Skills: Talon is an adept with all things mechanical, specially cars. He is a very good driver. He also knows the basics of a rough street-gang life.
Personality:
Talon's personality blurs the line between non-existent and plural. It alters depending on whoever he is around. Predominantly he appears unfeeling and offers no sign of emotion, except when cases bring out strong responses. These extremes only manifest them selves as small changes in his visage. The concealing of his lower jaw also hides much of these signals of personality. His morals are flexible depending on who is concerned. He has a basic view of right and wrong. It is never clearly set and never defined by Talon himself. There are three groups of people in Talon's mind: Friends, enemies and neutral. Once a person has been given anyone of these labels it will be difficult for them to prove them wrong. Talon is loyal to his friends, putting himself and his morals aside for them. He would even, unthinkingly give up his life for them. Yet he doesn't necessarily bond with these people emotionally. Neutrals are generally treated as strangers, receiving little more then no response. Enemies will cause Talon to break his rules if they bring it upon themselves. They generally receive his most obvious emotion, anger.
Talon rarely talks, if so he speaks quietly and slowly, again without emotion, almost as if he isn't certain of his words or is dull. Neither is true. It is difficult to engage him in a conversation because he will answer with the bare essentials. Which reflects how he lives. He hardly does anything slightly extreme. He is content with monotony and repetition.
The only beginning that Talon is aware of is the the slow struggle to control his own mind. His first conscious thought was merely a blur in the hind of an animal mind. He was trapped in the extreme of his mutation. An inhuman creature, vicious without cause. Adorned with the deadliest biological weapons that humankind can imagine. He watched from the rear of his mind, sentience slowly gathering as his body acted on instinct and need. Perhaps this is why his personality developed this way, as he had no control though which to express so that its development was confined, stunted. It took several months for him to regain control of his own body. During that time the abomination slaughtered unfortunate victims, mostly homeless living in alleys and holes out of sight. He was a merciless killer. Instinctively Talon knew that this was wrong. This was a different instinct, not the animal burning but controlled whispering. Although he was conscious of the take over of his wild body he had little memory of it when he awoke from it. It was hazy and unsure, like a dream after waking. All that was certain was he began his life as a shivering, naked boy curled in a garage. He had no name, no history, no memory but he had knowledge. Things he knew and understood, like how to walk, talk and read.
All this was a mystery to the man who found the seemingly 16 year old hiding in his garage. The young man was Adrian Tyre, a 21 year old member of a gang known as the Eagles. At first he was suspicious about the albino boy he found hiding next to his vintage 2098 Razor Indigo. As he questioned the boy and discovered of his lost past he began to warm to the poor thing. He took Talon under his wing, integrating him into the gang and his chaotic life. The first few weeks were the worst, Talon had no identity, no way of knowing who he was. He knew what he was, he knew without consciously thinking about it. He kept his power hidden, he knew that he would not fit in if he revealed it. Even Adrian never learnt of his darkness. As the first month passed things began to seem right, the albino's personality settled from its chaos into its constantly shifting order. He became the emotionless Talon, a name he gave himself that just felt right. Things felt right from then on. Even as Adrian brought him more and more into the gang life. Taught him what he knew, his skills and abilities. Adrian was the Eagle's go-to man for anything mechanical, a petrol head, and Talon was suited to being his grease monkey. He learnt quickly, technology came easily to him. He followed his mentor legacy, the better part of two years later he was able in his own right. Things still felt right for the boy. Even when Adrian was killed in a gang meet gone bad. However that was the point where things began to chance. Talon took up his guardian's mantle, proving his mettle as a brilliant get-away driver. Keeping his cool even in dangerous situations. Until one day he just left. Drove out of the city on Adrian's Indigo, not looking back. He found his way to another city, settling in as a self employed back street mechanic. This nonchalant life is where this story starts.
