Bio
Like most Saiya-jin infants, Ovan was sent away at birth to destroy Trade World, a planet known for intergalactic commerce and a wide variety of population. However, early on, Ovan was smart enough to wonder why his kind would so heartlessly send a child away to commit murder. It led him to believe that his birth family cared nothing for him, and so Ovan wound up living on Trade World, rather than destroying it. More times than none, people would come to Trade World, expecting to find it in ruin, only to be defeated by Ovan. In a small way, Ovan was to Trade World what Goku was to Earth. He isn't as powerful as Goku was, at least not yet.
One day, Trade World was attacked by a black monster named Aiza. The planet's defense force, known as Shield, tried to stop him, but were each destroyed. Ovan tried to fight Aiza, but was no match for him. Aiza spared the Saiyan warrior, challenging him to become stronger and fight him again someday, then vanished. Ovan, after recovering, used his Saiyan Spacepod to leave Trade World, intending to follow Aiza. Instead, he happened upon Planet Earth, inhabited by a few Saiyans and numerous humans. Ovan decided that Aiza would come here for the Saiyans, and so he chose to land there, and stay until Aiza. Until then, he would train, and become as powerful as possible, even unlocking the power of a Super Saiyan, if that's what it took to defeat Aiza. He made some friends on Earth: Taizan, a human about Ovan's age, and just as powerful; Teon, a Half-Saiyan who was also powerful but somewhat naive it seemed; and then there was Hashon, a Namekian whom Ovan paired up against to bring down Icer. On Earth, Ovan learned of Dark Eye, a powerful criminal organization run by a powerful fighter and elite Generals. One by one, the generals were defeated, but only a joint effort between Taizan, Teon, and Hashon defeated their leader. During that time, Ovan had happened upon the Lookout, and was recieving unique training from Dende, the Namekian Guardian of Earth. With Dark Eye defeated, Ovan intends to complete Dende's training, and continue questing for the ultimate power: The Super Saiyan.
Ovan unexpectantly took on a student, named Ser. She was originally going to train with Hashon, but his methods were too intense, and so Ovan offered to train her instead. Initially, he took Ser to meet Dende, and learn the way of the Three Jins. After that, Ovan would then train her for 2 years (2 days, in Earth time) in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Ser and Ovan both gained a tremendous amount of power for their efforts, had since relocated their training to Z-Academy. Still, Ovan has yet to reach his ultimate goal of becoming a Super Saiyan.

Although he sustains a rather high power level, Ovan actually prefers out-thinking the enemy, using strategy and wit to minimize ki consumption. He only just recently began employing these tactics, right after meeting Dende.
Attacks
Cross Cannon: His body forms a Crucifix and ki is quickly charged in his palms. He thrusts his palms together and fires a quick, but somewhat weak blast of energy made of yellow ki. If it is dodged, the blast can split into the original two blasts and home in on the target from behind.
Proton Wave: A yellow beam about the size and strength of a Kamehameha Wave. It is charged and fired from either hands or the mouth.
Annhialatti: A sort of brief burst of speed and power, immoliating Ovan in green Ki. In this form, a strong punch or kick can sever through objects.
Triad: Ovan's ultimate move. It is formed similarly to the Cross Cannon, only ki is generated from the mouth as well. It fires a Proton Wave from each hand and the mouth. They can all hit one target for 3x Damage or separate, and hit up three targets at once as normal Proton Waves.
Annhialatti X: An Annhialatti with five times more power. Usable only in Gigia Super Saiyan form.
Super Triad: A Triad with five times more power. Usable only in Gigia Super Saiyan form.
Power Blutz Ball: A white ball of ki is launched into the sky and serves the function of a full moon.
Transformations
Oozaru: Like all Saiya-jins, he transforms into a Great Ape under the image of a Full Moon. Over time, he has learned to control his Ape Form.
Gigia Super Saiyan: Also called False Super Saiyan. Hair stands up, and aura becomes yellow, but the hair color remains black. Eyes also white out. At first, this transformation left Ovan without memory of the form's duration. Now he has mastered it, and retains his pupils and memory when using it.
Super Saiyan: Hair turns gold. Aura turns gold. Blah blah blah (We all know what a Super Saiyan is).
