Lorenzo Caracciolo

An Italian-named, stealthy English mercenary and bounty hunter who will never describe himself as a "ninja" because the word has become a joke and not near what it was.

Description

Race: Human (SEE ADD-ONS IN PERSONALITY SECTION)
Height: 5'5"
Weight: Roughly 125 pounds, despite his ancestry
Appears to be age 23

Lorenzo has dark blonde / light brown hair that halfway covers his eyes. It is usually angled to his right, however, when he is concentrating on a kill, maintaining hair perfection doesn't even cross his mind. He uses his skinniness to his advantage. By skinny, I mean skinny. He has thin arms and legs, and can nearly be wrapped up by a single arm. His skin is just slightly pale and his eyes are a deep blue-green. His face is free of scars or blemishes, and he usually prefers not to wear any kind of face paint or makeup.
Around town, he usually wears a dark grey hoodie, with his jagged hair sticking out the front of the hood. When on a high-risk, high-value mission, he wears dark leather armor to maintain a lightweight while preserving his health in case of an attack.

Personality

Lorenzo is usually a solo fighter, and anyone who is lucky enough to speak with him often will get the impression that he likes going alone on his manhunts. Inside, he wishes he had a companion (err... girlfriend...) who loved stealthy bounty hunting as much as he does. He's not a loud or outgoing person, but rather a quiet, shy, and hidden person. This is most likely the reason for his fighting style. In return for a "favor," he asks only for money. Glory and fame is not something he wants. In fact, the most recognition he gets is from people calling him "the guy in the dark corner of the bar" when he goes out for an occasional drink in self-celebration of a successful kill.
He's an emotional person, but he hides it, especially when making an attack. At those times, his whole mind is being used for planning the attack and the escape.
As a hiding, solo kind of guy, he lives mainly in abandoned warehouses. He uses the large storage crates as a hiding place when the police decide to stroll by, though he most likely won't be jailed. He does "favors" for political leaders and the police too often to be locked away.
Although he is a bounty hunter and a mercenary, he doesn't much like to murder, but he'd kill a man if he had to. However, pickpocketing is a game to him. Lockpicking is also.

Obviously, he is good at stealth and sneaking around. He's also pretty experienced at parkour, and he uses it when a crafty escape is needed. He can somewhat fling himself up to a ledge and can jump long distances on the run.

Lorenzo has a strange fear of vampires, but is fine with werewolves.

Add-Ons
Multiverse RP - In the Multiverse RP, Lorenzo is just barely partially a demon, because he was given demon blood from a bounty hunt partner of his. It gives him the ability to be faster and more agile. He can juke out enemies, and this helps him with free-running / parkour.

Equipment

As stated earlier, Lorenzo wears a grey hoodie around town. In the pocket of it lies the items he always has. When on a hunt, he wears dark leather armor that covers his chest, shoulders, upper arms, hands, stomach area, and legs (about halfway down his shins). He always carries:
- a steel, jagged-edged dagger that is about 6 inches long with an inscription that says "Strike Silently, Caracciolo." The dagger has a small channel in the tip for holding poison
- a small combat knife used as a secondary dagger
- a vial or two of Strychnine Extract (pictures at http://imgur.com/a/557kn - The first is a solid form, the second is the plant. For a list of symptoms to strychnine poisoning, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strychnine#Symptoms)
- a few lockpicks
- a key to his main safehouse outside London, England.
- a locket containing a small watch and a picture of a woman who took care of him as a child
He often has a written warrant our bounty paper with him when he is on an assignment.

He has some slight skill with a bow and arrow, though he never has time to use it. He's great with small blade weapons, however. That's why he always uses daggers. ^_^

Due to his skinniness and light armor, Lorenzo is weak to heavy blunt weapons and large swords. Strike silently, however, and he avoids these dangers.

Add-Ons
Modern - In modern RPs, this character carries a black, silenced M1911 with 12-round mags. On missions, he loses his secondary knife and has a silenced MP5 (also black) with 32-round mags. He carries up to 6 mags for each weapon, totaling 192 primary rounds and 72 secondary rounds.
Futuristic - Same secondary weapon as the Modern Add-on, but the primary instead shoots "laser"-like beams that are not within the visible spectrum of light and can pierce through most armor and deal about twice the damage of a normal bullet after weakening armor. The gun is as silent as can be, and is obviously black. It's ammo are high-power batteries. They are loaded one at a time and each battery has the power to fire off 30 rounds. The gun is semi-automatic.

In either situation, Lorenzo has the capability to use sniper rifles, but he doesn't burden himself with carrying one.
He doesn't carry a primary weapon with him at all times, just when on missions. When he picks up his primary, he puts down his secondary knife.

History

Lorenzo doesn't know his parents, or anyone in his family for that matter. From what he's pieced together, he was left at the back door of an orphanage in London soon after he was born. He escaped there at the age of four, half by accident and half by hatred of the lazy, inattentive volunteer workers at the orphanage. He was taken care of by a woman about 20 years old at the time who he met when he wandered into what is now his main safehouse. She took care of him until he was about 10. Her name was Lucy. What a beautiful yet simple name. The last memory he had of her was hearing her say one night that she was going out to assassinate some political leader. He doesn't even remember who it was. Now, he carries a locket with her picture in it everywhere he goes. It means more to him than his custom inscribed dagger.
Since his rough past, he has kept Lucy's job and home living on. He lives the life of a silently-striking mercenary and he always will.

"Erm... I don't actually know where exactly I was born. I don't know my family either. I'm somewhat a rolling stone. I haven't got much of a permanent home. The name's Lorenzo. Lorenzo Caracciolo. Yes, it's Italian. No, I don't speak Italian." he replies. Minimal eye contact was made.
