GENERAL INFO:

Name origin: For those of you who have actually considered to ask me such a ridiculous question I have only need to say it once again, I do hope that you are listening this time. Out of all the many names I was called my birth name is Berthas Ignias Hoarercrux Esquire the seventh, no I am not truly related to the actual Hoarercrux line nor do I wish to be as such a thing is almost impossible to wash off the robes that one can wear let alone remove the disgrace from such a time when the actual family could claim legitimate blood.

Nickname or Titles?: A nickname is a rather strange concept. It would assume that I have been friendly enough to the locals of a few worlds to even a bit of respect from them. I suppose I have been called, ‘Bigs’ before and I do not even wish to think about that any further but for actual titles I have several if not more than I can possible count now or care to remember. The only ones that I find remotely useful are Bigsby the Summoner, or The Wizard of White Tower, and even the Keeper of forbidden knowledge. Hells I have been called the Forsaken Librarian before but I still do not understand that to this very day at all.

Birthday?: I am sure this question would be a whole lot easier if there was an actual date I could give to you. I suppose if I had to celebrate my birthday it would been within the month of October.

Place of birth: The day I was conceived I was born in a small village in a world covered by water in a temple specifically designated for a goddess of the sun and a god of the deep ocean. Needless to say I have visited that place several times only to realize that it became a ruin after I went to study my art of magic and that it was a dump to begin with.

Religion: Religion what an interesting concept. As defined it is the belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, especially a personal God or gods. Or a particular system of faith and worship and can also be defined as the pursuit or interest to which someone ascribes supreme importance. Myself though? Like I said I was born to a villiage which venerated a Goddess of the Sun and a Lord of the Deep.

PHYSICAL APPEARANCE:

Height: As tall as I want to be. No, seriously I do not think I can be any smaller, I am roughly 6’10” tall.

Weight: What are you expecting me to say? Yes I weight exactly 278 pounds under this guisee of a bean pole that I appear as. I keep it all hidden under these robes I wear and not a single soul is the wiser.

Dominate hand: What kind of question is that to ask when you want to know more about my appearance? You know what it does not matter what hand I consider my strong hand. All that matters is that I hold my quill in my right hand and cast with my staff with my other if I so please.

Do you have any Tattoos?: No.

What about Piercings?: No.

Hair color: Clearly my hair color is a silver white.

Eye color: I am going to assume that they are blue. Two sapphires that glow as brightly as the moon.

Health:

Diet: Really now? One would imagine that the amount of these intolerable questions would drive a man in my position rather crazy! What does it matter to you what is in my diet?!? I am a wizard and I will devour anything I wish so long as I know I can fit it into my mouth and will not kill me.

Do you get any Exercise?: Now that is a rather strange question to ask someone? Well, I suppose I do, I get up every morning and stretch a bit. After that I normally stay in my laboratory lifting heavy tomes and mixing up dangerous chemicals. I am a book worm it seems.

Are therePhysical disabilities that we should know about?: Well that all depends on what I think that you should know that is rather important or not. I mean lets think about this for a second shall we and discuss the possible wrongs and right you and I could be committing to paper here! For all intents and purposes I am a very healthy and fit man with little to nothing in the form of any kind of disability whatsoever. More so I would imagine that if it was physical you would have noticed it by now.

Any Mental disabilities then?: How dare you even think about asking such a thing let alone actually asking it! I am perfectly sane, unlike many of my fellows, it just so happens that many people label you as crazy when you are surrounded by evil and dark knowledge and vile artifacts from realms not of this earth. Hell do not get me wrong the temptation of using those things to gain quick power has crossed my mind before, but, I however enjoy keeping my soul in one peace thank you. Besides I have lived long enough for the both of us and trust me when I say making deals that seem crazy probably are.

Do you have any Habits: Who doesn’t? I actually find it rather relaxing to talk about my previous works and discuss magical theories with others who actually understand such things. If not that a good drink now and then and a pipe to smoke make my day.

Do you have any Bad habits?: Balderdash! To even think that I, Bigsby Big Hat, would do anything that one might consider a ‘bad habit’ is beyond comprehension.

"What knowledge the Hat holds is a secret best guarded by old." Bigsby Big Hat

Through all of my years of study and perserverence plenty of questions have presented themselves before me allowing the oppertunity to expand my mind and my reach as well as learning from from the mistakes I could and will still make. Crystals in short are the very aspect of the soul and with that I have found that my transformation in converting parts of my organic nature into those very structures have left me somewhat hollowed. This however has yet to prove an issue as one of my many life long projects is the expance and creation of my own Demiplane.

Image

Now by the very definition Demiplanes are ill-defined planes, usually formed by novice wizards or sorcerers, of unusually small size that lie either within other planes or outside the known planes depending on which cosmological model one is using. I would also like to note that Demiplanes are typically, if not always, of finite size, though this has not stopped many from expanding upon what they already have and it has yet stopped me from continuing my research in the flow of the multiverse that surrounds and fills us. It is by the very shape of the multiverse that I have formed my own personal home and work area with ease and constant access too through various means of travel.

Image

For now I call this realm I govern The Twin Crystals, based off my own mind as it shows, and its very essence shapes to my will and thoughts without a moments notice. Within this plane is an infinite set of rooms and landscapes containing all things from ancient runes I have procured from their resting places to bits of knowledge written by me and subjects I am all to familiar with. Within this labyrinth of the mind even the most mundane items or structures have my mark and it is due to that I deemed them not fit for the multiverse to accept yet.

A portal opened up within Gambits bar and in stepped a much older man wearing wizard robes and a rather large ridiculous pointy hat that matched his outfit with a white cord that sat wrapped around his hat. "What do we have here?" Bigsby spoke only to stroke his white beard and make his way slowly over to the bars counter that happened to be surrounded by vile creatures that claimed their homes in the lowest depths of the realms. "Barkeep." Bigsby uttered the dreaded title just to put a few strange glowing orbs on the counter before the dark creature. "I require your finest tea warmed in the light of Lytholins black sun and blessed by the dark clergy from the seventh level of Distopia were the blessed whores of Ishvail know the true secrets of the realm. I hope one hundred souls will due as currency in this realm."

Taking up the cup of heated Tea Bigsby sipped it taking in its chaotic energy just to let a sigh of relief escape his lips. The old wizard was not blind to the demonic bartenders sorrows but did not try to cheer the man up. Instead Bigsby instead just finished his tea and allowing the warmth from the mug seep into his hands.

"Barkeep not to interrupt your study but would you mind refilling my tea. You know the one that is warmed in the light of Lytholins black sun and blessed by the dark clergy from the seventh level of Distopia were the blessed whores of Ishvail know the true secrets of the realm? I know it is much to ask but I assure you I would be grateful." Bigsby spoke only to slide a few more of the light orbs towards the man.

Bigsby Big Hat nodded and took back up his mug only to look at the bartenders spellbook with his hidden eyes due to his rather large hat. "Tell me barkeep what is it that your actually studying there?" Bigsby asked only to lean in a little more which caused his hat to touch part of the counter that he was sitting at. "I happen to be a big fan over all kinds of magic in the world and that is what I came to this realm for.

"Demonic, Celestial, Draconic, Elvish, Dwarven. Name a language and I may know it. Traveling realm to realm really helps when you have to pick up a language at any time." Bigsby commented on what languages he knew only to sit back a little and drink some of the tea. "Have you ever read any of the texts written by the great wizard who claimed his home in the abyss?" Bigsby asked only to then laugh a little. "It reminds me of the time of the seven jade rings of the evocationist master. He studied the dark arts to get the most out of his fire based spells and I assure you they were spectacular."

Bigsby Big Hat took up his tea and drank a little just to look at Zekil and smile a little. "Well when you get the chance you must find the story of him as all realms can be connected by the simplest of doors." Bigsby spoke only to chuckle a little. "I said I know of these languages I never said I could speak most of them. It helps when you can cast tongues as a spell but I did not bring the materials to cast it but regardless with that I could speak with you in a more formal matter so I apologize for that."

"Learning a language is not impossible master bartender it just requires time." Bigsby spoke just to then lift the tip of his rather large hat up a little so he could get a better look upon the man. "Learning your tongue is no more difficult then learning to speak the language of the dragons or DOS, probably the most difficult language I had ever had to figure out." With that Bigsby took another sip of his tea and began to shake his head. "I came to stop here in route to a world filled with magic. It seems that Terra has no more magic to give even though they do have several academies on this world."

Bigsby Big Hat began to laugh a little just to wipe a tear from his eyes. "If only you could insult the divine beings in their own language." Bigsby started to laugh again only to mutter a few words in elvish. "My boy the celestial language has no curse words in it and even if you tried to conjure one it you will be racked with pain and unable to speak." With that the old wizard began to stroke his beard a little just to have a rather terrible grin emerge on his face that was hidden by his hat. "Then again just speaking any language and yelling profanities was a past time of mine back in my younger days."

Bigsby Big Hat extended his hand towards the barkeep just to chuckle at the idea of learning all the curse words first. "A pleasure Master Zekil. I am Bigsby, Bigsby Big Hat and I assure you that the name has no meaning here." Bigsby spoke only to take up his tea and drink from it a little more.

"Try to find your place within this realm and grow powerful." Bigsby spoke and then finished off his tea only to stand up slowly. The wizard removed his rather excessively large hat to reveal that he was an elderly gentleman with a white beard and white straight hair with deep blue eyes. "Here reach into my hat before I go so that I can at least do some good before I vanish to the next realm." Bigsby spoke to Zekil with a smile and his hat tipped so that the demon could reach into the vastly dark and deep looking hat. "I assure you I would reach in but I am very old and finding what I need gets bothersome at times."

Zekil would find that reaching into that hat was like going through a vast amount of space with no end except for odds and ends that seemed out of place. With a bit of luck the demonic bartender would find his hand upon a rather large rock like object and if he were to pull it out he would find he was holding a rather large sapphire. "It is yours and so long." With that Bigsby Big Hat began to laugh and put his hat back on just to vanish is a rather blinding flash of light and smoke and with that the wizard was gone.

Faster than a speeding bullet and clearly more powerful than a locomotive Bigsby Big Hat fell through all the floors within the building known as Gambits only to hit the bar floor with a rather loud and sickening thud that would normally signify a broken neck and a few bones. The wizard slowly began to get up from his rather dangerous tumble just to dust himself off and straighten his gargantuan hat as if there was not a single thing wrong and that he himself and just stepped through a portal, "Gambits Bar, once again I say hello to you." Bigsby muttered as he began to wonder why a nexus point between realms found its home within a drinking establishment but then again not all the answers to why the realms worked as they did were readily available for study. "Master Zekil, my friend, I require a rather difficult order that must be fulfilled and it is imperative that this order be filled correctly as I have a theory that anything can be counted as a beverage within this establishment?" Bigsby asked only to approach the bartender with a hidden smile due to his hat and placed down several souls that appeared to be nothing more than white orbs that shifted and shimmer. "I require the souls of a thousand worlds wrapped up in two sugar cubes with hot tea brewed from dead trees that sit within the murky swamps near this city along with a single scale from a psydonatural beast called a scicles, a worm around seven of your cities blocks and as wide as the bar itself. Also I require twenty kilo's of Spice, the drug from the 'Dune' universe and not what some punks here in Wing City do on a weekend."

Bigsby Big Hat took the order and removed the spice to another realm, more specifically in front of an orphanage in Colorado were the drugs he had ordered would suddenly be labeled as cinnamon, those poor fools. As for the tea Bigsby gave it the once over and took a deep whiff of the aroma of the hot beverage before him only to remove his hat and reveal an aging man with white long hair and beard and blue eyes that seemed to pierce the very souls of the bar just to then salute the bartender. "Zekil I will be sure to come up with another rather gargantuan order that seems rather impossible next time sense you did so well with this one." With that Bigsby simply downed the tea and had the strangest look upon his face as the souls of all those people and things began to rush through him like a small child who had his very first energy drink.

"I only have one question for you Zekil. You see I visited that verse within the reaches of every man were the spice is sold and I was wondering what would happen if the God Emperor himself knew that his goods could be transported here without him knowing?" Bigsby had infact at one point spoken to the being only to be filled with utter confusion, respect, and fear all at the same time. "I do not think he would care as much but still the question does sit on the back of my mind and to were I just sent the spice to." Those orphans that lived in Colorado would have no idea what it was that they were going to get into but the application of studying the arcane and all it holds would show no weakness or sway from what was needed for knowledge. Sipping more of the tea Bigsby put his rather massive hat back onto his head and began to blink a couple of times as Zekil spoke of what the woman was talking about. "My friend I think this woman has either taken a fancy to you or is wanting you to pick out a beverage for her but then again I never understood women.....they have always been an elusive creature to me that just get in the way of progress." Bigsby began to stroke his beard only to shake his head. "Then again I have had roughly around fifty some odd wives in my lifetime and I still do not understand them."

"I gave up on that a very long time ago. Got me in a load of trouble when I conjured several succubi to join me in the quarters I had created for myself only to have the barbarian woman who was traveling with me to step in and think I was under attack." Bigsby commented only to then turn his attention to the girl and shake his head. "Miss you are a very lovely specimen but why would you come to the bartender and ask him silly questions like that? In my experience the bartender is always the one who lends a sympathetic ear to hear your problems out and give vague advice." The ancient wizard spoke just to then cough a little and drink a bit more of his tea. "Hells, and I say that as there are many different kinds, I think this entire bar is a tad bit strange as anything could happen in here. Even if a pact of devil worshipers stepped in right now not a single person would do a damned thing about it."

Bigsby Big Hat gave a rather quizzical look from beneath his hat just to raise the brim up so that the young lady could see his confusion. "No you misunderstood. I was calling you a lovely specimen as I have had several corpses upon my dissecting table from local hookers who could make an Archon Hound blush. I am sure when you mature a bit more you will be just as lovely as a flower." The odd combination that escaped Bigsby was almost terrifying and nonthreatening at the same time and the wizard simply continued to sip at his tea for a bit more before turning back to the bartender. "Yes well needless to say I am still dodging that woman as she somehow had several of my children and not a single one an academic. I received a letter from one of them and was amazed that they could even read and write."

"The barbarian? Gods yes!" Bigsby exclaimed only to shake his head while placing his mug down just so he could rub the sides of his head. "Turns out removing a problem is harder than it seems. Sending someone through does not always mean they will not stay there." Bigsby was a master at his craft and he knew full well that not a single soul in this bar would ever fully understand but damn was he good. When the young woman appeared confused the wizard simply waved her worries off. "Forget I said anything." Bigsby muttered only to look back at Zekil. "Kids are not bad but when you have no control over them you realize that one day they will strike you down and take your place for unlimited power."

Bigsby Big Hat had a rather strange look upon his face when he heard Zekil ask for some kind of identification from the newest member of the bar. "Zekil you asked him for some kind of Identification yet you did no such thing for me.....how strange.....it is the beard right?" Bigsby asked as he began to stroke his own white beard only to take up his mug of tea. As soon as the cat shouted something about an explosive the ancient wizard fell out from his seat sending hot tea behind him into the crowd.

One of the patrons behind him would be scorched by the hot tea and as Bigsby got back up he simply looked at the poor man only to shake his head and took back up his seat. "Yes well thank goodness for my old age then. I hate to be a bother but would you mind pouring me some more of that tea I ordered before. I am sure you do not need me to repeat the exact order again right?"

When David made his attempt to grab the woman Bigsby wanted so badly to just conjure his staff and slam it on the ground shouting at the top of his lungs that the man shall not pass but it was to late. When Zekil returned with his tea the old wizard simply nodded with a hidden smile beneath his hat and with that he took a sip of his tea.

Bigsby Big Hat began to sip at his tea a little more only to allow his mind to wonder on to the subject of the many verses that he himself had visited in the past just to learn their secrets in an attempt to gain unlimited power. "Zekil can I tell you a story. I assure you it takes place a long time ago in a galaxy far, far, away." Bigsby muttered as he recalled his time looking over three distinct enemies that proved to be nothing more than a problem for those who were trying to survive.

"Well you see there was once a group of hunters who traversed through space only to bother the people of the Congo and then a bunch of New Yorkers were everyone carried a weapon and then suffered because of it. I witnessed this with my own eyes and I began to wonder why these heavily armed people could not kill a single cheating space fairing species.....Then it gets worse." Bigsby let loose a sigh as he brought his tea up to his lips and took a rather loud sip. "Then they built machines that soon dominated them up until the resistance won against the mechanical monstrosities only to become the elite fighting force later on in the future where they would then have to fight a bunch of strange aberitions that had acid for blood and worked like an ant colony. Needless to say these creatures had to tangle with a single woman who was able to kill a good portion of their species and it was all the fault of a single company." Bigsby began to laugh a little as he downed the rest of his tea that held the souls of a thousand worlds only to look at Zekil with a smile. "This is not a lie I assure you but I want you to think on this for me. Why is it that the most basic technologies that you can have at a time are never considered to help fight these monsters."

"I suppose your right but then again Ellen Ripley sure knows how to work a suit of armor and apparently enjoys throwing just space aberitions down into an airlock, granted I still do not understand that term." Bigsby spoke rather honestly as he took up his tea and began to look around at the crowd just to shake his head. "What is worse is that I am starting to get the feeling like maybe we are all just characters in a story written by a bunch of dicks." Bigsby just began to look off into the distance as if starring someone down only to return back to Zekil and shrug a little. "But who knows. Even someone like myself who traverses the realms quite frequently has never seen anything that proves everything."

A true God would make his appearance as a crackle of arcane lightning filled the bar and Bigsby Big Hat fell through each of the floors of Gambits with staff in hand only to land with a sickening thud while his rather excessively large hat slowly falling right behind him just to land upon his head. In time the wizard would slowly rise up from his fall just to dust himself off and bring his left hand across the brim of his massive wizards hat only to chuckle a bit nervously at the not so impervious ceiling that he had just left several holes in. "I can fix that...but first a drink!" Bigsby exclaimed as he began to look for the bartender on staff tonight only to notice that Zekil was once again providing his services to the patrons. "Master Zekil do you ever rest?! Regardless I will require a tea, no wait, forget that I wish to try some Klava for once."
