Dawn rose in the city of Kavelin as a new year started for the students of St. Lawrence High. Many new faces would appear in the school this year. While appearing as normal people to all, the Heir's and Archangel's were anything but. The possibility that the Archangel of Sacrifice had been found after so long caused unrest within both groups. Valience, the leader of the Angel's made a decision to insure that his former lover would never awake. But, even in his darkest hour he was still an angel and could not kill an innocent human based on just speculation and suspicions. He sent angels to watch the girl and find out if she was what they believed her to be. When they returned to Paradise, the news that was delivered to Valience was worse than he feared. The one that took her from him, Nero, had found her as well. Not just this, but he had convinced several of his fellow Heir's to venture to Earth with him, some going out of loyalty and friendship, some out of curiosity and boredom, and some in the hopes of challenging an Archangel. Valience soon learned that the Heir's had not found out her identity as well, Nero and the others finding ways into the school to find the truth. The Archangels desire to destroy the Heir's was outweighed by the idea of innocents being harmed in any battles that resulted from meeting them. A decision was reached, to follow in suit with the Heir's and join the school as well. And so our story begins, with the realization that the World's strongest beings are in one place. Even the Heir's no not to attack in front of humans or around them at all. So, will there be a stalemate until her identity is confirmed? Or will they tear each other apart, and the rest of the world with it?

Nero sat in the Teacher's Lounge, tapping his fingers as the sound of the clock drilled into his brain. How long would he have to wait before he could see her? Taking a deep breath he thought about the others who came with him. Evangeline, Cosmos, Wrath, each stranger than the last. He knew their motives were different and possibly conflicted with his, but it didn't matter now. He would need all the help he could get if he had found her as well. Rubbing the X-shaped scar on his left cheek, he still remembered that day clearly in his head. Palming his face, Nero stood up and paced in the room, a few teachers coming in as the time past. Some greeted him as he introduced himself as Mr. Lewis, the new History Teacher. Wrath and Nero were the only ones to enter as staff, the others seemed to have taken on the student role. While Nero thought putting Wrath in charge of the school was a terrible decision, it does allow him to move with more freedom. The fact he managed to be able to schedule the suspected girl to take his first period class only added to his impatience.
In fifteen minutes the first class of the new year would start and for the first time in over a thousand years, Nero would see the person who meant more to him than even his fellow Heir's. Of course, to say he was the only one waiting to see the girl wouldn't be right.

Evangeline entered the History Classroom, her eyes somewhat obscured by her short hair. Nero would be the one teaching this class...though of course Evangeline had not come to help her dear brother find his little lover. She could care less about Nero and Arch Angel, and Nero would know it. Evangeline was only here because...to tell the truth, she was just bored. It was probably the most nonviolent form of amusement she could find on Earth--every now and then previously, something on Earth would irritate her, and then it would take all the Heirs to try to convince her not to cause Armaggeddon.
Well, the Arch Angel of Sacrifice would be in this first-period as well, Evangeline thought distastefully. Or, Amelia Carson, as she was calling herself. Evangeline herself would not be taking a new name for Earth--she would be going as Evangeline Arkanion, which sounded somewhat human anyway.
Around Evangeline were several students, talking and chattering away about the most idiotic topics. What did humans find so interesting in gossiping about clothes, members of the opposite sex, and who broke up with who?
A few people seemed to want to talk to Evangeline, but they were warded off with a cold glare. The last thing Evangeline needed on Earth was human friends.
___________________________________________________________Lilith
Lilith sat in the nurse's office, looking at the clock even though she had nothing to wait for. Valience was here, as well as Raziel and Haven; Lilith herself had entered the school as a nurse not long ago. Unfortunately, the Heirs were also in the school; Wrath was even the principal: whoever let Wrath be the principal of a high school must have had their head screwed on the wrong way. Others had entered as students: Cosmos, of whom she knew very little but knew that he was cold and apathetic. And then there was Evangeline Arkanion, who was likely to cause Earth to implode before the year was out. And finally, Nero himself, posing as a history teacher. Lilith herself was just the cute nurse. If worst came to worst between the Archangels and the Heirs, Lilith had the ancient Lance of Lilith, whose origins were unknown even to her. But Lilith was not the type to want to fight anyway.

Of course, Wrath, or Principal Pierce as he was ow called, had absolutely no interest whatsoever in his brother's little love affair. His reasons for coming were purely strategic. If Nero restored the girl's memory, he and his fellow Heirs would have a new ally, if they were to battle the Angels. If he could keep the Archangel of Sacrifice away from her fellow birdies, the Princes and Princesses would have an advantage.
Now, for more bad news. His assistant principal was an Archangel. And not just any Archangel, but Valience himself. The AA was the only being, excluding God himself, Wrath doubted he could overcome in combat. It was a relatively small doubt, but it haunted his mind. If he even tried to kill a student, he would be in a helluva lot of trouble. "This sucks," Wrath murmured as he leaned back in his chair.

Haven sat in a chair in her first period, history with Mr. Lewis, who was Nero himself. She felt had for her sister, the ArchAngel of Sacrifice. She loved one of the ingrateful Princes of Hell. But love had blinded the poor girl. But if Nero found her before Valience, herself, or any of the other Arch Angels, there would be trouble.

Cosmos looked around, looking for any other Heirs. He was glad Jess wasn't here, she freaked him out. On earth of course, because he was basically soulless life in Hell. He knew Wrath was the princepal, Valience himself was assistant princepal, and Nero was the history teacher.
He found out Evangeline was in his first class, as was another Arch Angel. But he sat in a seat, next to the ArchAngel Haven Dangerfield. He scowled, but searched the room for Evangeline. He found her, but then searched for Nero. He wasn't in the room yet, so he started drawing in his notebook.
