         Between her short rest at the warehouse and then her time at Cara's house, Holly slept for a solid fourteen hours before waking. It was more than she normally slept in nights combined, so when she did wake, it took only a few minutes for her to return to her energetic self. With Cara asleep next to her, Holly didn't hesitate to get up herself and explore what she had been too tired to look through the night before.

Cara's room was large and elegant. There wasn't an item that appeared to be out of place on any of the shelves in the room and the same could be said for the closet which Holly could have easily mistaken for another room had it not been filled with an endless amount of clothes. She was awestruck and although she wanted to pull every garment off of their hangers and examine them separately, she was somewhat scared to. As she reflected on the house she had quickly toured the night before, she remembered how fragile everything seemed. It reminded her of a field trip she had went on with her school to a museum nearly ten years ago. Holly had been more than excited to go on the trip. It had been one of the few that she was able to go on, seeing as her mother rarely offered the small cash fee that the school charged for the bus ride, making it all the more exhilarating for her. The students were all separated into small groups and were allowed to explore the museum for an hour before meeting back in the lobby. Within five minutes of arrival, though, Holly had already been reprimanded multiple times for her energy and was forced to stay by her teacher's side for the rest of the trip. "What's so hard to understand about not touching these things, Holly? How many times did I tell you that you aren't allowed to run in here and you most certainly are not allowed to go under the ropes and touch the exhibits. You need to learn how to listen." She could still hear her teacher's nagging voice echoing in her head and she could similarly feel as out of place as she had that day.

However nervous the idea of breaking something expensive made her feel, Holly couldn't resist being mesmerized by all of the new things around her. Like usual, her curiosity overpowered the caution and she ran her hands through the rows of clothes until she came across as small blue dress. It piqued her interest enough that she pulled it from the shelf and off of its hanger, holding it up to her body as she gazed into one of the many mirrors in the closet. She loved it and with Cara still being asleep, she didn't see any harm in trying it on. Before slipping out of her current clothes though, she decided that she didn't want to try on a new dress without showering first. It had been over a day since she had last taken one and she had noticed a few minutes before that Cara had a bathroom attached to her room. She brought the dress in with her and although she normally took excessively long showers, her excitement to try on the dress forced her to spend only twenty minutes under the water. She found a fluffy towel in the bathroom closet and wrapped it around her body before sliding into the dress. It fit her well and with her being a good few inches shorter than Cara, she should have been surprised that Cara would have something so small, but Holly rarely analyzed things like that. She was just happy to have a new dress. Hailey rarely allowed her to buy clothes that weren't functional like jeans or t-shirts, and a party dress was definitely too frivolous for their lifestyle.

After ringing her hair out in the towel, she dropped it to the floor and left the steam-filled bathroom. Cara was still asleep but Holly didn't hesitate to shake the blonde until she woke. "Can I keep this?" she asked, a typical on-the-spot question of Holly. She spun around and giggled, more than happy with her new find than to remember to ask why they had even ended up at Cara's house.
