[color=navy]Gambit’s Bar. The place where anyone and anything can be, and where fights that would normally be able to flatten a small city took place at least once a week. One could ask as to how it still stands, given the punishment that it receives so often. One could also wonder as to why the hell someone without any super natural powers or abilities would even consider going to such a place. Yet, people who fit that description did that daily as well. This man was no different in the fact that he was actually just a normal human being without any powers or supernatural abilities to speak of.

He stood at 6’2 in height, a muscular build, brown eyes, brown hair, and lightly tanned skin. However, aside from his height and possibly his build, his other features were not easy to see. He wore a dark green, almost black, cloak that had a hood on it, the hood was up. Under that he had a dark green shirt, and covering his legs were dark brown cargo pants. Also adorning this human male’s body was armor, which consisted of grieves, a vambrace on his right arm, pauldrons, and a breastplate. Sheathed on his back was a black katana-like sword that was about three feet in length. His entire left arm was covered from fingertip to pauldron in a clawed gauntlet.

The armor, sword, and gauntlet were made from the same material: An alloy consisting of Adamantium and Vibranium. This combination made the armor, sword, and gauntlet almost indestructible, completely immune to vibrations, and extremely light. Where and how he got his material is unknown, but one logical explanation is that he got it from off-planet, another explanation is that somewhere on Terra there is a place where one can find such rare metal.

This rather intimidating human male entered the bar, and looked around for a few seconds before moving to the counter and sitting down on a stool without a noise. He brought up the holo-menu and scrolled through it for a few seconds before selecting a coke for himself to dr

The man at the bar counter nodded to the tender who brought him his coke, and took a drink of it, setting it down on the counter before moving his head to hear the inquiry of Drakus. He looked at the man for a few seconds before turning around to look at the rest of the bar. Drunken female, hell hound, a crying adolescent girl, and some sort of witch. He raised an eyebrow hidden in shadow, and smirked.

He looked back to Drakus, and stood, walking over to the man. "I know of a place where you can find winged beasts large enough to use as flying mounts." he said with a calm tone. His voice was that of a man who had spent a lot of time in combat, and a lot of time running, as it was rich with experience. "All one need do is to take one of the newborns and raise it to be docile. I hear they grow quickly when raised properly." he explained.

The Wyvern shrugged. "Then perhaps you take one of the adults, and train it to suit your needs. Last I heard, there were dragons in the mountains." he said calmly. "I can't help you, weapon-wise. But I tell you that I've seen a few dragons running around the mountains. If you capture a few, then you can breed them in captivity, and raise yourself a little army or something." he suggested.

He crossed his arms over his chest "However the adults are quite protective of young. So I agree with the hell-hound. Use a few potions. I wouldn't know where to get such potions, but you could try." he said with a small nod of his hidden head.

The Wyvern blinked. "I do remember hearing something about a docile dragon for sale the other day. Something about a warehouse near the outskirts of the city." he said, a bit lost in thought. He walked over to the counter and picked up his coke, finished it off, and set it down again. "If you don't mind, I can possibly lead you to that dragon that the...dragon told you about." he said.

Wyvern watched as the man left the bar hastily. "Huh. Well that happened." he said. He looked at the clock on the wall, frowning a hidden frown. The news would probably be reporting about his latest appearance and what he now looked like. He knew he should have cleared his name when he was still known as Scorpion.

Wyvern sat down at the counter, ordering himself another coke before letting out a tired breath. The majority of his face was still covered in a shadow, but one could see the lower part of his face. Namely his mouth and anything below it. He sat patiently, waiting for his soda to arrive.

The hooded man let out a groan of complaint as it started raining. "Now I gotta walk home in the rain..." he said, muttering obscenities to himself. He nodded to the bartender and took a drink of his freshly served coke, enjoying the thirst quenching fizzy drink.

The news on the TV in the bar went on to give a description of a man who had recently changed his appearance and is now worth even more if brought to authorities alive. The man's description was as follows:

He stood at 6’2 in height, a muscular build, brown eyes, brown hair, and lightly tanned skin. However, aside from his height and possibly his build, his other features were not easy to see. He wore a dark green, almost black, cloak that had a hood on it, the hood was up. Under that he had a dark green shirt, and covering his legs were dark brown cargo pants. Sheathed on his back was a black katana-like sword that was about three feet in length. His entire left arm was covered from fingertip to pauldron in a clawed gauntlet.

After describing the man, the news anchor went on to tell everyone who had an idea to go hunting for this man should be extremely cautious. After that, the news report ended.

The door to the infamous bar known as Gambit's opened. What did The Multiverse bring Gambit's today? Was it someone with a nuke strapped to their back? Was it a blind man? It wasn't either of those things. What entered Gambit's Bar at this time was a man, a very familiar man to any who payed attention to the recent news report.

The hooded man waited for a few minutes while the bartender or droid or whatever was serving as tender brought him the coke he ordered. Once it arrived, he took a drink of it, his face hidden in the shadows of his hood the entire time. Behind the bar, and in front of him, was a large mirror, which he used to make sure no one could sneak up on him without being seen. Unless they could teleport. That would be the only way to sneak up on him at the moment. He took another drink of his coke before setting it down on the bar counter.

The man in the hood suddenly froze, as if he heard something that he didn't expect. It could have been a voice, or something else. The only thing that would make anyone freeze was that he froze after tilting his head, and he did this just as Bex's gun left it's holster. Could he have heard it? No, it didn't seem possible, not with how noisy the bar is. So what made him freeze? No one would really know.

After a few very suspenseful seconds he relaxed, reaching for his coke again, taking a drink of it and setting it down on the counter again. He rolled his shoulders, as if they were sore. Tonight was going to be a long night.

Another man ran into the bar, holding a pistol. He ran to the bar counter and stopped behind the hooded man. "I finally found you, Wyvern!" the man yelled, pointing his gun at the hooded man, now identified with a name.

Wyvern rolled his shoulders again, and groaned in annoyance. He turned around, still sitting on his stool. "And what are you going to do? You are eighteen years old, and have a life ahead of you. Are you sure you want to throw it away trying to catch little old me?" the hooded man asked, his face remained shrouded in shadow, but to Bex his voice would definitely be familiar.

"Shut up! Don't tell me how to live my li--" the young man's voice would be cut off by Wyvern's fist colliding with his jaw, knocking him out immediately.

The hooded man wiped his hand on his jacket, as if the boy he had punched was tainted, and turned, returning to his stool. "Freaking kids." he muttered, finishing off his coke before ordering another one.

Wyvern glanced at the mirror, seeing Bex approach, and he'd turn around. "Oh, well this is a surprise." he said, his tone friendly. He stood, looking down at Bex from within the shadows of his hood.

"Well, not really my face, but what people see is on the wanted poster. They only see the hood. "You're the only living person who know's what I look like without the hood on." he said. "I didn't do anything to the other people who knew. They got to each other while trying to get me." he added.

"That's because I don't have a good answer for that question. Why shouldn't you take me in? Let's see, there is that one thing that doesn't exist." he said, chuckling. "Oh? Can't pull me in now. I am lucky..." he muttered, as if recalling someone else telling him that he was the luckiest assassin they knew of. "I've been making my new appearance, that's what I've been doing. As for giving you a bad name, you are gonna have to be more specific as to how I'm doing that." he said, he looked at the man that she had looked at before looking back to her. He crossed his arms in front of him, shifting his weight to one leg.

Wyvern chuckled. "Well, the news report did say that the man known as Scorpion has changed his appearance to what I look like, and also changed his alias." he said. "So, really I didn't make you look bad." he said. "If anything, I made you look so good that you forced me to change myself. Not that it matters now..." he said with a chuckle, sitting back in his stool next to her.

"I honestly don't know what I'm doing back in town. I don't have anything to do, except clear my name somehow..." he said. "You don't have to worry about me trying to take you out. You haven't done anything to require me to try and harm you." he said, taking a drink of his coke, which had just arrived.

Wyvern smirked, letting out an amused huff. "I'll be sure to do that. And if I get caught, I don't know you nor do I know how I got your number." he muttered to her. "I will. And if you ever get the opportunity to catch me, please do try." he said before she left him. After she walked away, he took a few drinks of his coke, drinking the entire thing. He set it down and left enough money to pay for it. He stood and turned, looking at the unconscious young man on the floor. He walked around him, heading out the door without another noise.

Wyvern looked to Lazarus from under his hood. Instead of talking, he nodded. But he didn't have anywhere else to go. The police had already raided his current home, so he couldn't go back there...The only things he could do were run and run the risk of getting caught, fight and risk getting seriously injured and/or caught, or he could just turn himself in.

He didn't like any of those options.
