When one can manipulate sound to their will, what is the loss of a voice? Aiden is a fourteen-year-old mute with a gift for perception and thorivomancy.
Quiet. This is to be expected - he doesn't laugh like other boys his age, instead he is content to observe and learn. He is normally overlooked in children games and is terminally friendless. Seriousness is all that he knows as he knows no kindness except for his own.
Aiden does not wish to draw too much attention to himself as he's been unable to carry out any successful or meaningful human contact. This disability has left him emotionally scarred and incapable of dealing with his own emotions. He is inclined to rage.
He /hates/ rain.
Namely his hands, feet, anything can be used as an instrument. He carries in his pocket a harmonica, well-loved. Other than this, all he has is his wits about him.
He has the history of an average orphan. Unable to speak due to severe trauma to his vocal chords, Aiden has engaged in a harsh existence only disturbed by the wonders of music. Though he has no natural talent for music, he found that he was able to manipulate sound to create destruction and wreak havoc on his would-be abusive parents at a young age. Since then, he has honed these abilities and has made do with what he has. Aiden can be extremely resourceful, but isn't likely to trust a person on sight.
Music, however, does have a way of soothing his soul and beautiful women tend to make him long for the creature that should've been his mother. For now, he dwells on nothing and is usually found discretely helping humanity out from their follies.
