General Description
Makana has pale murky green skin, pointed elf like ears, and small tusks. Her golden yellow eyes and dark hair stand out the most contrasting against her skin colour. She is quite busty and not on the slender side. Well muscled thighs, arms and shoulders. However her shoulders aren't broad. Despite being a brute at times, she does like to try and be, "pretty" due to growing up with the Humans, most girls were obsessed with how they looked and she basically wanted to fit in.

MENTALITY

Personality
She gives off the typical "tough guy" vibe. Growing up among people who looked down upon her due to her heritage meant she had to toughen up and fast. As a kid she was a bit of a cry baby. Her mother would say she gets it from her father. But gradually she got sick of how she was being treated and stood up for herself. People started respecting her more once she made the effort to prove she was worth more than how she was being treated. In general now she's build her walls to avoid anything getting to her. She can be seen as selfish at times due to accepting the world is a survival of the fittest. If that means leaving others behind then so be it. But deep down she does care. Despite making decisions for herself, in the end she feels bad for it and it gets to her. If someone were to ask her for change, it would depend on who it is and their condition. Other wise she'll most likely lecture them on working hard for their money and get them to do something in return. If someone insulted her, usually a look is all it takes to scare them off. Persistent drunks or groups the might try to gang up on her are quick to find themselves face flat on the ground under her steel boots. When it comes to getting close to people or any signs of affection she does get embarrassed quite easily. Her father is always treating her like a baby still and is very protective of her. Greeting her with big warm hug. She usually whines and sighs from embarrassment and asks her mother for help. She's still quite sensitive despite her tough exterior and it's easy to get a reaction out of her, despite how hard she tries to play off the "cool, calm, collected" act.

She actually enjoys herbalism, collecting herbs and growing plants is quite relaxing to her. As well as reading and training in different things.

Dreams/Goals
Makana has always thought of one day visiting the Orc people that kicked her and her mother out and proving her strong she is. Showing what they missed out. She wants to challenge their strongest warrior one day and defeat them. But Orc territory is far from hers and will take a long time. Not only is it far, but a lot of Horde land must be crossed to get there. She would need a strong party of people to help her get there.

COMBAT

Class
Warrior

Physical Strengths
Without her weapons and armour she moves at a decent speed but not really a match for someone like a Rogue or Hunter. She can take quite a beating and power through stuns, but her human blood makes it more difficult compared to if she was full orc. If it was a simple brawl, hand to hand, she would most likely take them down quite easily. Her amount of strength carried in one punch is enough to easily splinter wood or crack brick.

Physical Weaknesses
She's quite slow compared to your Rogue or Hunter. Her stamina is still so-so and if someone keeps chipping away at her health and she struggles to lay any hits, she'll be fighting off pure determination alone. She also has mild allergies to fury creatures. So it's possible she might sneeze and get a punch to he face. This doesn't stop her from petting any cat or dog though.

Magic Strengths
Once on dangerously low health, she enters a Berserk mode where she will stop at nothing to destroy her opponent. This increases her speed, damage for a short period of time. However afterwards she will 90% of the time collapse from exhaustion and need immediate medical attention.

Magic Weaknesses
Weak to most magic but especially weak to fire. She can't stand the heat and she's not sure if this is just a personal thing or if it runs in the family. Her mother said that her father struggles in the heat too and that orcs usually dwell in hot climate. So most likely a hereditary.

Weapon Skills
Dual wields one handed weapons such as swords and axes. She prefers axes due to enjoying throwing them like they were darts for fun. If she wanted she could go for a sword and shield or axe and shield. So it's a situational things, in the end she still prefers her two axes. She's quite swift with her axes.

Protection Type
Makana usually wears plated armour like steel, iron etc. Her plate armour has been enchanted slightly by her father to assist with her weakness to magic.

HISTORY

The Story so Far
Makana's father met her mother when they were around Makana's age. Her had been enlisted to make weapons for the royal army back when there was a great war between the humans and orcs. The orcs managed to infiltrate the human base and many died. However when it was her mother that entered the domain of the blacksmith, she was met with quite a challenging opponent. Now, Makana's father was a hopeless flirt. Much to her mother's surprise, he actually flirted with her mid battle. She then questioned him, just to make sure Makana's crazy father was legitimately flirting with the enemy. Which only encourage him to tease her more. Eventually more troops stormed in and her father end up being taken prisoner instead of killed due to his skills in black smithing. The other orcs teased her mother a lot after that and appointed her to be in charge of his prison cell. But one thing lead to another, they got talking, grew closer. Her father actually admired how strong and brave her mother was and fell in love with her.

Once the Alliance managed to ambush the Orc's hide out to free the prisoners, Makana's mother freed her father, only to then have another Human attack her from behind thinking she was about to kill her father. Luckily her father took the blow like the trooper he is, much to the human ally's surprise and Makana's mother.

After many complications, the prisoners ran off, her mother stayed behind, he promised to return and he did. Somehow, the crazy idiot returned, confessing his love to her. Followed by her calling him and idiot. Next minute they got pretty friendly and had Makana. They thought this would help bring the peace, to prove to their people that they're not that different from each other. But no one would listen. Her father managed to convince the humans to let her and her mother stay with them after being exiled and that is where Makana spent most of her life, growing up.

She made a few close friends who accepted her for who she is. Most were different like herself, an Elf, a Dwarf, some others were unnamed species. But they all took pride in their differences together. Only one human around their age at the time wasn't bothered by Makana being an orc, and she helped Makana a lot and taught her the ways of humans. What humans liked and disliked, what was rude and what was polite etc.

Relationships
Never married, not interesting in anyone at the moment. Sometimes she might, check out certain people. Her relationship with her parents is good and she loves them dearly.

So begins...

The door went suddenly open and two tall figures walked in. As they went into the reach of the lights, it was revealed that these are two men, one wearing a mage's robe and a pretty silly hat, while the other one, a real mountain when it comes to height, was wearing an armor made out of some strange material no one in the room could recognize. Both took a seat at one of the free tables, contemplating the warmth and the cozy atmosphere the Jackall had to offer.
β€œNow that's some lovely place, don't you think so, brother?” asked the mage, smirking the whole time. β€œPerhaps I can make it even lovelier. Hey, bartender, tonight all drinks go on me!” he yelled, so everyone present could hear him. β€œNow that's how you attract their attention.” he said quiet towards his companion.
β€œWas it really necessary, brother?” the tall man made himself more comfortable on the table and took off his helmet.
β€œWell, if you want people to notice you, you have to first pique their interest. And that's what I did. You need a job and this place looks better like an orc's yurt, so stop complaining.” the mage also took off the silly hat.
β€œI can't say you didn't pique their interest. I just can't stand all those people looking at me like that.” the warrior noticed too many stares coming their way. This wasn't going to be a peaceful evening, for sure.
β€œWell, I only threw the bait, now I'm waiting for the catch.” the mage didn't see that bothered, smirking a lot. Oh, this evening will be interesting, for sure.

After being unable to enjoy her time at Bleakmouth due to many random patrons approaching and begging her for help. She gave in to the requests. Many seemed to approach her due to her appearance, as well as the cliche of Orcs always being brutes that'll take on anything. Partly true in her case. You see, it all depended on the mood. And tonight she wasn't really in the mood after trekking for so long to get to the damn place to begin with.

Complaining aside, the pale, murky green, half orc found herself deep within the Ebozon Woods. Wooden torch in hand out in front as she waved it around occasionally. Her golden yellow hues glancing around. It was far too quiet. Was it because of the cold or the fog? Surely not; creatures within the forests must have adapted to these conditions long ago. Lucky for her the cold wasn't a bother really, especially with the torch projecting a fair amount of heat.

It wasn't long however before the female start to come across thick loads of webbing, strung down and around trees. Grabbing her axe with her free hand she hacked away at troubling webs that got in her way. Not realising the vibrations she was sending off within the long strands of web, far too distracted by footprints ahead of her, a clue perhaps? "What have we here.." Makana spoke out loud to herself quite triumphantly, crouching before the footprint. All the whilst a with large arachnid crept down from the tall trees above, and made its way to its prey, venom dripping hungrily from its fangs to a very unsuspecting orc.

Rumors carry from city to city, albeit slowly, and after some time word of a horror in the Woods had even made its way to Ein. No one asked her directly, of course, her nature as a retired adventurer is kept well-hidden from those who would pry. However the constant attacks have led to a shortage of herbs and natural medicinal supplements, which Ein had to hear about the last time she was out picking flowers.

Thus she was lost deep in the Ebezon Woods, picking loose strands of cobweb out of her hair, searching for some kind of proverbial snipe that had been terrorizing people traveling through the Woods, but hasn't been identified or seen. Her eyes glowed with the light of transmutation, a simple spell that would allow her to see in darker environments, but not in total darkness. Not unlike a cat's eyes, though marginally more susceptible to bright lights, retinal control isn't something one simply finesses into existence.

At the back of her mind was the scratchy odd thought that hunting in dark forests for monsters that preyed on people wasn't her life anymore, but she squashed the annoyance just as soon as it started to rise. The cobwebs were getting thicker, and something graceful with far too many legs to be friendly was descending from the treetops.

Torchlight flickered in the distance, drawing the creature to it like a moth to a flame. The creature and its prey were too far, she wouldn't make it in time without expending some major juice. Something she couldn't afford just yet, so instead Ein simply lifted her free hands to her lips and let out a low piercing whistle.

The Forest was entirely too moldy this time of the season, Driftwood quietly pouted to herself from her perch at the top of a tree. Even the cobwebs became sparse up here, the newly sprouted branches too light to support the massive spiders that called this place home. Up here, Ebozon was as much hers as it was the Monsters, a fact that the Drow girl readily took advantage of as she stole from tree to tree.

People had become more active in the woods, rumor of a "Grokk" bringing fortune-seekers from around the countryside were disturbing the local inhabitants. Not that Moonlight minded, general chaos made her job much easier, especially when victims of the creatures attacks were often left damned near comatose. She just wished the person she'd been hired to tail would show up already. This forest stunk, and when high noon rolled around, she had to get too close to the forest floor for her comfort. The sooner she could leave, the better.

A whistle shook Driftwood from her thoughts, her eyes darting about wildly to see if anything else took interest in the noise. Wind howled through the forest, and in the distance a torch-flame flickered. The whistle had come from that direction, the same direction as an angry Female spider descending on what might be her next meal. Drawing her bow, Moonlight thought to herself how odd it was that people are always drawn to the sound of out of place noises in the night, and it was about to get very noisy.

Letting out a calming breath, Moonlight notched an arrow, took aim, and fired it directly at one of the spider's beady eyes. That was all the assistance she could offer right now, and as soon as the arrow was loosed, the Drow vanished back into the Woods.

Makana's confident and thrilled vibe, was drastically interrupted by a loud whistling sound. Dread and alarm instantly replaced the prior, as the half orc whipped around, only to see an arrow whirl past, straight into the beast's eyes.

The arachnid let out an uncomfortably sounding shriek as it fumbled back. Adrenaline rushed through her body as she readied her axe into a more battle ready stance, and darted forward, plunging her axe at the beast. "HAAA!" She cried out as the blow managed to strike at the beast's head, disabling more of its sight.

Her battle cry echoed through the previously quiet forest. Probably not a very stealthy move as another spider jumped down from above, landing directly on her. It's pincers frantically biting at Makana in attempts to paralyse her. Luckily her axe was held strongly between herself and the creature. Unfortunately her torch was released due to being startled. It was good that the other spider as still trying to recollect itself after the second blow, as well as being startled by the fire of her torch.

But now the half orc was in a bit of a pickle. If she could manage to briefly hold on with one hand, and grab her other axe attached by her side, then she could strike again. It was a gamble, and she didn't have much time. It wouldn't be long before the other spider would try and finish her off. Think and decide quickly.
