Daiyu had had of the woman instantly disappeared when she not only admitted to being late but also admitted to being new in her position. Not the wisest of greetings.
Upon arriving at the Temple she walks out behind all the other students, Placing her Light-Saber on her belt. She smiles at Master Koji as he speaks, And She Waves to Master Inala when she speaks- "I am Lucrestsia Valoris Age 16" -She says in her strong beautiful voice-
To Daiyu, Lucrestsia seemed so vivacious that she would not have been surprised if she burst into song and started handing out diasys. Once again the young raven haired girl was left wondering why in the hell she was here.
Yawing under the pretence he was bored Aziel scratched the back of his head his plain beige sleeves baggy on his arms as he muttered out βAziel Nuroy. Sixteenβ
There. That settles it. Sheβs going home.
βI am Daiyu Zhen, age 16.β She said, last to introduce herself, a slight air of irritation in her voice at the disgust in the other three children. Though she wanted to tell the whole lot to piss off, she bit her tongue for the time being with the hopes that something interesting could come of this... though she doubted it.

As he walked through the temple, many people greeted him with respect. He nodded to those under him and responded to other council masters that passed him by. He eventually made it outside. He stopped at the top step and took in a big breath of the morning air. The temple guards saluted him and he nodded to them. He then made his way down the steps and over to the group of younglings. He was about 20 feet away when he heard the last student introduce themselves. He then walked up and stepped into the gap between Koji and Hinai and nodded to both of them. He then let his yellow eyes gaze over the new students, no expression on his face. They did not fill him with confidence, then again, that's why they were here. He towered over all of them and looked them over thoroughly. A few already had lightsabers, so he guessed there was no need to send them into the crystal cave. He decided he should speak.
"I am Jedi Master Jin-Tai." he said in a deep baritone voice. "Masters Koji, Hinai and I are here to help you with anything you can think of. Do not be afraid to ask us for anything. I must emphasize that you must not be afraid. You may think you are alone, but the other three children that came with are the same as you, whether you accept it or not." Jin-tai said in a strict monotone. "It is a great honor to be given the chance you have been given. It has never been done before, because children like you have never existed before. You should feel honored, and humbled by this experience. It is my hope that all seven of us would be fast friends." Jin-Tai then looked at all of their faces with an expressionless stare. "Now, I'm sure you have questions. Most of your questions will be answered over the process of your training, but if you have anything you want to ask or say to any of us or your fellow padawans, you may do so now."

As Jin-Tai arrived not long after, Talin decided to take the respectful route and dip her head slightly to each of the three Masters, wanting to show that she had some respect for her elders. After a moment more, she glanced around at the other students, noticing that they all seemed to not really want to be here, especially the girl named Daiyu. For some unknown reason, this girl in particular seemed to resent everything around her at the moment. And then there was the one called Lucrestsia. She seemed different as well, though she was more just friendly and open then angry. And finally, there was the boy, Aziel. He seemed to just not care at all, and Talin had the feeling that he was probably not even going to try in future training missions.
After Jin-Tai had finished speaking, Talin spoke up. "I do have one question: will we demonstrate our skills now, or during our first training session? I know that we were chosen to come here because of what we can do, but what I would like to know is if you want to see us in action as soon as possible." This time, as Talin spoke, her voice was stronger, more forward as she raised her eyes to look at each of the Masters that stood before her, waiting patiently for her answer as her hand slowly drifted to her side, from where her light saber was tucked away.

His deep voice was almost soothing to her, and giving the reassurance to the young ones, impressed her so she was able to calm herself a bit. She was sure by now he could sense her unease with him so she worked hard to calm herself. "I think that we should get the young ones in and settled into, their rooms before we test their abilities", she said.

"Two Jedi were attacked on Dantoonie during a Mandolorian raid. A master and a student. The student fell, and the Master was severly injured." He paused for a moment to hand over the data pad he'd recieved from the droid pilot. "Apparently the Mandolorians have been inhabiting the planet for a few months now, and wish to show their dominance. I know this will be brought up during the next Council meeting. I'd like to send a team of Jedi there to possibly route out the threat, but obviously it's up to the Council as a whole. What do you think?"

This was definitely going to be a long few years in training, why did he want to become a Jedi again? Oh, that was right, to get away from the slumps of the orphanage he grew up in.
Seeing another late master he could only sigh leaning on one leg already finding the introductions a drag, however when Talin actually responded to him about any questions he could already sense she was going to try and be an overachiever with "I do have one question: will we demonstrate our skills now, or during our first training session? I know that we were chosen to come here because of what we can do, but what I would like to know is if you want to see us in action as soon as possible."
He really had no desire to show of his 'talents' as others called it, he had just gotten off a moving ship after a rather tiresome journey why on earth would she want to rush into action now? Strange kid he concluded.
He was so relieved to hear their new master Inala suggest they go to their rooms, not caring for who led them as the master Koji spoke to her about leading them there and wanting a word with master Jin-Tai Aziel stretched both his arms to rest behind his head relaxed striding forward and past the three masters just after Inala mentioned something about going to the girls dorms first.
"Fine, I don't care, is my room large or is it just going to be a cubby? I would prefer something larger" he spoke a little cocky with attitude continuing forward towards the temple on his own. He wanted space to lounge around in if not practice the advanced techniques he was developing.
