Setting

Beneath the bright lights and raised and crisscrossing roads in the city of Alexia a war is raging between two powerful and influential families. The North Eastern more luxurious part of the city ruled over by the mob like Higorashi twins and their soldiers. The South Western poverty stricken part of the city is ruled over by the Korachi family. The high tech design of the city keeps the people from noticing the delicate balance of power between the two families, one wrong move and a war could break out leading to many innocent deaths. In this era almost everyone seems to own at least one gun and a form of communication. Very few plants can be found growing on their own within city gates, plants are grown in pots or small planters near doors or in parks. The city of Alexia is modern set with futuristic twists, it is not based off of a real place in the real world it is in its own world. There are some mystical like qualities in the city but those will no come into play until a bit later those who do reserve and send in characters i will explain it to you in full.

Plot

Even in the most brutal of wars there is always those few days where everyone is at peace. In the city of Alexia it is during the festival of color. The festival of color lasts a week including events such as fairs, festival parades, contests, and balls. The Rose Ball is the most highlighted event of the year. No matter who you are what family or side of the city you are from everyone is equals, but will all hell break loose or will the peace stay through the whole festival.?

The Families

Higorashi family:
The family was started by their father but the rein now lies with the two brothers as heads of the family. They rule with strict codes and rules with severe punishments for breaking them, the people of the city shy away from them and follow everything they say for fear of death. The brothers’ empire is built upon control of ammunition, money, and communication with the rest of the world.

Toren Higorashi:
The oldest of the two twins his age should very between 45-49. He was always considered the brain of the pair, any orders or changes within their rule first goes threw him before it is implemented. He is also very patient with his plans not jumping into anything that would risk losing men or money.

Neily Higorashi:
The younger of the two twin her age should very between 45-49 she is considered the brawn of the two. Quick tempered and works with security and on taking care of any men her brother needs to disappear.

Daughter of Toren her age should very between 17-19. She got her father’s brain and ability to think things through but also her uncles temper leading her into trouble. She constantly pushes the limits by sneaking out to wonder around the southern end of the city.

Korachi family:
A generally new family to the area, they have only had power for about five years. They are more of a gang with little amounts of rules. They have control over trade and transportation within the city. Constantly causing havoc for the Higorashi family. They are more of a rebellion then a government.

Nalia Korachi:
She is the lead of the family she is between 30-35 ears of age. She is very sweet and motherly to all who serve under her, but trust and respect must be earned she does not let just anyone join her families ranks they must first have their skills and power tested and their loyalty.

Bryson Korachi
: He may not be her blood son but she has always treated him as such. He is between 19-21 years of age and is very rule abiding. He had a moral code and always tries to stick to it. Being very protective of Nalia he generally does not let her go out into the fights, making him seem to be the figure head of the family.

Cole Korachi:
He is Nalia’s little brother and is between the age of 25-30 he is the weapons manager of the Korachi family. He is considered crazy by everyone who meats him. He always is starting fights and trouble even in his own family, making him Nalia’s least favorite person.
Higorashi/Korachi soldiers:
General age between 20-30 follows orders and not much else they are a minor part that can be played by those with main characters for sake of the story line.

General peoples:
These characters are just simple if you bring a character into the story line you are responsible for them through the rest of the story.
Other characters can be added and some can be changed if you want to reserve a character post into the OOC reserve lasts 49 hours unless you give a credible reason when you reserve the character.
