Personality: Socially Victor was a outcast. For how he looked and what he did for work, did now allow for much social interaction, but did allow for victor do a lot of reading, and training. His social skills are not that great which leads to him either being blunt or missing subtle hints in what people were trying to say without saying. Victor is also rather dark when dealing with people and some prefer to call him a sociopath. A sociopath with the means to help a city who either hates him..wants him dead or doesn't care.

Appearance: About six foot three and weighting only a hundred and ninety pounds, Victor was skinny for his height but muscled lightly. Mostly toned. His skin was paler from his job working third shift and sleeping during the day. His raven dark hair comes to about shoulder length, and he keeps it tucked behind his eas to show the scar across his neck clearly.

Power: Shadow control. This ability allows Victor to form a shadow into almost any kind of shape and use it. His favorite is to form a reaper's scythe, but can also use various other tools. Depending on how much light there is can cause the effectiveness of the object he forms to either be slightly effected to the point were the object is almost faded completely which would cause it to dissolve. The light makes it harder to keep a object in a solid state.

Back Story: Victor never liked other people, because they always teased him for being pale. he looked gothic alot but never really dressed like one. Kids were picking on him one day in a alley way while he was going home..and they started to beat him cutting him. which explains the scar on his neck. This is also the day victor found out about his ability to control the shadows. In fear and rage victor focused on them going away, and suddenly their screams drowned out everything else as the shadows around them became tentacles and pulled them into the deep dark shadows. The sounds of ripping and crunching echoed and then silence. Victor ran home, but did not tell his parents what happened. The heroes invesitaged what happened but could not pin it on victor and instead pinned it on a released convic who they say lost his mind and killed the teenagers. This was victors first look into just how corrupted their system was, but he did not care for the most part. Till the death of one who stood up to them. Now he plans to meet this X person and help.
