Amadeus Draken dragged his bloodstained blade along the ground, snarling under his breath with unsatisfaction tainted across his face.
"Haruno~Sakura, impaled by my blade. Rock-Lee, severely wounded... The pathetic soul could barely stand, wasn't worth my time to kill. What a waste of a night..."
The Draken fumed with anger at the lack of a fight as he made his way down to the depths of hell in which he resided.

The shadows collected in a swirling circle upon the ground set in the midst of the chaos between the two sides. From within this darkness emerged Sinful's body tearing from a blood red membrane that feigned in an attempt to hold in within hell's confines. His muscles bulged, visible even through his thick dark clothing. His irritation was apparent from the shrieks emitted from the uncontrolled demon that fought for mastery within him.
"Come and get me Labefacto! Send your best and stop wasting our time!"

SinfulSoul had finally reverted back from his Demonic form into his normal, more controlled and graceful Draken form. His body was covered in his usual black cloak attire with the hood draped over his head, concealing his face in shadows. Merely two symmetric and parallel strands of black hair dropped out of the hood he wore traced with faint strands of blood red.

He approached the mansion as he had been summoned to a meeting of which he felt may hold some significance. He arrived at night of course, in his Draken form he felt more comfortable with baring control over the shadows. He finally came to the door and paused. Suddenly his body seemed to fall towards the ground and merge into the shadow given off by the half full moon. His shadow instantly zipped through the door and darted its way in an erratic unpredictable course, only to find himself moments later in the single room which seemed to radiate life. His body peeled out of the shadowy puddle and reformed itself as he appeared before. He seemed to glide forward as he moved his body partially into the light directly ahead of the oak desk.

"You rang?"

Just as the room began to freeze, his body was quickly engulfed in a bright orange flame. It would last for only a couple seconds before it died down. What appeared to have remained was a charred corpse of his body. Steam rose from the charred ashes as they began to fall from the crippled body. It seemed like a stream of wind blew by and carried off the charred pieces of his body. They drifted through the air in tiny fragments, moving in strange erratic manner, causing them to disperse and come together again repeatedly in no particular pattern as they drifted through the air. It was as if there were paranormal forces pulling them together then tearing them apart again and again.

The fragments of his charred body would drift out of the room just as it froze solid, the heat being radiated off his charred pieces providing just enough time to escape. They drifted down a hallway and headed towards the last door. As if there was some order brought to the chaotic movements of his floating ashes, they suddenly organized closer together and quickly passed through the crevices of the door to the other side. The door immediately locked on it's own and the charred pieces gathered together to reform the shape of SinfulSoul's body. Once the basic shape of his body had been established, the other layer of ash disintegrated as if it were never there, revealing his original self intact in perfect form.

He viewed the room around him, finding it to be of a very comfortable standard. He wasn't displeased with the environment, though he would have rather went straight to business. His body lifted off the ground and raised itself over the bed. A shadowy portal opened up beneath him on the bed's surface in which his body was sucked in to rest among the darkest shadows of hell until he was summoned again. The portal would remain open (fueled by his own power) to allow a direct connection back into the mansion's realm.

SinfulSoul had silently sat at his designated chair. The foods were definitely grand, but these kinds of luxuries didn't appeal to him. Not now at least, for a great loss from his past still lingered in his mind dulling the desires of material luxuries of this sort. Now was not the time to be thinking about that though, he was in an unfamiliar place with aristocrats and surely devious minds. He should know, he himself was the worst kind.

The reasonings for his presence here seemed petty to him. What did he care of human trifles? He was infused with Royal Draken blood and had finally become part of the coveted family. He was one of the few remaining males in line for the throne and the only Prince of Hell that bothered to roam the Earth realm. His loyalties lie in Hell and Ai-- ...Never mind, that particular loyalty is history now.

On the other hand, his "other" side did have a need to feed, and keeping it neglected would only reduce his power. He did enjoy the thrill of war, and surely he could help to promote this war instead of stop it. But no one here needed to know that...

When his copy of the paper finally came around, he quickly glanced over it. There wasn't much on it, really. The minor technicalities were just another plague of a bureaucratic human society. He didn't expect them to understand his (more logical) ways. After listening to Treize's lapdog respond, he decided it was his turn to deliver a response. He merely extended his right index finger towards the paper as a red molten glow shined at the tip. He mildly moved his finger around in the air, drawing out the letters of his name. Simultaneously, a molten red glow on the paper followed the path he traced in the air. Soon the paper sizzled with his unusual molten ink which glowed with his signature displaying his real name: Amadeus Draken

"These kinds of legalities don't mean anything to us. They simply provide comfort or fear to those of a weaker mind. We have our own way of settling disputes."
He suppressed a snicker to a smirk behind the shadows of which he concealed his face. The lights of the dining room and the sun of the mid-day revealed the pale complexion of his chin. It was devoid of any wrinkles or faults, it almost looked like fake flesh wrapped tightly over his bone structure.
"Though I doubt your sources, I can't say an invasion is a bad idea. Regardless, here's your silly little paper."
And with that, he flicked the paper over to the man at he head of the table. The paper spun in the air as it traveled along the linear path to land on the edge of the table, to the right of any plates that sat there.

With his face suddenly revealed by the loss of cover from his shadows, his piercing crimson red eyes suddenly became visible. His eyebrows were laced in red strands that matched his hair and entire face was a pale white - the color of blood was not visible through his flesh.

He listened to the Frost Monarch with some interest. He failed as a Draken when it came to his history, as all he knows about being a Draken was taught to him by... Well, it didn't matter. He was learning something new, and it intrigued him.

"Really I don't remember my parents. My parents weren't Drakens, they were humans from long ago. My Draken heritage happened through unusual circumstances that I would rather not bring up, but I'll tell you it was not by choice. Drakens have great power, I can attest to that, but the royal family is plagued with much misfortune. Few of us survived, either because of murder, disease, sacrifice, or even some driven to suicide because of our sorrows -- That is the pain and burden which the two or three of us that remain carry. I can say I am more merciful than the other true breeds, you and the others are still alive and well, yes?

As far as history goes, most of that was lost with the slaughter of the demon known as Pandemonium. He's also known as Chaos, you might know him as Satan. Many have tried to take his spot, the right belongs to the royal family, but it doesn't matter anymore. I don't even care to claim the throne, the title means nothing anymore, at least not to me. Besides... There is someone else who deserved it more than I...

Anyway, any pact that might have been made between Drakens and others is more than likely lost. Even if it existed, no one in hell would care. Survival is more important than anything else. Drakens hardly even listen to each other anymore, they would hardly believe in any contracts. Much has changed it would seem. The Draken heritage lives on through me, but their history is lost for now until we find suitable partners. And the self proclaimed Blood Queen is the only other Draken I know of... That bitch... Our race as a pure breed is doomed it would seem.

Enough of this history lesson, I've revealed more than I should have about the Drakens. It seems a friend of yours is nearby."

The presence he felt from before suddenly revealed himself. A ball of flame came bursting through the window, sending out a gust of wind into the room followed by a wave of heat. Though he thought it was a rash entrance, it wasn't that which disturbed him. It was his claim that he had beaten a Draken family before. That kind of cockiness, true or not, deserved retaliation.

On the other hand, he had never fought either of the two monarchs before. It might be more beneficial to him to watch them fight first, just to learn the extent of their power. Surely they were strong, they must be to know of the Drakens and still not fear them. Yet he was not satisfied, seeing is believing they say.

"Why don't you go first, my dear Frost Monarch? You did beat him before, yes? Dispose of him quickly so we can get on to better business..."

Amadeus simply shrugged to himself as the orders were given. Normally he would disregard it simply because it was not his will to follow them, but in this case he accepted purely to maintain good will for now until he could gain a better estimate of their power.

And so he complied, instantly his body melted into a black shadowy pool -- this was always his quickest form of transport between shorter distances. He zipped out the same window moving in very unpredictable zigzagging motions until he eventually came up behind Gundam Gears and Grifter (Or Treize's lap dog as he liked to think of him). He immediately burst out of the shadowy abyss in which he traveled and reformed in full on top of the icy platform Gundam Gears had made. He reached out for the two of them, one in each hand while uttering a quick warning.

"Fair warning, if you don't stay still there's no telling where you'l end up."
At this point, whether or not he had a full grasp of the two was irrelevant. He needed to find a safe zone to transport them and just assumed he had at least a physical connection between himself and the other two. He knew he only had a few moments before the Fire Monarch realized where he was and what he was doing. If the other two wanted to try and make it through this on their own he wasn't going to try and stop them. He immediately submerged himself back into the shadows, taking down anyone he had a physical contact with. He immediately fled, pulling the mass of those he had touched along with him in his shadowy blob. He headed immediately into the city as well, but chose a different section than the Frost Monarch. Instead, he went into the red light district and soon arrived at Gambit's Bar. Once he was inside, he reshaped his body back to normal, pulling those he brought with him out of the blob by the collar. If all went well, all three would be in good health standing in front of the stools of the bar.

Amadeus took another quick gaze around the room to ensure it's safety. Once he was satisfied he looked back towards Grifter as he lit a cigarette.
"The first time I went through that, I landed in hell with some bitch who wanted to dissect me. You should be fine here, I must return if I want to see any action."
Just as he finished his sentence, his body melted back into the shadows. The black blob zipped out of the bar and retraced its steps back to the mansion. Amadeus fled right back into the office room he had been sitting in before and reformed on the Frost Monarch's chair. He had a wonderful view now through the giant opening created by the Fire Monarch's earlier blast and he intended to enjoy the fight to its fullest. He reclined back in the comfortable chair which had finally thawed out from the icy embrace of the Frost Monarch. Although he was sure the two combatants knew of his presence, he decided to make it official.
"The battle may begin now that I am here."

Amadeus smirked at the Frost Monarch's suggestion to move. Why would he give up the best seats in the house? He sat patiently in his seat, reclining back to watch the fight.

The smug comments the Flame Monarch made served only to entertain him even more. It seemed hilarious to him how naive he was. Fire was one of his three mastered magics, the other two being Black and Blood magics. He would have mastered ice if only she... No, she plagued his mind again and again. The harder he tried to barricade that section of his mind, the more often his thoughts drew back to her. Maybe it was because of the amount of energy and control he required to keep the parasitic demon that infected his soul from emerging out of control. The chains of his restricted rage, the weight of his sorrows, and the straight jacket that confined his insanity all held the demon at bay. Should any of these bonds fail, his control over his Draken form would be lost until the demonic hunger was satiated. His Draken heritage was tarnished because of his choices, but he was determined to keep a lock on the more violent nature that lurked beneath his flesh. If that meant his mind would be forever cursed with the sorrows of his past, then so be it. Better that than lose his soul...again.

His thoughts were quickly snapped back into reality when he saw the bright lights of fire shoot through the air followed by another ridiculous comment by the Flame Monarch, or Horus it seemed his name was. But just in case he underestimated his opponent, he began to make some precautions. He slid his right hand within his cloak to hide the shining glow as he began to create a core of flame to temporarily infuse into his body. Though it was only basic protection, any elemental core regardless of simplicity would take at least a couple minutes to build simply because of the amount of concentrated energy required to make a core. And so he used the time he had to secretly begin concentrating and shaping energy into the core.

It was obvious that his plans were exposed. He could not change without losing the core he had been building, but that did not mean he couldn't use his powers. He stopped channeling energy into the core and used only a minimal amount of energy to keep the portion he had made stabilized. He then directed the rest of his concentration and power to form a swirling black shadowy portal underneath his chair. The chair suddenly fell through the floor with him in it just as the fireball flew overhead. He landed hard on the floor beneath him in what appeared to be a library with large Victorian windows providing another perfect view of the battle. Fortunately the chair was constructed of strong oak wood reinforced with metal piping and only a minimal amount of damage was incurred to the chair.

He was sure quickly close the shadowy portal above him just as the fireball hit the back wall of what remained of that room. A plume of smoke and dust managed to make it through the portal before it was fully closed. Amadeus immediately resumed forming the last stretch of the fire core in his right palm.

"Hmph. I suppose he can sense my fire magic. Oh well..."
A few moments later the core shimmered with a bright light radiating in all directions from its spherical body. He then thrust the sphere into his chest with all his strength. Fusing with a core was difficult because most bodies initially refuse the core since a concentrated amount of energy in a single location could be fatal. However, through extensive training and mastery with guidance from... NO, don't think about that now. Amadeus used sheer will power to force his concentration on infusing his body with the core. The whole process seemed to take an eternity for him, but it only took the span of three seconds to do. The accelerated rate at which Drakens think is their greatest asset in battle, but is no more than a horrid mix of noise when trying to sleep. Drakens were truly blessed and cursed at the same time.

When he had finally forced the core into his chest, it immediately tapped into all of his energy streams and laced them with a constant flow of fire energy. This additional amount of energy produced a mild yellow glowing outline around his body. Underneath his cloak and shirt, the bright yellow-orange core was clearly shown embedded in his chest.

He would now be able to protect himself or reduce damage from most fire attacks.

He gazed at his arm as the black blood formed the mark of the Frost Monarchs. He sat silently for a moment as he thought about what this newcomer said. Before he could even finish thinking, the man had disappeared into the puddle. He then muttered to himself.
"Psh, impossible. Just a bunch of lies. They want to coerce me into something, that's for sure. I can't possibly be a Frost Monarch, let alone have one as a brother. Do they really think I'm that gullible?"
He knew he was a pure Draken and nothing else, he had endured the pain and suffering of being one for long enough to know that as fact. And to prove it, his body was already beginning to reject the black goo on his arm. He shook his arm free of the black blood and the symbol disappeared instantly.
"Ha, I knew it. Just a bunch of trickery that any low level blood magic user could do. Don't even need to know blood magic to do that."

Linus Trucidabunt hopped casually off of the train when it pulled into the far busier station just outside of Wing City' Eastern Gates.

He signalled for Carmen to stay close, ignoring the sound of the city beyond the great gate as he prepared the ultimate beeline escape.
