A Brand New Home

The Lazarus MoonSetting: The Lazarus Moon

Upon exile from his universe, Al stumbled upon "The Lazarus Moon". Al looked around and took a swig of his drink-of-unknown-fluid. Nobody seemed to be paying attention to him, or paying him any mind. Just the way he liked it. He walked over to a table and sat down, though it was a bit more difficult to walk here. "Huh. Gravity's a bit heavier here than in my home dimension." Al thought to himself as he took a large gulp from his bottle. A waiter walked up to him. "Hello, sir." The waiter said to Al. "What can I get you today?" Al looked at the waiter, not knowing what food they served. "Can I get a-" Al then spoke in his native tongue. Something that can't be spelled out using the human alphabet, or mimicked with any weird noises anyone could make. The waiter looked at Al with a face that looked like a combination of confusion and shock. "We don't have that here." The waiter said, trying not to blurt out "What the hell are you saying?" Al then looked at his menu then read aloud "Burger." The waiter then raised an eyebrow. "Do you want a burger?" The waiter asked. Al nodded, not knowing what a burger was. The waiter then walked away to get Al's food.

About thirty minutes went by and he still didn't get his food. Al looked in the kitchen area and noticed the employees were too busy watching him. He sighed and thought to himself "Just as I was enjoying myself." Al then got up and walked to the patio.

Eat Out: PatioSetting: Eat Out: Patio

As Al stumbled out of the bar, looking like a drunk, he looked around. The architecture of the patio and the city in the west, Wing City looked so eldritch to him. He had to take a few double takes to make sure he wasn't having some crazy hallucination or fever dream. Or his equivalent of fever dreams. "What is this place? How do people live like this?" Al murmured to himself. He would've liked to move, but he was in so much shock and confusion that he didn't know where it started and where it ended.
Makthus was far too tired, He had earned himself a good sum and was attempting to find someplace to eat, atleast someplace that won't get him arrested. There were too many fancy places in Wing City. Tierge's was always a reliable place. It had quickly grown on Makthus, they welcomed you no matter what, and served you like an equal, and sometimes that is exactly what Makthus needed.

The doorman did his usual polite introduction, delivering a slight bow. "Yeah, Yeah, Go and fetch me someone, I'm literally and figuratively starving." Makthus rebuked, He took the closest seat, Kicking his chair dangerously far back as he placed both his boots onto the table. The restaurant was pretty empty, a few lonely patrons scattered around. The only real interesting one was the apparent drunk stumbling outside the restaurant. He looked quite lost, out of place so to say. He looked like he would be confused even if he wasn't what looked like piss drunk.
As Al stumbled around, looking confused out of his mind, he came to the conclusion that he should probably get back inside the bar. "Yeah, this is familiar territory, I'll just be in here." Al thought to himself.

He stumbled back inside, still trying to get used to his surroundings and the general gravity of the new universe that he's been exiled to. Still, he didn't like being eyed at by the employees, even if he did literally just walk out of a tear in space and time that just mended itself back together as he walked out of it. What caught his eye was the shady fella that was looking at him. Al would very much like to go back outside, but the place was far too eldritch for him. Al looked around with his eyes. After a good ten seconds he asked "Hey, how are ya?"
Makthus switched his stance, flipping the boot that was previously under the other over it while impatiently running his hand along one of his many pockets. The man he'd previously given a glance re entered the restaurant, he seemed nervous and out of place. The man seemed to catch his glance as he started to approach him. Makthus both smiled and sighed, he liked these moments, but he was still so damn hungry!

It took him a few moments until the man threw out a greeting. "Well, how courteous. Personally I'm doing just fine, it takes a couple of stabbings before I lose my humor. You, you don't look all that good yourself." Makthus swung his hand up pointing directly at Al. "Really, you do look like someone who is about to get shot while turning the next corner...

Makthus leaned forward whispering gently ...That wasn't meant to sound as much of a threat as it did"
Al narrowed his eyes on confusion. "Wait- Get 'shot'? What?" Al said in a confused voice. In his universe, guns didn't exist and would probably be deemed obsolete. Normally, their methods of killing others would be vaporizing them, throwing them into the second dimension, crushing them via telekinesis, you know. "Normal" stuff.

Al looked around before actually introducing himself. "Anyways, m'name's Al. Uh. I don't mean to be rude but...how do you greet each other in this universe?" Yes, this place was so eldritch to him that he couldn't grasp the seemingly simple idea of shaking hands. In his universe, they'd wander around in other peoples minds and implant thoughts in there. But here, he couldn't do that to anyone.

The UndermarketSetting: The Undermarket

Within the shadows, a gelatinous mass grew. Its color looked so...alien. It didn't look red, green, blue, purple, anything. It slid around before gaining form. To most people he just looked humanoid. The monster looked to his side to see a piss-drunk miscreant. He was singing a jolly tune about robbing people. While it was about admirable morals - at least to him - He elongated his arm and shoved it down his throat. He felt around the slimy interior until he could find his most vital organ. The heart.

Shortly after, he grabbed the beating organ and ripped it out. He held it over his head, which is where a large eye was. He squeezed it and the red juice was sprayed into the pupil, or at least what would've been the pupil, because it acted more like a mouth than anything. His body started to violently twitch and shake as he turned into a flat centagon. He looked around. If he could smile, he would, but he doesn't have a mouth. He had something terrible planned.
Inside the undermarket, a squad of guardsman. Ten in strength began to sweep the undermarket. They had began a purge of criminals in this part of Wing City and ever since then they were stationed here. They soon encountered the strange...hideous form...to them it was a demon, possibly part of the Shadow Legion. "Emperor be damned! Another damnable demon! Vox command! And open fire!" The commanding officer spoke as he slammed a power pack into his weapon.

The soldiers did the same, safety off and full auto.
The mass looked in their direction. He charged at them, all while slapping away the bullets, or, at least his equivalent. The ricocheted bullets started hitting random criminals and buildings. He started to shift form again. He turned, not black, but white. So white that looking directly at him would be equivalent to staring directly at the sun.

His form was a fifth-dimensional dodecahedron. He charged directly for the one in the center, aiming for his chest. As he picked up velocity, he started to laugh. His laugh got faster as he picked up speed.
The crack of Las-guns filled the air as the squad of Guardsman opened fire. As the creature changed form, the creatures from was getting brighter. "This light...is not strong enough! For the Emperos light guides us onward!" The squad leader roared as he removed a chainsword from its scabbard and the weapon roared to life. The seargent would stand his ground as the creature charged at him, when it got close he would attempt to strike it with the roaring blade.

The Guardsman, stared at the light trying to gun it down. It was very bright, no doubt after this their vision would be messed up. However this was a far cry from being dead. The Vox Op in the back contacted command. "Commisar come in! We encountered a demonic creature. Requesting backup!" The Vox op contacted and was met with a quick reply. "All forces are currenty unavailable, volcanic events have rendered the planet highly volatile for any operations. Hold your ground, I may be able to get some assistance...If the Emperor wills it..."

With his order, the Guardsman remained to fight the creature for now.
The being threw himself towards the sergeant. Each time he laughed his speed increased. "You all must be brave, idiotic or suicidal if you think those weapons are enough to stop me." Within seconds, the creature was about to make contact with the squad leaders chest.
"The Emperor guides our weapons beast! The Emperor watches over us all!" The squad leader roared. However it seemed that his faith prove difficult through, the weapon began to glow with a holy light as he stepped forward to strike the creature.
R'ystelhar spins in every direction, in hopes of shooting the sword out of his hands. He then shoots upward and shifts form. His form looks more humanoid. "My quarrel is not with you pitiful ants. I am here for the one that arrived here from a portal. Where is he? After all..." The eyes that covered his face shift into a smile-like formation. "...What is one life to a few thousand?"
The sword only ricocheted back, the squad leader holding onto his sword like his very souls was on the line. Which in reality he guessed his sound was on the line. "We do not know what you look for demon! However this planet is under the protection of the God Emperor Of Mankind and the Imperium Of Man! We shall end your wretched existance lest your presence corrupt the innocent!"

The squad leader carefully gathered himself, the remaining soldiers now shielding their eyes.
The eyes on his face that formed a frown. "Well, that makes you all useless to me." The monster turned into a twelfth dimensional hypersphere. "No matter. After all, what's the fun in sparing people?" The abomination charged downwards towards the squadron at full force. He spun in all different directions in trying to cause collateral, explosion damage. The monster started laughing again. His laugh reaching deafening levels to try and distract the squad.
The squad son covered their ears from the ear aching noise. This was it...this is where they would meet their grizzly end...they were humble guardsman, there was no way they could last at this moment. However almost like a divine deliverance, an armoured figure soon dropped into view, and challenging his psychic might sent a massive psychic barrier forward to hopefully send the creature back.

The Guardsman could easily tell who their saviour was, the mighty warriors of humanity was here to take over. The captain known as Carnaelegaar. A might space marine. He held a staff in his hands and wore wildly decorated red Power Armor.
R'ystelhar bounced off of the barrier, screeching in surprise. After a few seconds he regained his composure. "Well, this was unexpected." The monster stared at Carnaelegaar. He then broke out into a hearty laugh. As if he knew him for a long time. Though that's impossible, he just got here, he doesn't know anyone. "Well, well. Is it not the renowned Carnaelegaar?" R'ystelhar walked towards it. "I have an eons worth of information about you. Word travels fast in my world."
"So you already know who I am fiend, then that means you know this is where your advance stops here beast. Guardsman, clear the area. I will deal with the demon myself." Carnaelegaar spoke and the men behind him took off, grateful for the assistance.

The captain raised his staff into the air and looked at the beast. "Vile demon...I will send you back from whence you came...For the Emperor I shall smite you down myself." He glared as his psychic powers began to flow.
The monster laughed like a madman. It seemed as though he was enjoying this entire scenario. "You FOOL. I'm not some lowly imp." The creature turned into a platform, covered in eyes, and scooped up Carnaelegaar and flew upward. It seemed as though he split in two because a humanoid person materialized in front of him. "This could have been so simple. So very, very simple. All I needed was whereabouts of the portal and the man that walked out. The one that opened here. I don't need to waste my time with you. All I need is the person who came here. So I'll give you one last chance. Where is it?"
The creature motioned his arm upward. A wall formed in front of him to prepare for his punch. He sunk into his platform and rose up behind him as yet another eldritch shape. A hole formed at Carnaelegaar's feet. "Look, Carnaelegaar. What do you see? A city? At any given moment I could abandon you up here and lay waste to the citizens. News must travel quicker to you pawns. Are you saying a rip in space and time did not reach your ears? You're a liar. As I've asked before, what is one life, one that is alien to this world, to thousands? Possibly millions? Are you protecting the people from "demons" for other people or only for you? Who hurt you, Carnaelegaar?"
"Silence demon! I will destroy you before you get a chance! You will not harm even the air of the city!" Carnaelegaar roared in anger. "And indeed you can...captain..." A voice echoes in the captains mind.

Only he could hear the voice as time seemed to slow to a crawl for him. Inside the warp, the laws of time were almost non-existent. "Did you forget so...easily captain...You gained power to destroy your enemies...so...very...easily."

"Silence sorcerer! I do not need to use these...powers yet. I will beat him with the aemperos divine gifts!

"Are you so sure captain?...Do you have the time to continue calling on your...psychic powers? You waste your gift Captain...Use your new power...obliterate the creature..."

"I-I-I can do this...I will for the Emperors sake!"

"But this is for his sake...The demon threatens the city...the people...the loyal...servants...of the Emperor himself...Will you risk this?..."

"No...I will not risk their lives. I will kill the demon...I will...tear it to shreds..."

The dark voice laughed which echoed in his mind. [b]"I knew you would come around!...Yes captain...use your new gifts to shatter the creature...make it suffer...until next time..."
The voice laughed once again as it faded away. What a fool this captain was, he would be such a...useful pawn...his very presence will be a great honour for Chaos.

Back in reality, the Space Marine was now sheathed in something...off...his figure was now surrounded with warp energy. Something was off about the human. "Nothing has...hurt me demon...However, something will indeed hurt you..." The man...laughed as he did not just channel his psychic power. He drew from the warp itself now.
The eldritch horror shifted form again. He would smile if he could. "Finally. A challenge." The creature said to himself. He yet again shifted form. The entire platform turned into an inside-out fourth dimensional maze, full of obstacles and perils. "You think yourself clever boy? You've not begin to grasp the true extent of my powers." The maze starts to close in and flip around. "Show me, puny ant. Show me what your people are made of. So that I may assimilate those worthy into me."
"You call this...dimensional maze a challenge? I could breeze through this without a scratch. But enough cowering demon...I grow tired of these games now..." The Captain spoke as he took off his helmet. Using the lens as a miniature mirror he admired his flowing blonde hair. Such handsomeness...why would he hide his face?

Tossing the helmet aside, using the power of the warp itself and with a powerful blast far beyond his normal prowess. It would attempt to shatter the reality surrounding him. His very soul was now feeling the affect of the warp. He was no longer a space marine, no longer a loyal servant, his goals all gone...he now had one thing in mind. More power...and to preserve his beauty.
The monster disintegrated... only to re-materialize away from the now-power hungry space marine. "Now what could have corrupted him enough to make him drop his heroism? Whatever it was, it's of no concern to me. I'll lay waste to the citizens for old times sake and then find the one who walked out of that portal." R'ystelhar then vanished, in hopes of hitting the right spot.
"What a shame...Our venerable Emperor can deal with that trash if he pops up within the city limits. Such...ugliness...That creature is sealing its own fate. Oh well, I have my hair to fix now...I must be sure to...be 'normal' around my brothers." The captain laughed to himself as he walked away from the area. He could have followed up...but he did not have the honour he once had.

Eat Out - Tierge's ResturantSetting: Eat Out - Tierge's Resturant

Makthus rose from his chair in a sudden motion of agility. Immediately grasping Al's hand. Giving it one firm shake while nodding his head. "Gooday Al, 'names Makthus, pleased to meet you." he then sat back down onto the chair, sideways so that he faces Al "But that's it then! You are not from around, and not in the normal sense." Makthus made another gesture towards Al while tipping his chair dangerously far back.

"But the question comes down to, what kind of a traveler are ya? Are we dealin' with a poor soul venturing through the endless possibilities of time? Or is this interplanetary, Wait no, that's not the word... Makthus tapped his cheek, momentarily distracted from his favorite pastime, Talking. "Oh, I know! Is this some Interdimensional business you are dealing with?
"Interdimensional? Yes. Uh, but business? More like exile." Al said. "I was banished because my home world loves conquering stuff, but, um... I'm a bit too lazy for that. I was a scientist though, but I studied my universe. This world just straight up contradicted my research."

Unbeknownst to them, another...thing was watching them. "I have you now." The thing thought to himself.
Makthus nodded his head throughout the entire explanation. His smile grew throughout it, "Oh well, I can respect a man who enjoys the glory of being lazy!" He turned his head to the barmaid who had approached the table, she had been quiet, not to disturb the conversation. So it seemed almost unnatural how Makthus had noticed her. "Would you be sweet and get me something large, I want it to last. For him, get him something strong" He then snapped back to Al, His apparent energy was exhausting.

"So the science of the place you come from is completely disproved by this world eh? Sounds fun. I'm getting you a drink, so that means you'll have to stay and tell me everything. Sorry, But it's one of the most important rules in our world, You better follow it! Makthus held a cheeky tone through the last part, His smile growing as he looked at Al
Al chuckled as he was starting to warm up to the idea of living in this universe. "First person to ever respect my laziness, and for that, I'll tell you all you need to know, my new friend. After all, whatever info I give won't quite matter to me, my home world hates me now." Al sat down in front of him, his arms folded on the table. "So, I gotta ask ya. What are you? A mercenary? A drifter? I mean, if I gotta give you answers, you gotta at least give me something, right?" Al said in a lazy, slow, yet jovial tone. Al kept his composure, but yet he felt as though he was being watched...

Moments later, the barmaid came back. One large drink for Makthus and one strong drink for Al. Al tried chugging the drink, but he reeled back in disgust. It would seem the this is so alien to him that all he could taste is the alcohol. Not that it'd effect him anyway. But to remain polite to his newfound friend he forced a smile and continued drinking it.
Makthus held his cheery smile throughout, he was enjoying the conversation. As his drink arrived he took a jolly chug, another one following it. He sipped with apparant regularity, he had, after all consumed a lot of alcohol in his life. He glanced towards Al as he finished his sentence, just in time to witness the sudden gulp he took. Perhaps he shouldn't have ordered him something strong, but that would perhaps make eventual negotiations easier.

"Me? Well as you would understand my dear drinking compatriot. I'm a bastard, a real one. I'll do whatever might come my way to ensure my survival. But that's usual, and that's were I deviate, I'm Makthus, and I do not believe I have a single moral. I simply enjoy being that bad man. The one the heroes go and hunt down so that thy can preach their ways.

Makthus suddenly leaned back on his chair, once again rocking it dangerously far back while taking a huge chug from his drink, emptying almost half of his "large" drink. Before rocking his chair back, slamming his drink onto the table. He took a moment, wiping his mouth before he looked back into Al "Not to say I'm a bad person, I just have a very special set of ideals."
Al cocked his head to the side and grinned. "Good and bad are a matter of perspective, friend." Al set down his drink. "Though, from the sound of it, I'd think you said you were an anarchist. My universe would hate you for that, they have a fetish for order." Al said through a chuckle. He leaned back in his chair and signed. "In my universe, I specialised in physics and quantum mechanics."

Al then looked around, somehow missing the thing that's spying on them. "Or, at least I used to. Again, this place contradicts all of my research."
Malthus leaned forward onto the table, putting both his elbows onto the table and his head in his hands. "Now you see, That's real interesting. How would you say that my little world is so different from yours? What is it that's so bedazzling to an outsider like yourself?"

Malthus then leaned back, awaiting the answer while holding his ever so staunch smile. His eyes were fixated on his compatriot. Yet he himself had slowly grown into high alert. Funny enough it had seemed his senses sharpened by that previous chug. And something, was very wrong with the situation. Not the fact that he was in a exchange of pleasantries with an interdimensional traveler. It was more his danger sense sending small alarms through his head. Was someone perhaps about to try and claim his head? Well it wouldn't be that easy. Makthus was fully prepared, he would flip the table and start an all out brawl if he needed to. But the first step would be to act unknowing, so he grabbed his drink, and amazingly enough downed the rest of it. Just like he normally would
Al scanned the area. Again, somehow avoiding to notice the eldritch horror spying on them. He then looked back at Makthus. "Well, I'm bipedal like the people here, so we don't look too different, it's just... What's this?" Al grabs a coaster and drops it into the floor. "Gravity was never this strong in my universe. Things as light as that would stay in the air. And what's with the buildings here? I'm surprised they haven't collapsed, not because of the strong gravity here, but they're so...third dimensional. Usually in my universe, buildings have five dimensions to stabilize them."
Makthus gave Al a long face. He took a quick glance down into his empty glass while scratching his head. "Five dimension you say, I suppose that would really improve upon our architecture!" Makthus faked a moderate amount of enthusiasm, in reality he didn't have that much of an clue what this was about. A weaker gravity could be understood. But all this about dimensions definitely fell on deaf ears.

While keeping a small focus on the conversation Makthus instead used the rest of his senses to understand where this sudden sense of danger came from. It seemed that Al was quietly observing his surroundings. Not like before, it seemed more direct now. Like he was looking for something specific. Makthus felt his scar itch excitedly, he didn't want to use his blasphemous powers so carelessly, he hoped sincerely that the intimidating presence would disappear. Before the power would take matters into its own hands.
Al stretched and then hopped out of his chair. He scratched his back and looked at Makthus. "Well, I'm gonna head off into town. I may need someone who knows a thing or two about the place. Willing to help?" Shortly after asking this the area around him turned grey. The patrons of the bar, save for Makthus, have been frozen in place. Al looked around in confusion. Then a vantablack triangle with two right angles materialized in front of them. It opened its eyes, which happened to be everywhere on ts body. "Where are you headed, Al?" The thing said in a deep voice. "Aw, hell, not you." Al said in a slightly exasperated voice.
Makthus smile shrunk in just the tiny amount. Well now it was atleast clear what had triggered his senses earlier. He slowly rose from his seat, taking one step to the left, away from Al and the deadly triangle of doom. He gently poked the barmaid which was on her way to their table. No reaction from her. Makthus slowly spinned on the spot towards the pair of visitors. "So I assume that's a friend of yours, he seems very pleasant."

He walked around the table placing himself behind Al. Lowering his right hand onto his sword. He gained the feeling that his weapons would be terribly inefficient against the triangle floating before him "See I would shake your hand and introduce myself, but well, you know.
Al looked Makthus with a sort of half smile. "'Friend' would be far too generous. This guy is more or less an interdimensional serial killer."

The triangle looked at Makthus. He was putting out the sorta vibe that he was smiling. He then shifted into a twelfth dimensional hypersphere. Al looked at the eldritch being with one eyebrow raised. "One thing I'll never get about you is the fact that you're always indecisive about which form you'll take." Al scoffed. "It's not indecisiveness, it's lack of commitment." The eldritch horror rebutted.
Makthus gave an unsatisfied grunt. "Hey now, some of my best friends happen to be serial killers, they can be a pleasant bunch, just have a different way on life" Makthus made an dramatic gesture before leaning forward, placing his arm onto Al's shoulder an placing his head next to his.

"And see, I can tell just by the way you talk that you are already like an married old couple!" Makthus then switched his focus onto the apparently ever changing mass of darkness. "But well, your old acquaintance here certainly seems less than happy with your so sudden and... world-freezing arrival, so I believe I should ask you to kindly return to whatever rotten hell you inhabited before this." A second passed before Makthus turned his head to Al, placing his ugly scar uncomfortably close "Not meaning any offense to you of course"
Al looked at Makthus with his eyes. "Yeah, but as I said before he's an interdimensional serial killer. He's most likely nastier than the ones here. Considering I've yet to see someone absorb another for fun, but then again I've only been here for two minutes so I'm not certain how alien this place is."

The horror looked at Makthus with an intrigued look. "Ah, so I see I've run into another 'brave' person. The last one was a bit of trouble, but I assume you're weaker." The abomination charges directly at Makthus. As the being was close to coming into contact with Makthus' chest, he just froze. The being looked around with his eyes, unsure of what's happening. As it turned out, Al was holding him in place with telekinesis.
Makthus leaned back off Al, his smile still shining. Turning back to the blob of death, just in time to see it thunder towards him "Is that an attack, That is most definitely an attack!! Makthus hunkered down into a crouching position, but he was nowhere near fast enough. It would hit him square in the chest, the best he could do whas to try and catch it. But it froze just a few inches from him. Slowly and carefully Makthus rose again, giving Al a quick glance. "I assume I have you to thank for the fact that I haven't been absorbed as you so delicately put it, but... Makthus quickly shuffled his stance while talking, with an speed that almost seemed inhuman he opened an holster by his hip. Pulling out a strange gun, Bad News as he had lovingly named it. A gun capable of firing a single bullet. But that with enough power to punch straight through an armored law-enforcement mech. ...I've seen plenty of people be absorbed by otherworldly dipshits" Makthus fired the gun, creating a jarred echo throughout the restaurant. The knockback forcing Makthus arm into the air and his feet several metres back. It threathened to both break his arm and shatter his eardrums yet the Bad News was always such a fun weapon to use, for the pure power.
As the gun boomed through the abomination, time started to move for a bit only to stop again. In shock, Al let go of the being. The thing started to shreek, violently shake and shift forms until it found a stable one. It was three dimensional, so it wasn't exactly snug for him but he managed. It formed into a puddle on the ground, then turned into a bundle of tentacles. "My, my. I suppose it's my fault for not properly introducing myself. I am R'ystelhar. I'm here to absorb the both of you to gain power." After a two second interval, R'ystelhar turned into a discus and flung himself at Al. "I suppose I'll start with YOU!" It screamed at Al excitedly. As it was aiming for Al's neck, threatening to decapitate him, orbs of energy formed under R'ystelhar. The flung up towards him and exploded beneath him. Once again, R'ystelhar began to violently shake and shift form. "You seriously gotta learn some ranged attacks, pal." Al said in a condescending tone, as if knowing one of R'ystelhar's faults. Al looked at Makthus and pointed a thumb at the convulsing monster. "Pro-tip: He relies on his brute strength than his reality warping. Because he's cocky. Hell, it doesn't matter if I say it out loud, the most he'll ever do is stop time."
Makthus took a quick step back, Bad News suddenly opening up it's upper machinery causing steam to sprout from both the barrel and the now open part. Once again with the same suprising speed Makthus ran his free hand along the gun, causing the upper part to open further making an empty bullet casing to spring from the gun with enough force to embed itself into the ceiling. "Yes, That was about as ineffective as I thought it would be. If you want to give me a Protip then please share some info on how I make this bastard bleed"

Hunkering down again Makthus suddenly threw Bad News over his shoulder reaching both his hands to each side of his chest pulling out two black grenades. Reaching both his thumbs up to each of the pins pulling them out simultaneously, a dangerous glint appearing in his eyes, he had always liked explosives. Lobbing them both into the shifting form of R'ystelhar, both the grenades splitting into four smaller parts before sinking into the black mass. Unexpectedly Makthus then dove backwards, sliding under a table, flipping it over himself to act as cover. "Doubt that'll hurt ya Rysteblablabla, But It'll hopefully separate ya a little! Oh also, Al my dear, You should perhaps grab yer own table, those suckers I just threw likes to give some shrapnel!
Prior to Makthus throwing the grenades, Al looked at Makthus and shrugged. "There isn't much you can do to damage him. The most you can do is annoy him until he decides to leave." Shortly after, he saw the grenades thrown at R'ystelhar. Al cocked his head to the side and looked at Makthus when he warned Al about the explosive. He only managed a "What?" before the explosions did what they do best. Al stumbled back, with his limbs and face covered in cuts. But he just stood there and coughed a bit as R'ystelhar dissolved, then formed back together. He looked at Al in shock. "How aren't you feeling anything?" R'ystelhar asked in bewilderment. Al looked in R'ystelhar's direction and said in a calm voice "No, I feel it. I'm just too lazy to react."
Makthus turned the table, giving Al a long glance "T-that's pretty hardcore, I'm quite impressed in all honesty" Makthus then turned back to the table instead leaning himself over the top of it, giving him a good view of R'ystelhar, still reforming himself. Makthus placed both his arms onto the edge of the table, then placing his head onto his arm in a tired manner. "So Rystelablala, do you maybe just want to talk about this? I do admit that it might be quite satisfying to gorge me, and ol' Al over there for that manner. But I still got plenty of grenades to share" Makthus then suddenly stood up, observing the cluster of darkness as it formed itself. He sighed for himself and took a quick look around the restaurant. One would think that he was observing his surroundings but he was more searching for any drink that might've been left out of the time-freeze "Feel free to take the day off and enjoy some proper alcohol like a proper villain! Or maybe you are just bored enough to waste a couple of hours eating whatever we throw at ya?" Makthus shrugged, his smile sitting still tight on his face.
R'ystelhar fully formed himself. He took on a more humanoid appearance. He looked at Al and Makthus. His left arm turned into a tendril. He reached for Al and threw him at Makthus. But because he had terrible depth perception (due to him having eyes everywhere) he threw Al directly above Makthus. Al made contact with the wall and plopped onto the ground. He got up and looked a bit annoyed. "I hate sucker punches." Al said. His voice had a flair in it to indicate his stoicism was melting away. He grabbed R'ystelhar with telekinesis and slammed him against the walls, ceiling and floor before regaining his composure and balance. He then fired four balls of energy at R'ystelhar, each of them exploding on contact.
"Well! I take that as a very direct, No! Makthus proclaimed as he ducked back under his table, Al making an not so gracious flight over him. "But I do admit, I like solving arguments like this!" Makthus didn't have that many specific guns, Three more hanged in their own holsters. Excluding the Bad News. He grabbed the two which seemed to sit at corresponding sides of his hip while Al was launching a barrage. He seemed to still be as numb to any of the pain caused to him, yet his tone certainly made it seem he was getting tired of it. Makthus gave Al a second to finish his flurry of attacks. Four blasts of energy thundering above him hitting R'ystelhar seemed to be the end of it. "I'll return the sucker punch on your regard Al!" He stood up, the balls just barely missing him, scorching the tip of his hair. Kicking the table over an additional time Makthus slammed his boot onto his as he empty both the mags in his two fully automatic pistols into R'ystelhar.
R'ystelhar turned into a puddle after being thrown against the walls, blown up and shot at. He then formed into a sphere. "Well this is getting annoying. I'll be off. But know this; ALWAYS watch your back. There won't be a single thing to save you two when I get more power." With that, R'ystelhar disappeared. Time resumed and the patrons and employees looked around confused. Seeing tables flipped over and burned floors. Al looked around. "I do believe we've overstayed our welcome. So how 'bout it? Think you can show me around these parts?"
Both the barrels of Makthus guns steamed ominously, attracting more attention than he would've like. Makthus spun both guns, cooling them down enough to be stuffed back into the holsters. Making a small jog away from the table, snapping up Bad News as he made his way towards Al "Seems you were pretty right with the whole just get him irritated thing! Makthus still in his half-hearthed jog reached Al wrapping his arm around his shoulders practically dragging him towards the exit. "And you are most certainly speaking the truth. Tierge's is a most welcoming place, But now that we've gone and started a bunch of ruckus we should probably get away from the general area for atleast a week or two, I have heard enough about ol' Tierge to know that we should be well on our way out of here, So I'll most gracefully accept your offer, Onwards!" Makthus continued straight out of the building, Stopping on the stairs out. It was more up to Al were they should go.
Al grinned and followed Makthus. Again he stopped at the stairs, looking confused. He scratched his back and rose an eyebrow. "What- what am I supposed to do here? How do I work this thing?" Al asked, yet again confused by the architecture.
Makthus gave Al a look, He released his grip around his shoulders, Clapping them toghether before making a grand gesture towards Wing City. "It's a free world! It might be a little difficult for me to explain how a street works, but I'm sure you'll figure it out. Here, Let's go to the main street! Right before us, You can get everywhere from there. And just ask away since you seem so immensely, Flabbergasted!" Makthus smile stood bright, He had grown to quite enjoy Al's company.
Al grinned and looked at the city he was giving a grand gesture to. "While that was quite a rousing speech, I mean what do I do with this?" Al pointed at the stairs that leads out of the bar. "I know how a street works though. But never in my life have I seen this." Al continued to eye the exits stairs curiously, unsure of what to do.

R'ystelhar materialized in front of a building. Smog would have filled his lungs his he had lungs. Or any human organ for that matter. He floated along the sidewalk until he came across a gang of misfits. He chuckled to himself as he shifted into a form of a mouth. An eye-covered tongue outstretched towards the gang, scooping them up in one swipe. He promptly assimilated them into, well, him. He grew in size but not by much. He continued to float on by until he found someone of power.

"..Your universe, must be wierd..." Makthus gave a long look towards Al. Before finally regaining his focus, walking down the stairs. "You see, these witty little things lower your elevation. Like, they allow you to go up, and down." He pointed up along the stairs and down along them again as he talked. He then pointed out towards the city. "But I think It would be rather difficult to teach you how... Basic law of physics work, I'm not that good at the subject in the first place"
Al copied Makthus' movements. Al was slightly less confused but still sorta confused. He looked around and asked "So you said we should head over to the main street? Okay. Where's that?". He was still extremely confused, but Al figured he'd get over it once he made it to the main street.

After a while, R'ystelhar stumbled upon a lost child. He chuckled to himself and turned into a fourth dimensional maze, surrounding the young child and causing a good amount of people to direct their attention towards the dark mass holding the child. Many people tried helping the child. Mainly by calling the police, shooting at the black mass, clawing at it, tearing at it. Many people who got too close were slowly assimilated into him. This wasn't part of his plan, as he just wanted to assimilate the young child, but it was a good bonus. To him, at least.

"Alright, How about we do a deal. I'll guide you through this periless world of suffering and terrible, terrible people..." He scoffed slightly "...That way you have someone hardy to take ya back when you are besieged by evil hoodlums. That fancy powers of yours won't always help ya..." He hopped of the stairs, slowly walking towards the main street, a cheery spring to his steps. He turned around, walking backwards towards the main street while looking towards Al. "...And all I want in return is a promise of friendship, and perhaps a favor or two along with it! he chuckled as he turned backa round, walking ever so slowly towards the street
Al chuckled. "For you, buddy, I'll give you three favors" Al said, laughing softly. Al was following him until he heard a boombox behind them, singing things along the lines "I WANT IT AAAAAAAAAALL" Al looked around in confusion. "Hey, do you hear that-?" Al said before a young (looking) woman ran towards Al and tackle-hugged him, holding him tight. Al choked and gasped for air. "I can't breathe-" Al said before she loosened her grip. Al turned around before asking "Ava? Ava Riss? What are you doing here?" The young looking demon chuckled. "I've been looking for you. Why weren't you at your lab?" Ava asked. Al winced.

"Well, I got exiled." Al responded. Ava cocked her head. "Exiled? For what?" She asked in disbelief. "For being too lazy." Al said in a "why don't you know this" voice. Ava shook her head. "Those guys are anal about perfection aren't they?" Ava said, sighing. She looked at Makthus and asked Al "Who's this guy?" Al looked at Makthus. "Oh, that guy's a really cool dude, his name's Makthus, he straight up blew up R'ystelhar." Al said in an oddly enthusiastic tone. Ava tilted her head yet again. "Huh, that is impressive for a human, but R'ystelhar's practically a pest compared to every other horror." Ava said.
Makthus looked from Al to Ava, then back to Al and then back to Ava for the duration of the conversation. Clearly a little confused as to who the person who had just attempted to strangle Al was. He scratched the back off his head wondering for a moment if he maybe should just leave them alone for a while. Until the woman suddenly asked about him, he raised his eyebrows answering with a smile as Al explained, happy with how he showed more emotion that he usually would display.

He nooded at the mention of that irritating monster from before. "Now now, you should under no circumstances underestimate humans, we have a tendency to use that as an advantage!" He gave a sly wink to Ava as he approached Al, completely disregarding the fact that she had horns protruding from her head. He placed his hand on Al's shoulder while still keeping his smile strong "I'll have to add an additional term to our deal, don't think you can slip out of introducing any of your lovely female acquaintances to me." He looked up from Al towards Ava, "Because I would very much like to know who this horned, hugging compatriot of yours is"
Al had his perpetual grin as he looked at Makthus. He tilted his head as he asked about Ava. "Well, that's sort of a long story, so I'll sum it up; I knew that my increasing apathy would get me exiled so I looked for dimensions similar to my own. I came across a fiery, icy, dark, torturous place that's known as "Hell" to many other dimensions. It was actually very similar to my own. Go figure. Anyways, she came along trying to get me to steal things using rather bizarre logic. After a fair amount of time studying her and her trying to get me to be a criminal, her and I actually became friends. Then we got...what's your dimensions way of saying 'Involved'?"
Makthus released Al giving a slight sigh. "Welp, I suppose I'll have to congratulate you on it instead! Pay no heed to what I was previously saying" He took a step around Al giving another wink. "So she's a criminal, and she tried to bring you down the same road!?" He shook his head towards Ava, smacking his tongue disapprovingly "Don't be such a bad influence on my poor Al!"

He continued his cheerful, joking tone. But he was growing quite anxious, worried really. Sure he was extremely good at hiding it as always. But the fact that Ava was a demon wasn't a very good thought, having her around him would undoubtedly attract some unwanted attention, from an very unwanted individual
Al looked towards the main road. "So, shall we go forward?" Al asked. Ava looked at the main road as well. "Oop! Hold on!" Ava said before hiding her horns. She's a demon, but she isn't stupid. She knew as well as Makthus that she'd be getting unwanted attention. Many people would love to put a demons head on a platter and she doesn't want that. Ava then realized what Makthus said. She looked at Al and grabbed him. She then said in a semi-joking tone "This is mine now. Again."

"Tsk tsk, Don't go and get yourself all swooned now Al, you still owe me those favors!" He smiled wide chuckling towards the both of them. Seems Ava had enough sense to not go around proudly showing the fact that she comes from one of the inner circles of hell. He gave a nod towards her as she started to hide the horns "Good thought". Yet he still gave a loud sigh inside. Hopefully he was just a little too busy to go and get himself involved here. Makthus atleast hoped so.

He started walking down towards the main street gesturing wildy at the different stores and buildings "Now, let's not go and get ourself all shopping-crazy otherwise we will never get out of the main street, our first order of business will most definitely be to show ya around Wing City, give you a feel for the place and all that!" or maybe he just wanted to get somewhere with more people, as a safety measure.
As they walked by the store, Ava noticed, well, the store. She was just about to walk in before Makthus told them to not go shopping. Ava let out a disgruntled sigh and continued forward. "Oh, by the way, you know how we were talking about R'ystelhar? He's in Eastern Wing City tormenting a child while absorbing other people into him. Just food for thought." Ava said. Al looked at Ava with his eyes. "Why would this concern me? No, seriously, what even is a child? Is that like some animal?" Al asked confused. He didn't ask that out of selfishness, it's just that his people are more or less programmed into existence by a giant computer. How that computer even got there in the first place is anyone's guess. So he genuinely didn't know what children are.
"Wait, do you seriously not have any kind of maturity process at all?" He threw Al a worried look before giving Ava an equally desperate one "You haven't teached him a single thing, have you? He scratched his head looking between the both of them. "Alright Al, all humans used to be these smaller sizes, until we slowly grow bigger and stronger. But a child, well they are usually as innocent and defenseless a human can get.

"You are all defenseless. Innocent, not as much Makthus slowly turned, an extreme amount of pure "oh goddammit" written over his face. A massive hulk of metal was stomping towards them. It was quite surreal as he had appeared out of nowhere, suddenly walking towards them. There were barely any people in the street allowing him to walk in a straight, intimidating line towards them. The few people who did stand remotely close to the path that the demon was taking quickly backed off after noticing the two giant blades he merrily waved around as he walked. "There you are, have you gone and acquired some new friends?"

Makthus turned back towards Al and Ava holding a complex expression as the demon slowly approaches behind him. "I would advise for us to not talk with that guy, especially you Ava." He held a calm demeanor, but he was definitely face palming over and over again in his head. Of course Psoph would be able to sense this!
Al looked at Makthus then the hulking piece of metal in front of them, then back at Makthus then the hulking piece of metal. "Who's the old married couple now? And why does this guy want beef? We already took care of some interdimensional horror. Is he here to surrender? I may be lazy but I still have the same strengths as my fifth dimensional dominant brethren." Al said in a snarky tone. If he could take on R'ystelhar, he could take on this guy. Right? After all, how powerful could he be?

Ava looked at the hulking piece of metal in front of them. She knew he was also a demon, but kept her mouth shut. After all, what would he possibly do to the demon of greed?
Makthus couldn't help but cracking a smile at Al's comment. Throwing a glance over his shoulder towards Psoph who was eyeing down Ava, He leaned towards the both of them, Psoph who was still a distance away would hopefully not be able to hear as he whispered "I'm a little unsure, but I'd rather fight that friend of yours than Psoph any day. I suppose it's more or less my fault, guess he picked up the scent of Ava while you were hanging around me, he'll not grow bored as long as we still got some fight-" His eyes suddenly shifted as he knew that Psoph was more than close enough to hear, He spun around shooting both his arms out in a welcoming gesture towards the demon "Hey there big guy! Are you picking a fight with me again? I'm up for it and you know that!

Psoph threw up one of his swords pointing the edge towards the group "Ahaa! I've already told you how boring our fights are, You'll break soon enough anyway! What's fun is the news that you've found a cute little demon! I want to to make a good first impression!" He released a gruffy and twisted chuckle while striking the two blades against eachother.

Makthus turned his head back to Al and Ava, "Honestly he isn't an all too complicated fight, he mostly only knows how to swing those swords-" Makthus was interruppted again as Psoph suddenly lunged at him "I hear you!" Makthus was as quick as always his sword immediately in the air, striking the two huge swords slamming into him. For a moment it looked like Makthus was holding just fine until he was flung backwards several meters, repeatedly hitting the ground as he bounced along the road. He came to a stop a couple of meters away, laying directly on his back "...Ahh, I forgot how hard you hit..." He had lost the usual cheekiness to his tone.
Al glared at Psoph's comment. "Cute? What was that? Was that supposed to be some sorta flirt? Listen here mister..." Al started to walk towards Psoph with a dead serious look, one that he almost never uses. "You may think you're all that but lemmie tell ya something. I bet you're all..." Al looked at Psoph with his dopey grin again. "...Bone dry down there." Al started to snicker at his comment. Yes, it would be assumed that Al took advantage of Psoph's skeletal appearance and made a joke at his expense. Ava looked at Al with a face of both disappointment and amusement.
"..You know Al, I appreciate the wit... But I think I broke something..." Makthus forced out while rolling onto his back. Twitching slightly with each move.

Psoph stared at Al, no real expression could be made as, well his face wasn't much of a face. "I already don't like you" He plunged both his swords onto the pavement, sending parts of it cascading around him and Al as he leaned into the blades bringing his face close to Al's smug smile. "...But I should admit that it wasn't meant that way, more like a quick quip before I start twisting your necks, it'll be really cute"
Al chuckled, not only was his smile really smug, but so was his laugh. "I wouldn't get too cocky, now. A person who was just programmed in my universe would probably wipe out five of you in an instant. Do you honestly wanna test me?" Al asked in a rather smug voice as three giant orbs of energy formed behind him. Before there could be an answer, Al quickly ducked down as the spheres fired at an alarming velocity towards the demonic skeleton in front of him.
"Ah yes, so you are powerful! Makthus you have gained some fun friends!" His voice echoed out, accompanied by a hearthy laugh as the orbs thundered into him, tearing the pavement apart leaving a huge cloud of dust. The moment that the dust settled Psoph could be found fallen down onto his one knee both his swords laying down onto the crushed pavement before him, still quietly chuckling. He seemed to not actually have made an attempt to dodge "Ahhh yes, that's good, sooo good, I actually felt that! Well done!"

Makthus suddenly appeared behind Al, limping slightly while carrying a tired expression. He placed his hand on Al's shoulder. "Yeah that's also a thing, I'm pretty sure he's a hardcore masochist. Like, a hundred percent sure."

"You got the gist of it! Let's see if this powerful bloodline of yours is enough to outlast me!" He suddenly rose from his kneeling position rocks and dust running off him as he grabbed both his blades, striking them against each other again. "Hit me"
Al squinted at Psophor. "You're really some kinda freak, aren't you?" Al opened a vortex, he pushed Makthus out of the way and pushed Ava out of the way. The vortex led to the center of some energy source, presumably from lab that nobody bothered to empty out, and a white beam shot out from both sides, hitting whatever was behind it. As the vortex closed Al looked behind him with a concerned look. "Wasn't the bar back that way?" Al asked aloud. Al looked at Psophors direction again, wondering if it actually harmed him. "Also, what's a bloodline?" Al asked, yet again confused.
Ava, still firing in one set direction, didn't notice the demon charge toward her from under her pillar. Al took notice of this and glared. "Now, that's not very nice." Al said before opening two vortices from under him on opposite sides of Psoph, pillars of pure energy shooting upward and constantly spinning around Psoph. Al then repeatedly shit orbs of energy at him. Moreso to have him stay in place until he can think of a plan than to kill him.
Psoph had put an immense amount of weight into the swing, even if he wanted then he would probably been unable to stop. Thus he thundered into one of the pillars. If that was intentional or not was unsure. A momentary battle of force came between Psoph and the pillars, if he had perhaps swung at it instead of simply running into then he might've been able to break through it. But instead Psoph bounced off it, smoke trailing from his armor as he smacked into the one behind making him once again bounce back into the middle.

He released an inhuman screech as he suddenly stood straight up, the gaping maw of his filling up with crimson flames. Spewing it in a straight pillar towards Ava, meeting her flames head on in a battle of strength. Only to be interrupted when one of the orbs impacted the side of his head, and then another one, followed by and additional one, making him drop his flame breath. Only to simply throw one of his swords straight towards Ava. One might call it simply but the huge blade was like shot out of a cannon. Cleaving trough her pillar of flame, all the while releasing another roar, this one more angry that monstrous.
The massive sword jammed into Ava' stomach. She stumbled and her fire pillar started to dissipate. Al's smug demeanor faded and he lost most of his calmness. He grabbed Psophor with telekinesis as slammed him against the ground and the pillars of energy.

Al started to sweat and his vision became blurry. Not out of any surge of adrenaline, but because this was the most amount of effort he'd ever used. He had a feeling his attacks started to get gradually less effective.
"There! Finally a good hi-" Psoph's voice dissipated as he suddenly slammed head first into the ground. Blasted by waves of energy a rash cackle could still be heard, he was clearly happy with the hit. He then slammed his fist down, slowly standing up again, the beams still blasting into him. "Your attacks are getting wea-" His head suddenly jerked back, a loud boom echoing through the street as Makthus fired off the Bad News. He was still laying flat on the ground, steadying the overly large gun against the ground. Still, a very distressing "crack" escaped from him as he fired the gun, the recoil making it fly straight out of his hands, spiraling away in the distance. "Agh, ahh! Alright, note for the future, don't fire the gun with broken ribs..."
Al stumbled to the ground. It was evident that he didn't have much fight left in him. Al started to breathe heavily, as if he was a kid with asthma who ran fifty miles. Al tried to get up be he neither has the strength nor the will to stand up. He looked at Ava's limp body with the sword lodged in her stomach. He didn't know if she was dead or alive but he stumbled towards her.
Psoph's head was thrown back, staring up towards the sky, still quietly chuckling. He looked back down towards Makthus and Al, both on the ground. A large portion of his helmet had been blasted off, really most of his armor was completely torn. The mantle wasn't more than a rugged piece of cloth, one of the shoulder pads hung loosely off him and there were large holes covering the plates. "Hmmm, Don't tell me she died from that! Isn't she supposed to be a demon?" He swung his right hand up, seemingly inspecting the blade he still had.

Makthus was himself quite quick, suddenly getting on his feet, his left arm rightly wrapped around his chest as he rushed over to Al's side, seemingly ignoring the still standing Psoph. "Things... Are looking rather bleak, don't ya think?" He made a forced smile. The scar across his face had started, twitching strangely enough. Like the blackened flesh was moving on it's own.
Al looked at Ava's lifeless face. He gave it a long look and a sigh. He went to touch it but when he did, the body disintegrated, revealing...money bags? Al stared in confusion until an invisible force pulled him up and started to strangle him. In the same way Ava did when she saw Al... Suddenly it took form and it was Ava! Al looked as far behind him as he could. "Ava?" Al asked. "Yeah, silly! The sword may have hurt, but I'm a demon! Sharp metal can't kill me!" Ava said in a joyous tone as she fired another pillar of fire at Psophor.
"Haha! Now that's more like it" Psoph proclaimed before being blasted by the flames, sending him rolling backwards. Unsurprisingly enough he rolled straight back up into a standing position laughing again. "But just like yourself, you'll need a little bit, more." One would get the feeling that he was back to grinning. "Yeah, about that..." Makthus stood awkwardly by the sudden soul-crushing hug. Still tightly holding his by now crushed chest. "...I have never seen someone actually capable of bringing Psoph down, just like that friend of yours it's usually him getting bored and leaving." "Oh I'll not get bored..." He threw his sword up into the air before catching it again. "... I'll aim for your head next time." He gave an amused glare towards Ava.
Ava groaned. "You're being duuuuuuuumb." Ava said to Psophor in a childish tone. She took out a whip-like weapon, with the whip end being made of anti-photons. She started to swing at Psoph both wildly, but somehow tactically. Al sighed and reached into his cheap top-hat and pulled out a cord. The cord seemed to be attached to the hat. He inserted it into a hole in his back, throwing him into a more instinctual mode, cancelling out fatigue. His eyes turned blank-white with electricity surging through it. He clapped his hands and vortices, ranging from five to seven, appeared below Psophor, surrounding him and fired lasers that are larger than usual. Al shortly after used telekinesis to nudge Psophor towards one of the lasers and he fired large orbs of energy downward.

Literally moments later, Al froze in place, his attacks fading out and all vortices closing. "Do stop having a tantrum. You're one of the most brilliant minds, I'd think you wouldn't let pesky things like emotion get in the way." A robotic, androgynous voice said. A black, featureless mass appeared. Multiple limbs sprouted and folded itself into an arm-crossing posture.
"Ahaa! Looks like we are pulling out our trump cards!? Well I'll take the chance and join then!" Makthus proclaimed suddenly straightening his back, slowly letting go of his chest. His tone seemed to shift. "I'm letting you have a go now, but the moment you do anything rash I'll be straight back" He said, seemingly to himself. His head snapped back in an instant, the scar suddenly twisting and bending across his face. Veins from the scar and down his body steadily shifted to a black color. Large strand of black goo seemed to run from the scar. Down across an utterly huge grin, bigger than what could be considered sane. He spun aroud staring at the new arrival "Oh, are we gonna kill you like the R'yste guy?

Psoph wasn't fully as confident. He swung his sword against the whip repeatedly beating it away from him while backing slowly. He threw glances towards his other sword, he wouldn't be able to do any proper swordplay without it. What knocked out of that thought was the sudden eruption of deadly pillars around him, he stood at attention prepared for the whip, but instead a gentle nudge hit his forehead, making him lean back just the slightest, straight into the pillar behind him. A violent crack could be heard as he flew forward into the other pillar. Several of Al's attacks hit him sending him cascading further against the beams the beams all while releasing an inhuman screech.
The jumble of code looked at its challenger. Or at least it seemed like it was looking at him, hard to tell due to it being featureless. "Only a third dimensional pest would think it could stand up to me." The being let Al go, the cord in his back slipping out. He stumbled and then looked at the living scribble with a clear "Oh fuck" face. As much as Al tried to hide it, he was clearly scared for his, Ava's and potentially Makthus' life. "Sorry dude, we can't beat this guy. He's the guy who banished me. Speaking of which, why are you here?" Al asked. "Simple. I know you'd come back to try and kill me-" "No I wasn't." "- SO I came to the conclusion that you must be destroyed before you destroy me." The being hands snapped. Force fields surrounded Al, Makthus, Ava and Psophor. The hands then clenched their fists and the fields started to closes in on them, slowly but surely.
Makthus looked around at the sudden force fields. His smile still wierdly fixed onto his face. "Now that's, that's just real interesting! Are you people trying to tell me we that have run up on this flying all powerful shit-face, and have no way to defeat him! Ahahhaa, how fun!" His tone had slowly but surely changed, by the end of the sentence he sounded completely insane. He suddenly in a blur struck his sword towards the barrier, then again, bouncing of the side of it, striking while in the air at the other side, darting all around his tiny cage repeteadly slashing away. His speed was simply ridiculous, unfortunely only causing slight ripples in the walls of energy.

Psoph suprisingly seemed the calm one, he slowly rose from the steaming pile he had been left in. Smoke still trailing off his sundered armor. His entire body suddenly twitched, a riple running through him. He then rose his sword upwards releasing a guttural roar. Seems he had switched to a second gear. "THOSE, ARE, MINE! He grabbed his sword in both hands. Raising it above his head, a slight glint of crimson flashed across the edge. The power to slay a god. He then swung down straight onto the barrier, flames sputtering out of the holes in his armor as he impacted with all his might.
The scramble of graphics observed Psophors and Makthus' futile attempts at breaking the barrier. "What part of this do you not understand?" The being asked in a condescending tone. Al looked at the ground, the only place where the force field didn't touch. Al tapped on the directions closest to Ava and Makthus to try and get their attention. He then pointed at the ground. He opened a vortex in his, Ava's and Makthus' pointing at the ground, before the vortices fired he looked at both Psophor and L.C.M. His fingers contorted into impossible angles, which is possibly flipping the bird to him. L.C.M seemed to be offended. The vortices fired downwards, creating a tunnel leading downwards. Ava and Al jumped in, missing the force field, which would've crushed them, by an inch.
Makthus continued defying physics, running across the surfaces. He made no signs of actually understanding Al. Which was very hard to tell based on his current state. The vortex opened underneath him in which he reacted by suddenly dashing up onto the very roof of the barrier, both of his shoulders touching the sides before he suddenly pushed of the top, sending him flying directly down into the hole that Al had created, cackling while doing so.

Psoph released another roar, all the sides of the force field pressing against him. His sword being slowly pushed out his grip,
both his arms locked to his sides. "That's it, I'll tear your very essence out of this world!" A sudden wave of malice escaped him, a shuddering passing down the spines of most of Wing cities inhabitants. An undeniable presence filling the air.

"GODS OF THE OLD AGE, HEAR YOUR HERALD! GRANT ME POWER, GRANT ME STRENGTH AND GRANT ME MIGHT!
GRANT ME THE ABILITY, TO ERADICATE!"

One could think that the screaming lunatic was just that, a lunatic. And he probably is. But the presence which only seemed to grow thicker around him was hard to ignore. A black smoke started rolling out from the holes in his armor, slightly enveloping the demon. Whispers could be heard, trailing off in the distant with faint gibberish. Until suddenly the very world around Psoph seemed to bend, and then shatter. Like a thousand glass windows suddenly appeared out of nowhere only to be instantly destroyed. Left was only a shallow crater, small, only reaching about a meter, and in it was only the Demon lord Psophor. Breathing heavily, "Reality itself wavers before you my masters. Like always." He then took a glance towards the mass graphics, a fire in his nonexistent eyes.
Al tunneled his way to Makthus, then Ava. He then started to tunnel his way away from L.C.M and Psophor. He then stopped midway through. "Al? What's wrong?" Ava asked. "I just realized I can tear open a portal and just bring us somewhere else. I think." He ripped open a portal. At random, it lead to Casgrax II. Al gave it a double take, then looked at Ava and Makthus. "Beings with a lower dimensional count first?" Al asked, motioning his arms towards the portal.

L.C.M looked at Psophor, then it started to clap. Its unknown whether it was sarcastic or genuine, but what followed was "Impressive. Third dimensional beings do have fight in them after all." The being said. "All you need to do is get rid of that pesky emotion. That tedious...rage. And you can finally get what you desire." The being then opened up multiple portals leading to the second dimension. "It's a simple choice really. You're rather interesting. But I can dispose of you if I wish. So what will it be? Be my apprentice or suffer in the second dimension?"
Makthus stared at the portal, his smile still stuck. He then looked up the tunnel again. A wicked expression filling him as he heard Psoph release his powers. His expression started twitching, as if he couldn't decide if he should smile or not. Makthus right hand suddenly rose up in the air, moving spastically directly up to his face, twitched for a second before he suddenly punched himself in the face. He shuttered for a moment before looking at Al. His smile less, insane. The veins leading from the scar started slowly reverting from black and back to red. He gave a smirk to Al and Ava. "Right, surivival instinct before bloodlust. And you need to remember that!" The last part didn't seem like it was aimed at the pair. He then charged through the portal, as if he was gonna tackle the very first thing he sees on the other side.

Topside Psoph sighed deeply. The heavy presence which had filled the air disappeared just as quick as it had appeared, leaving an eerie silence behind it. "Arghh... It's gonna take days worth of offerings before they'll listen to me like that again..." For a moment it seemed he completely ignored L.C.M, walking slowly over to his second sword, lifting it from the ground and swinging it aimlessly. "Now!" He spun around staring at the entity. "Are you asking me, the voice of the ancient ones, to abandon them and follow you instead!?" He pointed his right sword towards L.C.M. "You are nothing compared to them!"
Ava cocked her head to the side, then looked at Al. "Your friend's actually pretty cool." She said before going into the portal. Al gave a low, hearty chuckle before following.

Meanwhile, L.C.M placed it's arms on all of its sides. "You're right. I'm not. I'm programmed to be the perfect being. I could probably throw them into the quantum world, erasing their existence. So again, what's it gonna be? You said you'd need to give your gods need offerings, right? You only need to give me favors for the kind of powers I'll be supplying you."

A portal suddenly tore open the fragile wall of reality. The people nearby jumped at the sight of the sudden anomaly that had destroyed their everyday life. The portal itself had appeared in the middle of a busy market square. The people stared with a mixture of awe and fear until Makthus, rugged and injured came thundering out of the portal. Rolling across the ground and up in a crouching position. Looking around at the people slowly backing away from him. He then spun on the spot, turning towards the portal and almost falling over as Ava ran into him. He shuffled slightly looking over Ava and Al who came through the portal "Right, no one is dead? Good. I suggest we find somewhere to lay a little low"

"I'll be no servant of yours." Psoph snarled. "You are filled with unending pride and arrogance. Hah, and even more, you're stupid enough to think that'll I'll just lay down my blades after you claim that you can eradicate my gods!?" He suddenly struck both his blades against each other, the crimson Godslayer magic flashing across the swords again. "You can send me to no hell that I haven't already fought in!" He yelled as he dove towards L.C.M both his blades swung in one savage overhead.
L.C.M saw Psophor lunge at them. Shortly after, it unflinchingly said "Fine." a portal appeared in front of him, leading to the second dimension. The only thing that survived was L.C.M, and that's only because the jumble of graphics and code that stood before Psophor is a mere projection of the real L.C.M.

Al shrugged. "That's fine. Laying low is... well, usually my speciality." Al said. Ava looked at Al with a raised eyebrow. "You? Laying low?" Ava asked sarcastically. Al looked back at Ava. "Well, yeah, usually. I dunno what's up with this dimension but it seems like almost everyone wants me dead." Al replied. Al scanned the area. "Well, Makthus, I got some bad news. There isn't a single place that we can hide here."

Main Street (Continued)Setting: Main Street (Continued)

"Ahaha!" Psoph feet quickly touched the ground. In which his eyes flashed with red. A grand portal appearing infront of him, and with that directly before L.C.M's portal. He disappeared into the reddish hue, Exiting another portal which appeared directly above the projection. Jamming both his blades into it, even if it was a feeble thing it gave Psoph a large amount of satisfaction

Makthus spun around, staring at the square and the people staring back. "Well shit-" He spun around again to look at both Ava and Al when he instead suddenly bent over. Hugging his chest with both arms, his face contorting with pain "Argh! God, dammit, right, broken ribs and no cursed blood to power through it. Fuc- ah, no language..." He gritted his teeth while straightening his back, giving a pained smile to the pair. "No, don't, don't mind me, It's just, human weakness."
Al looked at Makthus with concern. "Well, that's no good." Al said. Al took off his top hat and emptied it out. A cord and a laptop-like device. He plugged the cord into his computer and into the most open wound on Makthus. He started typing some sort of code into his laptop in hopes that it heals his wounds.

Main Street (Continued)Setting: Main Street (Continued)

Undoubtedly, L.C.M was taken by surprise by Psophor's attack. "Well. This isn't what I had planned." It said in a stoic tone. L.C.M split in thirds, essentially cloning itself. "I utterly despise doing this. It's hard to control all three at once, but we all must do what is necessary, correct?" With that, L.C.M's 1 and 2 advanced on Psophor, while L.C.M 3 started charging an attack that, if over charged, could throw reality into a state of broken physics.

Casgrax IISetting: Casgrax II

Makthus, well he stared, at the sudden fact that it seemed Al possessed a bottomless hat like one of those terrible magicians who performed at his bars. And after that, the fact that Al seemed to be attempting to upload software directly into his chest. He looked quite questioning as he threw Ava a look of disbelief. Yet he know of the otherworldly power Al held, hopefully whatever virus that was getting digitally uploaded into him could fix broken bones. "Well, I suppose I gotta add magical healing computers to my shopping list"

Main Street (Continued)Setting: Main Street (Continued)

"Come on! Show me what a perfect being can do, hit me with your best!" Ending his statement Psoph spew forth a pume of hellfire covering his front. Before diving straight through it. Psoph didn't know how much power this being held, or how much of it these copies contained. Personally he considered the splitting a mistake, he always enjoyed fighting several enemies. It wasn't like his long wild sweeping attacks needed to be changed. With the same crushing speed as alway he flew through the fire, swinging his blades wildly towards 1 and 2. Attempting to continue straight towards the third one, attempting to gore it with his swords
L.C.M 3 was just about done charging its attack. L.C.M held the orb of pure quantum physics over its head and said "Accepted." With that, L.C.M's 1 and 2 grabbed hold of Psophor's arms and L.C.M 3 launched the orb at him.

Casgrax IISetting: Casgrax II

Al finished the code. He then pressed enter, or, at least his equivalent of enter. With that Al quickly ripped out the cord as all of Makthus' flesh wounds closed and all of his broken bones were fixed. Ava helped Makthus to his feet as Al stuffed everything back into his hat. "For added measure, I gave you a regenerative factor so you won't need to worry about fatal injuries. Unless, of course it needs immediate attention or you're impaled and the thing impaling you is stuck in you." Al said.

Ava took notice of a black, flying blob. "Uh, guys?" Ava asked. It was none other than R'ystelhar. It didn't seem like anyone noticed him, but R'ystelhar was, without a doubt searching for them. He was also glowing and surging with power, so this time, R'ystelhar came prepared. Al hid Makthus, Ava and himself behind the nearest sign
Makthus gave a sigh as he was funneled in behind the sign while the persistant glop of seemingly unending hatred levitated above the square, scaring off any of the remaining city folk. "Okay, so he is really immortal so to say? Like stuck-within-a-hundred-supernovas-and-still-fine immortal? He stroked the handle of his sword impatiently "Because I'm growing increasingly more tired and in need of a beer." He peeked around the sign and then quickly leaned back. A pout painted across his face.

Main Street (Continued)Setting: Main Street (Continued)

"Arghhahaha" Psoph released a mixture of a crazed laugh and a wild screech. He made no attempt to break the grip the others L.C.M's seemingly allowing them to grab him as he observed the bolt towards him, one could get the feeling he was smiling. It impacted him directly in the chest. Immediately digging through his armor, reducing it to nothing. He threw his head back making another inhuman screech as the force from the impact dislodged him from the grasp of the copies and sending him careening backwards into one of the buildings on the side of the street. A moment passed until the building itself crashed down, covering the hole that Psoph had made in it.

Casgrax IISetting: Casgrax II

R'ystelhar shifted into a fifth dimensional hypercube. He spun around, trying to catch a glimpse of, at least, Al. But alas, he couldn't see through the sign they were standing behind. Curse you, conveniently placed advertising. He floated away, continuing his search for Al. Al and Ava peeked out. "I hate to be captain obvious, but we should go the other way." Ava whispered. Unfortunately, due to the dead silence, R'ystelhar heard it as clear as it would have if she screamed it. R'ystelhar shortly afterwards turned into a seventh dimensional spear and shot himself towards Al, Makthus and Ava, barely missing Al and Ava. "In hindsight, I probably should have gave a nonverbal signal." Ava thought aloud.

Main Street (Continued)Setting: Main Street (Continued)

L.C.M floated above Psophor. It said in a somewhat annoyed voice "You have wasted my time. Al could have been dead by now. You could have been dead by now. But because of you, Al has slipped through my fingers. The projection floated closer to Psophor. "I'd finish you off. But I have a mistake to catch." And with that, L.C.M faded away.

Casgrax IISetting: Casgrax II

"I hate hindsight, that thing too." Makthus uttered as he rolled away from the sign. Getting a good distance from R'ystelhar. He stood up staring up at him, slowly reaching for the two automatic pistols holstered by his sides. "I still need that question answered! I haven't fought anything immortal before and I don't like the thought of it!" He yelled over the mass of black goo. He swore quietly to himself, he still desperately needed that beer.
Al looked at Makthus with a reassuring grin. "If it's any consolation, nothing's immortal. He's just a pain in the ass to kill." Al said. R'ystelhar started to laugh. "Well, that's as close to immortal as I can get, right?" He responded in a snarky tone. R'ystelhar swiftly scooped them up and shifted into a fourth dimensional maze. Al looked around, unimpressed, while Ava looked like she was getting a headache. "It's alright, guys. I can get us outta here. These were on the news paper in my dimension." R'ystelhar shifted into a twelfth dimensional maze. "...Fuck."

Main Street (Continued)Setting: Main Street (Continued)

A moment passed, several actually. A dead silence filling the street, only the occasional smarter of stones falling from the destroyed buildings along with the now casual roar of the still burning patches of fire. Until an armored hand suddenly broke trough the rubble, throwing a few stones until suddenly Psophor broke up through the stones with a loud crash. Not much remained of his armor, the plates buckled beyond recognition and the cloth torn to tiny pieces. The huge grin on his helmet had been malformed into a wierd grimace. "A, aghh, that was a bloody good blow." He started chuckling, limping slowly away from what used to be the battlefield, on the way he slowly knelt down, picking up the Bad News which layed sprawled out across the cobblestones. Psoph would enjoy returning this to its owner. He then continued, disappearing into the darkness of Wing City

Casgrax IISetting: Casgrax II

Makthus slowly spun on the spot, extremely confused by the new concep of a twelve dimensional maze. He rose his finger up into the air spinning back around to look at Al. "I would suggest another portal, if that's possible. I have the feeling something would kill us before we got even halfway through... This." He gestured towards the walls, an annoyed impression spreading across his face. He wondered about the whole difficult to kill conversation. He knew lots of people like that, but the question came down to exactly how difficult it would be.
Al looked at Makthus and snapped his fingers. "Good idea, buddy." Al tore open a portal, but twelfth dimensional walls promptly surrounded the portal, all while R'ystelhar laughed wildly. Al and Ava stared at the walls blankly. "But. But why?" Al asked to himself. Ava started to get annoyed. She shot a pillar of fire at one of the walls, but a hole opened up, causing the pillar to go right through it.
"This is like one of those wierd psychedelic trips you go on after one of gambit's special drinks." Makthus turned his back against the pair, observing the walls while backing slowly, showing a surprising amount of footwork as he backed up further, pushing his back up against Ava's back. "Speaking from experience I assume we are surrounded by the guys body, which seems to be able to shift freely. He's probably gonna form into something sharp soon, so, Al get in here!"
Al backed up to both of their backs. Al looked around, now looking for a sharp pillar or a wall coming at them. All saw spikes coming at them from behind them and in front of them. He shots two orbs at the spikes, causing them to dissipate. Al scanned the area again. "He's a bit more formidable. I'm not a fan of that, makes my job harder."
"Wait you work!?" Makthus quickly looked around towards Al while chuckling, before just as quickly turning his head back. He brandished his sword before him, holding it steadily in his right hand, his left one behind his back. He was smiling quite wide again. "So will this be another battle of attrition until he grows tired off us?"
Al continued to scan the area. "I'm dubious about our chances of even landing a hit on him. Chances are, if people are trying to save us, they're being sucked into him." Al started to walk foreward, then looked back at them. "There's gonna be a core. We should find that if we want a chance at even hitting him." Ava rushed up to his side.
Makthus continued staring at his part of the wall, noticing just in time how the pair started walking away. He walked backwards, careful to have his own back close to the two of them. "Now, Mr deadly malevolent computor god along with Psoph might show up soon, if they haven't killed eachother. Psoph has his ways for interstellar travel, I assume your guy does too. Think they'll be able to get us out? Or do we need to find this.. core?" He suddenly struck towards the wall to his right, backing upp into Ava again. He released a low grumble.
Al looked at Makthus with a look of enlightenment. "That's is actually a good idea. Hang on." Also said before emptying out his hat. He took out a laptop from the pile and released a mass message that practically narrows down to "Dear L.C.M, You suck. Love, R'ystelhar." Within moments R'ystelhar started to twitch, surge and rumble. He eventually spat out Makthus, Al and Ava. L.C.M and R'ystelhar started duking out in the air. Energy surges and pitch black tendrils covered in eyes fill the sky.
Makthus glanced toward Al once again using his computor, watching steadily between the pitch black walls and his apparent writing. "Wait, is he really gonna fall for that?" Before even receiving an answer the maze started to twitch and break. Makthus was suddenly emptied onto the floor, rolling several metres to reach a distance he considered safe. He looked up towards the battle of... things happening above him. "Yep, I'm pretty sure I had this psychedelic dream before." he suddenly reached into one of his pockets, once again mumbling into it
Al looked upwards at the battle. "Well, Makthus, after being convinced you're a God, you start to develop a sense of pride. I suggest we run before it notices us. I can't quite create a portal at the moment. This universe really makes you need to use all your effort and I'm sorta tuckered out." Al leaned on the sign they hid behind out of exhaustion. Ava put his arm around her and helped him up. Somehow, living in a world with a weak gravitational made him lighter in a world with a stronger one.
Makthus swung his hand out of the pocket, looking up towards the pair and then towards the fighting mass of, chaos above them "I got some reinforcements on the way, an old buddy. He is by far more experienced with this sorta thing, and I bet Psoph will come thundering any moment, but still, yeah, I'd prefer to but a couple of lightyears between myself and those." He gesturad up towards them. "A sword can only do that much" He stood for a moment, seemingly thinking. He then sighed deeply, covering his face with his palm. "Right, I specifically denied the option of getting a safehouse on Casgrax, this looks like Casgrax anyways, goddammit..."
Al dreaded the thought of three horrors at once. He looked around, trying to find some sort of exit. Ava pointed in the direction of Griasfrask. "That's seems far away enough." Al looked at the place Ava was pointing at and his face lit up.
"Now, I'll tell ya, I'm a right bastard. Someone who will do a lot to save his own skin. But I'd rather not have these things chase us straight into the capital, and also-" Makthus grew a wide smile, and in one grand motion drew his sword. His eyes giving a dangerous glint. "-It's not like we don't know how to fend for ourself, with both Psoph and Argol inbound I'll bet my stash on that we will be able to get one hell of a scrap right here." He suddenly stomped his right foot down onto the pavement, his smile growing again. "It'll be Psoph, Mr evil sludge and godly computer guy vs all of us along with Argol, we have the advantage right!?"
Al made a sort of a face of concern. "Well, like I said, I've run out of energy. And plus..." R'ystelhar fell from the sky and plopped onto the ground as if he fainted. "...I don't like those odds."
"Really, are they that bad? I think we whopped Black tar man quite easily earlier..." Makthus stared at the convulsing mass of tendrils which just landed at their feet. "I'm starting to guess that from the lack of Psoph's demonic screaming, along with, well that." He gestured to what remained of R'ystelhar with his sword "Computer god is quite the mean one isn't he?" A single drop of sweat formed on his brow
L.C.M descended from the sky to dispose of R'ystelhar. When it was about to kill him, it took notice of Al, Ava and Makthus. Electricity surged throughout its body, giving one the impression that it was not happy with their presence. Al and Ava started to back up. "You have no idea." Al said to Makthus. L.C.M opened up a portal to the quantum world, sucking them in. Al and Ava frantically tried finding something to grab onto, because if one entered the quantum world, their existence would be entirely hypothetical.
Makthus lost his smile, standing in front of the group he lost his footing immediately tumbling down backwards and slowly descending towards the portal feet first. He struck his sword into the pavement, barely slowing him down as the pavement gave away making a large scar in the pavement trail down with Makthus. "Fuck, fuck, fuck fuck, No! NO!" One could see the shift of his face, the scar once again pulsating, sending a strange black ooze throughout his veins. He gripped the sword with both hands in a crushing grip, one could get the feeling that an entire army wouldn't able to pull him free from the sword, unfortunely the problem was that the sword was equally giving away.

His feet was just a few inches from the portal when suddenly, accompanied by a large roar a greatsword impacted directly into the portal. A brilliant yellow shine trailing behind it. Suprisingly the sword didn't disappear into the portal, instead it physically crashed into it. Causing a short moment of completely silence until the sword tore directly through the portal, severing it into two different pieces which soon faded away. The man who had swung his sword brandished it before his face, standing steadily infront of Makthus, his armor shining brightly. It was truly a heroic entrance. "I haven't thinked up a fancy name for that move, but it does work nonetheless, all that interdimensional magic just tears from it." Makthus looked up "About tim-" He leaned down again, seemingly trying to calm himself and the state he had entered, Argol gave him a worried look "About damn time, you know how long you took?" Argol seemed to forget about L.C.M as he turned towards Makthus. "You suddenly travelled several galaxies! One moment you were in wing city, the next, CASGRAX! I had to shortcut through Gambit's dammit!"
Al and Ava stood up. Al stared at the fading shattered pieces of the portal. "That defies all physics, logic and reason. I like it. Confusing, but I like it." Ava looked at the sword, feeling the absolute urge to steal it. But that's how a demon of greed do. Al dusted himself and Ava off. Al looked at L.C.M and started backing up. "I suppose there isn't any time for formal introductions. Hi. Al. Interdimensional being and enemy of that guy." Al said, pointing at L.C.M. Ava also started backing up to Makthus' and Argol's side. "I'm Ava, totally normal person, nothing to look into there." L.C.M suddenly fired a laser that would put many of the worlds powerful nukes to shame. Al fired three lasers at it, slowing it down, not even noticing the pile of tendrils moving again. "Also, the Casgrax thing is my fault. My portals are kinda trial and error." Al added.

Ava noticed Al struggle, so she fired a pillar of hellfire at the laser as well, completely contradicting her "completely normal human" statement, but she'd rather keep Al alive than...not alive. It was helping holding off the laser, though.
"Gooday to both of you! Let's spare the further pleasantries until we've dealt with this lovely gentleman!" He looked up towards L.C.M. Watching the beam thunder towards him, he was clearly bracing for it, but he still stood in front of Makthus, and he clearly showed no intention of moving away from him. He watched both Al and Ava meet the attack head on and smiled. "Nice seeing that you can actually get along with demons Makthus!" He looked back, nodding towards Ava, not seeming to mind the beam of certain death too much.

He then brandished the sword again, holding it aloft infront of him, again a dazzling light encompassed the blade. Forming like an cocoon of energy around it. He suddenly opened his eyes and ran forward, underneath the beams of his allies until he reached the point they met L.C.M's beam. He plunged the sword forward like a lance, and once again it physically clashed with L.C.M's powerful attack. Makthus was mostly looking on with a shit-eating grin, the beam was ever so slowly splitting upon the blade. Once again cleaving the energy into two, which continued to either side of Argol, annihilating their way forward but missing the party. Once the beam had subsided Argol swung his blade back, observing it slowly, several pieces of the cocoon had been destroyed, revealing the blade underneath. He smiled bitterly "Hopefully he won't be able to fire many more of those, I won't be able to block much more! Let's prioritize dodgin'!"
Al looked at Argol. "Well, funny you should mention that-" L.C.M fired yet another one, Al and Ava jumped out of the way. "They're a projection of it's true form. And neither of them get tired. It can throw barrages like that all day if it wanted." Al fired energy orbs at L.C.M, obviously not affecting him as much as he'd have liked.
"Alright, SHIT!" Argol dived underneath the beam, the beam just barely scorching his armor before continuing thundering down the square. "Okay I admit, I was trying to play that off, but damn! This guys hits hard. What in the world did you piss off? He glanced towards Makthus, his eyes still determined "Yeah, he seems less talkative and more hellbent on our destruction this time..." Makthus shrugged, standing a the ready. Argol turned back, swinging his sword through the air a couple of times, staring towards L.C.M "Can't we talk about this? Can you even talk?"
"I'm here because I don't take failing lightly." L.C.M tersely stated. "It's also here because he think's I'll come back to usurp it after it banished me. Even though it knows I'm too lazy to do that." Al said. "I have no quarrel with you three. Stand down and let me erase Al." Ava stepped up. "Yeah? Well, when you banished him, there was one thing that you didn't account for." Ava said. "And what would that be?" L.C.M asked. "New ownership." Ava said before firing a barrage of negatively-charged photons at L.C.M, slicing through it and causing it to shatter. Al looked at the shattered pieces in horror, something odd for someone that's usually stoic like him. As the shattered pieces touched the ground, more L.C.M's sprung up. Ava looked over with her mouth agape. "Okay, that's a cheap move." Ava said in annoyance.
"It's certainly a cheap move, but- Argol started grinning, his sword suddenly bursting out of the bright cocoon. "-It gives me something way easier to fight against." For just a moment his sword seemed me to switch hue again, a slight hint of blue flashing across the blade before Argol darted forward at a blistering speed, shattering the pavement which where he had previously stood.

Makthus reacted the moment Argol finished his sentence. "Agreed, it gives me something I can help with!" He lunged forward, his speed and power not nearly the same as Argol but impressive nonetheless. In a subtle motion he unsheathed the matchine pistol by his left and free hand, hailing the closest copies with bullets. Before attempting a wide diagonal slash across two of them.

Argol's attack was more... devastating. He flew directly into the first copy attempting to skewer it on his blade, using his momentum to tumble over it and continue thundering into the next ones behind it. His blade buzzing gracefully in wide arcs around him, and into them.
The copies collapsed for a moment before rising back up. "They're pretty much holograms, guys. They won't die by any of your conventional means." Suddenly, R'ystelhar shot up and tried to latch himself onto Makthus, attempting to assimilate him, that is until a thing covered in hands rolled over and just slapped R'ystelhar, causing him to miss. Al looked over at the being covered in hands with delight. "Handsy? Is that you?" The being covered in hands, now referred to as "Handsy", looked over at Al with delight on his face. It rolled over to Al and stopped in front of him. It started to muffle and mumble. Al seemed like he could understand him. "Yeah, I was straight kicked out of my home world. That's why I didn't see you in forever." Al said.
Both Makthus and Argol stared at the being which basically was nothing but a mass of hands, a mixture of pure disbelief and simple confusion painted across their face. They looked at the being, then at each other and back at the being. Makthus spoke up first. "Look, I would say: I can explain. But I honestly can't, this day has just been too much." Argol gave him an understanding look. "Don't worry, we've all had that. I'm more than used to make myself handy in these sort of situations." Argol stared towards the contorting mass of darkness with a smile, clearly ignoring the look of absolute dread from Makthus
Handsy heard what Argol said and sound around, giving him the finger gun gesture. He then rolled to Argols side, fairly eager to keep slapping the black mass of eyes. R'ystelhar shot upwards and turned into a fourth dimensional triangle and shot himself at the two, causing Handsy to slap him again.

Al and Ava fired lasers and hell fire at L.C.M. The lasers, pretty much being plasma and electroelectromagnetic energy, causing the clones to dissipate and Ava's hell fire causing them to overheat.
Makthus took a wide step back, landing him behind the rest of the group. He looked a little dazed as he stared towards the mass of colors and explosions. He shrugged slightly and continued observing. "Alright my appendage covered friend, let's go and add to the chaos!"

Argol took a step forward, the air around him taking a reddish hue. Before he suddenly charged, straight through R'ystlhar. It was unsure wether it was the sword or just the blistering speed that gave the powerful impact but nonetheless Argol rolled onto the ground and back up again, now on the complete opposite side of the square. A large scar carved into the ground where he had previously stood, reaching all the way to his new position.
Handsy rolled to Argol's side, slapping as many L.C.M's along the way. It didn't do much, if anything to them, it just felt good to him. He also rolled past the now bisected R'ystelhar, who may be too annoyed to even bother with the fight. When he stopped at Argol's side, L.C.M's surrounded them. Al fired an energy orb at two of the L.C.M's surrounding Handsy and Argol, making an opening for them should they need to escape.
"Alright Makthus, you needed my help, but you didn't expect me to kill what's immortal right?" Makthus rose to look at Argol while offering his shoulder to suppost Al."Honestly I don't really know, that's why I called for ya, It's not like I can do much against 'em, figured you'd atleast do better!" Argol, lowered his sword and took a deep breath, placing his left hand atop Handy while scanning out towards the multitude of new enemies. "So from what I've gathered so far, we can't hit them but they can hit us, you guys got any good ideas?"
Al looked over to Argol and Makthus. He opened his mouth to say something but passed out from exhaustion. Ava sighed and picked him up. She looked over at Makthus and Argol and said "If you have anything that has to do with electromagnetism or really, really hot fire, that'd be good. By the way he isn't immortal like he'd like to be, he's just a pain in the ass to kill." Before running off to find the now passed out Al a safe place.
R'ystelhar shot himself towards Makthus again, in hopes that he would latch onto him and assimilate him.
Makthus stood as if stunned, he watched the pair run off, he would've liked to imagine that he was covering their back. But he knew very well that if any of these two beings were to chase after them then it was little he could do to stop them. He was terribly out of his league and he knew it. Upon looking back out over the battlefield time seemed to slow, his pupils shrank smaller as the giant pile of murderous black sludge was only a few inches away from him. He clenche his teeth but he didn't even reach for his sword, It was too late.

Argol stood by Handsy's side barely catching out of the corner of his eye Makthus peril. His expression changed and he opened in his mouth as if to yell something, Makthus could practically feel the heat coming off R'ystelhar's tendrils. Then at that very moment the entire scene was interuppted by a loud, demonic yell. A crimson cut was directly above R'ystelhar, one that L.C.M would recognize as a rift in reality. Out of came Psophor, as normal wildy swinging his blades directly down onto R'ystelhar. No injury from his previous fight could be seen on him. His attack certainly didn't work much to hurt the deadly pile of goo, but for the moment Psoph stood directly upon him both his blades shoved into R'ystelhar and continuing deep into the concrete below. He gave a glance towards Makthus, apparently smiling underneath his helmet.
Every L.C.M shifted their attention to Psophor. R'ystelhar took this as an opportunity to turn into mist and disappear. "Ah, if it isn't Psophor. Come to try and hinder me again?" Every L.C.M asked in perfect unison. They all surrounded Psophor. Handsy rolled over to Psophor's side, standing at his aid. Handsy didn't know of the atrocities Psophor has committed, or he just doesn't care. He glared at the L.C.M's with vicious determination to defeat them.
The demons stared down onto the being that had accompanied him, he drew both his swords out of the ground, holding them menacingly close towards the cluster of appendages, then seemingly regretting himself and turning towards the copies. Makthus stood frozen before suddenly rolling backwards, away from the encirclement that L.C.M had created, and Psoph in the process. Argol darted to his side, standing next to him with a blistering speed. None of them said anything, Makthus stared down at his own boots as Argol shot him worried glances.

Psoph swung his head in circles, observing his assailants, seemingly amused "Oh I simply felt I wasn't done with you yet, the blast you gave me sure was satisfying, but I can't allow you to go and take all my prey." He struck his blades against each other like he usually did, this time, small, surprisingly gentle fire sprouted from the very edges of the weapon "I'm pretty sure I heard something interesting, about you not liking heat?" He tilted his head to the side.
Handsy looked at Psophor in confusion, before belching fire (through his eye, no less) at L.C.M shortly after, causing three of them to dissipate. The L.C.M's were starting to get a bit concerned, though none of them showed it due to them being literally faceless. They started throwing a barrage of attacks at Psophor and Handsy, though due to Handsy's speed and size he was able to dodge them.
Psoph released his signature mad laugh, both his blades suddenly completely bursting into flames. He swung both his blades, intercepting the different blasts of energy by interestingly enough cutting them. Continuing to laugh he started to spin in circles, his swords madly spinning in what, if you look closely was very skilled swings, reaving their way through the different attacks aimed towards him. One impacted him directly in the back but the demon barely flinched instead continuing his deadly dance, Psoph remained standing in the middle of the many copies, the flames sprouting from his swords growing more and more intense with every swing. It was clear that he was way more determined that in the previous fight

Both Argol and Makthus simply looked on with grim expressions, visibly nervous.
Handsy spewed fire from his eye/mouth, hitting many of the clones, causing them to dissipate. All were destroyed, save for one. L.C.M Prime's body surged with electricity, again signalling it's impatience. Force fields formed around Makthus, Argol, Handsy and Psopor. The same ones used to try and crush them to death. However, this time a large vortex opened above them; the Quantum World. The gateway to the Quantum World started to suck in the force fields. However, as if miraculously, a pillar of fire and energy fired at L.C.M Prime, causing him to dissipate as well. Al walked towards the group, stretching him limbs and popping his back. "Man, that was a refreshing rest" Al said in his casual tone. He then noticed Psophor and energy orbs started to form. Al would've fired if not Handsy rushing in front of Al, stopping him from firing. Handsy muffled frantically. "Huh? 'Good person'? By your standards, maybe, but he tried killing me, Ava and Makthus" Al said, motioning to Makthus as he said his name. "Besides, he's a freak, he loves it when you shoot him in the face."
Psoph spun on the spot, clearly ready to take whatever attack that was about to hit him, very much proving Al's point. A quite new emotion sprung from him. Surprise, of course he had been surprised before, when an enemy suddenly releases a new attack, but not surprised this way, he curiously leaned down towards the being of appendages. "Good... Person?" He gave Handsy a questioning look, well, as questionable as a skull mask can get. "Good person?" Makthus chimed in, seemingly having lost his grim expression after L.C.M's apparent loss "A good person!?" Argol plunged his sword down into the pavement, looking as taken aback as the rest. "He's still a cold blooded murderer, and he likes to both admit and prove it! Psoph answer by giving a low chuckle, still standing behind the protective Handsy.
Al looked at Argol. "To be fair, Handsy's sense of morality is far different from yours. He's just as likely to call a cold blooded murderer a good person as he is to call a philanthropist a good person." Handsy nodded at Al's statement as if agreeing with him.
Argol gave a questioning glance towards both Al and Handsy, he liked his own sense of morality. And if anything, he knew damn well that Psoph is just as likely to kill his closest friends as he would with his worst enemies. Maybe that's why it's so hard to find any of those friends. "Ah right, about that!" The demons suddenly opened his armored fist, revealing Makthus Bad News within. "I'll give this back considering that's the only thing besides yourblood capable of a real punch!" Immediately after finishing his sentence he threw the gun towards Makthus who scrambled to catch it, and managed to do it just barely. "But if you've decided against attempting to gut me, I believe I'll take my leave"
Al squinted his eyes. "You're leaving? Without making an attempt to skewer any of us?" Ava also shot a skeptical glance at Psophor. "Yeah, that is suspicious. What's the catch?" Al was prepared to use his abilities if he needed, and so was Ava. Though Al was seriously hoping it wouldn't come down to it and the skeletal demon would just make his peace and leave.
The demon tilted his head towards Handsy, clearly being in some way interested by him "It seems the beast have started listening to reason and picked it's side. You all almost seem as fired up as I do!" His voicxe increased dramatically in power with the last part, causing both Makthus and Argol to basically recoil, both clearly as ready to spring into action, yet their normally jolly and jovial faces were cold and grim. As usual Psoph struck hsi blades against eachother, this time flames seemingly spurted out of the blades. "I'll just ask, since I really want to know, you think you'll win? One would get the feeling, the eerie feeling that he was sadistically smiling underneath the gaping helmet, an indescribable dread would wash over those who wasn't hardened by battle.
Al gave Psophor a cocky grin. "It's possible, guy. Of course you probably won't die as easily because you're powered by cosmic beings. Of course, who's to say miracles don't happen?" Al asked rhetorically before grabbing Psophor with telekinesis. He threw Psophor at a wall, there of which a vortex opened up. The vortex did as you'd expect and fire a pillar of pure energy at Psophor. However, fully-rested Al is far different from regular ol' Al, thus making the laser strong enough to even shatter New Magnesium as if it were glass. Handsys head grew to massive proportions, towering actual towers. His hand/head closed into a fist and charged directly at Psophor. And finally, Ava fired negatively-charged protons at Psophor, hoping to cut through his armor and hit the bone beneath.
"Wragh! That's annoying!" Psoph exclaimed as he suddenly flipped backwards, spiralling through the air as the trio unleashed their attacks. As Psoph flew head over heels he released a maniacal laugh, he was enjoying himself! From behind him came the empowered laser from Al, and in front him Handsy was thundering towards him. He was confident he would be able to tank both attacks, but the one from the demon was troublesome, nevertheless. Right before the vortex-induced laser hit, another crimson scar appeared in the air, swallowing Psoph whole. Handsy was not as inexperienced or unskilled to allow himself to crash into his friends attack. But Psoph was counting on that.

As earlier the rift instead appeared high in the air, dumping Psoph above Handsy, making him plunge directly downwards, swords outstreched onto Handsy top side. Sparing no time he used Handsy as a jumping-pad, diving straight towards Al and Ava, a screech tearing out from him as he was to attempt and strike them both. Halfway through Argol pulled his earlier move, and with incredible speed charged the demon, attempting to impale him, but as he was about the hit. The demon promply struck his sword outwards, swatting Argol to the side with such force he bounced across the concrete. "Die!" He continued forward towards the pair, instead being intercepted by Makthus. The man without a word plunged towards Psoph, emptying one of his automatic pistols onto the demon, to little effect. He stopped his charge right before Makthus, trampling his foot before he rose his fist above him "Step off pest!" and punched him downwards, forcing his body down into the ground.
Al noticed a gash in Psophors armor from Ava's negatively-charged photon attack. "Nice work with the heel, Achilles." Al said before firing an energy ball towards the gash in said armor, counting on the energy ball to bounce around inside his armor, akin to that of a pebble inside ones shoe, just more fatal. Handsy jumped upward towards Psophor. He, once again, curled his head/hand into a fist. Handsy was ready to body slam Psophor into the concrete. Al had to take cautious measures, he really hated a drawn out fight, so he held Psophor in place with telekinesis as Handsy plummeted towards him, hoping that the skeleton demon had no more tricks up his sleeve.
"Waagh!" Psoph snapped up from the decimated Makthus! Laughing out loud at the orb flying towards him. He raised both his swords, which was now menacingly gleaming with a crimson hue. He held them infront of himself, tightly against eachother, letting the ball impact straight into them, and promptly be cut in half, making both the halves crash to each side of him. He placed his armored boot atop Makthus chest, staring off towards Al. "This is so fun! Let's make this into a battle of attrition, who'll succumb to exhaustion first!?" The demon suddenly realized that he was once again trapped by Al's physic power. "What, can't you do any bette- He was cut off immediately as Handsy flew straight into his back! Crushing him down into the concreate, disappearing down into it
Handsy got up as his head deflated back to normal size. He scurried back towards Al. Al snickered as he walked over to the crater left by Handsy. "Gee, that sure looks painful. Got any broken bones?" Al said, laughing at his own pun, because, you know, skeleton joke. He looked at Makthus. "Speaking of which..." Al said before he walked over to Makthus. "Alright, buddy, you can stop lying there, being lazy's my job. And besides I gave you a regeneration thing, didn't I?"
An awkwardly bent arm emerged from the much smaller crater Makthus was strewn out across. "I... I think my life just flashed past my eyes... I didn't even know this bone was capable of being broken... " He seemed quite content with staying in his pit, mostly rambling to himself. Argol could be seen slowly walking over towards the group, relieved that the situation had been resolved. But only for a few seconds, as the very signature laugh once again resounded from the crater. "Good amount of power... His armored hand suddenly crept up along the edge of the crater, immediately swinging him up over it towards Handsy, he seemed to be missing one of his swords and the armor adorning him was definitely in a worse shape ...Have some for yourself!" With his free hand he grasped the index finger atop Handsy and threw him toward Al, not looking for at the result of his attack he instead took his remaining sword in both hands and just like last time threw it too with an immense amount of force towards Ava "You have some too!"
Al caught Handsy, but only barely, the force causing Al to stumble. "Oof. You're getting heavy, dude." Handsy squinted his eye at Al and muffled in an accusatory tone. "No, I'm not calling you fat, I'm just saying you could lose a couple pounds."

Meanwhile, Ava gave the oncoming sword a smug grin. Ava exploded into money as the sword was mere millimeters away. As the money fell to the ground, Ava pulled herself back together. She picked up the sword and placed it in her purse, where it seemed to disappear. "You know, power isn't too bad, thanks man." Ava said, shooting Psophor a smug grin. "You know, it doesn't take an interuniversal scientist to know you shouldn't waste your only weapon. What, did your brain deteriorate, too?" Al asked before firing a barrage of lasers and energy orbs at Psophor. He fired a great amount of orbs at Psophor's head, hoping the sheer force would cause his head to fly off, making his next phase of his attack plan simple.
