STRENGTHS: Operative shows the ability to make quick decisions in times of stress, most often making the right choice. While is highly emotional, can right self and focus on tasks. Operative is intelligent, passing every exam with flying colors. Is able to pull a mission back on track successfully. Operative shows above average social skills. Many of subjects classmates view her favorably, though there are some that "find her annoying". Evaluator notes that operative calls herself someone "stuck between realism and optimism".
WEAKNESSES: Operative shows weakness in practical application. Operative is noted as being controlling and gets stressed when situations do not sway in her favor. When evaluator questioned a classmate, classmate is quoted as saying operative "is always nitpicking or micromanaging". Operative has very little skill in physical combat, though does have a high aptitude for the written portions of it.
FEARS: During observation operative shows aversion to prolonged physical contact. Operative seems wary when driving vehicles.
LIKES: Operative prefers games of strategy over games of chance. Seems to have coffee in hand at all times (although operative assures its decaf past 1700 hours). Operative enjoys the company of others. When asked about her interests, operative says she likes organizing her things and colorful highlighters.
DISLIKES: Operative gets stressed at disorganization. Evaluator notes that when a professor used a patronizing voice with the operative, operative rolled her eyes. Operative went into a fourteen-minute unprompted rant about her unit's field intelligence operative.
PERSONALITY TRAITS: The operative seems to have an internal struggle between being emotional or realistic. When the operative is level headed she is much better at thinking rationally, however when the operative goes through periods of stress, her emotions will often get the better of her. The evaluator notes that the operative is very forthcoming with information, but will often go into tangents with her own personal thoughts instead of giving an objective answer. The operative will try to steer conversations away from subjects she’d rather not answer. During observation of training missions the subject will often argue with the combat operatives when they disagree with her. Inspections of the operative’s living area conclude that she is highly organized, with multiple systems for organization. The operative will often complain about mess in the shared areas of the unit housing. The operative is quite friendly, and has no reservations towards talking to others. Operative’s general demeanor is open and cheerful, although she will fall into more serious tones when working. Operative’s work is very organized and her performance is praised by her professors.

FAMILY MEMBERS: Olivia McElroy- mother. Graham McElroy- father.
HISTORY PRIOR TO INTAKE: Operative was born and raised in Greenport. Operative's mother is a homemaker, while her father is an engineer. Annual income averaged about $300,000. Operative mentions that her parents routinely spoiled her, and would often let her do whatever she wanted. Though operative assures that her parents loved her, and would try to do what was best for her. Operative attended private elementary and highschools, often falling within the top 10%. Operative noted that she often attended parties of friends, and was exposed to drinking then, though did not believe it was a problem at the time. Operative graduated on time and was accepted into Cornell University. At Cornell, the operative joined a notable sorority Delta Delta Delta (called tri-delts by the operative). Operative had issues adjusting to the rigorous coursework and started taking Adderall at the suggestion of a fellow sorority member. Operative mentions that her drinking became a problem at the time, and would often go out on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays routinely. After a party at a fraternity, Operative proceeded to drive herself and a friend (identified as Elizabeth Harrington) while intoxicated. At 0135 hours subject got into a head-on collision with a car carrying three fellow students. Harrington and the driver and front seat passenger on the other car were pronounced dead on the scene. Operative suffered moderate head trauma but recovered and was cleared by medical professionals. Operative was subsequently expelled from Cornell University, and charged with first-degree vehicular manslaughter. Operative was recruited before trial.
