This story follows the Vinyard family, an extremely poor, low class family and their worthless, drunken father, trying to make ends meet and survive the ups and downs of life. This RP is based off of my favorite tv show Shameless. This will be an interactive RP in which everyone involved will help in creating a brilliantly beautiful story. Therefore I need creative and dedicated individuals who are just as excited about this RP as I am. Everyone will have to contribute to the storyline, there will be plenty of drama and seeing as the storyline will be made up as we go there will be plenty of surprises and twists. The story will take place in Seattle, Washington and start in the middle of winter.
2. Be respectful of others, not just being nice, but don’t drop the roleplay, everyone takes time to work on their characters, so stick with it.
3. I will be asking that everyone take on one FEMALE role and one MALE role, seeing as no one wants to play males anymore and there are several characters in this RP.
4. Reservations for characters will last twelve hours, if you have you need longer that is fine at least submit a work in progress.
5. ALL ROLES MUST BE FILLED TO START!
6. THIS RP WILL NOT FOCUS SOLEY ON ROMANCE, OTHER THINGS WILL BE HAPPENING (including: bullying, racism, self harm, exc...)! ALSO JUST BECAUSE IT SAYS THEY ARE THE LOVE INTEREST DOESN’T MEAN IT WON’T CHANGE, THEIR JUST GOING TO START OUT AS LOVE INTERESTS!
7. If you would like to add your own characters to the roleplay that are not in the characters below fill free, BUT, I would like a PM describing what your IDEA’s are for these characters and I will ask that you take at least one of the main characters.

9. REGAURDING FACE CLAIMS: The Vinyard family FC I will be very picky if asked to change, mostly because I want them to look similar, but any other FC that are not related to the Vinyard family can easily be changed, just let me know.

Hector Vinyard is an embarrassment to his family and humanity, After his wife passed away he became a worthless drunk only coming around to take the little money that his family had to buy booze. He is selfish and doesn’t care about anyone but himself.

She has become like a mother too her five younger siblings, she has several jobs to pay for their crappy house and all the bills that come along with it. She loves her siblings more than anything and would do anything for them. But, she does tend to have a wild side, that often is her only outlet to forgetting about all her responsibility. She’s a tough girl, who can be obnoxiously stubborn at times.
He was supposed to be in the Army, but he got kicked out and refuses to tell anyone why. He is selfish like his father and gets a thrill out of doing dangerous things that will more than likely get him killed one day. He carries knives of him at all times and can often be found watching Shark Week, smoking a joint with a beer in hand.
Smart and witty, he’s got quite the personality and always seems to crack jokes at the wrong times. He’s gets straight A’s , is addicted to cigarettes and hates commitment, it’s just not really his thing. He’s very loyal to his family, but he can’t stand his father.

Quite, but cunning he’s the con-artist of the family and can smooth talk his way out of any sticky situation. He would never admit it but he’s a hopeless romantic, he loves cars, he could hot wire or fix any car without a second thought. He’s very talented when it comes to cars.
A little too mature for her age, she developed very quickly earning the attention of all the boys, she appears as sweet as cotton candy on the outside but she’s a ticking time bomb on the inside. All she wants to do is live a little and party a lot. But she doesn’t want to disappoint her sister whom she admires. She also tends to like boys way too old for her.
The youngest of the Vinyards she is very sassy and independent, like her older brother she is cunning and is a con-artist in the making. She definitely takes a little bit of all of her siblings when it comes to her personality, she is always getting into some kind of trouble.
He works for a local bar as the bar tender, he absolutely loves his job and his girlfriend, she’s his life. He’s a funny guy with a good heart, he has a good sense of humor and loves sex. In all honesty he’s a big dork, but he’s not as naïve as he’s fooled everyone into believing, he’s got some skeletons in the closet.
Cool and Confident, she’s been fired from more than one job for stealing. She’s an absolute sweetheart with a wild side. Her boyfriend is everything to her, she has no family due to her parents not approving of her choice in men and disowning her. She’s always looking on the bright side of things and just like her man she’s a sex addict.
To outsiders he’s just some snobby rich boy, with nothing better to do than spend his money on useless things. But, there is a much darker side to him. The way he gets his money isn’t exactly simple. He steals and sells expensive cars. Though from the outside looking in you’d never know how bad of a boy he really is. Oh and did we mention he's in love with the oldest Vinyard, in fact he seems to always come to her rescue, even though she's told him several time she doesn't need his help, yet he always seems to be their for her.
She never exactly fit in anywhere and at school she’s invisible to everyone. Her home life isn’t exactly the greatest so she spends most her days at the park, reading or drawing. Nobody seems to notice her their either, she’s starting to think she really might be invisible.

The Queen bitch, she’s the most popular girl in school and poor boys are a charity case in her eyes. She’s the definition of a mean girl, but she isn’t exactly the smartest girl around and she needs a little help if she wants to pass her classes this year.
She is racist, but that has to do with her family. She hates pretty much every race with a passion and hates even going to the same school as them, but she’s learned to deal with it enough to befriend the Queen Bee in hopes of coming out on top no matter the cost.

It’s probably not even possible to out nerd him, he’s owns almost every comic book known to man and he isn’t very good with the ladies. He’s a pretty shy guy who lives alone with no family, he’s got a pretty lonely life, but never the less he keeps a smile on his face.

The Vineyards & Their Father:
The Vinyard child’s relationship with their father is really non-existent; they know they have a father, but they see him as more of a burden than anything else.
The Vinyard Children:
All though they may not always get along, they are all very protective of each other and look out for on another. The older ones help pay the bills, they are a very tight knit family and rarely fight. The oldest of the Vinyards has practically become the mother of her siblings and is responsible for all of them.
The Vinyards, Girl 1, and Boy 1:
Girl One and Boy One are pretty much family, though Boy 1 isn’t exactly fond of the Vinyards he still loves them like family.
The Oldest Vinyard & Girl 1:
They are best friend, they met when Girl One and Boy One moved next door and they became practically inseparable. They are always looking out for each other.

Collectibles

Okay so we are just waiting on two more characters, the rest of the characters just need to be finished up! So I'm thinking if everyone gets their characters in soon, we could probably start by Friday or sooner depending!
