Elisio arrived shortly at a warehouse, where the black van had been seen, the one involved with a possible kidnapping. He approached a small window and attempted to look inside. He couldn't get a clear view and sighed quietly, shaking his head.

"Nothing there! Break in, kill kill kill!" Kaz yelled in his head but Elisio just shook his head, "Gotta be careful, unless you want me to die, and you lose a host" he said with a quiet tone. He then approached a back door to the warehouse.

"Alright, slowly open the door" he said to himself, and checked it, and it was unlocked, and he opened it slowly, looking inside when it was just open a little.

Timmothy Vaugn was sitting in the center. His mouth had been taped shut, and his hands bound. There were 10 needles on the ground with a case that holds 10 needles. One of them had been tossed by the door, and they all read "Experimental Sedative Compound". It appeared that they had already used it all.

The muscle moved around as the kid tried to escape. One of them hit him, knocking him and the chair he was tied on to the ground. "Stop making noise! Damnit, when are they supposed to be here?! They said they would be here with the money by now. Alpha 2, report on the border, where are they! Have you seen the buyer yet?" He sounded military, and their equipment, and handling, seemed to indicate that as well. The kid himself was bruised and beaten. And looked as if he had not eaten in two days.

Thats when the apparent leader seemed to be concerned about someone speaking through his headset. "Alpha 3, scout the area! We just got an alert, the cops know where we are. We move in 5, now! Alpha 4, get the kid!"

Elisio saw the kid sitting in the center, and he narrowed his eyes, and slowly pulled out a knife of sorts from his jacket. He then ducked down, sneaking inside quickly and hiding behind a pillar of concrete. He let Kaz take over for a little to hear things clearly. He then started to hear the conversations, and nodded his head slowly.

"If it get's too rough, take over Kaz, just do not harm the boy, you do want to get paid correct?" he asked himself in his head.

"Yes! No harm for boy, harm for all but him!" K

Elisio saw the kid sitting in the center, and he narrowed his eyes, and slowly pulled out a knife of sorts from his jacket. He then ducked down, sneaking inside quickly and hiding behind a pillar of concrete. He let Kaz take over for a little to hear things clearly. He then started to hear the conversations, and nodded his head slowly.

"If it get's too rough, take over Kaz, just do not harm the boy, you do want to get paid correct?" he asked himself in his head.

"Yes! No harm for boy, harm for all but him!" Kaz said back to him in his head. Elisio then snuck forward, and moved behind Alpha 3, raising his knife, and if successful, he would stab the blade into the man's throat, which would silence the scream if he did scream.

Timmothy Vaugn was just struggling on the ground, until he found himself being lifted up by Alpha 4. He was taking him towards the van. Meanwhile, he saw Alpha 1 getting into the drivers seat. He attempted the classic move of kicking and screaming, and managed to kick Alpha 4 in the face, causing him to drop him. Now, his hands were still bound behind his back, so he could not use his wings or get up, but he could do something really unorthadox. He began rolling away from Alpha 4. However, he did not get far before Alpha 4 caught up to him, kicked him in the stomach, and picked him up again.

Meanwhile, Alpha 3 was just turning around as a knife went into his throat, killing him instantly, but he got out a slight noise. Barely audible, but Alpha 4 noticed because he was closet, and turned around wondering what that was. Alpha 4 then used his headset to say "Alpha 3, report in. Alpha 2, circle around and get to the entrance. Moving to the van with the kid now". He then walked towards the van with an increased speed.

Elisio pulled the body of Alpha 3 back, and set it behind a place where the rest of Alpha couldn't see them. He then heard the headset, and narrowed his eyes. "Gotta get moving" he said with a quiet tone, and snuck around, and pulled his knife out again, and sprinted over to Alpha 2, as he came around the corner. If he was successful, he would slam the man onto the ground, and slam the knife into the man's throat, trying to get a quiet kill.

Timmothy Vaugn was being carried over to the van as Alpha 2 was circling around. However, he soon found himself on the ground, and a knife in his face. It would have been his throat, if it wasn't for the fact he was short. However, this didn't quite kill him, but it did stop his jaw from moving and stabbed his tongue, effectively making him a mute. He took out his knife, and lunged at Elisio.

Elisio growled at Alpha 2 with a viscious look on his face, and he pulled the knife out, and felt a knife stab into him. He chuckled a little, and attempted to slam his own knife into Alpha 2, if successful, he would then slam the man to the ground, and sprint to the van, trying to get to it before it left.

Timmothy Vaugn continued to kick and attempt to scream and tried to get away, but was thrown into the van. In vain. Meanwhile, Alpha 2 got stabbed, and slammed. Alpha 1, with a suspicious voice, demanded a response from Alpha 2 and 3.

Elisio sprinted up to the van, but hid behind a wall, looking around and he saw Alpha 4, and grinned, his eyes narrowing. He winced a little, looking down at his wound, it was starting to get to him. He slumped a little, and then heard the voice in his head.

"Time's up Elisio! My turn to have some fun!" Kaz yelled in his head, and Elisio tried to resist him taking over but couldn't, his body fell to the ground, and violently morphed to the form of Kazimir, and it stood up.

"Showtime!" he roared loudly, and sprinted towards Alpha 4, his claws attempted a slash across the man's chest, and if successful, he would then do another slash to finish off the man.

Timmothy Vaugn kicked and screamed inside the van, not having a clue what was happening outside the van. As Alpha 4 was attacked, he sidestepped the first slash, but, oddly enough, side stepped right into the second slash. His knife sort of catapulted itself through the window. Alpha 1 quickly began driving away, and the kid was about to vomit in his own mouth since it was taped shut.

Kazimir let out a deep chuckle as Alpha 4 side stepped right into the second slash, and it slammed the man down, and then turned to the van driving away. It then sprinted after the van with inhuman speed, catching up with the driver's side window, and it tilted it's head at Alpha 1 and then jumped on top of the van, claws piercing into the roof.

Timmothy Vaugn found himself surprised when claws pierced the roof. He attempted to get onto his feet again. Alpha 1 took out a gun and pointed it at the roof, firing several automated rounds into the roof in an attempt to kill Kazimir, although with his speed, the fact he could not see him, and he was not really aiming well, a variety of things happened. One of them being a stray bullet grazing Timmothy. "OW!".

That is when Alpha 1 drove onto a main road. While there was some traffic, there was not a lot of it. However, thats when Timmothy saw the knife Kaz knocked in, and turned around, attempting to use his telekinesis to draw it towards him.

Kazimir jumped off of the car at the bullets trying to hit it and sprinted along the road, and then grabbed onto the back doors of the van. It ripped them open and tilted his head at Timmothy, and nodded it's head. "Save!" it roared with anger in it's voice, and wrapped it's claws around Timmothy and attempted to pull him out of the van.

Timmothy Vaugn found himself pulled out of the van, completely suprised. Timmothy saw him, and he also saw something else. Because he knew something this mysterious person saving him. "THERE IS A 5TH!". At that moment, a van drove up behind them trying to hit Kaz and inadvertedly Timmothy, attempting to squash them.

Timmothy was unable to grab the knife, but if he could just free his hands....and Alpha 1 was attempting to shoot Kaz while driving again, while Alpha 5 attempted to shoot Kaz while driving also. Both of them were not guaranteed to hit though, but they might if you were not careful.

Kazimir tilted it's head and ripped the tape off of the kid's mouth, and then turned around, hearing a van, and he dodged a bullet that flew past him. "Hold tight!" it roared at Timmothy, and held onto him, and rolled off to the side of the road. If the van was still driving to hit them, the van would hit the other van, most likely making them veer off the road.

Timmothy Vaugn first said "Watch out!" as the cars not only hit, but everything ended up going worse. As the two cars hit, the traffic began trying to avoid them both, causing a truck to try and turn away, but ended up flipping right towards them in a deadly speed. "Move! And untie me!".

Kazimir looked at the car as they hit, and it tilted it's head and sliced down on the ties on the kid, and then sprinted out of the way, still holding the boy, and he set him down. "You run!" it yelled loudly, and looked at the boy.

Timmothy Vaugn was about to do just that, kind of, except then a bullet wizzed by them. It was Alpha 1, and he looked pissed. However, he also looked military, and like he would not miss the next shot. "All right, now you.....you fucking monster....you have killed my entire team...what the fuck are you?"

Of course, Alpha 5 came out of the crash beginning. "Alpha 5 reporting in!". Timmothy was plainly annoyed, and scared now. Alpha 1 aimed his gun at Kaz, while Alpha 5 had his aimed at Timmothy. "Sir, permission to kill now? They are too much trouble...".

Timmothy seemed to have something moving on his back. Alpha 1 looked at them, and was about to give an order.

Kazimir looked over at Alpha 1 and grinned under the mask, walking over, but blocking Timmothy from getting hurt, and he sprinted forward, but moved Timmothy away quickly, and slammed into Alpha 1, and handed Timmothy his handgun. "Use on the other one!"

Timmothy Vaugn grabbed the gun. He attempted to shoot Alpha 5, but the bullet did not even get close to Alpha 5 at first. "Ha, what wa...." he said, before a bullet hit him in the brain from the left.

Enhanced Perception can go a long ways. The Bullet reflected off a metal bumper on a car, bounced off a large metal box the truck was carrying, before bouncing into the brain of Alpha 5. Of course, despite being a small handgun, and his enhanced strength, he was not prepared for the kickback, knocking him on his ass. "Ow....".

Alpha 1, at this point, did not care if he died. He took out his knife and, if it worked, he would stab Kaz in the chest, which depending on where he hit, could fatally wound, though the chance of that was slim, regularly wound, or simply be a flesh wound, if it hit at all.

Kazimir grinned under his mask as Timmothy shot Alpha 5 in the brain, and he looked at Alpha 1 as he was stabbed, and he ripped the man's head clean off his body, and then dug into the body, tearing it apart with it's claws. He then looked over at Timmothy, and his body morphed back into Elisio's body.

Elisio looked around and clutched his head, "You alright?" he asked in a concerned tone.

Timmothy Vaugn looked at Kaz turn back into Elisio, and was slightly suprised. "Well, yeah. I would be asking waht you are right now, but I have wings and my best friend is a werewolf so I don't think I am qualified to ask that question. Who are you exactly? And I don't suppose you have a car nearby...". He let his wings stretch somewhat, as they unfurled from behind his back and out from his vest. His vest must have some sort of secret compartment where his wings hide, because they were not even visible before. "My name is Timmothy, by the way. Timmothy Vaugn". Saying his name hurt a little, remembering what happened to his parents. But his tears had dried already. But it appeared he had been crying for quite a bit before he stopped.

Elisio looked at the boy and nodded his head, "We'll get to that later, well, i'm Officer Elisio Sepulveda with the WCPD, I was sent to rescue you from captivity" he said with a warm smile and then chuckled. "I know who you are" he said and gently patted his shoulder. "It's all fine now, you are alright".

Timmothy Vaugn looked at him. At least things were going his way a bit better now. After stretching his wings, he folded them back into his vest. "Ah. So you know my dad has horrible spelling when naming me then. At least, if you read my name on anything".

He then looked at the road. "So, uhhh, no ride? Or are we waiting for more police to show up? Or are we walking all the way there?" Actually, he could fly there, except that bullet graze still hurt. It had healed fully, but it hurt like hell. He then looked around, and remembered something he realized earlier. He then noted "You...wouldn't happen to have a place to stay would you? I just remembered I don't have a place to stay anymore..."

Elisio sighed and nodded his head, "Sorry for your loss son" he said with a comforting tone, and patted him on the shoulder again. "I can get us a ride" he said and raised a brow at the second question. "Hmm........" he said with a questioning tone. "I might".

Timmothy Vaugn looked at Elisio again. "All right...I think I hear sirens also...". Which would make sense, considering the huge traffic crash incident that just occurred. "All right...then I hope you can get us a ride soon. It looks like a storm is coming..."

Elisio nodded his head and gently took off his jacket, a black tank top under it, and he wrapped it around Timmothy, and led him to a squad car, that was nearby. He got inside the driver's seat and started the car.

Timmothy Vaugn also got inside the car.

Elisio's car pulled into the police parking lot, and he got out slowly, and sighed, his wounds still hurt, but he bandaged them. He opened the side door and gently helped Timmothy out of the car. "Easy now, you have been tortured, and are weak" he said with a concerned tone.

He then lead the boy inside the station, and sat him down in a room of sorts. "Alright Timmothy, I need you to tell me about what exactly happened, any detail's you can remember is great" he said with a warm tone, and got out a notepad of sorts.

Timmothy Vaugn sat down in the room. He could barely remember much else since the road. He had zoned out. Thats when he began explaining things. He flashed back.

"They came in the middle of the night. There was no talking, there was no delay. One after another, movement. Within the first 10 seconds, my dad was dead. Within the next 7, my mom was too. Then, one came from behind and tranquilized me. My metabolism is abnormally fast however, and my...genetics made it not as effective. It gets blurry, until I woke up in the warehouse. Then.....it was silent. They only spoke when giving orders. I heard what they did however. One of them, he told me the story, over and over again. I cried, and cried, and eventually, since it was too quite to sleep, I eventually....well, not got over it, but accepted it. It was a long time after that you rescued me. But I heard one other thing. They were hired to kidnap me. I don't know who, but someone hired them..."

"Does any of that help?"

Elisio sat there, taking down notes of what the boy said and he nodded his head slowly. He smiled and pat the boy's shoulder, "Thanks for the information Timmothy, any bit helps, and we will find who did this to you and your family" he said with a trustful tone. "I promise we will, and until then, hmm......" he said with a thoughtful tone.

"Take him! Our's! He is our's, we saved his life, he is our's!" Kaz said in his head with a possessive voice.

"Well, Kaz thinks you are going to stay with us, so it's settled, it will sort of be like protective custody" he said with a smile.

Timmothy Vaugn looked at him. His eyes looked a bit....older....filled with experience. Then again, he was tortured, more so psychologically then physically. But he was....content. However, there is one thought that went through the very back of his mind. "They will come again...and eventually, I will find out who ordered this..." he thought in the very back of his mind, so far back a mind reader would have a very difficult time.

"All right....". That's when someone began knocking through the door. And then sort of just opened it. "Excuse me, Officer Sepluvida?" the man said, mispronouncing the name. "There is someone from Astercorp, asking about the state of their warehouse, and about this case of yours. They are demanding to see the investigating officer, something about bloody and multiple bodies?"

Timmothy possibly chose the worst time to find this whole thing embarrassing and start blushing.

Elisio nodded his head, and he sighed, "And I will help you get your answer's Timmothy" he said with a smile and stood up, and looked at the man, "Sepulveda, and hold on" he said and walked out of the room, and walked over to the person from Astercorp.

"Hello, I am the officer who conducted the raid, with a warrant, there was a captive being held in your warehouse, so let me ask a question, how did you not know about this?" he asked with a questioning tone.

Timmothy Vaugn tried to see who Elisio was talking to, but the door blocked his view. He could hear him though. "Yes, I am here and behalf of Ms. Julia Smith, who is away on business so cannot come here directly. She sent me however, to find out why when our movers moving our equipment in and out of the warehouse, after being delayed by some bizzare traffic, found multiple unidentified bodies there. We know you were there legally, and our local security cameras, which can only be accessed on sight, therefore making us unaware of their intrusion. We do not know how they got a key, but we are doing our own investigation. Hopefully, our cleaning crews will be able to wash out the blood soon".

As Timmothy poked his head out from behind the door, he then added "We also offer protective services towards Metahumans, as well as care for orphans and such. I am sure we could help him with his loss...".

Timmothy looked at him. He seemed trustworthy. But, deep down, he did not trust these people. It was there warehouse. How did he know they didn't hire them. "I don't like these people..." he mumbled.

Timmothy Vaugn watched the man. "Well, I am trying to be nice. Ms. Julia Smith...she has her own beliefs...and she will fight you for this. I recommend you give him to us now, because Julia Smith will not endorse him staying with you. She will almost certainly come after you, this is me extending an Olive Branch".
