History

Derek was born in Louisville Kentucky, He can from a decent family, his mom was a scientist as his father was a Homicide Detectvie. One evening Derek was walking home from school when he hears strange sounds coming from a abandon house, this was the same house that who ever enters the house is murdered. Derek investigates the house, finding that a spirit was never removed from her home, Derek gives her a speech in which convincing her to 'Cross over to the other side'. He now dedicates his life to solving supernatural mysteries. He was self-taught a variety of skills, his main role model is Harry Houdini as he learned how to become a master magician and escape artist. Now Derek in known across the world as a hot shot detective, on occasion he has worked with the SCD along with Leisha Kennicot on various cases, he was offered a position there but refused because he thinks it's more fun to steal their cases than to work with them on it.
