Adrienne enters the bar, a rather stunned look on her face. Aside from the fact that she was obviously very lost, her composure was impressive. Especially when you considered her past. Who did you trust when most of the world was your enemy?

It took not a moment for her to settle at the bar, eyes scanning across it and ears picking up snippets of conversation but not wishing to intrude.

Adrienne catches the attention of the bar tender, ordering something quite strong, pondering the little drink as it appears before her.

Adrienne looked across at Sadakatsu, an eyebrow raising at his searh for something. "What are you looking for?" she enquired casually.

Adrienne notices Soterius's presence but then a pair of rather unusually coloured eyes meet her forest green ones. Sarcasm, she got, but the quip about living for two hundred years quite perplexed her. "I imagine so; two hundred years a great deal of time to keep up any one habit, sir."

Adrienne looked bemused, shaking her head. "I see." She tilted her to the side, watching him focus on the numerous alcohol bottles positioned behind the bar, taking a sip of her own beverage as she did so.

Adrienne 's lips twitched in amusement, nodding her agreement to his statement. He was a strange fellow, but entertaining nonetheless. "I think a glass would be prudent indeed, unless you intend to drink the whole thing?"

Adrienne judges his statement, smiling in response to his laughter. "I would say so, but what prompts someone to drink so much so early in the day?"

Adrienne looks startled before nodding slowly. Loss she could most certainly understand. As she tried to reply however, a blade ventured forth between them, held in Soterius's grasp.

Quickly, she jerks back, not stupid enough to involve herself in fights between skilled swordsmen.

Adrienne turns her gaze upon Xeon, looking a mixture between horrified and stunned. "You encouraged this? Why?"

Adrienne 's eyes narrowed at Xeon's silencing gesture, torn between that and the unusual appearance of her companion. The wings were a bit peculiar, but there were no vampires in her world. So, there was nothing to draw from to fear Sadakatsu, managing a small, pleased smile as he complimented her.

Adrienne flinched a little at the sudden thrusting of the glass against the wall, but supposed his anger was well-placed, tracing a finger around the top of her glass absently, her eyes on him. There was a hint of amusement in them.

"You seem to attract attention then and not always the good kind?"

Adrienne laughed also; a nice sound. "Indeed; nothing like people hutning you down to keep one's life lively!" she agreed, a hint of irony in her words.

Soterius then reached them, speaking. Adrienne looked a little annoyed but nodded politely. "You have done me no offense stranger."

Adrienne looks a little perturbed at Sadakatsu's reaction, but this matter was between these two men; it would be rude of her to intervene.

Adrienne shakes her head slightly. "It is fine, you were frustrated and rightly so," she asserted, placing her hand in his firmly.

"Adrienne is my name; a pleasure to meet you Sadakatsu." Her eyes flickered briefly to the morphing knight, but she had no quarrel with him. Yet.

Adrienne stood abruptly, breaking the contact between Sadakatsu, grinning at his proposal. "I'd like not to forget that I met you though but I need to leave. My apologies."

Adrienne quirking an eyebrow at Sadakatsu's odd behaviour, she curtseyed ever-so-slightly.

Adrienne 's eyes widened almost imperceptibly at his kiss, a faint blush covering her cheeks. "I... I shall try; you as well."

Adrienne feels her hand released, managing a mute nod, smiling at his comment. "Ah, indeed; farewell Sadakatsu, may our paths cross again soon." With that, she left the bar, feeling quite flustered.

Adrienne entered the bar, looking more than a little bemused at the conversation that she was immediately privy to upon entering the bar. As was her wont, she carefully tuned it out, knowing it was none of her business. Slowly, she made her way to the front of the bar, settling down on one of the bar stools, requesting a glass of red wine from the bartender.

Adrienne surprisingly, no one reacted to the falling woman. Apparently these things were normal in this bar. Well, for certain that many strange things passed for normal here.

Her ears picked up the sound of Sadakatsus' name, turning around on her little perch to find that indeed, the gentleman she had met only two days previous about to engage in a conversation.

What a small world it was.

Adrienne was absently fiddling with her necklace. It was nothing fancy; a pale gold hammered circle with soft blue gems studded across it in the form of a pentagram. Of all the things she had left behind, this was one she had refused to part with.

Adrienne couldn't let go of all her past, no matter what the cost to her in the future. Surely, they would understand, when the time came?

Adrienne traced her index finger around the rim of her glass quickly, creating an odd humming noise. Part of her wanted to go up and re-introduce herself to her previous acquaintance, but he didn't seem in a particularly inviting mood.

Also, although she couldn't identify the black aura around him, she was almost sure it would be unsafe to get close to.

Adrienne "Sadakatsu?" The single word was spoken carefully and there was no move on Adrienne's part to get closer but at the very least she wanted to say hello to him. It would be undeniably rude not to.

Though, she thought that he had been quite insulting to not at least be polite to Isis, who had now left him alone, returning to her odd perch in the rafters.

Adrienne "'Sadakatsu is not in at the moment'?" she repeated, looking quite annoyed. "What kind of response is that?" Standing, Adrienne crossed the short distance between them, stopping two feet from the vampire, looking rather irritated.

The gaze was unnerving her and the smirk did not help at all, making her feel uneasy. Adrienne couldn't bring herself to associate the man she met recently with the stranger that seemed to inhabit his form right now. Just what was a vampire? "Look," she sighed, reaching an arm forward to touch him on the shoulder, "what's wrong?"

Adrienne wrenched her hand from the pseudo-Sadakatsu's grip, eyes wary but for some reason defiant, following him steadily, trying to ignore the shudder of fear that had flowed through her at the aura.

"You can start by bringing him back right now!" she demanded, moving to walk alongside the cryptic and chuckling vampire. "Where I come from, freaking out friends and pretending you don't know them is incredibly bad manners."
