a character in “The Multiverse”, as played by Adam Skelecoot

Description

Physical Description: A skeleton, wears a red bandana, his default clothing is a loincloth, has no front teeth
Personality: Dim, nice, awkward
Equipment & Abilities: An enchanted sword named Hope, unable to be seduced or tempted
Historical Background: When Adam was alive, he got the figurative rubber piece of chicken of intelligence when compared to his two brothers, John, his was-then-logical brother, and Nicholas, his more misbehaved and evil brother. Despite this, John helped him with his education, although he didn't go far before he was killed by Nicholas. His overall stupidity has made him immune to seduction and temptation, making him a vital asset to the Imagiverse's protection.

Somewhere, on the Moon of Shaki'nya, an eldritch, blue portal materialises from thin air. Bizarre sounds, buzzing, humming, and more so, screaming, echo from the nearly two-dimensional vortex. Then, a strange, skeletal figure, wearing a red bandana and loincloth, stumbles out of the portal, making a noise that sounded like a high-pitched "NIIARGH" before falling face first onto the ground. From his hand, a gleaming sword, with strange runes etched into its blade, fell and clattered brightly on the strange new landscape. After a few seconds, the skeleton raises his head, his skull resembling very much like a face contorted in pain, and slowly and uncertainly gets up. His stature like that of a string puppet, he looks around, the mind waves bouncing around his almost empty skull processing his new environment, and reasonably says, "Well, this isn't the Imagiverse!"

La'kre, the moon of Shaki'nya, one of the first orbital objects to be terraformed to match Shaki'lyu preferences in survival. Green grass covered the moon as craters were filled with water, massive trees pushed into the skies which glowed a transparent blue in the bright sunlight. The atmosphere itself was mainly nitrogen, enabling an easy breathing for the species which inhabit it. There was only one city on La'kre, acting as a space port for transport to and from the capital planet of the Commonwealth. The spin of the moon itself allowed a view of Shaki'nya from any angle, watching from the lush landscapes as the disgusting planetary city continued it's own business. The two giant ring structures which wrap around the stratosphere of the planet casting a massive shadow over the planet.

It was here that Flow Masters travel to seek enlightenment in the knowledge of Pure Ayna, pushing their bodies to the limits as means to induce an irregular nature where Ayna itself may be studied, teaching the species more about the energy that encapsulates their lives. One of these training Flow Masters was High Prince Domakeo Vladaminsky himself, a militaristic man with nothing but power on his mind as if twisted by Phra'kanu's warmongering mind. Wearing nothing but simple shorts, he slaved away at transferring Nama'ooayna into his body as part of his training, means described by his instructor as "Awakening the sight." It was then that he was distracted by the appearance of a strange fellow.

Raising from his meditating stance, Domakeo approached the skeletal creature who looked around the area and spoke in some strange unknown language. Perhaps the language of the new species that recently joined the Commonwealth, they all had some weird tricks up their sleeves when it came to running around the area. But last time he checked, they were more... fleshed out.

With his arms crossed, his blue eyes fallen to a glare, Domakeo addressed the skeleton in his native Shaki'lyu language. "How dare you disturb my training, what are you here for, creature?" Although the words were spoken with a strange phonetic tongue, the voice was deep and powerful, a voice found within true nobles who looked down on anyone they came across.

Confused, and a bit terrified, Adam Skelecoot took a step back and said hurriedly, "L-look, sorry if I interrupted something! My name's Adam Skelecoot, I'm from the Imagiverse. My brother threw me into a portal so I could, er, scout out, I think that's what he said, for other worlds. He didn't really bother for a specific location." It never really occurred to Adam that he wouldn't be understood, for he only knew the common language of his own world, and that would possibly a few thousand dimensional kilo-miles from here. He reached for his sword, hoping he wouldn't anger the figure, and inserted it down the back of his ribcage, sheathing it. "Oh, by the way, I come in peace," he added.

Domakeo could only make out a few words that was spoken by the strange skeletal creature. It seemed slightly similar to what he had heard from the human newcomers to the Commonwealth, he there was no time on his hands to learn the language properly after all. If only his teacher was around at the time to give him a little help with the translations. In fact, he really wanted to have someone else appear to take over the conversation so he could get back into training. "P-poortel?" His words struggled to make any sense to anyone, the differing vocals of the Shaki'lyu language forcing him to mispronounce the word itself.

That was when the sword was grabbed, instantly throwing Domakeo into a defensive stance, his feet placed at shoulder distance, his fists held at the waist, clenched and ready to strike. The only means of communication that seemed to work so far was body language, his face showing hostility and concern in the process of his swift movements. Of course, he slightly loosened his body up once the blade was sheathed, keeping at his defensive stance just in case. "Peese..." That was a word that was known, peace. Past experiences refused to allow him to accept this claim after all.

One final speech was made in the effort to make things more clearer, hoping the skeleton held some form of adaptive language or some tech that could translate: "Why are you here?" He dragged his words out, speaking slowly as he attempted to use hand movements as means to communicate.

Adam stood for a few seconds, his eyeholes scrunched in an expression of slow comprehension, before shrugging. Finally noticing the language barrier, he tried to incorporate hand gestures in his speech. "I don't really know (shrug) why I'm here (point to the ground) specifically. My brother didn't really bother (he'd shake his head, his eyeholes scrunch in an expression that says "I honestly don't care") with a specific location (he'd draw a circle in the air and point somewhere in the invisible circle), he just wanted to know (point to head) if there were worlds (he's gesture to the world in general) outside the Imagiverse." He'd pause, looking around the grassy landscape. "What is this place? (gesture to said landscape)"
