Name: Equus Decloria
Alias: None
Gender: Female
Age: 211
Species: Fae
Theme song: Behaving Badly
Personality: A rather kind, soft hearted individual, Equus is one that absolutely hates to see conflict. Whether it be a simple argument or a full scale war, the Fae cannot stand fighting. She cares for all of nature's creatures as well as the earth they call home. Though she is a kind spirit, she does have her moments of jest and flirting, though it is always in good nature and sport. Equus is also one of those hopeless romantic types, hoping that someday she'd be swept off her feet by her own prince charming.
History: Equus was born as most are into this world, a mother and a father. The family lived rather peacefully for many years in secrecy along with many of her kind. She tended studies as well as the odd play to indulge in some entertainment. As time passed, those without knowledge of the Faes' existence expanded. This forced the Fae to travel deeper into the depths of the forest in order to seek shelter from those that would seek them out, forcing them to become nomadic. This way of life took its toll, and soon the population was whittled away to only a few thousand survivors. With so many of her kind gone, including her own parents, Equus hoped to seek council with those that forced her people to such an existence. Upon sight of the Fae, the human race immediately sought to capture what was left of the Fae and harness the magical energy they possessed. Though her intent was to save her kind, Equus had only brought about its final days more sooner. Now, she wanders the planet's last remaining forests in eternal loneliness as punishment for her deeds.

So begins...

A moonlit forest canvas cast a ghostly light in patches over the beds of moss. Some plants themselves seemed to let of a faint glow, giving the deepest parts of the woods an unearthly appearance, though dazzling and splendid to those that never witnessed such an event. The odd pool of water that had manifested from past rains lay in varies locations, such as at the base of trees and the odd earthen indent. One pool, however, stood out rather well from the others. For within this pool, a rarity. A woman with long raven like hair that had the odd streak of aquamarine, a brilliant contrast, knelt within the pool. The depth was significant for its size, putting the hibiscus just under the woman's shoulders. It was clear that she was void of all forms of clothing, for beside the pool lay a long sleeve, short bloused, kimono, one of as splendorous a color as the glowing plants themselves.

The hum of the piece of technology was alien in the forest, which brought about curiosity to the Fae. However, the source seemed rapidly approaching, so much so that the woman wasn't ready for what happened next. A young man passed by at such a speed that she could hardly tell just what had passed. What she did know was that this newcomer could mean trouble, why else would such a young specimen be out at this hour? The hover boards speed and low altitude had caused a wave to surge through the pool, splashing water into the Fae's face. A little water never hurt, but it did bring about a shock which in turn caused the woman to gasp. Doubling her gaze back, she noticed that the young man had stopped and was glancing in her direction. Taking a deep breath, the Fae quickly vanished beneath the water's surface. She was hoping to trick this male into thinking that perhaps he was seeing things, that perhaps the forest was getting to him. However, she had forgotten her clothing upon a rock next to her bath, which was a dead giveaway as to her whereabouts.

The appearance of the board over the water told the Fae hidden within the pool that she indeed had been spotted, it was by that time she realized she had forgotten her kimono. She cursed herself mentally for being so tardy. Now however, she had the predicament of this strange male, and sadly, she could not hold her breath forever. Signs of struggle against her body's natural desire for air was becoming more present. If she didn't act soon, she'd find herself trying to breathe water. With no hope of the male leaving soon, the Fae was forced to come back up with a loud gasp for air.

Upon the drawing and pointing of the weapon, the Fae would flinch. Her head angled to the side while her eyes were shut tight, as well her arms raised to cover her face. After a strange metallic 'click', the woman would lower an arm and open but a single eye to peer at the young man. She truly must have been a spectacle for him to have stopped in his high speed coast just to indulge his curiosity over her.
"Y-you are not going to hurt me...are you?" she asked in a soft, trembling voice.

Though this odd young man no longer seemed to want a cause for harm, the Fae couldn't held but feel rather uneasy under the reptile like being's gaze. Whether it was the fact that his appearance was rather odd, or if it was the fact that she was stark naked and covered only by the water.
"A ho-otel?"

"I don't... understand. What is renting?" Indeed, the Fae was rather lacking in the knowledge department when it came to modern life in a city, then again, she had been living her days avoiding such places. Such cities were the cause of her kind's rarity, aside from her own naive decisions.

Having had enough unease, the fae would cross a hand over her chest, that which was supposed to be covered, and used the other to reach out towards the young man.
"M-may I have my clothes please?"

Equus was rather thankful this male was a gentleman, rather than a gawking perverse male of the stereotypical variety. However, the Fae did not slip from the pool immediately as she sensed a second presence, one that seemed to hold a rather mischievous air about it. Hesitation and second guessing her actions was something Equus did on a regular basis, ever since past events that lead to rather unfortunate ones later on.
"S-someones coming." the Fae murmured, clear that a sense of worry held in he words.

Equus could feel the tension in the air, whatever it was that stalked them was clearly not pleased with their presence. This, however was odd. The Fae had called the part of the forest her home for many years, and why now a creature took her presence in such a manner now was odd to her.
With shining eyes of aquamarine, and obsidian where normally would be white, Equus would look about in an attempt to catch those that seemed to be taking in the sight of the pair. The clicking of Xeno's weapon as he unholstered the sidearm caught the Fae's attention.
"You're not going to hurt it, are you?" Equus inquired with a worried tone. Indeed, this being seemed unfriendly, but the Fae never wished for harm to come to them.

Sound seemed to surround them, a bush rustling here, a twig snapping there, all serving to fuel the Fae's unease. With every threatening sound, the Fae's head and eyes darted to where the sounds seemingly came from, each accompanied by her own little worried moan.
A voice was heard, a woman's by the sound of it. Why was this being thinking she was under attack, the Fae certainly wasn't a threat, and the male was simply readying himself in case self defense was required. Speaking of the male, Equus found that she was left alone on the ground as Xeno elevated himself upon his board. Now she was truly terrified.
"I-I won't hurt you, I swear. Just please, don't harm me." the Fae pleaded with a trembling voice. Indeed she truly wasn't of the fighting variety.

Equus 's worry only seemed to mount with every word this mysterious being spoke. She wanted something, but what? The Fae had nothing she could give, other than her cloths, which she prayed was not the hidden woman's desire.

"I...I don't have anything to give though."

Equus looked to Xeno upon his whisper. He actually thought she'd get on that floating contraption?
"M-maybe you should just give it to her, let her find out for herself that it doesn't work." Thats if, of course, this predator like woman's desire truly was the hover board.
"I don't want to get hurt... I don't want anyone else to get hurt... Isn't there something else that we can do for you, miss?"

"W-well... it depends on what you need the power for." Equus murmured quietly with the same held unease. After she spoke, she could feel a glare coming from Xeno, to whom she peered back towards with an innocent gaze. Her wish was simply to avoid any means of conflict.
"I might...be able to help you." the Fae confessed. "If what you need is of nature, rather than technology."

The transformation of natural organisms was a tricky thing to do, however, Equus was capable of such a feat.
"I might be able to help you... depending on what you want to transform into."
Slipping on the Kimono, finally, Equus would slowly wade out of the pool, her eyes scanning for anything that would seem to be the source of the voice.
"But like he said... you have to come out of hiding, p-please."

Equus spun around quickly as the voice came from behind her. What she saw next caught the Fae completely off guard. A woman that appeared quite skinny as well as disfigured by mysterious means. Equus had to force herself from showing any form of reaction. Though some words did escape her.
"Oh my..."
Equus couldn't help but feel pity for the woman, but this would only serve as fuel to better for her to help this poor soul.
Taking a step towards the woman, Equus inspected the woman, taking in the various points of greater disconfiguration as well as the fox like ears upon her head.
"What do you want me to do, change you to human,or, to beast?"

Equus flinched for the second time upon the drawing of a weapon, it seemed tonight was one of deadly intertwining. She'd have to choose her words carefully.
"I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you." Equus said apologetically as she stepped back.
"Its just... I do not like when others are in pain and... you must have been through a lot of emotional and physical trauma."
Equus' eyes became fixated upon the blade, how it glistened with what little light was present.
"I can help you... if you still want me to."

The river bed was common place for many of nature's creatures to bathe, play, and quench their thirst. For one fai, it was a tranquil place to enjoy a cool dip in the evening moon's glow. Equus walked through the sinewy shadows of the forest with a light step, so much so that her own hightened sense of hearing could barely pick up on each well placed foot.

Before the fai could reach the river, however, she'd come to a small clearing which seemed to have been occupied by a mass of scales. Rather beautifully colored scales. Equus might have been awe struck, if not terified by the sight of the dragon. The fai quickly shimmied behind the nearest tree before peeking out past the vegetation.

The majesty of the beast was quite a splender to behold. Despite the sheer magnitude of the dragon's being, it was surprisingly gentle towards those that also witnessed the creature's magnificents. Equus almost felt that perhaps the dragon's gentle nature was enough to ease her from her little hiding spot. Almost. The fai knew of the powr beneath those scales, the raw might, and not to forget that fiery breath. No, Equus was more than content behind her little tree.
