Frankie cupped her hands together while rocking back and forth onto her heels. She usually was patient but at that particular moment she wished more than anything that the damned elevator would arrive before someone showed up. If she had her webshooters she could just jump out the window or something else stupid and reckless like half of the others. But generally when going to a party that doesn't cross one's mind. She started chewing on her bottom lip but only for a moment before huffing softly when she heard feet approaching.

"Hiya Frank." Matt said as he came into view beside her, giving her a half smile. "Do you mind if..." He motioned towards the doors.

Frankie's rising tension disipated with a soft smile when she saw it was someone who wouldn't set her teeth on edge. "Oh hey Matty." She brushed her hair behind her ears before nodding. "Yeah of course... As long as we don't talk about the party." She gave a weak laugh and an exasperated smile.

Her attention was then drawn towards Elizabeth who joined them as they waited for the terribly slow elevator. "Weird party, huh?"

Frankie gave an awkward laugh while rubbing the back of her neck. Before she got a chance to reply another person joined the group. "Green is more my color than yours." Her brows furrowed as she crossed her arms over her chest. Junior then leaned over her but Frankie stood her ground not giving an inch while staring straight back up at him. "Though it's not Alex's color either. Maybe that's what Bane sees in both of you."

She'd be lying if she said she wasn't jealous of the kiss shared between the two. It was obvious and even psycho pants over here noticed it but Frankie couldn't fight her urge to defend herself, Nathaniel and even Alex. "Yeah? And red isn't your color... But I still have an urge to see you covered in blood." Her hands moved to rest on her hips as she took a step towards him so her chest nearly pressed to his. "And his name is Nathaniel."

She wanted to smack his crooked little face all down the hallway. It took a lot to get her mad, she usually was as much of a threat as a bunny rabbit, but Junior knew how to press someone's buttons and Frankie was fuming. She was contemplating saying something else, maybe even surprising half the world and slapping the grin off his face but a hand appeared on Junior's shoulder and pulled him back. "Relax, Sergeant. We were just having a friendly conversation."

Freddie moved in front of Frankie separating her from Junior. "Hey!" She jumped to try and look over his shoulder at the Joker who was probably enjoying this way too much. "I was about to kick some major Psychopath ass." She pouted slightly. Was that the truth? Probably not but she felt like she was on a roll.

"So Stark said that I'd be expelled on my first day if I didn't snag a date to the dance and you get to be the luckiest girl here and go with me." Freddie's... order? took Frankie by enough surprise that when she was about to rant some more about kicking Junior's ass she froze her mouth agape just staring up at Freddie. They had been friends for longer than she could count so of course he came and asked her because it took no effort on his part.

Before she had a chance to reply Junior had to pipe up once again, "Oh my.... This night is full of illogical ships."

"That's it!" Frankie jumped, reaching her arms over Freddie's shoulders as she tried to grab for Junior. "I'm going to strangle you with a balloon animal!"

Saved by the bell... Or ding of a slow elevator. Probably J.A.R.V.I.S.'s idea of a joke. Frankie grunted angrily as she entered the elevator, then held it open for everyone... Well everyone except Junior. She put out her hand to stop him before furiously clicking the "close doors" button. "Take a hike before I actually try to kill you." Sure she was mad but she didn't actually try to inflict serious damage. If she did, well it would have happened. Even though she wasn't as strong as her father she was still stronger than any human and contrary to popular belief, Junior was just an insane human like his father.

Frankie glared at Junior as the doors closed separating them. She let out a soft sigh and remained silent in the elevator. She wasn't in the mood to deal with anyone at that point. So once it opened on her floor she mumbled a soft, "Good night." To whomever was on the elevator with her before disappearing down the hall and into her room for the night.

Wren was surprised Christian didn't just about hurl himself over the balcony when she sat down beside him. She wasn't trying to scare him away or instigate the symbiote but just... Be there. "I can imagine...I understand the want to die, the desire for an end. I wouldn't want to last forever...not like this, it would be the ultimate nightmare."

She nodded her head while pursing her lips slightly. "Yeah..." Wren hated the whole "indestructible" part of her life she inherited from her dad. Of course it is, theoretically possible for her to die.... Maybe. But as far as her and her father knew, there wasn't anything yet. So she was stuck to live and keep on living past everyone. That's one thing no one realized about her, why she annoyed everyone. Part of it was just Wren being Wren but another part was to keep others away. It's easier being immortal when you don't have anyone close to you to watch wither away.

When she took his hand, Christian actually looked over at her and smiled, which Wren in return couldn't help but smile back. "If it's any consolation...I am sorry for what I said. When I feel something in the moment I just follow it through. Then sometimes I think I feel certain way but then it ends up being different. These feelings usually start out as something small...then they get bigger, and alot of it is......influenced......But I try to be in control of myself, it just isn't always easy. But...thank you, very much...for everything."

Wren smiled, giving his hand a squeeze and even nudging his shoulder with her own in a playful way. "I'm sorry I made a show of everything... And don't understand the concept of personal boundaries at all..." Her free hand scratched her head as she laughed awkwardly. "... And kissed you..."

As the balcony door opened, Wren quickly withdrew her hand from Christian's like she was caught in the middle of something she shouldn't have been. She cupped her hands together and cleared her throat as Kallistrate stepped out onto the terrace with them. She dug out a hershey's kiss for Christian before speaking, "She's right you know. Friends are crucial, especially doing what we do... Enjoy the chocolate. And if you ever find you have a hankering, I always have some." She smiled towards them both which Wren returned with a slight wave of the hand. "Enjoy your evening." With that Kallistrate went over the edge.

Wren was about to say something most likely sarcastic to lighten the mood but was interrupted by someone else joining them. "Oh, sorry! Night, guys, it was a great night." Mathias gave them a wave before jumping over the edge as well.

"I guess the party's over." Wren looked over at Christian laughing slightly.

Next Kari and Kumiko were at the balcony. At this point Wren was slightly rubbing her temples half covering her face. She wasn't embarrassed to be seen with Christian or anything like but more of the mess she made earlier and the whispers she probably dragged him into unintentionally.

"You are missing some interesting stuff inside." Kari said before climbing up onto the railing. "Great party Wren, as always. Good night guys."

Wren just watched as she too went over the edge. After a moment or two she looked over at Christian with a confused scrunched up face. "Does no one take the stairs anymore?" She then stood up and walked over to the railing, resting her hands upon it before looking over. "I mean damn... I could jump over the edge too but then they'd be cleaning pieces of me up for weeks." She pivoted around to lean back against the railing to look over at Christian. "And a fall like that?" Wren motioned over her shoulders. "I'd be sore for days."

With a sigh, Wren walked over towards him, giving his foot a light nudge. "Thanks for coming to my shit storm of a party." She laughed before offering him a hand. "I'm sure after what I put you through that guy could use some rest."

Wren showed everyone who remained in her penthouse out of the party before J.A.R.V.I.S. got his circuits in a twist. Once everyone was out she groaned seeing how messy her place was. The one down side of being a party monster was the after party, a.k.a. clean up. Considering it was rarer than a hillbilly in wallstreet for Wren to actually be tired enough for sleep, she cracked her knuckles. "Let's get down to business." She then did a couple karate moves in the air while singing, "TO DEFEAT THE HUNS!!" Wren laughed at her own joke, dabbing at the fake tears. "Right? Right?" She looked around and her grin quickly faded. "Oh... Right, I'm alone."

The Next Morning...

Wren spent a majority of the night cleaning up the mess left from the party. With as much as she hated the clean up you'd think she'd stop throwing parties, but that was never the case. By 4 a.m. she was finished. Contemplating what do for the remainder of the evening she made her way over to her book shelf and started fingering through its contents. She knew every book on the shelves and read them all at least 10 times through. All the books had cracked spines, loose pages and looked like they were over a century old. But Wren refused to replace them because the wear just showed her love for them.

While fingering over the spines trying to find the night's winner she stopped upon a peculiar title. She grinned to herself as she tore it from the shelf and made her way over to her desk. Wren dug through her drawers until she found a piece of paper, a pen and... An empty red gift bag? "What the-?" She held the bag while looking up, "Well played 'oh majestic author'... Well played."

After scribbling a message in her almost illegible handwriting, Wren put the note under the cover of the book then shoved the book into the bag. She then headed out of her penthouse and down to Christian's. She wasn't going to knock or anything. Wren wasn't wanting to bug him but wanted to make up for half dragging him to a party he didn't want to go to in the first place.

She stopped outside his door and set the bag on the ground. Inside... a very worn copy of The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and inside a note that read... "Can I call you Dr. Jekyll?" Signed, "That annoying red head who doesn't understand personal boundaries." Wren was never very good at apologies. She hoped that this would get a chuckle out of him and not make him hate her more. But this was just how she was.

After leaving the shitty idea of an apology in front of his door, Wren decided not to go back to her penthouse. Instead she made her way down to one of the simulation rooms and decided to train, work out or whatever else she could do to make the time pass.

Frankie was up before the sun was. She honestly didn't know if she ever actually fell asleep or more of tossed and turned in her bed. She didn't know why the events of the prior evening were getting to her so much. But finally she couldn't handle it anymore and got out of bed.

For months she had been working on an equation to figure out the exact last moment she could release her webbing to save herself from a fall. Her father didn't approve of this, with good reason. He thought that experimenting with something like this could end badly for her if she miscalculated. But Frankie was determined to find the solution thinking it could help her, her father and Anansi in sticky situations.

Finally, Frankie thought she found the answer and programed her watch with the equation so that it would use her altitude, acceleration, velocity and gravitational pull to give her a to the millisecond count down of how long she had to deploy the web. This included the time it takes for the webbing to release from the shooters, fly through the air and grip onto a surface above her. But like any good equation it wasn't good until proven accurate with an experiment... And Frankie has always been a little more reckless than her father.

Frankie found her way to the top of the Descendant Tower. She methodically checked her watch while bouncing back and forth on her feet while shaking her hands. "You got this!" She checked her pulse while jogging in place. "It's just like any other jump." She continued taking deep breaths trying not to psych herself out. "Oh for heaven's sake!" Without anymore hesitation she sprinted towards the edge and dove off.

She brought her wrist before her as she fell. Her gaze continuously shifting between the watch and the quickly approaching ground. The digital read out showing... 10... 9... 8... 7...

Enzo slept well past what was probably acceptable and he didn't care. Well that was until J.A.R.V.I.S. decided to make an alarmingly annoying announcement at 10:30 a.m. which Enzo deemed way too early for such disturbances.

"Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Mr. Stark and Mr. Wayne wanted me to inform you that you all were given a day of leisure in preparation for the anniversary ball tomorrow evening. You are permitted to travel to town, train or do whatever it is that you all do with your free time. They also wanted me to notify you all that every student, even those who missed the simulation or failed are allowed to attend the dance. Those who previously were not permitted to go will simply be on clean up duty when the festivities have concluded. Enjoy your free day."

Maybe it was the mention of a free day that made Enzo get out of bed or the simple fact that the annoying program already disrupted him beyond fixing. Either way he was in no mood to even get dressed at the time being. He simply walked out of his apartment in just his pajama pants, no shoes or shirt and made his way to the elevator. Once he was on it, he pressed the button for the mess hall level before yawning and slipping his hands in his pockets.

When he arrived in the cafeteria area, Enzo walked towards the buffet still yawning and scratching his bare muscular abdomen. "Any new sad excuses for food?" He looked towards the woman who worked the food counter. She seemed unfazed and emotionless like a statue. No doubt she was more than used to statements like that from Enzo. Sure he could cook his own food in his room but that took effort, so instead he came down here and bitched to the people who dealt with shit heads like him on a regular basis.

"Yeah... Arsenic." She said with a monotonic voice before handing him a plate of his usual breakfast of an omelette and bacon.

"Delicious." Enzo scoffed before grabbing an orange juice and making his way to a table. He probably would have died laughing if there was actual arsenic in his food. They all were too valuable to throw away by poisoning them... Even if they were dicks.

Anansi lay back on her bed, flipping through the channels wondering idly if jamming an ice pick up her nose and into her brain pan would be enough to stop the constant barrage of Cooking competition and house hunting shows she was forced to sit here and watch.

Mercifully, her phone buzzed on her chest, which she placed there after the real struggle that was reaching for it with a busted arm.

She rose it with her good arm and blinked.

[From Frankie]
[Meet me at Freddie's room in 10]

"Freaking Yes!" Anansi beamed and sat up, her arm hated her for the sudden movement, but she cared little for it. She needed something other than Chopped and House Hunters

She slid out of bed and moved fumbled with something decent to wear before remembering she hadn't actually texted Frankie back, she managed a quick text of

[To Frankie]
[On my way]

She found a simple pair of skinny jeans, and a cute green peplum top, slipped on some flats and was out the door.

She navigated through the school, and waving at the countless friends she had here, what could she say, she's friendly.

She was about to round the corner when she nearly ran into Phil Coulson and a gloomy looking girl, clutching her bag to her chest like it gave her life. She wouldn't be surprised with the lot this school had.
"Anansi, Hello,"

"Hey, Mr. Coulson."

"How's your arm."

Anansi looked down. "Meh, Been better...been worse." She said and Coulson nodded. "Fair enough," he said before looking at the girl beside him. "This is Daria Maximoff. New, obviously" The gloomy girl gave a tight smile, it seemed foreign but practiced and Anansi's mouth opened but Coulson continued "Yes, That Maximoff, If you're up to it, I'd like you to show her around." He said and Anansi shrugged, regretted it, but shook it off. "Sure. Nice to meet you, Daria, I'm Anansi Morales." She said, cheerfully, and went to offer her, her hand but the sling and the pain stopped her. Daria didn't seem to know what to do with, as Anansi awkwardly held out her left hand for her to shake instead. Daria looked at it as if it was a piece of art she didn't quite get. Anansi, taking the initiative, gripped her hand gently and shook it. Daria gave her again a tight smile. "I'm headed to meet my friends, would you like to join us?" Anansi asked and Daria looked up at Coulson. "I don't think that is a good idea...." The girl's voice was low, haunting, and made Anansi feel strange. "Uhh...It's a free day, we don't have class, and it'll be nice for you to meet other kids, right?"

"...."Daria didn't say anything after that, and Anansi swallowed

Creepy... She thought before looking at the girl and then at Coulson, raising her brows as if to say "Um, Help me out."

"You go on, Anansi, I'll figure something else out." he said, seeming to be slightly perturbed by the girl as well and Anansi pursed her lips. "Err, okay, Well, Later, Nice meeting you, Daria." She said before walking away, after casting a glance back at the pair, to find Daria looking over her shoulder, passed her long dark hair. Anansi gave an awkward smile before turning down the hall.

She found Freddie's room quickly enough and knocked on the door. "Hey, It's me, Let me in!" She called through, having pushed Daria and all her creep-ness to the back of her mind, wanting very much to know all that happened at the party that she missed because of her stupid arm, and stupid 174 cuts.

Daria sat silently outside of Mr. Coulson's office, while he and another man was deciding her fate. She liked the Spider girl well enough but she wasn't sure if she wanted to be with a group of them yet. She wasn't used to it. She was scared, scared of them and scared of herself. She turned and peered through the glass and could vaguely make out Mr. Coulson's form seated on his desk, looking over a monitor before him, as a man in a black bat mask spoke over the screen. She closed her hands over her eyes and "Then who do you suggest?" she could hear Coulson say.

"Alex, she would be a good fit for the girl." said the man, his voice was deep, and intimidating. She didn't want to know who this Alex was, but it was clear that neither of them really had a choice in the matter. So she turned and sat down properly. Daria looked down at her feet, clad in high top Converse One Stars, her thin legs wrapped in black tight, a long black circle skirt draped over her knees, a purple and black stripped long sleeve shirt hugged her tiny frame, while her long and thick wavy brown hair cascaded over her shoulders like a shawl, her school bag sat at her side, and on her pale wrist was a watch or it looked like a watch, but it was a monitor, to let her know when it was time to take her next dose. She sighed. She didn't want her fate decided for her. She probably should have gone with Anansi, she was nice, a little scared, and oddly scarred, but she seemed sweet and she was Coulson's first choice.

It was then she heard something off in the distance, down a hallway. Daria stood, grabbing her school bag. Without the contents inside, this school wouldn't stand a chance and she'd have to go back. She didn't want to go back, she wanted to try.

She pulled the strap over her shoulder, ducking her head, and walking toward the sound. She made her way toward a large open room where a few students seem to be lingering. Eating lunch, laughing and making jokes. She'd always seen this in movies, and read in books. What school looked like. It was the cafeteria. She watched a lot of movies, good and bad, from romance to horror. She loved it all.
She walked toward the door of what she thought was the cafeteria, and peeked in, hoping not to be seen, so she could watch the students a little more. Her violet eyes found a young man, donning green and purple, madness in his eyes but a handsome face, pillaged food from another man's plate, while commenting on a movie she'd seen.

"Carrie was the true artist on how to give a speech." He said with a mad grin. "She had power and covered her enemies in blood. Now that's art." He said with a laugh. Daria thought then, oddly, she had power like Carrie, a lot like Carrie, only Carrie couldn't rewrite the world. She could. Would he like that? "Plus the gym needed a remodeling anyways. He added and Daria couldn't help a giggle. Suddenly the other man, to whom the mad one stole food from, suddenly, slammed his fork between his fingers and Daria gasped behind her hand.

Did he really just hurt him?

From where she was, she couldn't see as the man was now standing. "Do it again, and next time I won't miss." He said, so Daria gathered he didn't hurt him. He could have though. She didn't like that. That man was funny, he didn't deserve a fork in his hand. A dark thought crossed her mind, wondering if the green one would appreciate having forks aimed at him. She could do it. A lot like Carrie.

Another man, idly spoke again. "Yeah well I guess we should just be grateful you havenโ€™t developed telekinesis." He said and she pursed her lips. She did. She could do that. "See you on the other side, fellas." He said, and the man left, leaving the Mad one and the Green one to themselves. Daria could barely look away from the mad one. There was something that drew her, his madness perhaps, the chaos. That was all she was for a long while, it was all she was without her medication.
The Green one moved to the trash giving her full view of the mad one and she couldn't help but smile, to the point she hadn't noticed she was no longer all that inconspicuous. She was practically a head, popping over the side of the door like one of the cartoons. She just wanted to watch him, she would no doubt panic if he looked directly at her.

"You knew that would hurt, didn't you?" Ichabod responded with a shrug as he ate. "I just happen to have perfect timing." Mathias had squinted his eyes at him though Ichabod gave no response to it as he calmly ate his breakfast waiting for his next comment. "And who's the most eligible bachelor?" If Mathias was expecting a conceited answer, he wasn't getting one from Ichabod who piped up in between bites. "Why Bane of course... One word out of him and it's suddenly like he was angel sent from the heavens if you believe in that divine bullshit." He shrugged an took another bite spilling out some gossip like it wasn't even important to him. "He's supposedly going with Alex Todd to the dance though you'll find out in moments if you keep listening in on that conversation." Ichabod smirked at him.

Ichabod then finally took the time to answer Mathias's comment that had followed his question earlier once he was finished with his breakfast. He laced his fingers together and propped his elbows up onto the table as he spoke. "I've found in my studies that it's nearly impossible for a man to go without sex. Even I can't resist it's call." It was next to impossible to tell whether or not Ichabod was trying to crack a joke at this moment. "Also the girlish conversation, might either result in another Natchios/Bullseye stabbing, or some insight into why Theodore is all of a sudden very popular, obviously no offence to him." Ichabod had turned around to look at the tables seemingly unamused. "Well the stabbing has a high probability and the reasoning for Theodore's popularity is simple." Ichabod spun back around to face Mathias. "People desire what they perceive as unattainable... Along with the cliche bad boy."

Nathaniel still felt horrible as he forced himself out of his room. He still wished he hadn't said yes to Alex but he wasn't going to go back on a promise he made to a friend. That kiss meant nothing to them anyways of course... Right? Right, of course it didn't. They were just friends and lab partners and Alex wasn't into guys like that so it was all fine. Nathaniel somehow found his way into the cafeteria after being lost in thought. He scanned the room and noticed Enzo and Junior bickering like an old married couple. There was someone else watching them and it was a bit odd. Nathaniel had never seen her before and he felt uncomfortable with the way she was staring at Junior like he was some sort of saint. At least it gave him an excuse to avoid that table until Junior beckoned him sooner or later and approach Alex. He tapped her shoulder and grunted a greeting in his typical fashion. "Hey."

"Okay, honey. What's your favourite colours to wear? Also who's your date and we shall buy him a tie to match while we're out." Alex was genuinely surprised at how easy that was. Julia flicked her wrist to make a credit card appear in her hand and responded before Alex opened her mouth. "And when I say I'm paying, I mean grandaddy dearest." Alex smirked in response as she took the card. "It seems you know the way to my heart, princess." She teased.

Julia went on to address the other members of the table while Alex finally answered Lindsey's question from earlier. "Yes, Kari..." She purposely used the family nickname. "For once in my life I want your help." Just then a massive shadow appeared looming over Alex. She almost jumped in her seat. Almost. "Hey." He grunted at her which only caused her to roll her eyes. "Speaking of dates...." She spun in her seat to face him. "Mine finally decided to show up for dress shopping."

Junior had laughed when Enzo decided to threaten him with a fork between his fingers just as Kain decided to leave. Junior didn't take the threat as seriously as any sane man should have. "Do it... I wanna see if it tickles." Another laugh as Enzo had taken a seat once more after throwing out his food. "Where's your brutish minion? That one hates me nearly as much as he hates you?" Junior of course had a response lined right up for his comment just as Bane decided to make his presence known in the cafeteria.

"Speak of the devil and the devil shall come." Junior grinned and pointed towards Bane as he walked over to Alex and her dysfunctional group of wannabe heroes. "Such a shame for those two... Bane could actually do better." He laughed when finally decided to address what he noticed before. "But it seems I may have found another little minion." He waved at the girl who had been staring at him practically calling he rover to them.

"I don't know what you're talking about." Frankie was such a terrible liar with Freddie. "Frankie you're my only friend and we basically grew up together. It'd be blasphemy if I didn't know when you were lying or how obviously into that brute you are." He ended it with a light hearted smile as he put a hand on her shoulder just as she changed the conversation to something more upbeat. "Let's go. I need a dress, haven't quite decided if I wanna try to turn everyone's heads or blend into the crowd. But yours will be simple... a Tux with a tie that matches my dress."

Freddie sighed as he gave his two cents on the dress. "I'm gonna vote turn everyone's heads on this one." She was already out the door when he spoke and turned around to make another comment. "And a shave... You need a shave." Freddie rubbed the beard that was starting to form and scoffed at her. "I thought girls liked the rugged look... And some guys too." He laughed and gave her a wink. Frankie was probably the only one he'd ever at like this around.

A girl was waiting right outside of his room that he barely recognized and assumed was friends with Frankie. She was the social one of their duo after all. Freddie greeted her with a simple nod and hands tucked into his pockets.

"But it seems I may have found another little minion." The Mad One said, Daria visibly flinched when suddenly the Mad one's eyes turned on her. She didn't know what to do when he suddenly waved at her. Her heart was racing and her pulse was quickening, burning the sedatives that she'd taken hours earlier. She stood up, clutching her bag to her chest as she took slow steps toward him. He and the Green one were looking at her, the Mad One smiling that mad smile. He wasn't angry for her spying? She knew that people at Xavier's didn't like it, he didn't seem to mind by the way he smiled. She didn't know what to do, or say, just looked at him, trying to swallow the lump that formed in her throat, and calm her heart that wanted so desperately to burst from her chest.
"Say something..." She thought to herself, kicking herself for not being able to find the words. She wasn't used to talking to people and she certainly wasnโ€™t used to this feeling in her chest, whenever he looked at her.
She opened her mouth to speak, but it was that moment, the small watch on her wrist began to beep, and in her fright, she dropped her bag, sending her things clattering to the floor.

In a panic, she dropped to her knees and gathered her medication first, opening a black wallet like pouch, making sure the glass bottles hadn't broken, when she found they weren't. She zipped it back up, and set it in to her bag. She fiddled with her watch, fumbling to get it off her wrist to stop it's incessant beeping . She knew she had to take her medication but she didn't want to right now and she didn't want them to know she needed them. Thought by now, it was much too late.

"I'm Sorry, So Sorry." She said, quickly, though her voice was still low and haunting, a touch of her mother's accent in her voice, as she used her power, her fingers twitching oddly, linking all of her things, her notebooks, pencils, and other things together with a magenta glow, and calling them to her, floating them just above the ground, at her knees, she then released them dropped them one by one into her open bag, shoved them haphazardly in her bag before raising. "I have to--they help me with my--"She pointed to her head realized she was already feeling the effects of her mind without the sedatives, the strings that kept reality together ripe for the plucking in her vision. She shook it off blinking a few times to get the visions to go away, even though her eyes were likely glowing a bright magenta. She dropped her head, looking at the floor, clutching bag to her chest again. "I'm sorry for spying." She said, defeated.

As Wren started filing through his clothes, Christian spoke up, "What you said earlier about you having a negative effect on me...well, do you really think so?" She stopped for a moment to glance over her shoulder at him. "Because I don't. Besides, I'm not one for arguments anyway...and, well, I don't feel like arguing with you ...I don't see any point in it, since I don't mind." She turned back towards the clothes, smiling slightly at his comment.

It seemed that her later comment took him but surprise. "Huh?" Definitely taken by surprise. "No, no, of course not. I don't think you're being pushy...if anything you actually care enough to show me some attention." The corner of Wren's mouth began to upturn into a slight smile. "As for the dance...well, I don't know if I should go. It was a reward for those who showed up during the simulations...I didn't go because it's dangerous for myself and others when I'm placed in a perilous situation. From what I heard, the simulations they placed you guys into was real. If I was in one of those rooms with a partner, then I would be terrified for my partner's life. That's why I wasn't there...I was excused, but even though I had an excuse, I'm not sure if it feels right going since I didn't take that risk."

Wren lightly crossed her arms over her chest. "It's not just a reward for the simulations... It's like some stupid anniversary something or whatever." She shrugged. "That's why everyone is allowed going, just the ones who skipped class have KP duty." She strummed her fingers along her the bicep of her crossed arms while her gaze fell to the floor. "As for the simulations... Be happy you weren't in them. I heard they were all rather.... Challenging. Most people were partnered with either someone they hated or had similar powers with because it was designed to test us in the most fundamental of ways... It had all the possibility to kill us though."

She then put up her index finger, "Everyone deserves to have a nice evening at a dance. So you shall go to the ball Cinderella." Wren chuckled while wiggling her eyebrows.

Christian Scratched his head, "Uh, sorry guess I'm kind of ruining the moment. You go on ahead and keep looking through those clothes, I don't want you to stop."

Wren grinned as she spun around and continued back on her mission to find the perfect outfit. In no time she had started a collection of his most formal clothing, tossing them behind her on the bed. "Just think about how many people here probably twerk like someone having a seizure." She snorted at her own joke.

As she kept sifting through his clothes she was unaware of the internal battle that was taking over Christian. Wren had her arms full of clothing as she spun around. "So what colorโ€”" He gaze finally fell upon him seeing his internal battle show across his face. She slowly stepped towards the bed, setting the clothing down.

He then broke out of it shouting, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!" Her eyes widened. Not from fear of him turning over before her or anything else but for Christian's own well being. She saw how the symbiote took a toll on him. She couldn't imagine what it was like having a monster inside you clawing to get out. She simply stood there watching as he got a syringe from his nightstand and stuck it in his arm. Once the liquid was inside him he dropped the needle and just stood there.

Wren saw his hands shaking and just stood there momentarily trying to figure out what to do. She moved to him, gently placing her hand on his shoulder, guiding him to sit back down. After she got him to sit, she scurried off to his kitchen getting a glass of water. She knelt on the ground before him holding out the glass. Her free hand took his and held it to the cup as she guided it to him. "Drink." Her thumb softly stroked his hand trying to calm him.

Her right hand moved to softly pat his knee as she shifted back on her heels. Wren's hand remained on his knee so he knew she was there to help. "You tell Mr. Hyde that he better play nice or he'll have to deal with me." She gave a soft chuckle with a slight smile.

Enzo clenched his jaw when Junior laughed at his threat. He hated it how the man looked at him as just a funny little thing. It made him feel even more inferior than he already made him feel constantly. "Do it... I wanna see if it tickles." It was infuriating because trying to assert yourself to him was like trying to threaten a wall... Impossible.

Just as Enzo asked about Bane, it seemed he appeared. "Speak of the devil and the devil shall come." His eyes followed where Junior pointed, scoffing slightly when he saw the brute sit with Frankie. "Such a shame for those two... Bane could actually do better."

He snorted, "Were you oblivious at the party last night?" Enzo quirked a brow towards Junior. "Although they both shared a steamy kiss... His eyes were set on another the entire evening." He cupped his hands together, entangling his fingers. "Figured someone like you would have noticed that."

"But it seems I may have found another little minion." Junior then waved towards the girl to join them.

"Joy." Enzo said with disdain. Just another person to steal away Junior's attention. He really was quite the horrible companion. He scratched his chin as the girl stood there trying to figure out how to access the situation. When she went to speak an alarm on her watch went off which sent the girl in a tizzy, dropping her things about the floor.

Enzo glanced towards Junior whom he half expected to start laughing and degrading her at the first moment of her fuss. So he cleared his throat before moving to kneel beside the girl and help her collect up her things. She seemed extremely worried about some sort of medicine in her bag which he allowed her to deal with while he helped with the simple things like pens and notebooks.

"I'm Sorry, So Sorry." He raised a brow as some sort of telekinetic ability she had moved the items from the ground and into her bag. "I have to--they help me with my--"

"You're not the first person to come to this academy that needs meds" He then stood up. "And you won't be the last either."

"Frankie you're my only friend and we basically grew up together. It'd be blasphemy if I didn't know when you were lying or how obviously into that brute you are." Although Freddie was right, she didn't humor him by admitting it. She simply chewed on her cheek wanting to avoid the topic all together.

When it came to her commenting on what type of outfit she should wear he seemed to have an answer she didn't expect, "I'm gonna vote turn everyone's heads on this one."

"I'm not one to be the center of attention though." Freddie knew that was the truth, she was friendly but never cared to have all eyes on her. "But I guess it mayโ€”" Frankie trailed off not finishing that statement. He knew what she was getting at and vice versa.

Freddie rubbed his shadow that was forming on his jawline, "I thought girls liked the rugged look... And some guys too."

She sighed, "It's a ball... Not a rundown bar. Generally there are standards."

Frankie smiled when she opened the door to see Anansi standing there waiting. "Hey." She looked towards Freddie, "You be nice. Believe it or not I have more friends than you shining aura." She nodded her head towards Anansi, "She needs to get a dress too plus it helps to have a girls opinion dress shopping... Because asking you how I look in every dress probably will only help so much."

She reached into her pocket pulling out a set of keys. Surprisingly her father got her a car a few years back. Frankie knew he was trying to keep her from webslinging everywhere... Usually didn't work. But since there was more than just her, she figured it'd be a good reason to use it. "Ready?" She twirled the keyring around her finger.

The sun had risen on the sky and painted everything that was touched by the streams in a warm yellow tone. Outside she could her the sound of the city slowly awakening bit by bit, combined with smelling a mild fragrance of common ivy stroking her nostrils. It was most likely the daylight that had woken her up, now enlightening the bedroom. Not that she was especially angry about it - Tianna loved early mornings. She took a deep breath, enjoying the calming smell of all the plants in her penthouse, before opening her hazel eyes with a yawn. Her throat was still a bit sore and her head was pounding. After holding her hand against her forehead, she noticed how at least the fever was gone. Great, today she would be able to get out of bed. Prepared to how she'd felt the previous 2 mornings, she was healthy as a horse. And the headache was probably caused by the loud music playing at the party last night. Plus, a result of how the loud noises had kept her awake far in to the early hours (it was a shame she was immune to her own sleeping spell). Well well. Wren was going to pay for that, but later. She got up from bed, gracefully stretched her slender body and started to stroll back and forth between her 5 wardrobes to put together todays outfit. As she went through the drawer with leggings and tights, the speakers in her penthouse filled the room with J.A.R.V.I.S's realistic female voice. Tianna did not bother to stop, but continued with her morning routine as she listened to the message:

"Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Mr. Stark and Mr. Wayne wanted me to inform you that you all were given a day of leisure in preparation for the anniversary ball tomorrow evening. You are permitted to travel to town, train or do whatever it is that you all do with your free time. They also wanted me to notify you all that every student, even those who missed the simulation or failed are allowed to attend the dance. Those who previously were not permitted to go will simply be on clean up duty when the festivities have concluded. Enjoy your free day." J.A.R.V.I.S's announced.

She was just in the action of brushing her perfect set of white teeth when she found herself unable to hold back a smile, causing a bit of toothpaste to slowly run down her chin. She whiped it off with her hand and spat out the rest in the sink.

"Looks like i picked the right day to get better on" she said with a smirk before starting with her make up.
Preparations for the ball, that sounded like something to the satisfaction for her majesty Tianna. Plus, skipping out on training was pretty much all she wished for! Coulson had certainly not missed her down in the training facilities, but she kind of missed his desperate expression- hoping she would get the chance to make life hard for him, being all disobliging, after the dance. Today was all free. And tomorrow was the ball. The ball..preparations?. Suddenly the realization hit her, what on earth was she going to do with her day?.. She did not need another dress. But then, one could never own too many dresses... And she did not have an escort/date for the ball yet. But she wasn't sure she wanted one.. Still not sure what to do with her day- her first stop was the cafeteria...

It was not like she had to make an dramatic entry or something. Just simply walking in with steady steps usually made all eyes fall on her anyways... Straight posture, shoulders back and her high ponytail swayed with her movements as she walked by all the students sitting there. While waiting for her turn in the line, she accidently made a first year girl (standing in front of her) see herself getting buried alive in poisonous snakes. The little girl screamed and waved her arms as she was trying to "get the snakes away from her body". Tianna opened her mouth to calmly explain how the snakes weren't real and just hallucinations, but did not get the chance- because the little girl simply ran out of the room as fast as she could.

"Oohhpss.. Well well, simply one less to wait for in line..." she mumbled to herself, then ordering a vanilla bun and a cup of herbal tea to deal with the sore throat. The room was pretty crowded. Theodore where sitting with the girls and Nathaniel standing beside Alex. Junior and a half naked Enzo where talking with some.. new?..girl. And fear himself where sitting with Mathias the songbird. Serious, for how long had she been sick? Felt like a lot had happened in her absence.. Had she finally gone mad? Was her immunity to her own hallucinations/pixie dust disappearing? Well ofc not. She had not changed. It was simply the students who'd turned this place in to a madhouse. When the cat is away the mice will play.

To her chagrin, Freddie and Frankie where no where in sight. Pity, she'd actually missed those faces. And Wren was absent as well. Maybe that was for the best, considering how fractious Tianna felt about the party last night. She scoffed in a superior way, making her way to a lonely table. The tea was still hot, and a faint steam arose on the surface of the aromatic liquid. While waiting for the temperature to drop, she sucked in her cheeks in annoyance over her stupid hallucinations and the little "scene" that they had caused. "Bet everybody missed me.. more like having a party to celebrate me being sick" she mumbeled to herself between her teeth. Some students had begin to leave the cafeteria, and the atmosphere turned a bit more peaceful and calm. Behind her, the conversation going on between Fear and Mathias reached her ears. Not like she was listening or wanted to join them.. Ichabod was actually quite bearable despite his obsession with causing fear. If only he put the same energy on trying to PREVENT fear instead of causing it. Tianna would do almost anything for a "cure" against her pixie dust.. Well well, she'd probably talk with him later. Mathias sitting there ment she should keep her distance. He did not seem to like her at all, and she did not blame him. Their voices turned in to a fog as she took a bite of her beloved vanilla bun. In an instant, everything felt better.

Julai chuckled at Alex's reaction to the credit card she had just been handed, "Well, damn, I guess I've just stolen anyone else's chances. Don't worry, Nathy, I'll look after her." Julia teased, acknowledging the giant's presence with warmth rather than the coldness some other Gotham kids might have.

Julia turned her attention back to Theodore as he addressed her, she got a mixed surge of emotions, nearly overwhelming, but the surge was short lived, but it was still enough to startle her, she wasn't even quite sure if she reacted visibly in front of the others, she knew her eyes probably bulged from her head and her lips released an escaped gasp, but whether or not she physically tensed, she couldn't know unless someone asked.

She then focused back on Theodore, pushing the event to the back of her head. "I'm not going to torture you all day, it can make torture pretty boring if you do it 24/7." She gave him a smile followed by an eye roll at his rhetorical question which she was going to answer, regardless of if he wanted an answer or not. "It helps to suss out the competition for the award of best dressed." She give him a playful wink with a sweet smile and small shrug. She then looked over her shoulder at the Demented Duo, who were joined by a new girl, the girl with similar energies to the ones that surged throughout her body not long ago. Quickly turning her head back to the group, she gave a smile to the group and lightly clapped for attention. "Shall we head for town now?"

Having pondered on the subject of going alone, he'd grown curious as to who Ichabod was taking and even pipped up the question. "And who are you taking to the dance?" He tilted his head with a playful smirk. "As one of said bad boys, you must have a line of adoring fans." As he sat facing the entrance to the cafeteria, he found it very hard to miss the pink haired beauty who floated her way into the cafeteria. He was aware of how little friends she had and felt sorry for her, he'd try his best to be nice to her but in team exercises or any sort of power testing, she would be completely nonnegotiable or unwilling, it gave him a disdain for her but he wouldn't say he hated her, more her work ethic, but that didn't stop his bitchy comment. "I'm sure Tianna has a shared interest."

Jette walked through the dark, damp, bitter and damn cold streets of New York, New York. The dingy alleys and atrocious back ways of the city had been her home for the past eleven years, and this walk was her last goodbye to the place she held such terrible memories of. She would be moving on to 'bigger, better things', or thats what she had told herself anyways.

Descendants Academy. The name itself was pretentious. It was just a place for all the kids of all the great heroes and villains to hang out and 'learn'. Of course Jette knew that the learning part came second to the socializing and partying part, because why would they need an actual education if they were already famous, wealthy and had parents to take care of them with their legacies? Of course, not everyone was like that, but the stereotype proved to be true more times than not. Jette herself liked to consider herself an exception. She never did take advantage of her Father's legacy other than a few handfuls of cash to get her on her own two feet when she was thirteen. Since then she had been living under the radar, trying to survive on her own while secretly training herself and her powers for the future.

The Future. Another daunting thought on Jette's mind, and the majority of the reason she had decided to move on from New York and head to this academy. In her time on the streets she had witnessed and experience both the good and the bad of heroes and villains. She had saved people from their untimely death, but she had also been a part of a grande robbery. She was on the fence of good and evil and didn't know where she belonged; because when you had super powers there never seemed to be an in-between. She was hoping that the school would be able to help her, so she had done what she hated the most; used her fathers blood as an excuse. It gained her access to admittance to the school. It had been the only way.

Jette was snapped out of her thoughts when she reached her last destination. New York, New York, Woman's Shelter read the battered sign on the front of the building in tiny letters, almost as if the sign didn't want to exist as much as the people inside wanted to. Jette climbed the familiar crumbling steps up and continued inside. It smelt like feet and old soup. In the lobby stood a desk with an old lady perched behind it, thumbing through a month old magazine.

Jette walked up and crossed her arms. "Don't you have anything better to do then read about kids falling into gorilla cages?" She asked. The lady, Meredith, looked up and pushed her thick bifocals up the bridge of her nose. "Oh, Jette dear. Back again are you?" Jette sighed and shook her head, "Not this time. I actually came to say goodbye... And, to give you this." She reached into her backpack and pulled out a thick envelope. She slapped it down on the table. Meredith reached out and took it and peered inside. Jette swore all the blood drained from her face. "This.. This is.." Jette shook her head, "Look, I'm not going to need it where I'm going and even though I sure as hell hated this place, its important that it stays open. So there... Take that and let me leave without any of your crying." She turned and started walking away. Meredith stood up, "Jette we can't take this!" Jette yawned and shrugged. "Think of it as a charitable donation... Straight from my fathers pockets." She adjusted her backpack and opened the door. "Its been a slice Mer, but I gotta go. Peace."

Meredith scuttled from her desk and to the front where she looked out the window. Her jaw dropped as she watched the girl combust into flames right there in the parking lot and propel herself into the sky like a comet. She slowly hobbled back to her desk where she took a seat in disbelief. Not only at the flaming girl, but also at the hundred and fifty thousand dollars sitting on her desk in an envelope.

By the time Jette was flying over Bridgeport the sun had rose and early afternoon was setting in. "Good Morning world, your ray of sarcastic sunshine is about to rein down on some oblivious teens today."

Jette could tell where she was heading as soon as she spotted the area. Secluded, lots of room for activities and killing people; the perfect spot for a superhero and villain school. She made a grande entrance, though no one was really around to see it, and landed with her fist in the ground and on her knees, fire crashing around her and scorching the grass. "How's that for an entrance?" She muttered to herself and looked down. Her black pants and deep red long sleeve shirt had survived the trip, but her shoes and jacket had been reduced to ashes. Luckily her outfit and backpack were fireproof, but no one could ever seem to make cute shoes un-burnable.

"First matter of business, find some shoes."

Jette walked in through the front of the building and ignored the greeting by the robotic voice and looked around curiously. So this was it, huh? The famed school for the super powered elite. In the midst of her exploring, and pursuit to find shoes, she recognized something even better; he was leaning over some fallen books looking classy as ever with perfect hair and intoxicating smell. "You're not the first person to come to this academy that needs meds" He said to some girl then stood up. "And you won't be the last either." Jette recognized Joker Junior beside the man and she wasn't surprised; the two had been cohorts for a very long time.

Jette slid up behind the man silently, her bare feet making her quieter. "Enzo, darling." She cooed in a terribly fake accent, gaining the mans attention. She broke out into a sly grin. "Long time no see N. Glad to know this place isn't filled with prissy stereotypes." Enzo Nigma was a longstanding acquaintance (dare she say good friend?) since she had met him in a foster home when they were young. Jette believed they had bonded in a shared interest of intellect, though she knew he could never match his level (she prided herself in being able to keep up with his wit though). She knew quite a bit about the boy, of course, as much as he wanted her to know... And he knew all she had to offer about her parental situation and her habit of running away. She hadn't realized she had missed him until he was standing right in front of her again.

Alex couldn't help but let out a soft enough chuckle that sounded more like a scoff over Julia's comment towards Nathaniel. "He might still have a chance with those pillow lips of his." She teased him over their shared kiss last night with a wink only to give him a light punch on the arm. "Though I prefer a different set of equipment anyways." She laughed again hoping he took her jokes the way they were since the two were only lab partners to begin with.

She finally turned herself back around to look at Theo. "Of course I still need your opinion. Tall, dark, and broody over here doesn't talk since he's too busy perfecting his muscles for everyone to drool over." Alex got up from her seat just as Julia asked them if they were all ready. Alex hit her hand on the table as she got up making a slightly louder sound than intended thanks to her alien strength. "Let's go fuckers. This is the only chance you will ever get to see me in a dress." She grabbed Nathaniel by the arm dragging him out with more ease than most. "I'm driving."

Enzo certainly didn't seemed pleased over Junior's new attention over the young girl before them. Of course Junior could always try to make it up to his 'boyfriend' later if he so desired. Junior would only be interested in the girl if she proved useful to him to begin with. He couldn't help but laugh for a bit as she fumbled around in front of him with her beeping watch. "I'm Sorry, So Sorry." She'd taken out a glass bottle that had been filled with pills before downing some. Junior hadn't really been intrigued until he saw the contents of her bag move without being touched for a moment. This caused Junior to lean forward a bit as he watched her.

"I have to--they help me with my--" Junior was standing by now and taking steps towards her with a smirk that could only spell trouble with the thoughts he just had. "You're not the first person to come to this academy that needs meds" Enzo had spoken up and also stood by now. "And you won't be the last either." Enzo had then been distracted by Jette Storm while Junior had taken the liberty of kneeling before the girl that had been spying on him.

He picked up one of her notebooks and handed it over. "There's no need to apologize, darling. Never be sorry." He advised her with a grin. "While you're not the first who needs medication... What's the point?" He laughed. "I never take mine and look how great I turned out." He helped her with her other things before taking her hand and kissing the back of it to introduce himself. "They call me Junior by the way."

Freddie scoffed once again at Frankie's jab over his appearance. He easily could have come up with a smart ass response towards her though he decided to save his whit for later. By then Frankie was already coming up with another comment for him just when Anansi arrived at his door. "You be nice. Believe it or not I have more friends than you shining aura." Of course Freddie decided to play his typical asshole self once he saw Anansi. He folded his arms over his chest though his hardened expression hadn't changed. "I've been told I have a very approachable aura."

"She needs to get a dress too plus it helps to have a girls opinion dress shopping... Because asking you how I look in every dress probably will only help so much." Freddie shrugged as he was the last one to step out into the hallway. At least you know I mean it when I say you look hot." Frankie had pulled keys out by now which made Freddie arch an eyebrow. "I'm not sure I can trust you operating a motorized vehicle." He went to snatch the keys from her. "I'm driving."

Theme: Control Interacting With: Enzo, Joker Junior, Mentioned:

Daria watched as both men rose and then bent to help her with her things. The Green one spoke in reply to her statement. "You're not the first person to come to this academy that needs meds" He said, standing. "And you won't be the last either." He said before a woman that made Daria feel ashamed of a her tiny frame walked up. She called the Green one, 'Enzo'. All the while, the Mad One knelled before her and her heart formed a lump in her throat. He grabbed one of her notebooks, one she completely missed, and handed it to her. She took it tentatively and shoved it into her back. "There's no need to apologize, darling. Never be sorry." He told her with another one of his mad grins. Her heart beat against her chest at the sight of it. Never be sorry. He told her. That was something she found herself saying all too often. She was so tired of being the apologetic one. "While you're not the first who needs medication... What's the point?" He said and laughed, causing her to smile, however tight. "I never take mine and look how great I turned out." He said, and searched the ground for anything else she may have missed, once they cleared everything from the floor, he reached for her hands and she shivered at the touch. She didn't typically like being touched, she saw too much, felt to o much, and she did from him but everything was so jumbled and scattered. Nothing was clear from his mind and that she appreciated. There was finally a person whose mind was nearly unreadable. He then rose her hand to his lips and placed a small kiss to her knuckles. Daria couldn't breathe. "They call me Junior by the way."He said and it took a moment for her to register what she was supposed to say next. Allowing herself to breathe, even as her alabaster cheeks grew hot, she managed to remember her manners.

"I am...I am...Daria....Daria Maximoff." She said, and realized what he said. "Can you break everything too...?" She asked before looking around, not at anything in particular, but through it. " That's why I have to take mine, I break things...mostly people...and and reality....I don't mean to but...without them...I-I...things happen." She said and shook her head, ominously. "Bad things."

Interacting With: Frankie Parker, Freddie Castle,

"Hey." Frankie said after opening the door. Anansi smiled but it faded when she saw she was looking at Freddie. "You be nice. Believe it or not I have more friends than you shining aura." She warned him, nodding toward her and Anansi could only imagine what this conversation was about. Freddie just folded his arms defiantly, his usual hard expression. "I've been told I have a very approachable aura." Was he rebuttal. She needs to get a dress too plus it helps to have a girls opinion dress shopping... Because asking you how I look in every dress probably will only help so much." Frankie added and Anansi pursed her lips, not really appreciating the conversation being had about her but without her. Frankie grabbed her keys. "Ready?" She asked and Anansi nodded. "Yep" the first word she had this whole time. At least you know I mean it when I say you look hot." Freddie added and Anansi screwed up her face." What?" She asked, feigning offense, though she didn't know what he meant by that, or what he was implying. "I'm not sure I can trust you operating a motorized vehicle." He then snatched the keys from her hands. Anansi groaned. "I'm driving. The sexual tension between these two was mounting, and she just knew a good percentage of the time today, she'd feel like the third wheel. She cursed Junior for making her miss the party.

"Oh my god, I'm seriously right here." Anansi waved dramatically. "Did I camouflage myself or something?" She said with a shrug of her hands. She had to honestly check to make sure, she hadn't. Wouldn't be the first time. She walked around to Frankie, hooking her good arm around hers and walking with her. "Frankie, You've got to tell me what the hell happen at that party last night, because oh my god, the sexual tension between you two is palpable." She said, Anansi was never shy about anything, especially her thoughts.

Wren smiled slightly when Christian took the glass and drank from it. Even if he did spill a bit. She stood up disappearing into his bathroom for a moment to return with a towel. She resumed her spot, kneeling on the ground before him while holding out the towel towards him.

"T-Thank you."

"Of course." She shifted where she was kneeling preparing to stand up until he spoke up again.

"W-Wren!" She looked up towards him. "W-Will you go to the dance with me? I-I want someone to go with, and you're the only one I-I can think to ask."

Wren couldn't help but smile a bit. "I don't know if I should be flattered or somewhat worried that I'm the only person you can think of." She teased. Her hand lightly patted his knee before she stood up. "Of course I'll go... As long as you promise to save me a dance."

With that she moved back towards his closet to continue what she was doing before. This time fingering through she seemed to skip certain pieces faster. "It does make it a bit easier when I know what you're going to have to match." She chuckled softly glancing over her shoulder towards him briefly before continuing.

Enzo was focused on the odd new comer until he heard a voice purr behind him, "Enzo, darling."

He slowly turned around, slipping his hands into the pockets of his flannel pajama pants. "Long time no see N. Glad to know this place isn't filled with prissy stereotypes."

For a moment Enzo glanced over towards Junior from the corner of his eye in time to see him kiss the girl's hand. He tensed slightly, clenching his jaw and swallowing hard. But quickly he pushed back what thoughts he had to smirk towards Jette. "More like filled with superiority complexes and some self proclaimed heroes."

With that her turned towards the exit of the cafeteria, nodding his head for her to follow after him. He slipped his left hand from his pocket to tussle his messy bed head before scratching his bare abdomen. "I don't know if I am surprised to see you here... Or not. Daddy fire starter's choice or yours?"

***

Freddie crossed his arms over his chest, "I've been told I have a very approachable aura."

Frankie snorted, "Oh yeah sure." She rolled her eyes.

"At least you know I mean it when I say you look hot." She laughed at his somewhat decent comment before caring on to more snide comments. "I'm not sure I can trust you operating a motorized vehicle... I'm driving."

He tried to snatch her keys from her but she was too fast and pulled away. "The hell you are. Human reflexes... Spider reflexes." She weighed the options in the air. "Hate to break it to ya but I'm faster." She grinned.

"Oh my god, I'm seriously right here." Anansi said dramatically, "Did I camouflage myself or something?" Frankie laughed as Anasi took her arm as they started walking towards the elevators. "Frankie, You've got to tell me what the hell happen at that party last night, because oh my god, the sexual tension between you two is palpable."

Frankie nearly doubled over in laughter, glancing over her shoulder towards Freddie. "You hear that? Our sexual tension is palpable. Guess we should just face the music and live happily ever after." She looked back towards Anansi, "I guess I must have forgotten to tell you that we've been friends for like... Well too long."

When they reached the elevator, she pressed the button. She stood there quietly until it arrived, entering it and pressing the button for the garage level. Once the doors had closed she sighed and decided to vaguely discuss the second part of her comment. "Freddie just needs to have a date for the dance per Mr. Stark's request or something. I wanted to go with someone else... I asked him but." She shrugged her shoulders slightly. "So this guy here," She slaps her free hand against Freddie's chest, "Gets to put up with me. Dance with me too. But I have to actually make him look like a normal person for a night."

Jette watched the mans discomfort at his friends flirting and tried to hide a smirk. She followed after him when he motioned for her to follow. "Have a lovely day ladies!" She called to the shy girl and Junior before striding along with Enzo. "More like filled with superiority complexes and some self proclaimed heroes." Jette snorted. That was also very true. Children here thought they were the shit. Just because you have powers or super human abilities or even the fact that your parents were rich and powerful and heroes... Did not equate to you being one as well. Hell, she didn't even consider her father a hero even though so many people praised him and the Fantastic Four.

"I don't know if I am surprised to see you here... Or not. Daddy fire starter's choice or yours?"

Jette sighed; she knew that was coming. Enzo was smart and knew her issues with her father so of course he would ask. "It shouldn't surprise you to hear that it was my choice. My father wouldn't give two shits about me even if I was in the hands of his worse enemies. He doesn't even know I left New York. I'm sure my Aunt Sue will have a fit when she hears I left without a goodbye, but that won't make him care any more." She sighed and followed along in the hallway, her bare feet sliding along the cool surface of the tile flooring. "He's too obsessed with the bottle and sluts to care. Look at me! I'm one of those girls with the daddy issues. Must mean I would be easy to take advantage of." She wiggled her brows at him in jest. Her face was calm and composed and even cheery; a look she had practiced for when she brought up her bastard sperm donor. Jette wasn't sure, but she felt like Enzo would easily be able to see through the facade. He was a genius after all... A genius that knew her better than anyone else at the school.

Hex: #BF0000 Interacting with: Matt Greyson , Mentioned: Joker Jr
Matt looked, well, he looked nervous as he stepped inside but not too far that implied he planned to stick around. Anansi closed the door behind him though, and placed a hand on her hip and cocked her head, her eyes on him curiously.

"I was feeling a little bummed and I didnโ€™t fancy showing up to the dance in that mind frame so I figured I needed someone a little more sunny side up." He explained before gesturing to her. She straightened up. So he did come here to ask her to the dance, though it seemed like he just didn't want to go alone and wasn't asking for a date, maybe? "Basically I was wondering if you would ho and ho off to the dance we go with me?" He said and Anansi smiled. She was half tempted to say 'Seriously?' but didn't. Instead, she just weighed out what all of this was really about. If he really didn't want to go, he didn't have to, and he made the long trek to her penthouse, he could have done that to any of the other girls, but no, he came here, to her. He even said he wanted some of her optimism to rub off on him. He chose her specifically. There was more to it than what he let on but then he was a Greyson, it was lucky that he even was allowed to show his face.

While she was thinking, he changed the subject.
"So what got the jump on you? Unless it's a new accessory." He said and she looked down, sighed and rolled her eyes. "Ugh." She groaned, "I wish, it would be a lot easier to pair my outfit with." She said before rolling her eyes. " No, The training exercise the other day, I was paired up with Schizo the Clown, We had that--" She paused and gestured grandly with her hand a tall box " Save the Citizen thing, you remember? That jackass somehow snuck a gun into the thing, I don't know how....or from where it got it but long story short, he shot the glass our citizen was in and I was struck by gallons of water which sent me into a wall before I had time to think and broke my arm and a multitude of glass which did the rest of this." She said and gestured to herself. "Yea, Fun times." She said and shook her head as if to reset the conversion.

"Back to the matter at hand." She said and smiled widely. "High ho, off to the dance with you I go" She said and giggled, before raising a finger "But on one condition." She said and paused for dramatic effect. "We go, together, like a date." She said with a curt nod, and as confident as she sounded, her heart was racing all of a sudden, usually things didnโ€™t get to her, especially something like this but a little worried that he might actually turn her down or find her 'optimism' too much. "I mean if you want, you can tell everyone I dragged you along because you know how much I hate it when people are down in the dumps and I'm around." She reasoned with a shrug, still smiling as she looked at him, watching his expression for anything that resembled annoyance. "Besides, how is any of this-" She gestured to herself again, but this tie from head to toe. "supposed to rub off on you if we aren't together." She said and her eyes went wide. She snorted a laugh. "Wait, that sounded weird." She said but then shook off the limited embarrassment with a shake of her head. "Anyway, deal?" she asked, and then thought. "Say yes." She encouraged, though she felt a bit of nervousness just then she didn't know what she'd do if he actually said no.

Hex:#7A0F48 Interacting with: Phil Coulson, Alex Todd, Mentioned: Joker Jr, Enzo,

Daria sat outside Coulson's office, kicking her feet. She wasn't supposed to not take her medication but Joker Jr said she didn't have to so she didn't but apparently she was being monitored by Bruce Wayne himself. She was in trouble.

She didn't bother listening in on the conversation, she had a feeling what was being said. She'd have to go back to Xavier's and talk to Ms. Frost. She hated talking to her. She was stronger than her, and Ms. Frost knew it. Beside who was she to judge her, all the things she'd done. All she did was not take her medication, she didn't seduce a married man.

Mr. Coulson stepped out of his office and she looked up. "I'm going back, aren't I?" She asked him, looking at her feet. Coulson sighed. "No, you're not." He said and took a seat beside her. "This time." He said and Daria looked up at him. "This time?" she asked and he nodded. "You have to take your medication, every day, on time." He said and she sighed. "Joker Jr said he did fine without his." Coulson closed his eyes as if to keep them from rolling. "He is probably not someone you want to be listening to," he told her and she kicked her feet. "He is like me." She told him and Coulson frowned. "What do you mean?"
"He's mad." She told him and Coulson paused, musing over this. "You're not mad, Daria, you just...see the world differently." He told her and she frowned. "That's what that means." She said and he shrugged. "Maybe, You and Joker Jr, are not alike," He said and seemed to be thinking of something else to prove that statement but Daria stood up. "Where are you going?" He asked and she shrugged. "I don't know." She slipped on her bag. "My room, I guess." She said and Coulson looked thoughtful a moment before looking at her. "There is a dance tonight, why don't you go. All of the kids will be there, maybe you'll make some...other friends?" He offered and Daria twitched a frown. "Alex will be there, You're meant to be shadowing her anyway, so perhaps she could show you around. " He said and she sighed and then shrugged.
"Does that mean you wanna go, or does that mean something else, I don't-"
"I'll go." she said, and thought about what he said. He said everyone will be there. Everyone. Joker Jr will be there and that green one. Enzo, he was nice too. He also said she wasn't the only one to need medication so maybe he did too? He did help her with her things.
"Alright, Let's go." He said and lead her to the dance and right to this Alex Todd person she was supposed to have met earlier. She and a few others were dancing and Daria tried not to look over at Joker Jr, but she did and smiled at his dancing.

"Alex, this is Daria, I was told that she should shadow you," He told her and Daria felt small all of a sudden. Her gaze fell to the floor. "Hello," She said but she wasn't very loud over the music.
