Roxana La'Trice Underthorn's Story

"Awe I really wanted to go swimming." Serenity said with a pout as she rolled over off of Faythe and started rolling on the ground like a pouting child. "Oh I have an idea," she said as she spun around and ended back on her feet. "Lets get a big group together and have a sparing practice. I mean if we are going to go to the Vamp's territory we should be well trained right?" she said as she looked back at Jack with her big eyes trying to act like she was begging.

"I don't know Serenity, with Desten and Lucius gone I don't want to make to big of a mess around the house." Jack said thinking of what his older brother and cousin might do to him if they came back and the house was a wreck.

"Come on Jacky, I bet Faye would love to see her Mega show off his mad skills. It's been so long sense we have had a good spar around here anyway and heck I'm sure we could get Chaos, Roxy and Elena to join in." she said with a big smile.

Jack thought to himself for a minute, Serenity made a valid point that they hadn't really all had a chance to fully let loose in a long time and if it was just a friendly spar what's the worst that could happen. "Well I guess I'm ok with it but you need to go find all of them first and lets have some of this awesome fish Faythe caught. I don't really want to fight on an empty stomach." Jack turned over to Faythe and helped her up. "Sound good to you Faye?"

Roxana, was deep in the caves one day when she was exploring she found an underground lake. She spends most of her free time there. She gazed into the water her yellow eyes glowing back to her threw the red silk strands of hair that fell into her face. A smile came to her lips as she heard Chaos coming to find her. She stood tall her full reflection in the water. Unlike the rest of the pack Roxana still couldn't break the habit of wearing dresses. But now that she was older and away from her mother and father her dresses were not as...modest as it should be.

It cut off way above the knee just long enough to cover what it needed to. It was obviously made out of cotton but it was dyed a light blue from some flowers she'd found. It looked more like a long piece of fabric that she'd wrapped around herself than a hand sewn dress. Her dark copper red hair was mostly in a loose braid that stopped just above her tail bone.

"What could I do for you?" she asked a smile tugging at the corners of her mouth. Her yellow eyes gleaming with happiness at the sight of Chaos.

"Damn, and here I thought I was being sneaky." Chaos said as he approached Roxana. It always seemed odd to him how he acted around his mate. Usually he would be the strong silent type. Not shy like Jack, but not bold like his sister Serenity. But when he was around Roxana he couldn't help but be happy. It has been that way sense the moment he saved her and changed her into his beta. The link between him and Roxana was much stronger than that though. They could read each others moods and even exchange thoughts with one another, but one of the more rare gifts was that in times of crisis Chaos could actually lend some of his powers to Roxana. This was the power of their mate connection. Even though he had never thought that he of all the Alphamegas would be able to, Chaos found his mate, and he couldn't be happier with who he found, or who actually stumbled across him.

He was the first to find his mate out of the new line of megas. His sister loved to rub it in saying, "Chaos has a girlfriend, Chaos has a girlfriend." the girl is almost 50 years old and still sounds like she's twelve. Those thoughts quickly vanished as he came closer to Roxana. He wrapped his arms around her slender waist and pulled her close.

"Well you could accompany me to dinner with the family, Oooor we could just stay here for a while and I can marvel at your ." He said with a playful smile as he leaned in and gave her a light kiss. Chaos usually wouldn't act so bold but he couldn't help himself around Roxana. He loved her and every thing about her.

Roxana, wrapped her slender arms around him holding him close. She stood back and glanced into his eyes her smile growing brighter. "Well I am really gorgeous today." she said sarcastically. She glanced at her reflection in the water. "It's been awhile sense we all ate together. This might be enjoyable." She smiled at him and gently grasped his hand in hers. "What would you like to do my dear." she teased as if his opinion really matter she'd already made up her mind that she was hungry and wanted to eat with the family.

The crystal blue water softly slashed against Roxana's bare feet. She pulled him into the water to were his feet were wet as well and kissed him. "So? What'll it be?" she questioned him. If he answered correctly she would spare him the ice cold water below if not she'd cast him into the water. She gave him a sleigh smile and waited for his reply.

Chaos knew he had just been given a loaded question. He knew Roxana had her mind made up the moment he gave her the options and once she was set on something there was no turning back. Chaos knew that if he said the wrong thing she would help him cool off. He smiled as he thought about what to say. He loved this about her, even if he could read her she still made it a challenge for him. He looked into her beautiful yellow eyes and smiled.

"You do look quite ravishing today but I guess we can go see what the has been going on with the rest of the family." he said with a fake sigh. Chaos pulled Roxana close to him and embraced her and in a low whisper, with a big smile he said," but i think we should wash up first." and before Roxana could even react he went backwards into the deeper water taking her with him into the cold.

Roxana, gasped as the cold water stole the heat from her body. She glared over at Chaos pushing him deeper into the water. "I can't believe you did that!" she yelled. Her auburn strands stuck to her face as she pretended to try and drown Chaos. Chaos made his way out of the water laughing. Causing Roxana to laugh as they splashed water at each other. They played in the crystal blue water for about fifteen minutes before they both called it a truce. The water had gotten unpleasantly cold and they were both pretty hungry. Roxana, took the last moment to splash Chaos when his back was turned. Roxana, giggled as she ran past him getting far enough away from the water that he couldn't splash her.

Roxana, wrung out her dress as best she could and smiled up at Chaos threw her wet hair. She tried to take as much water as she could out of her hair before upbraiding it to let it dry. "Look what you've done. Now we're going to be late." she teased. Roxana, lead the way out of the cave that was only a short walk away from the mansion. Roxana, knew about the passageway in the house but this was her get away place and it was easier to find this way.

Roxana, basked in the sunlight as it hit her face. She loved the warmth of the suns raise, returning the heat the water had drained away. Roxana and Chaos made their way to the mansion the smell of fish frying filled the front of the house. As soon as the smell reached Roxana's nose she hurried to get dry and dressed. Roxana waited for Chaos to join her before undressing. She closed the door behind him and slowly peeled the tight wet dress off.

A few moments later Roxana was dressed in a white cotton shirt that hung loosely over her shoulders. She'd wrapped her large breasts simply in a white bandage seeing how the white shirt she wore was slightly transparent. She slipped into a tight pair of soft light brown leather pants and let her damp fall leaf red hair flow over her exposed shoulders. She glanced over her shoulder to see if Chaos was ready and sure enough he'd been staring. "I know I'm gorgeous but do you always have to stare?" she said confidently.

Chaos chuckled a little at Roxana's comment about what he had done, "Hey you started that one." he said fallowing her out of the cave towards the house. He didn't mind the cold water being as warm blooded as he was he would be dry again in a matter of minuets. One of the biggest perks of being a lycan he had to admit.

Chaos fallowed her right up the stairs and into their bed room. He started to take his already drying clothes off when he caught a glimps of Roxana pulling off her cloths. He didn't know if it was the fact that she was his mate or the fact that he was a guy or if it was because she was so beautiful or maybe a combination of all of them that made him stair but at that point it didn't matter to him. Chaos couldn't help but think of how much he loved to watch her undress as bad as it sounded even to him. The way the dress hugged every curve of her body from her beautiful breasts, down her slender well toned core, over her gorgeously perfect butt and then past her long lushes legs. Her sudden smart ass question brought him out of his fantasy world.

"No, I don't have to, but I do like to." He said with a grin at her comment. "So I say we hurry and get downstairs while there is still food to be eaten." he said with a grin secretly hoping Roxana wasn't trying to read his thoughts while he was stuck in la la land. With that he turned around and opened up the door for her and made a gesture to the door way. "After you my lady." he said with a smart ass tone. Chaos even added a bit of a bow to really sell it.

"Hey wait up!" Serenity yelled as she ran after Elena. She was happy to see that Elena had so much energy and was even thinking about how the sparing would help her be more well equipped for the next time she runs into trouble. Serenity could sense how Elena felt about Jack and didn't really know what to say about the subject. Everyone in the family knew Jack had a problem when it came to girls in general plus he had his own beta even though it was never made clear if he liked Faythe like that or not. The boy never really talked that much let alone about how he felt so even Serenity was at a lose on what to say when it came to talking about Jack.

Serenity chased after Elena and followed her up into the tree house where she was met with a lemon. Her first instinct was to bite right into it but past experiences had told her that that was a bad idea. Elena was down the tree and at the door before Serenity even got to the porch on the back. When she entered the room she saw that Faythe and Jack had made and awesome meal for the whole family to enjoy. Her mouth was watering before she even realized it. "That smells awesome." she said before she sat down at her spot on the table.

Jack was about to put down the tray when Elena had burst threw the door with an arm full of lemons. "Where on earth did you find lemons this time in the season?" Jack asked looking in amazement. He looked back at Faythe and then back at Elena realizing the tension that just seemed to be so thick he could have ran into it like a wall. Jack could sense the mixed emotions form Faythe and could see them in Elena's eyes. "Well now that we have these lemons to add to the fish this meal is really complete." he said with a smile as he tried to dissipate some of the tension. He looked towards Serenity for some help but she was so focused on the food, she had already made half of a plate and was now about to start for the fish.

"Ok ladies lets find our seats while I go see what's taking Chaos and Roxana so long." Jack said in a lower kinda now shy voice. Moments like this really made him nervous. He didn't know what to do. Girls have always been his weakness and there was no hiding that. "Hey Faye can you make sure that Serenity doesn't take to much before the rest of us get the chance to have some?" He said with a bit of a smile.

"Hey i didn't take that much." Serenity said in objection. "and its not my fault the food is so good." She added with a bit of corn in her teeth.

Jack moved towards the door that led to the living room and stair well to see what was taking the other two so long, and so he could just get out of that room. He could hear Chaos and Roxana talking but didn't want to pry into the conversation. "Hey you two we are waiting on you." he said as he called up the stairs.

Serenity was looking at the two girls as they stood there not really moving from where Jack had left them. Poor boy doesn't even know the full extent of what is going on around him. 'Boys can be so thick headed some time,' She thought to herself. Or maybe he knew, he just didn't want to start things between the beta's. Who knew. Even with Faythe's amazing ability to read that kid she didn't even seem to know what was going on in his head and poor Elena was one of the very few girls Jack has ever really talked to outside of the family and Faythe. He was a hard one to read all right. Serenity came back out of the train of thought as her stomach started to growl. "I'm hungry, they need to hurry." She said with a huff.

"Well maybe if you're good you might get to live out parts of your day dreams." she said with a sligh look. She didn't have to read his thoughts it was clearly written on his face how much he desired her. Her smile quickly faded when Chaos opened the door with a bow. "Or not." she snapped as she passed him. She slid down the stair rail landing as gracefully as a feather in front of Jack. "Sorry it took us so long pumpkin, we had to change." she smiled brightly at Jack.

Roxana liked Jack, he was quiet and well mannered. "Sweet heart! They're all weighting on you." she called up the stairs to Chaos. She placed her hands on her hips with a huff as she pretended to be impatient. "Jack, we'll be there as soon as he gets down. Would you save us a portion please?" Roxana gave Jack the sweetest eyes she could muster. Roxana was the master at expression. One second she could be ripping a person to shreds and the next she could look at you with blood on her face and you'd still feel badly for her. The woman of a thousand faces.

Roxana, could get almost anyone to see her way if she tried. Roxana rolled her eyes as she turned to face Chaos who had to be pouting on the inside about her remark. She loved leaving him in limbo. He never knew whether he was going to get what he wanted or not. As he came down the steps Roxana smiled her eyes full of love and compassion. They walked to the table hand in hand and as the gentleman Chaos was he pulled out the chair for his mate.

Roxana, chose the chair next to Serenity. Roxana and Serenity had a relationship just like any two sisters. It was almost as if they were biologically related. "Soooo how's it going?" she asked Serenity. "We seriously need to have a girls day just you and me. It's been awhile." Roxana added as Chaos sat beside her.

Faythe couldn't help but grin when Serenity entered the room behind the Beta. "Why thank you," she said with a bow at the compliment to the food. Even if she didn't cook it all, she had caught it. Besides, the distraction took her off of all the tension that had built in the room.

She snorted as she sat down, and mumbled under her breath: "I bet I know what's taking Chaos and Roxanna so long." While Faythe had nothing against the pair separately, it was obvious they ground her nerves together. As the only two to have actually found their mate within the group, it was almost sicking watching them fawn over one another. Regardless, she knew why he said it. The built up tension and room full of girls made him nervous.

At the mention of Serenity and her eating habits, Faythe shook her head and pulled the plate of fish closer to herself, glaring at the other girl. Faythe laughed softly as she complained about her hunger, but not long after that the couple was joining them. Hand in hand, with their eyes all full of mushy shit. The moment Chaos pulled her chair out, Faythe faked gagging--a movement she convincingly covered up once the redhead was seated by Serenity, putting her in eyesight.

"Is this everyone?" Faythe asked, giving the table a head count. It seemed oddly small without Desten or Lucius' presence. Perhaps she was imagining it...or perhaps it was just because they were family and it felt weird without them. "Jacky, come sit love. Let's eat!"

Chaos couldn't help but feel like he had kinda screwed himself over with Roxana but at the same time that was one of the things he loved about her. Always kept him on his toes, but he still knew he was going to be kicking himself later for the bow. Roxana wasn't going to forget that. Chaos took his seat next to Roxana after helping her in her seat. He sat across the table form Faythe who seemed less than amused by them holding up the rest of the group form eating.

Jack nodded to Roxana as she asked him to hold them some food then quickly turned back and went towards the kitchen. Even though Jack was a Mega he still was afraid of Roxana. Not in a bad way at all but more of a respect kind of fear. Out of all the women in the family she was the newest and it was still kind of odd to him. As he entered to kitchen with Roxana and Chaos not far behind he looked over the table to make sure that everything was in place and that everyone had what they needed for the meal. Sadly the meal would have to be a quick one due to that soon the sun would be down and they would need to head outside for those who had to change on the nights of the full moon, but seeing as how everyone there had huge appetites he was sure that wouldn't be a problem.

Jack's train of thought was interrupted when he herd Faythe call to him, "Jacky, come sit love. Let's eat!"
"Ok I'm here." he said as he sat between Faythe and Elena and across form Roxana. He could feel how Faythe was about the couple and about the emptiness of the table due to Desten and Lucius missing.

Serenity looked to the door as Jack, Chaos and Roxana entered. She looked over as Roxana sat down next to her happy to see her sister. Now they where ready to eat and Serenity couldn't have been more happy. Her stomach felt like it was about to implode. It was Roxana's question and statement that brought her out of her hunger spell. "I'm doing pretty good and yes most definitely." she said with a smile. "So you two love birds have fun up there?" she said with a giggle as she looked up a Chaos who started to turn red.

Chaos looked at Serenity with a now red face. "Well wouldn't you like to know Sis." he said trying to play it off. Chaos was ready to eat and even more ready for the night to begin. It was a full moon so it was going to be a lot of fun around the house for sure.

"Alright everyone," Jack said as he stood up. " as we all know tonight is the night of the full moon. After we are done eating Serenity has perposed that we go out to the training arena and have a little bit a sparing match. Now I know not all of us are up to the idea but I believe it would do us all some good to practice a bit and try to ready ourselves for whatever the future may hold. I know that without Desten and Lucius here things could get a little wild," He said with a look at the two beta's, "But I'm hoping with the sparing we can keep the damage down to a minimum and still have some fun. So for now we eat and once we are done we head to the arena. Any objections?" Jack asked looking more a Chaos knowing his distaste for combat.

Chaos never really liked fighting but seeing as it was the night of the full moon he couldn't help but be a little excited himself. In truth the sparing sounded like a great idea to even him. He shook his head acknowledging Jack's look and question showing he had no objections.

With that Jack looked at Serenity who had the look of excitement in her eyes and a bit of hunger form the food right in front of her that she wasn't getting to enjoy. "Well then that is that. Now on to this food cause I don't know about you guys but I'm starving." Jack said as he looked around the table.

"Let's EAT!" Serenity Shouted as she dug into her plate.

Faythe gave Jack her full attention when he stood. She hadn't been worried at all about the full moon or the sparing until he began to speak, and then something flipped in her stomach. The Beta's all had a little difficulty with learning how to phase, but Faythe had been a wolf for almost a year and had gotten control over it. At least on her own.

The full moons...they messed with her inner balance or some weird shit like that. She lost her head, quite frankly. She didn't have any trouble with the actual phasing, but she had trouble holding onto herself and not going completely wolf-crazy. While she had been doing good enough that she actually believed it when she told Jack she could help out if things got out of hand, she was suddenly questioning herself.

It was the nightmares. They never went away. The ones where she would lose control, break from the pack, and hurt someone. She wasn't sure really when they started up, but the better she got at being a wolf, the worst they got. She never told Jack, not that they ever really had to tell each other anything.

As he finished talking and silence fell around the table, Serenity was shouting about food and Faythe shook off her negative feelings. With a smile on her face, she dug in. And was happy to know that it was delicious.

Dinner was over quickly seeing as all the family seemed to be starving and all were getting a little fidgety about the full moon. Jack could feel that something was bugging Faythe, but he didn't want to ask her at that moment for fear of making whatever it was worse on her.

Serenity was of course the first one done seeing as she ate like a staved animal when she got to hungry. "That was amazing." she yelled as she shot up from her seat. "So how are we going to decide who will spar who tonight?" she said as she washed her plate and put it out to dry.

"I'm thinking we should draw names from a hat." Chaos chimed in as he stood and took both his and Roxana's plates and washed them. He turned to face the group at the table. "I say this time we have the lower rank's pull the names out. We Megas shouldn't always get to make the deciding factors here." He said as he looked to Jack for what he might think about it.

"I agree but if a Mega is chosen by one of the lower rankers, what are we going to do. We can't very well have a Mega fight an Omega now can we?" Jack said in reply to a statement that he knew was more directed towards him.

"If an Omega or even a Beta picks a Mega then I say let it be up to the one who picked to decide if they want the Mega to go hard or stay safe." Serenity chimed in form the doorway that led outside towards the arena. She was already about to go out the door.

"I think that sounds fair enough." Chaos said in approval of what his twin was saying. He brushed his hand threw his hair and looked back over at Jack who was now over washing his, Faythe's and Elena's dishes.

"Well I'm not to sure but I guess if the others are ok with it than it works. But we need to do this quick. What are you guys's thoughts on this?" Jack said as he looked at the rest of the Lycans in the room.

Faythe had wanted to be the first one to jump up and get all the plates so that she could take her mind off of whatever stupid thing was bothering her, but she wasn't that lucky. Everyone was taking care of themselves, and Jack got her own plate.

So instead she focused on the topic at hand. She actually liked Chaos' idea, it was an interesting way to switch things up from now. "I agree with Renity," she spoke up. She was terrible about giving the others nicknames. "We do need to move though, I'm getting itchy."

That was how she described that intense need to change. It was like an itch, under her skin. Like fur waiting to burst free. The night of the full moon was always extra intense, but she wasn't sure who had it worse--the ones who were forced to change, or the Mega's who were drawn into it so strongly.

"Seriously, let's go." She jumped out of her seat, already following Serenity out. She knew being anxious would just force out the need to change even more, but she couldn't stop it either.

Roxana chuckled at Faythe's horrible nickname for Serenity. "Why don't we just call her Ren huh Faye?" Roxana asked standing and walking to the kitchen. Roxana, glided over to Chao's side and kissed him on the cheek. "You ready for this?" she asked as she clasped her hand in his. Everyone made their way out of the house into the arena. The arena was very simple to the left and right were benches for them to rest on while they waited on their turn. Unfortunately the arena area was only big enough for them to fight two at a time. It was 100 yards by 30 yards there was no grass or plant life in the arena. Only two boulders one each on either side of the arena at the 25 yard mark. The boulders were the starting points each lycan stood on top of the boulders waiting on the command to fight.

When everyone had made their way outside the sun seemed to be taking it's sweet time giving up the sky to the moon. Roxana was volunteered to draw first by Chaos because it was his idea. Roxana drew a name out of a hollowed out stump. Roxana smiled as she read the name on the tiny piece of paper. "Faye honey looks like it's you V.S. me." she teased walking past Faythe with a playfully smug attitude. That meant that it was Elena's turn to draw a name. Elena drew Chao's name. Roxana chuckled with delight at the sound of the two of them sparing. That meant that the last match would be Serenity V.S. Jack.

After all the decisions were made. The sun had said it's goodbyes and was hiding behind the water's edge. The best thing about the arena was the view. It was directly across from the beach and the sea glistened like diamonds when the full moon came out to show it's beauty. As soon as the moon light touched Roxana's skin she didn't resist the change knowing it would only make it more painful. Roxana had shifted enough times that the pain wasn't unbearable but it defiantly wasn't something she wanted to go threw every night.

"Your coat looks so beautiful tonight Babe." Chaos said after watching Roxana shift. "Have fun but please remember we are all family here." he said with a bit of a chuckle knowing he didn't really need to say anything, he just liked to tease a little bit. With that Chaos turned and hurried out of the arena to watch from the sidelines with the others.

Jack was a little afraid of how this fight might turn out, not like he was doubting Faythe in the slightest, she was exceptionally talented as a beta, but he knew Roxana was not one to be taken lightly. Jack came up and put his hand on his beta and smiled to show his faith in her abilities. "Good luck." he said as he gave her a quick hug. Jack stepped back outside of the arena and stood next to Elena and Chaos.

"This is going to be awesome. Not only do I get to be the Referee for the first fight, but I get to fight little Jacky at the end." Serenity said with excitement as she skipped to the center of the arena, the light of the full moon lit the area as if it were daytime. This night was perfect for this. She could feel the rays being absorbed by her body and she wished so bad to transform but wanted to save it for her battle. "So we all know the rules of the sparing. No low blows, Powers are allowed and of course buy no circumstance is there allowed any killing of your opponent, a little maiming here and there, well we are lycans." she said with bright smile and a slight giggle. "Alright girls I hope you are ready." Serenity spun around and lit and orb of light in her hand. She tossed it up into the air where it rose and exploded like a firework. "Let the first spar begin." She shouted as the light form the orb faded.

Desten could feel a shift in the air, then a curious sent hit his nose that made him slam to a halt. The smell was all to familiar, but way out here, and it was mixing with the sent of his cousins mate. Desten didn't know why but he felt like he needed to change the direction towards this new sent, then a ear piercing howl from that direction confirmed his thought and he sped off towards his new target.

The supreme was now seeing red with anger that its meal was carried off. It slammed Serenity to the side and jumped over the recovering Chaos, it landed only feet away from Jack and rammed itself into him, shoving him of it's fellow supreme. They exchanged looks and with another beastly howl they ran after Roxana and the woman that scared both of them.

"We can't let them catch up to Roxana..." Jack Roared,"Chaos, Serenity....you two help Faythe and Elena, I'm going ahead." With that said Jack raced off into the woods following the two Supremes. Chaos and Serenity picked up Faythe and Elena before they could even argue and where following behind him in no time.

The two Supremes reached the clearing just seconds after Roxana and the woman did. They stepped into the clearing where the moonlight shimmered off their fir, fangs bared and ready to grind their bones to dust. They charged straight for the pair, but stopped about 25 yards short and all there anger and hunger fled from their minds and the void was quickly replaced with fear. 'It can't be.' one thought out loud, the sound of fear prominent in even his thoughts. Standing in the shadows of the trees' behind the two women was a man with a sword and glowing red eyes. 'there's know way it's him, what would he be doing way out here and just standing there?' thought the other Supreme. 'Lets just kill these two then we can tear him to shreds next.' it said with a snarl.

'Yeah, I guess you're right.' said the other Supreme, still not fully convinced. 'I can't believe he scared us for a moment.' Both Supremes raised their heads in a deep howl then began their charge once more. Just before they reached the women a blear appeared in front of them and they were this time stopped in their tracks, but not of their own accord.

Desten was furious, how did they get out, either way it didn't matter. They were attacking his family and that's all he had to see. Desten vanished from where he stood and reappeared in front of the two Supremes slamming both fists into the monstrosities. One meeting one Supreme's chest and the other catching one to the throat. He jumped up and planted two more hits to the creature's heads, one receiving a kick and the other an elbow, slamming both into the ground. "What is the meaning of this?" Desten demanded. "My father shows you mercy, he even allows you to live...and this is how you repay his kindness. By attacking my FAMILY!" The last words echoing away with his alpha voice.

The Supremes were not trying to get up, fear held them to the ground like lead weights tied to their arms and legs. 'Sir please forgive us. We had no knowledge that they were your family.' the one missing an eye tried to plead.

"My family or not you were to never leave the confines of your prisons....For this treason and this destruction you must pay the ultimate price." Desten said in a slightly less intimidating tone.

'Yes Lord Desten, our humblest apologizes.' Both Supremes bowed at Desten's feet. Not able to fight or even run.

Desten drew his sword, stepped behind them..."Your are now forgiven."...and with one quick motion, removed the heads of the two Supremes. Their bodies fell, lifelessly to the ground.

Desten looked up form the two corpses to see Jack standing in the shadows. He was bleeding form is right side but form the looks of it, other than that he was okay. Jack breathed a sigh of relief that the battle was over for now. With that he turned back to his human form and lost consciousness. Chaos appearing and catching him. Now that the immediate threat was gone Desten turned and faced the female that was standing behind Roxana.

The moment the blade was removed the wound started to heal. Desten didn't even give the pain a second thought as he continued to stair into the emerald colored eyes of the women before him. When the woman sat down Desten took it as a sign that she was surrendering herself to the idea that he wasn't going to just let her walk away.

"Serenity, Roxana...Please do me a favor and escort our new friend to the house, find her some clothes and something to eat too please. I shall re join you soon." he said finally breaking eye contact with her. Serenity and Roxana where both next to the woman in a flash. Desten turned back towards his brother who was still laying unconscious on the ground with his head resting on Elena's lap. His wounds had already almost completely healed. Desten walked over and picked his brother up off the ground, giving a slight nod to Elena to show that he would take him from there and was greatful for her watching over him.

"Desten are you sure it's okay for her to come with us?" Chaos asked as he came up next to his cousin. "To be honest...no I'm not sure, but I feel that there is much we can learn from this woman about our enemy and right now we need all the help we can get. Just keep a close eye on her for me okay?" Desten said as he turned towards the direction of the family house. The sun was rising now making the whole night seem like a bad dream. The forest seemed peaceful. "Time to go home." he said as he jumped off into the trees, his family close behind.

The woman followed behind Desten looking over her shoulder to Roxana who stopped glaring at Chaos to give her a comforting smile. The woman walked outside into the chilled sand on the beach and looked around. She looked up at the full moon and the stars above spinning slowly in a circle. When Desten made his way outside she stopped and looked right at him. She placed her hands on her hips like she'd seen Roxana do to Chaos moments before. She tilted her head in confusion as Desten slowly walked closer to her. She didn't understand what was going on or why she was here but the warm clothes were nice.

Why Desten and the human were outside talking Roxana took this opportunity to yell at Chaos for what he saw. He protested that it wasn't his fault but to no avail. Roxana was still after him. Chaos took any opening he could to get away from her as she swept the floor. Even if it meant doing disgusting tasks anything to get away from her.
