Introduction
To the north of the capital, is the Inviting Greens, a peaceful hiking trail through the nearby forest. Deep in the forest, is Lilypad Lake, named after it's shape. East is a meadow of flowers of all colors, almost all year round. Excluding the winter months, when snow blankets the ground it a fragile peace. Beyond the plains, is the mountain the dwarves have called their home, and called Flethnohiem. Word has it that they are building an underground tunnel to the capital. To the west, is the Much less inviting forest the elves have called their home. Unfortunately, due to their strict way of living, they tend to be hostile to any other race. The Scintenia, also known as the city elves, are not another race of elves, as compared to the Relnoblen, who remain in the forest. the Scintenia are outcasts, who we graciously took in. They have adjusted, and now quite enjoy humans. Their forest had been named by the elves, something that human tongues can't pronounce, so most people merely call it the Elven Wood. And south, is the Esmira Sea, where we'd assume most new people would be coming in through. Our city's port is large enough it hold more than an entire fleet of ships, easily, so shipping and docking is done with the greatest of ease. The piers trading is the source of our great kingdom's economy, however.
Humans, generally more addaptive than the other races, though have shorter life spans than most other races. They tend to have some level of magic.
Nekos, one of the only other races with human length lifespans. Nekos, are part cat, with cat ears and a cat tail. They have just as much magic as humans.
Dwarves are stubborn, and love fighting, and drinking. They tend to be bitter to new people, but an easy way to get to them is a free meal, though it'll cost you greatly. Dwarves have legendary appetites. Dwarves have a natural resistance to magic, but they can't use it.
Elves, both wood and city, look the same. Wood elves are very unfriendly, though (probably) wouldn't kill anyone without reason. City elves are kind, and fit in, and have now become a normal part of the society. Elves have had the most powerful casters.
Gnomes are the tinkerers that make inventions (that often explode)out of most things they can get their hand on. They tend to be shy, but warm up yo people quickly. Gnomes have great magical potential.
Bleths are, in essence, vampires. They don't (normally) drink blood, but their bite gives them a type of mind control, but what type varrys from bleth to bleth. Bleth's magic are, unpredictable, but powerful anyways.
There are many more races that weren't listed. (If you chose to be one not on the list, just give a definition, and we'll all be good.)
