Role: Caitlin is one of the main protagonists of the story. She is one of the Regulators, a sort of Peacekeeping agent that works directly for the High Council. She is given the assignment of discovering where the rogue Vampire, Aldritch Morose is hiding. In order to stop his Supremacists from destroying the peace between Humans and Vampires forever.

Description: A slender and beautiful woman with fair features. Her hair is kept short but has the appearance of silkiness and keeps a certain gleam beneath the light. Her eyes are often cold and piercing with a sense of intuition that makes her seem quite sure of herself. A fact that is quite hard to argue against. Strangely enough her sharp eyes are blue, instead of the more common Red, but turn Red depending on her emotional state. It often turns red when angered or in peril. She often wears her Regulator's uniform which looks like military fatigues mixed with leather armor. When not on duty she prefers jeans and tees.

Personality: Mysterious and stoic, Caitlin is very mission oriented. Being a Regulator, or the High Council's equivalent of a Federal Agent, she is hardened and at times cold towards most things. Yet she is very protective and does feel a strong sense of love and care for her kind. She is brave and cunning but her best characteristics appear towards her friends and comrades. While she much prefers to be on her own, especially during assignments, she will not abandon a friend or comrade in their time of need. She is a very honorable person and understands she would want help in her most trying of times. Of course being something of perfectionist she avoids situations that may place her in a situation where she will fail. Not to say she is afraid of d challenge, but she isn't so blindly loyal that she would take unnecessary risks. Efficiency and precision is her mantra and she will not deviate from it. While she has experienced romance before she tries her best to avoid to suit her more dangerous lifestyle.

Biography: While much of her life before the transformation is lost some where in her memories, she remembers quite well everything beyond that point. Lucky to be "reborn" with a very influential Coven, the Head Vampire Fredrick Zeller would rise to become a Councilman. Fredrick had for many years adored Caitlin, not only for her love of him, but also for her talents as a skillful and graceful warrior. This led Zeller to have her hired as one of the honorary Regulators. Caitlin underwent intense training for her new role in society. It was brutal but Zeller was correct, she had natural talent and was able to learn quite quickly. Her time as Regulator has been rather decorated.

She has helped to arrest criminals and uncover blood smuggling rings that have long since been a plague to Society. Since her time as a Regulator she has sought the coveted Chief of Regulation, the highest position in the Regulation. Not many become Chief usually the position is held for as long as the Vampire shall live. Of course death and impeachments have removed Chiefs from their position from which a new Chief is elected. Yet a Chief, although rare, may retire providing a new opportunities for would-be leaders. One such occassion was announced recently and Caitlin for her service hopes to be the first female Chief. Yet her plans were halted when Aldritch went rogue. She was assigned, thanks to Zeller, to be the one to find him. Caitlin had a reputation for being quite intuitive and observant. Hopefully she can find Morose before elections occur.
