Neon has the ability to throw balls of neon colored energy from the palms of his hands (and only the palms of his hands). The power of these balls of energy is graded by the color they turn out to be - for instance, if they were neon red, they would be less powerful than energy that was a neon blue or purple color. He also has the ability to throw rainbow colored neon balls as well, but he can only throw a few of them every so often, for they are very powerful, and take up almost all of his energy.
Most of his energy is gained from being in the sunlight, so he spends a lot of time outside, just reclining wherever there is open space so he can absorb some sunlight. He can also gain energy from just touching a battery, though its not enough to sustain him for long periods of time.
APPEARANCE,
Alexi is on the tall side of things, standing at almost 6 feet exactly. His hair is a dark black color; so black, that its almost blue. He would say that he straightens it every day, but he doesn't have to for he was born with poker-straight hair. He makes sure to touch up the dye he uses on it every so often. Alexi is pretty pale, despite the fact that he spends most of his daylight hours outside. His eyes are a shade of color made up of both green and hazel. Despite his name of "Neon", he hates bright colors and just won't wear them - black and maroon are his favorites in the color department, and he always tries to incorporate them into his attire. He usually wears a smirk of some kind on his face - mostly, its because of something he's done or said.
When he's not wearing his costume for 'fighting the bad guys', he's usually found walking around in a tight pair of black or maroon jeans, a pair of Converse shoes, a wife-beater and an open black and white plaid button up shirt, some cross necklace, and a rolled up bandanna around his head.
His costume for fighting with the Titans consists of tight pair of black jeans, a black turtle neck shirt, and a pouch with a large rechargeable battery in it, which is strapped to the side of his right thigh, in case of emergencies. He also wears a pair of black converse, and a black bandanna around his head. This costume is much like that which he might wear everyday, but the material of the clothes he wears when fighting was designed to help him absorb sunlight quicker and more effectively.
Basically, if one were to see him, the last power they might guess that he'd have would be the control of Neon-colored orbs of energy, for all he really wears is black.

--Alexi is the twin brother of Véronique Brigitte Wolfe. She is a part of the Brotherhood of Evil. They grew up close, but she became distant as they aged, and eventually fell in with that crowd. He doesn't associate himself with her anymore, because he views her as being beyond help.
--Alexi is a bit sensitive about his voice, as he still has a bit of a French accent laced to it. He tries his best to hide it, but when someone points out to him that he has an accent, he sort of locks up to them. He doesn't like talking about it, for he's always just wanted to be a 'normal American', ever since his family first moved to the States from France.
