"I am not quiet or shy.....just misunderstood"
History WIP
Personality: A quiet girl that would usually hide within the rafters of the bar or in a tree or in the cabinet with the booze for all she cared. While she is very young, about thirteen years old, she looks like she could handle herself in a cat fight. When she comes out of her shell, she is a bright, bubbly girl like all Neko are and she LOOOOOVES yarn. When thrown yarn, she will forget the outside world and go after the yarn like a cat on nip
Powers: She has eyes that could make anyone just Aww in cuteness and give her something as a gift. She loves gifts when she is happy.
She has abilities to affect the weather patterns of any given area. Anything from Harsh sunlight, to bitter rain and even a sunny spring day with just a snap of her fingers
Equipment- She carries an Ornate Blue Ocarina that she found while walking through the ruins of a beautiful castle's gardens. The songs that pass through the instrument are both melodious and saddening at the same time
