Personality
Highly sarcastic and adventurous, Seth has always been a thrill seeker at heart. As much as he seems to enjoy being in a crowd he actually tends to get nervous if too much attention is drawn to him, a strange trait for a man who made a living and still dabbles in racing. Despite his willingness to engage in rather reckless actions he doesn't actually have a death wish, and does think through a lot of situations before jumping, though he is comfortable enough with his reactions to trust them if he doesn't have time to think things through. This combination has served him well enough to keep him alive through a number of harrowing adventures.
Seth has a history with Multiple Personality Disorder. This was a large factor in his adrenaline junkie lifestyle as he found it easier to surpress latent personalities while his adrenaline was up and his mind was focused on a task that carried some risk to life and limb. It was also the reason he first begain studying martial arts as a form of meditation, attempting to control those personalities while calm. The combination of risk and meditation over a number of years have helped to give Seth relative control over those personalities. While he is always conscious of them it takes less conscious effort to subdue them.

Notes: Acquired during the Jarrako Downs incident. In what was possibly the single most reckless action of his life, Seth abandoned an escalating situation and blew himself into the space around the station by locking himself in an airlock and blowing the external hatch with a plasma rifle that had been found on board. He then managed, by what many would call sheer dumb luck, to make his way to the ship which had been moored to a docking buoy.
The MUC-2160-FTL is a surprisingly nimble craft, having been developed for use in congested areas including deep space stations and asteroid mining operations. It is relatively resilient and boasts an above average STL speed while maintaining both atmospheric and FTL capabilities. Despite being designed to handle a broad range of tasks by A.T.U. Inc. the 2160-FTL was a relatively lightly used craft as the Andormen often preferred more job specific craft. Many buyers at the time did not see the value of a rather small interstellar capable "transport" vessel when larger specialized craft were available for interstellar transportation. The FTL drive also made the 2160-FTL more costly than NLS capable vessels (namely the MUC-2150-NLS) for interplanetary routes.
So begins...
Seth Libanori's Story
casually entered the bar, helmet under on arm. He haphazardly adjusted his hair with his free hand as he scanned the scene. His eyes finally settled on a young woman sitting alone smoking a cigarette. He approached the bar near Isabella just near enough to be noticed.
Seth Libanori smiles at the girls order, tequila, a wild one. Setting his helmet on the stool next to him he raised a hand to the bartender and ordered a Rum and Coke. He wasn't interested in out drinking this girl, not yet at least. There would be plenty of time for that after he had gotten properly acquainted. He raised his glass toward Isabella and gave a friendly smile.
Seth Libanori smiled as his lucky plan started showing signs of coming together. "Ciao," he smiled, she seemed willing to play so he decided to do just that. "I would ask your name but I don't know you well enough for that yet." He stood up and moved himself and his helmet down so that he was sitting directly next to Isabella. "You drink, you smoke," he pulled a cigarette case from his inside jacket pocket but didn't retrieve a cigarette from it, he simply tapped it on the bar, "What else do you do?"
Seth Libanori smiling and calling the bartender over. He liked a girl who was to the point, and this one was to the point. His wallet would probably feel it since she was drinking tequila but thats what winning races was for, refilling the money clip. "That I can arrange. I take it another tequila is in order?"
Seth Libanori motioning for a second rum and coke as Isabella put out her cigarette. "Cheap rum, free coke." He grinned sarcastically. "You know, I've never really thought about why I come here. Surely isn't for the company." He paused and shot a sidelong glance at his latest drinking companion, "Well, mostly not for the company, but I can make exceptions."
Seth Libanori was fairly sure that this was going in a good direction. After all she was checking him out, that was always a good thing. "Oh I'm sure I'll have plenty of reason to come back." He made a point of not checking her out, of looking around the room around her, "Somewhere around here there has got to be a reason." He said with a smile. He heard someone call his name and looked back to where the voice had been, but failed to see anyone looking his way, slightly distracted he turned back around to the person he knew was talking to him. Or at least he felt very certain was talking to him. His hallucinations generally did not drink tequila that he bought for them.
Seth Libanori took a drink to victory. Any time a girl offered her name with out his asking it was a success. "Seth Libanori, adrenaline junkie and full time seeker of good company." He offered his hand to her, "Makes it official." he explained, it also assured him that he did not indeed pick up a figment of his imagination, though the fact that she was drinking a very real glass of tequila was pretty hard proof of that.
Seth Libanori had a strange conversation take place in his head 'good, she is real. I told you she was. Shut up.' He settled his thoughts, or at least asked them to settle themselves, sometimes it wasn't as easy as he would like. He smiled and checked the time and sighed, "Well Isabella, I'm sorry to cut things short but I've got some business to attend to. The day job is seeping into my night life unfortunately. I'll have to ask you to dance some other time."
Seth Libanori enters the bar in a much more groggy state than he left it. Some things made him tired, meetings were one of them. He took note of the patrons, found himself amused at the fact that there was a man at a bar with a rifle over his shoulder, and made his own way to the bar. "Bartender, rum and coke please."
Seth Libanori taking the glass he also found a stool to claim. "Grazie." he said and slid some money across the bar top, a bit more than was necessary but then he always tipped his bartenders.
Seth Libanori pressed his forefingers against his temples. It was never good to be this groggy, he couldn't focus. He heard things more often when he couldn't focus. For the most part he brushed the voices away mentally, as they more or less blended in with the background noise. But there were the other voices in his head that he couldn't avoid so easily, the violent one, and the other...
Seth Libanori 'your girl is here, and that kook is trying to butt in' He set his glass firmly on the counter, 'what makes you think she's my girl, I met her a couple of hours ago. Don't start something over this.' 'oh, is she not? you know Seth you need to stand up for the hard work you've done.' He stood up suddenly and nearly took a step before returning to his stool, 'Don't start it, you can finish it, but don't start it.' He smiled to himself, but not in his usual way, this was a dark smile, 'whatever you say pal.'
Seth Libanori watched the random assault, not overly surprised considering the location. He caught Isabella's gaze before it was cut off by Gentle. and the wolf creature. '
' the voice in his head demanded, and in this case Seth agreed. He stood up, knocking his stool out from under him and made his way swiftly across the bar and around the combat. It was moments like these that he was more than grateful for his free running past time. He slipped to the floor and grabbed [i]Isabella[/b] by the arm, "Need some better company do you?"Ok Seth old boy, you want your girlfriend out of there or not?
Seth Libanori as Gentle turned toward the wolf he nudged Isabella away from the fighting and back around to where he had been sitting, "You could say that, good drinking company at the least. Speaking of which, we've got some drinking to do over here." He made his way back toward his drink.
Seth Libanori sat down in his previous seat, now with Isabella next to him. He was amazed at how convenient that all was, considering the wolf had suddenly backed out. He took a moment to get his thoughts in check.
the voice in his head murmured. 'Had nothing to do with us.' Seth thought back,I could have taken them
Seth sighed, sometimes the voices were right. He turned to Isabella "You alright?"Unless you count her
Seth Libanori nodding slightly, he knew all about migraines, it was a side effect of having the displeasure of being able to argue with oneself, or rather, with some one who was not himself but he couldn't get away from. He noted his empty glass and raised his hand to get the bartenders attention. "Another round please," he turned to Isabella "What about you, another round? Or are you going to let that headache calm down a bit before?"
Seth Libanori shrugged, "Sounds like a good choice." He took his drink in one hand. "Not a problem, seemed like the kind of thing anyone in good company would expect." He looked around the room, "You know, had we been in good company and all that." He smiled his casually devious smile. "Well, how about you and me get together again sometime for a smoke and a drink, plenty of room in the world outside this place to roam." He had a feeling she wasn't exactly interested in the bar, something in her eyes. Of course he wasn't exactly keen on the place either.
Seth Libanori nodding, "Yes, threating situations are, complicated. I'd rather avoid them for my own sanity." He thought of the voice in his head, what happened when it decided it was time to stop playing delusion and actually come out to play. It had gotten him out of some pretty dicey situations before but it was never very enjoyable and it had made him more than a few enemies. "Right, a dance, well, we'll call it a date and be even then." He winked as he stood, "I'll be in touch."
