Tink has two tattoos, a tiny fairy wing on each shoulder blade. She also has a tiny scar on each shoulder blade, barely noticeable unless you knew they were there. Both ears have two lobe piercings.

|Appearance|
Tink was average height for a fairy. However, while she grew on her journey to the human world, she didn't quite reach average human height. She stands at a comparatively tiny 5'1". Her height is a great source of frustration to her, as she frequently has to go on tippy toes to look people in the eye. She's of a petite build, with a frame that's narrower than average. She's blessed with a good metabolism, which allows her to eat as much as she wants without putting any weight on. However, at the same time, she still boasts an hourglass figure, even if it's not the biggest of figures. Her hair is reddish-brown, appearing fully red in some lights and just brown in others. Her eyes are big and blue, and the longer she stays in Enchantra, the more of their old twinkle they begin to develop. She has a heart-shaped face and a resting expression that is friendly.

|Personality|
Fairies can only experience only one emotion at a time. Or, at least, that was the way back in Neverland. Here, thankfully, Trixie can experience multiple emotions at the same time. She's still rather volatile, but she hasn't yet been driven to drink poison out of anger or jealously. However, she's still getting used to all these emotions, and she doesn't always know how to deal with them. Conflicting emotions make her frustrated, which often only makes the problem worse. When she gets angry, she gets furious. When she gets sad, she has a complete breakdown. When she's happy, she's ecstatically happy. And when she loves, she loves with her whole being.

That's the thing about Tink. She may be jealous, possessive, and horribly temperamental, but she's also fiercely loyal. It takes a long time for her to give up on someone. She's one of the best friends you could ask for, because she'll do anything you ask, and is only too willing to help you out. When in good humour, she's the type of person to help old ladies she doesn't really know with their shopping. She's renowned for being the type of person you can ask to cover your shift at the last minute, and providing she doesn't have any existing plans, will be only too happy to do so. If you need an extra pair of hands with anything, she'll gladly volunteer. As long as you catch her in good humour, she's extraordinarily patient with everyone but herself. She's always up for a good time, whether that's heading to the local nightclub or just dressing up in silly costumes and watching funny movies. She's grown up a bit since leaving Neverland, but that mischievous fairy still lurks within. She's incredibly curious. While her time in the "real" world did dampen it a little, or at least discourage her from giving in to that curiosity, it's been sparked since she came to Enchantra. Her bravery, however, never diminished and is still present.

|History|
Tinkerbell was born as all fairies were- from a newborn baby's first laugh. It didn't take her long to find and become friends with Peter Pan. Together, they wreaked havoc on Neverland and were the bane of Captain Hook and his pirates' lives. Tink naively thought that it would always be like that- that it would be just her and Peter and the Lost Boys. It wasn't perfect, but she'd never known anything different.

And that's when Wendy Darling came along. Tink did her best to tolerate her- but she couldn't. Jealousy consumed her, to the point where she drank poison in the hope of regaining Peter's attention. It worked- but only for a while. Even when Wendy left, things were different between Tink and Peter. Or, at least, it felt that way to Tink. So, one night, when everyone else was asleep, Tink left Neverland.

She flew for what felt like days. She felt her body changing, her mind changing. And then, when she was over an unfamiliar forest, she crash landed suddenly. Her wings were gone, as was her magic. Exhausted, she passed out where she landed. She woke up in hospital with no clue what was happening. When asked her name, she panicked and gave the first name that came to her head. Trixie. Trixie Bell.

The hospital had no records of her. Neither did the police. It was as if she'd just dropped out of the sky. But seeing as any injuries were minor, she was released into the big bad world. A nurse took pity on her and took her in, helping her find a job. As soon as she had enough money saved up for an apartment, she moved out and into her own apartment.

Still getting used to her new body and mind, as well as this new world, the first few months were hard for Tink. Even though she made good friends easily, she still felt lonely at times. When she mentioned magic, her new friends either scoffed and told her that was the stuff of fairy tales, or used sleight of hand tricks to make her smile again. She missed magic, and she missed Neverland. She missed her friends. She accepted that she was stuck there, which was when she got her fairy wing tattoos.

She's not quite sure how she found Enchantra. One day, she was working in the cafe, flirting with a cute regular, and the next day, she handed in her notice, packed her bags, and headed for a town she wasn't even sure existed. But when she found it, she felt like she had returned home. It wasn't the same as Neverland- yet something felt familiar. And, bit by bit, her magic started to return. It's not all back, but enough is back to make her feel at home again.

So begins...

Ruby awoke to the sound of her alarm going off at exactly seven in the morning. Today was the first day she were to be on her own. Her father decided it best to leave town, leaving everything he owned to her. She had the home, the vehicles, everything. Ruby sat up with a sigh as she slammed her hand down onto the alarm to silence the screaming before climbing out of bed. She then proceeded to head to the shower, get dressed, and grabbed her keys and headed out to the diner. So far everything was going well. Which was honestly strange, giving the fact that Ruby's luck always seems to bite her in the ass at the end of the day, but let's not get too far ahead of ourselves. Things could change throughout the duration of the next twenty four hours.

Upon pulling up to her diner, she parked her vehicle behind the building and unlocked the door to allow herself inside. Ruby hoped that Trixie and Aladdin would show up on time. Though she wasn't going to hold her breath on Aladdin, he always seemed to have his own way of doing things, never really following along to anyone's schedule. With a sigh she began to get everything ready for the morning rush. As if it were some sort of tradition, almost everyone in town always seemed to show up at her diner to have breakfast. Be it a meal or just a cup of coffee. Though she didn't mind it, it gave her a way to get to know everyone in town without making too much of an effort.

Everything seems to be in order, she thought to herself as she turned the open sign over for everyone to know that her diner was now open for business for the duration of the day. Ruby began to head back to the kitchen to start cooking her own breakfast, which consisted of a waffle, two sausage links, and a cup of blueberry coffee. Always was her favorite thing for breakfast, even when she was a kid.

outfit: x | mood: tired/content | location: apartment, on the way to work

Tink opened her eyes to a silent apartment- just like she did every morning. There were times when she missed the chaos of Neverland. There had been too many mornings to count where she'd been rudely awoken by one of the lost boys breaking something, or by a fight with a pirate, or something ridiculous, yet still familiar. Most of the time, she was glad of the peace. But, there were still times when the apartment was too still, too quiet.

She rolled over and picked up her phone, just as the alarm started to beep. Her body had, thankfully, programmed itself to wake up on time for work, often even before her alarm went off. Still, she thought longingly of those few extra moments of sleep as she got up and headed for the shower.

Having a job was good for her. It kept her in a routine and stopped her from dwelling on her missing wings and her slowly returning magic. It was returning at a frustratingly slow pace, and there were times that she doubted if it was even going to ever return fully. But, when she had to get up and deal with customers all day, she didn't have time to focus on it.

Dressed and with her usual, simple, quick, makeup done, she made herself a cup of berry tea and retrieved a homemade breakfast muffin from a tin. She'd discovered a hobby in baking, and she'd figured out a recipe that made a tasty, convenient breakfast that also had all of the necessary food groups. Her berry tea was just a reminder of home.

She poured the tea into a travel mug and put her phone into her bag, heading out to the diner. As she walked, she ate and drank her tea. Really, she had time to eat at home, but she knew that today was a pretty big day for Ruby, so she wanted to be there early. Aladdin was working as well, but Tink would eat her hat if he was there early, or even on time.

"Ruby?" She called as she let herself in, draining the last of her tea. She found her boss and friend in the kitchen, cooking her own breakfast. "Hey! So, you ready for today?" She asked.

Mallory slammed her spell book shut for the third time today. The passage she had read was no promising. It required way too much patience and more pretending. She didn't think she could fake her happiness for very much longer. Everyone was starting to become hopeful again and accept that their stories are being rewritten. But Mal knows how that works. When a story is rewritten there is a hero and a villain. How much longer before everyone figures out who she is and finally locks her away? What would she do then? Beg for her life? Never! she thought to herself. Every story she has ever been in, she has been the one to make others beg. This story will not be any different. It's taking a lot longer to exact her revenge and become the supreme overlord she was meant to be. A sigh escaped her and she checked the clock.

Mal had been up for hours, editing and mending her plans. She isn't one to sleep during the night. Many have classified her as insomnia, but she knows that is because darkness is her home. A yawn escaped her, but there was no time for sleeping. She needed breakfast and then to open her herb shop. No one really comes into it, so she is free to plot as she likes. Unfortunately, the spell book stays at home. If anyone was to see that it was truly filled with evils it would give her away. Rolling off her bed, she went and placed the book in the safe behind her painting. Cliche, but it works. Once done, she went to the bathroom to shower and get dressed.

When she was done, she stood before the mirror and checked herself out. "Mirror Mirror on the wall..." she started while running her fingers through her hair. "Don't I just look devilish?" A small laugh escaped her. She didn't have a magic mirror, but that is what she would ask it everyday if she did. Turning on her heels, she left her home and headed towards the dinner. That is where everyone hangs out for breakfast. Mallory isn't sure why, but to look friendly she needs to follow the crowd. It wasn't long before she got there. It's just another day. Play nice. Pushing open the front door, it seemed like she was the first one. "Hello?" she called out, in the soft spoken voice she had practiced. "Ruby? I could really use a huge cup of coffee." she added, heading towards the counter.

Belle Rose awoke from sleep with a grunt and rolled over. In spectacular form, she slipped off the side of her mattress and fell face-down onto the carpet. She groaned, rubbing her nose and eyes and sat up, pulling the covers with her. There were a couple thuds as the books she had on her bed fell to the ground. She stared at them a moment and, as the day before came flooding back, she looked down at herself and sighed. She was still wearing the clothes from the day before. She fell asleep reading and didn't get up to change. Somehow the lights were off though..

She pushed herself up from the floor and went to take a quick shower. Her stomach grumbled for some chocolate chip pancakes from Ruby's diner and she smiled at the thought of seeing her friends. Wrapped in a towel, she rummaged through her closet until she pulled out what she felt like wearing for the day. She held the blue dress to her form and looked at her floor length mirror and smiled. It would be perfect.

She finished drying herself off and blow dried her hair, changed, put on light make-up, brushed her teeth, pulled on her shoes, and was out the door in under ten minutes. However, she forgot to grab her phone she nicknamed-- "enchanted mirror" for the mirrored glass protector she had on the screen and the stained glass case that surrounded it--and had to go back inside her apartment to get it.

Finally ready for the day, she started her walk to Ruby's diner. It was only a few storefronts from her own bookstore and apartment so it wasn't too far a walk. The sun was rising above the little town, painting the shops and all the little people in oranges and golds. She bet it was a breathtaking view from one of the larger apartment buildings like Aladdin's. The thought of her friend warmed her and she smiled to herself. She hummed as she walked and soon the diner came into view. She pushed open the front door, a little bell overhead went ding at the movement. She sat at the counter as she did every morning and grabbed a menu, though she already knew what she wanted: chocolate chip pancakes, strawberries, and a rose tea.

A few chairs down was Mallory, calling Ruby for a cup of coffee. "Good Morning, Mal!" She greeted cheerfully, but not overly bubbly. She kept an eye out for Tink as she conversed with Mal.

What woke Peter was a sound he still wasn't used to hearing: silence. Even in the months of silence on Neverland and the month spent here in Enchantra. A hollow aching filled his core at the thought of his lost boys. They had grown up without him. Even Tink. He reached up to his headboard and pulled down a sterling silver chain with two wings hanging off. He saw it back in London and--even though they were angel wings and not sparkling fairy wings--it had reminded him of Tink and he bought them. He ran his finger over the carved feathers and thought of the time Peter and Tink spent at Tiger Lily's camp telling stories and laughing. He gripped the two charms tightly in his fist and tossed the chain over his head. The two charms settled between his collarbone.

He took a deep breath and jumped from bed. Literally leaping from the mattress and landed on his feet with a thud. He grabbed a shirt from his drawer and a pair of brown jeans from his closet and changed. In the bathroom, he ran his fingers through his wild brown hair to tame it, but it was no use. It would always be wild as the boy still locked inside him. His eyes were continuing to fade from their forest green to a tree trunk brown. He frowned. The real world was a terrible place.

He ran his toothbrush under the tap before spreading a pea of toothpaste onto the bristles and went to work brushing his teeth as he searched his drawers for clean socks. Looks like I'm down to my last pair.. That means I have to do laundry. He groaned and looked about the mess of his room. Room needs cleaning too.. Responsibility is a pain. He shrugged, adding it to his mental list of things to do and finished with his teeth. He pulled his shoes on and grabbed his wallet and watch before heading out into the morning air.

The sun was brighter than he had expected which made him wish he owned a pair of sunglasses, but oh well. There were others out and about, but not many on their way to Ruby's Diner which was where he was heading for some grub. Bacon and eggs preferably. He hoped Trixie was behind the counter today. He loved to tease her. He also hoped that Aladdin would either be so late that Peter wouldn't have to see him or skipped work all together. Either way, he didn't want to see him.

He pushed open the diner door and crowed, signalling his arrival. He smiled and waved to a startled Belle and ignored Mallory before moving to the booth he usually occupied in the corner and waited for Trixie or Ruby.

Just as Ruby began to pile her cooked breakfast onto a plate and turn all of the appliances off until customers began to arrive, she heard the bell from the front door of the diner chime just before hearing an all too familiar voice. "Ruby?" It was Trixie. "In the kitchen!" she called out loud enough for her best friend to hear her. Just seconds passed by before the fairy joined her in the kitchen, "Hey! So, you ready for today?" Trixie always seemed to be a bit optimistic and ready for anything that was thrown her way. Although Ruby was that way as well, she was never as optimistic as Trixie was. Maybe that was a good thing.

The female took a sip from her coffee just before answering her question, "As ready as I'll ever be," she stated. Ruby continued to eat her breakfast as quickly as she could without choking herself so that she would at least have some sort of food in her stomach before the morning rush. Last time she didn't eat before everyone began to show up, she passed out and needed to be rushed off to the hospital. This was definitely not something she was looking forward to happening again. So it would be best to eat something, even if it is just something small.

Ruby just finished her last sausage link when she heard the bell chime once more. It was time to get to work. "Ruby? I could really use a huge cup of coffee." The brunette departed from the kitchen to see Mallory in front of the counter. "Of course," she stated with a warm smile and got to work on Mallory's coffee. As often as the townspeople stopped in at the diner, she has memorized everyone's meals and how they take their drinks. Though she always asks if they want their regular before handing off the food or beverage. There are a few who like to change things up once in a while. Upon finishing up with Mal's coffee she handed it over to her. "Any big plans for the day?" she questioned.

Ruby glanced over at the door when she spotted Belle stepping in and she gave her a soft smile before running off to the kitchen to get her pancakes going. Without fail, Belle has always came in to have her chocolate chip pancakes with strawberries and a rose tea. Moments later the brunette brought the plate and beverage out to her best friend and set them down in front of her. "Good morning, Belle," she greeted. Ruby glanced over at the clock hanging on the wall to see that Aladdin was now an hour late for work. She sighed a bit and glanced over at Trixie, "Could you go take care of Peter and Aura's orders while I figure out what is up with Aladdin," she questioned.

Just like any other day, Aladdin has gotten a late start. The previous night he was up wandering around Enchantra just taking in the night air. That was one thing he did almost every night. He preferred to be on his own and the night time was one of the only times he had to himself because most people were off at home. The male sighed as he climbed out of bed and glanced over at the clock to find that it was roughly nine thirty in the morning. Aladdin rolled his eyes and stood to his feet before groggily making his way through his condo towards the bathroom to shower. After he showered, he got dressed and made his way into his bedroom just in time to hear his phone ringing. Must be Ruby, he thought to himself as he lifted the phone and glanced down at the screen to see he was correct.

"Hey Rubes," he stated into the phone as he sat down at the edge of his bed and began to slide his shoes on. "Where are you? You were supposed to be here an hour ago. The morning rush has started and if you wait too much longer to show up Trixie and I will be flooded!" Aladdin rolled his eyes as he heard the heated words spout from his sister's mouth. Ruby has always been hot headed, especially when it came to him. "Alright, alright, calm down. I'll be there," he stated just before hanging up the phone and sliding it into his pocket and stood to his feet. The male reached over to his car keys and proceeded to leave his condo through his personal elevator all the way down to the lobby. He made his way out the front door of the building and headed out towards his vehicle.

Not much longer Aladdin arrived at Ruby's diner and parked behind the building right next to Ruby. He sighed as he rounded the building and stepped in through the front door just in time to notice Trixie, Mallory, Peter, Belle, and Aura all in the main part of the diner. He sighed as he walked pass them all without a word and stepped into the kitchen, knowing that was exactly where Ruby was going to be.

"I'm here, I'm here," he stated as he placed his personal belongings into his locker and closed it behind him. "Must you always wear some sort of suit everyday," Ruby stated sarcastically as she tossed him a pad of paper and a pen. Aladdin just chuckled a bit and stepped out into the dining area and got to work.

Ruby emerged from the kitchen and Belle could just barely make out Trixie hard at work on the other side of the swinging door. Ruby placed Mallory's coffee down in front of the girl just a few seats down and then went back to grab--what Belle hoped to be--her breakfast. As the door swung open again, she could smell rose and chocolate. Definitely her breakfast. As Ruby set down the food before Belle, she greeted her. "Good Morning, Ruby! You know me so well." She smiled at the girl before grabbing the warm mug of tea and took a cautious sip. It was delicious and just the thing to start the morning. She placed the cup back on the counter and grabbed utensils so she could start on her pancakes.

The first bite was fluffy, buttery, and chocolatey, just the way she liked it! "Mmmm.." She moaned around a mouthful of melting chocolate. When she swallowed she called out to Ruby, "These are the absolute best, Ruby!"

The bell above the door would ding every time someone entered and as the day moved on, more and more people came through. Eventually Aura and Alice joined them, both bringing feline companions. They both looked adorable, but one had definitely been outside in the dirt. Belle waved to the girls in greeting before continuing with her breakfast. She prefered dogs anyway. The beasts are easier to tame.

Another ding sounded and Belle saw a flash of blue and black and she smiled softly at her plate. Aladdin was here. He didn't beckon anyone good morning, but that was just his style. Not too long after, he was back out in the diner with a pad in his hand. "Hey Ali!" She called out to him. "I guess you got the memo huh?" She winked at him and gestured to her blue dress. It was almost the exact same shade of blue as his suit. Only his was darker.

Caspin was not happy to be woken up by a horrible alarm as well as the bright sunlight. The harsh rays made him regret there ever drinking and he hates regretting something so wonderful. Caspian was used to the hangovers, but the minor headache was unappreciated. He looked over at the clock and saw that it was still really early. Stores were just opening up and people were getting breakfast. While Caspian was thinking about the next 'appropriate' time to drink. Possibly in another hour or so. But he wanted to see his favorite restaurant owner before consuming the rest of the whiskey in his flask. Rolling over in his bed, he then felt another body in the bed.

He grew a bit wide eyed starting at the red head just laying next to him. Caspian had no idea who she was and didn't even remember how she got in. That was when he took notice of her naked body and then looked over his own. It did not take rocket science for him to know what had happened between them. She looked like she was still asleep, so he slowly crawled out of bed. "Hook?" Caspian heard while he was on his way to the bathroom. He turned around and tossed her a charming smile. "Hello sweetheart. Sleep well?" he asked, trying not to make it seem like he had forgotten her name even though he had. She nodded and then pulled herself out the bed. Caspian now completely understood why they had slept together. She was beautiful. He watched her gather her things. "I would stay, but I have work." Caspian has never felt so lucky. "Of course I understand." He watched her get dressed, admiring the body she was blessed with. She made her way over to him once she was clothed and placed a kiss on her lips. "See you around Captain." The red head gave him a two fingered salute before leaving his apartment. Caspian locked the door behind her and went to his bathroom.

It never takes him very long to get dressed. Once he showers and scrubs the taste of alcohol off his tongue, he just throws on whatever smells nice. Standing before the mirror, he ran his fingers through his hair before giving himself a charming smile. Caspian walked back over to his nightstand and pocketed his flask. Never left home without it. He left his apartment and headed down the restaurant. Everyone always came here for breakfast. The service was fast and the servers were quite nice. For Caspian there was only server he wanted to see in particular. He pushed the door open and flashed everyone a smile. Most of them were the women he has had a tendency to flirt with. "Look at all my beautiful ladies in one place." He said, before winking at Alice.

Cas took his seat at the counter, surrounded by the girls. He saw his friend Aladdin and flagged him over. "Hey Al. What's good today?" He had to refrain from adding, besides Ruby. The two were like siblings and Caspian did not want to look like a complete asshole.

Tink had been ready and willing to follow Ruby's requests... Until chaos suddenly broke out in the kitchen. Something went on fire, and she had to help the chefs put it out, and then they'd needed another pair of hands to make up for that... She'd been in the kitchen for much longer than she'd planned or should have been when she finally emerged, still smelling her shirt to make sure she didn't smell of smoke.

It was as she stepped out into the diner that Ruby left, closely followed by Peter. She glanced over at Aladdin, but decided against pursuing her two friends. She'd been too long gone already. As much as she wanted to, she was too guilty.

She made her way over to Belle's table, noticing that she was finished eating. "You would not believe the morning I've had, and we're not even open all that long," she remarked as she started clearing the table. "Anyway, can I get you anything else?" She asked, already scanning the diner for her next stop.

Peter half expected Ruby to bite his head off, but instead, she wiped at her eyes and gave him a soft response. He smiled sadly at her, knowing full well that she was probably anything, but okay, but if he kept pushing, she'd shut down faster than she'd open up. So he nodded and gave her arm a reassuring squeeze before he let go saying, "If you need me, you know where to find me." He watched her rush away, worry knotting in his chest, but he pushed it into a small imaginary box that held all the things he didn't want to focus on. Like Tink's whereabouts. He shook his head hard. Well, that thought escaped the "box". He pushed it back in and mentally locked it.

He continued on his way to the arcade, milkshake in hand. By the time he reached the building, his cup was empty and he tossed it in the trash just outside the door. He reached into his back pocket for the keys, and found the key for the arcade right away. He had the copy decorated so he could easily find it. It had a space theme on it which reminded him of a story he had found about toys coming to life while the owners weren't looking. The pizza parlor was spaced themed and had arcade games--specifically a crane game--and so. A space key. He unlocked the doors, turned on the lights and games, and prepared the arcade for the day's children coming by to play. As he waited, he opened the box slightly, allowing some things to spill out to occupy his time. He found himself disappointed that he hadn't the opportunity to see Trixie at work. And he was worried for Ruby who wasn't usually crying and leaving work early. A dangerous thought crossed his mind. He curled his hands into fists. If Caspian or Aladdin hurt her in any way, they would be sorry.

There was the soft chime of a bell as the door opened. A sign that the day had officially begun. He shoved the thoughts back into the box, placed a smile on his face, and greeted his first customers of the day.

Belle, worried for her friend, but was relieved to hear that Aladdin was going to send Caspian after her. She nodded in agreement with the idea and said, "That'll be good." She wanted to ask more about what could be causing her to be upset, but resisted. She couldn't let her curiosity get the better of her. Ruby wasn't the type of person to be very... personal with her. She rarely talked about her life beyond work so she was sure she wouldn't get much of an answer out of her. She wasn't entirely sure she'd be able to comfort the girl either. They were friends, but only in the sense they enjoyed each other's company from time to time. Caspian, Belle could tell, was the better choice. She seemed to open herself a little more to him. Still, she couldn't help but worry. She payed her check and was about to leave, when a familiar face came out of the swinging doors in the kitchen. Trixie.

"Hey, Tink!" She greeted cheerfully. "I bet it was a crazy one with all the people in here just in the first couple of hours." She fiddled with the napkin dispenser and the checkbook unsure exactly how to break the news to her friend that she was leaving for work and couldn't stay to chat. She decided that the truth was better than nothing so she explained. "I actually just paid my check and I'm off to open the bookshop. But you know me, you can text me anytime! I want to hear all about it, okay?" She took ahold of Tink's hand and gave it a gentle squeeze allowing her eyes to show just how sorry she was. "You also missed Peter. You should probably text him, too." She stood, made her way around the counter, and gave her friend a hug. "Again, I'm so sorry, Tink! But I have to go, I'll see you later? You could always come by the bookshop."

Just like any other time Ruby was in desperate need of her Granny's advice, all she received in turn was complete silence. There was no one around who would understand, even if they tried she knew they wouldn't. Sure there were a couple people in town who has killed someone, but the ones who have most likely didn't feel any regard towards the fact they took someone's life away. She on the other hand had so many emotions rolling through her she wasn't sure how much longer she would be able to stay sane.

With a sigh she returned her attention back to the ground. Just as soon as silence began to engulf her, she heard footsteps in the distance. She hoped that whoever it was wasn't looking for her. She was in no mood to converse with anyone. It took all she had not to snap at Peter, the only reason she didn't was because he cared. He was her brother after all, of course he wanted to make sure she was okay.

The moment the footsteps got a bit closer, she was able to pick up on the scent of a man and whiskey. Though it wasn't any ordinary mixture of smells, she immediately knew who it was. As much as she wanted to just get up and take off into the woods to be left alone, she felt herself freeze. When Caspian sat down beside her she took a look over at him, seeing that he had a look of concern in his eyes. "Hello beautiful," he said with a charming smile. "Why are you crying?"

Ruby sat there in silence for a brief moment, trying to get herself to calm down a bit before saying or doing anything. Finally she let out a sigh and returned her attention back towards the woods. "If I tell you, it would ruin how you think of me and I don't want to take that chance. It's something horrible," she stated as she stood to her feet and once again returned her attention to the woods.

Al was relieved to hear that Caspian was going to go check on Ruby. Hopefully he would be able to get her to open up about what was bothering her, but he had a feeling it wasn't going to be easy. Ruby was never the easiest person to talk about what is on her mind. Most of the time you need to catch her when she is at her weakest in order to get anything out of her. That was just who she was. The woman was tough and dealt with a lot in her life mainly on her own. But he knew she needed someone to talk to.

It didn't take much longer for everyone to be on their way from the diner, allowing him to begin closing up for the day as Ruby wanted. With a sigh he turned the sign to closed and glanced over at Trixie as he began to lock the door. "Have a good day Trixie. See ya later," he stated to the petite woman with a warm smile. He didn't exactly know the young woman very much, but he was friendly towards her. Mainly for Ruby's sake.

He decided that since he had the rest of the day off he would show up at Belle's bookshop just to pester her for a bit. He always seemed to get a laugh out of it. The girl was one of his favorite people in Enchantra and honestly, seeing Belle was exactly what he needed in order to get his mind off of Ruby for a bit. He began to make his way through town towards her bookshop, just as it started to rain. The male sighed and rolled his eyes up at the sky before entering the bookshop.

"Hey Belle. How's it going?" he stated as he stepped up to the front desk and began to pick around at the books that was laying around her.

Belle was gone in a rush, with a quick apology. The diner was quickly emptying, so as Aladdin started closing up, she set herself to cleaning tables. "Bye, Aladdin!" She called as he left, leaving the last few plates to the kitchen. She untied her apron, hanging it up in it's usual spot, and was out the door before she realised that she had no plans for the day. And, now, it was raining. She decided to head to the arcade.

By the time she reached the arcade, she was more than a little damp. She wasn't the first in, either, but it wasn't extraordinarily busy either. She grinned as she reached Peter, leaning on the desk. "Hey. Sorry I missed you at work, things got... chaotic," she said, laughing a little.

Not long after he opened the arcade, the kids came strolling in. Peter smiled and greeted them. Tokens were distributed, pizzas and drinks were purchased and delivered to tables, and prizes were exchanged for tickets. He could hear the rain coming down outside and noticed things starting to wind down in the arcade. He sighed, filled with boredom, and played with the chain and charm of his necklace. Keeping his hands busy helped to keep the worst of his boredom away. Especially at work. He was polishing the wings when the door opened.

He looked up, the small smile on his face growing to an ear to ear grin as he saw it was Trixie. "Hey Trixie!" He greeted. "How was work? Did it get any busier?" He gazed out the window at the rain. "It's raining pretty hard huh? Not good flying weather. Especially if you're a fairy. Their wings get wet and they can't fly."

She laughed a little as he mentioned work. "Yeah, it got chaotic for a while. There was an emergency in the kitchen and I had to try and deal with that, and then I offered to help them out because they were so busy and because they still needed to clear up after the fire, so I cleaned up that mess, and then by the time I actually got back to doing my usual job, it was time to close up."

She tilted her head a little as he mentioned fairies, grinning. It took her far too long to adjust to rain when she arrived in this world- her back would ache, she'd avoid going out in it at all costs- and, eventually, she realised that it wasn't going to do her any harm any more. She still didn't like the rain, though.

"And god knows, when a fairy can't fly, they get upset. It's one way to upset a fairy, taking away their flight," she remarked, forcing herself to keep her smile in place. Peter's necklace caught her eye, and she leaned over and caught the charm to get a better look at it.

"Fairy wings!" She exclaimed, grinning and tilting them to catch the light. "Peter, you didn't steal a fairy's wings, did you?" She asked teasingly. "Because if there's one thing you don't want, it's a pissed off fairy."

She had to fake a laugh at his story. It all sounded... awfully familiar. Tiger Lily had been a great ally to her and Peter. There had only ever been one Peter on Neverland... Unless he was a Lost Boy that grew up and came here, and gave Peter's name as a fake name. Just like she did.

She listened to his story, nodding a little and running her hands through her hair. It was still damp, so she had to quickly brush them dry on her skirt. The talk of fairies calmed her down a bit. Yes, this was something she knew about. About missing friends and about fairies and Neverland. She was going to ask him about it- until he started telling the final story.

And then he said her name. Not her fake name. Tinker Bell.

Peter Pan was standing right in front of her. She couldn't breathe. Time seemed to stop. She forced herself to look down at her phone and forced a smile. "Oh shoot, I was supposed to meet Belle! I promised to help her out today, she's pretty busy at the minute, I guess books are more popular than people think. Bye Peter!" She said, shoving her phone back into her bag and hurried out of the arcade.

Back in Neverland, she'd only ever been able to experience one emotion at a time. But now, she was experiencing more emotions than she was normally used to. Joy at having found her best friend again. Confusion, because it wasn't as simple as best friends any more. Fear. She liked him and she didn't know if he liked her and she couldn't handle losing Peter again. Anger at herself for letting herself get into this mess.

She was crying now as she hurried down the street. She just wanted to go home. But not back to her apartment, back to Neverland, back to when things were easier. But she had no pixie dust and no wings. She was stuck here, in this terrible confusing place. She wasn't quite sure how she managed to get herself into the apartment without falling over anything, because her vision was blurred. But when she was in, she flopped down onto her bed and pulled out her phone.

Peter Pan was here. Peter Pan, her best friend, the person who had been stolen away by Wendy Darling, was here. In Enchantra.

ImageOne minute, Peter was talkin about Tink, grinning at the memory of his lost best friend. The next, Trixie was suddenly was out the door and down the street. She did toss a "Oh shoot, I was supposed to meet Belle! I promised to help her out today, she's pretty busy at the minute, I guess books are more popular than people think. Bye Peter!" over her shoulder. Peter wasn't angry. He was surprised and stared after her with a dumbfounded look on his face. As soon as he thought to call after her, she was long gone.

"Um.. Okay then." he said to himself. She actually left at the best time. Minutes after her departure, kids came streaming in. Peter looked up at the clock. Just after two in the afternoon. The school just down the block had released their students for the day and it was time for them to play. The most popular place for them was the arcade. Peter sighed and ran his hands through his hair. Looks like Peter would be busy for a few hours. Any conversation he would have with Trixie would have to wait until then. Luckily his job was a pretty good distraction.

Belle waited for his answer. Her pulse pounded in her ears so loudly she was worried she wouldn't be able to hear the answer. Then her phone went off, catching them both off guard. Instead of giving her a real answer, he invited her to dinner at his place and disappeared out into the rain. She stared at him a moment and then, after realizing it was still raining, chased after him with an umbrella she kept under the counter, but he was long gone. She frowned down the sidewalk. I hope he doesn't get sick with all this rain.. she thought as she worried at her thumb with her teeth.

Then she remembered her phone. She rushed into her shop to grab her phone and saw she had a text from Tink. She looked at the time and smiled a little. Tink has said she would stop by after work, but she hadn't shown which meant she had gone to visit Peter. As she wondered how that went, she opened the text to read it. What she read had her reaching for her bag and taking off down the sidewalk, barely remembering to lock the door behind her.

can you come over for tea later something happened and i need a chat

To Tink:
I'm omw

She raced down the sidewalk, trying not to slip on the wet concrete. Not only did her best friend need her, but she had to tell her what had just occurred. She was at Tink's door in a blink and she knocked quickly and loudly. "Tink! I'm here! Trixie Bell!" As soon as her friend opened the door, she'd envelope her in a hug and ask, "What's wrong? What happened? Are you okay? Are you hurt?" She'd look her over and once she was satisfied that she was physically unharmed, she would warp her friend in a blanket and make some tea as she explained what the rosepetals was going on.

Trixie didn't move from her spot on the bed until there was a knock at the door. And even then, she only did so to sit up. It was only when she heard Belle call out that she actually got up, resisting the temptation to bring her duvet with her. She let Belle in, not resisting against the hug. She needed it more than she was going to admit. She clearly looked as bad as she felt because once Belle was satisfied that she wasn't physically hurt, a blanket was wrapped around her and the kettle was put on to boil.

"Peter's here," she said miserably. "Peter Pan. He's the Peter in the diner, my best friend. He's Peter Pan, the person who used to be my best friend before Wendy Darling came along and messed it all up." Even in her conflicted and upset state, she realised that she wasn't making a whole lot of sense. Calm down, Tink. Just say what happened. Explain the story, Belle can help you out.

"I'm not... Trixie Bell, I'm Tinker Bell. But that's not a terribly inconspicuous name, and I needed something better when I ended up here. And Peter Pan was my best friend. We lived in Neverland for ages. I was much smaller back then- average size for a fairy. We were the best of friends, me and Peter. I didn't think we needed anyone else. Peter didn't agree. He brought Wendy Darling to Neverland, and everything started to go wrong. He chose Wendy Darling over me, so I left. I thought he was still in Neverland, but... Turns out that the Peter I've been calling my best friend for ages is actually the Peter who used to be my best friend." She didn't look at Belle as she spoke, staring into her tea instead. But she forced herself to look at her other best friend, now the only person she felt like she could trust. "But now I like him as more than a friend, and he won't even want me as a friend anymore because what good is a fairy without wings or even proper magic? He's probably just here looking for Wendy Darling. I should just go back to the world without magic," she declared, sinking her head onto her arms. She thought that mentioning the whole drinking poison thing was probably a bad idea to mention, even as depressed as she felt.

ImageBelle sat beside her best friend and allowed her to talk. She wasn't entirely surprised at Tink's true identity, but not much. Her nickname is Tink after all. The only thing that was surprising, however, was how long it took Peter to make the connection. Not that she knew Peter was Peter Pan. She had read the story that Wendy had written about their adventures as a child which made Tink older than Belle... didn't it? Thinking of things that way made her head hurt so she decided to forget it and continue listening to her friend who couldn't seem to look at her. That made Belle sad. Did Tink really think that this news would ruin their friendship or something? Was she ashamed to have an alias? A lot of people in Enchantra had one. It wasn't uncommon for the people considered fairy tales to create a new life for themselves.

She reached out, once Tink was finished of course, and placed her hand on her friend's shoulder. "Tink. Look at me." She commanded, gently. "If you're thinking I'm angry with you for having an alias, then you'd be wrong about that. You're my best friend and nothing in this world or any other will change that. She lowered her head sheepishly. "I actually figured it out pretty quickly." She moved over to wrap her arm around her friend and give her a tight, reassuring squeeze. "As for Peter, he's an idiot for not figuring it out sooner. And his thing with Wendy. Way over. She's actually not even around anymore. I don't know why Peter's here, but it's not for her. I can tell you that much. You see, I read about your adventures with Peter when I was a kid. Wendy came back here and wrote them down. She published them as a book that many little kids read. And some big ones, too.

Image She smiled at Tink. "Tink. You don't need to worry about being a "good fairy" anymore. You're not a fairy and focusing on the ways of fairies isn't going to help you. What will help you is being a good person. Which you are, so I mean that's not even a problem. She laid her head on her friends shoulder comfortingly. "This... is probably not what you want to hear, but I think you should talk to him. You don't have to tell him how you feel if you're not ready for that, but don't worry about Wendy. He's also incredibly dense so who knows when he'll finally figure it out. Sooner is better than later especially now that you know who he is. If you hide it, he may be angry with you for not telling him. Belle wanted to share her news with her friend, but it simply wasn't the time.

Trixie raised an eyebrow at Belle's reply to her being Tinker Bell. It wasn't that she was ashamed of being somebody else, not at all. It was just... she didn't even feel like Tinker Bell anymore. She'd been Trixie for so long that going back to her Neverland days felt ridiculous. She'd been told so much that fairies weren't real, that they were all just stories, that... she'd begun to feel like one. It was ironic, then, that Wendy had actually turned them into stories. It made her smile. Wendy hadn't been bad, it was just... Jealousy was going to be Tink's downfall, that much she did know. If they met now, they might even be friends. After all, she and Captain Hook had made up their differences.

She raised an eyebrow at Belle's suggestion. She knew that it was the proper thing to do, but... If jealousy didn't bring her down, pride would. She ran her hands through her hair, sighing a little. "Belle, you're far too sensible, you know that?" She asked, laughing a little. "I know I need to talk to him, but it's not that simple. Fairies are very proud beings. Did you know in Neverland, we can only experience one emotion at a time? That got messy on a number of occasions," she remarked, raising an eyebrow. "How should I talk to him, though? This isn't exactly something I can bring up while I'm clearing his table or chatting while he's at the counter in the arcade." She took a mouthful out of her tea, grinning at Belle. "Belle, what would I do without you?" She asked, laughing at herself. Even as a human, her moods swung from extreme to extreme. She'd been distraught only moments ago, and now, she was starting to calm down. Admittedly, Belle's presence was oddly calming. This was exactly why they were best friends- she balanced out Tink's mood swings.

Image As Tink began to calm down, Belle was able to focus more on her tea. "Well, you did say you were best friends right? Text him. Have him meet you somewhere public and fun. You two can hang out for a bit and then you can subtly drop the news that you're Tinker Bell and bam! problem solved. She took a sip and scrunched her nose. Not enough sugar. You my little fairy friend need to decide what's more important. Peter or your pride. It won't be easy." She poked her friend's nose playfully with one hand as she stirred in sugar with the other. It payed to be ambidextrous.

Belle found herself glancing at the clock every so often. She was planning on being there for her friend as long as Tink needed her there so she kept an eye on the time in case she'd have to tell Aladdin she'd either be late or they would have to reschedule. If she was being honest, she hoped that neither would happen. Mainly because she worried he would think she was blowing him off out of regret or that she just "wasn't that into him". She really wanted to tell Tink, but she isnt the kind of person to place attention on herself. It was Tink's time to talk and relax and do whatever she needed.

Tink wondered what she would do without Belle and the girl couldn't help but laugh in response. "You would probably get along fine. I just think a lot of your decisions would come too late to really make much of a difference." She basically meant that by the time Tink figured out what to do, she'd be buried in a hole of her own making. "But you have me and that's all that matters. That, and I will always have you. Right?"
